Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas prosedur verifikasi laporan di Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dalam menangani pengaduan masyarakat berdasarkan Pasal 24 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2008. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dan pendekatan sosiologis (sociology approach). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa prosedur verifikasi laporan di Ombudsman RI Perwakilan NTB telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan mendapatkan respons positif dari masyarakat. Proses verifikasi yang dilakukan secara transparan, dan melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk memastikan kebenaran dan keaslian laporan. Dengan demikian, prosedur verifikasi laporan di Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) sudah sangat efektif dalam menangani pengaduan masyarakat, sesuai dengan Pasal 24 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2008.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Alzheimer’s disease has emerged as a critical public health priority. This neurodegenerative disorder is characterized by the gradual erosion of memory, linguistic capabilities, and problem-solving skills resulting from irreversible neuronal damage. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is commonly used for early diagnosis; however, manual interpretation of MRI scans is time-consuming and subject to inter-observer variability among medical professionals. Recent advances in artificial intelligence have enabled automated analysis of MRI images for Alzheimer’s disease detection, yet many existing approaches rely on deep learning architectures with high computational complexity. To address this limitation, this study proposes a lightweight deep convolutional network based on EfficientNetV2 for Alzheimer’s disease classification using brain MRI images. Data augmentation techniques, including random rotation, affine transformation, horizontal and vertical flipping and normalization are applied to enhance model generalization. Two EfficientNetV2 variants, EfficientNetV2_s and EfficientNetV2_m, are evaluated and compared using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Experimental results demonstrate that EfficientNetV2_s achieves superior performance, attaining an accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score of approximately 0.90, while EfficientNetV2_m achieves corresponding values of approximately 0.81, indicating lower generalization capability. These results confirm that the smaller EfficientNetV2_s model provides more accurate and reliable classification performance despite its reduced computational complexity.Keywords - Alzheimer’s Disease, Classification, Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning.

Abstract

Grounded in leadership theory within educational and socio-religious institutions, this study examines three critical aspects of leadership in pesantren (Islamic boarding school): the formation of formal and informal structures; the role of family, foundations, and symbols of authority in reinforcing internal stability and leadership legitimacy; and the consequences of leadership models on moderation, institutional openness, and adaptability of pesantren. A qualitative approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis at Pesantren Miftahul Ulum and Pesantren Kiai Syarifuddin in East Java. Data and findings were analyzed through symbolic and socio-cultural lenses. The results indicate that the mono leadership model generates a centralized and rapid decision-making process heavily reliant on the personal authority of the Kiai. In contrast, the dual leadership model emphasizes collective deliberation through family forums and foundation structures, fostering an inclusive and adaptive organizational culture. Spiritual symbols and the informal role of family members were also key elements in maintaining value continuity and internal stability in both models. This study offers a new analytical contribution by highlighting how differing leadership typologies in pesantren not only influence internal governance but also shape the development of democratic and moderate Islamic education practices within changing socio-religious contexts.

Abstract

Limited legal literacy among village officials may contribute to disorderly village administration, inconsistent document formats, weak record-keeping, and poor archive traceability, ultimately affecting public service quality. This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aimed to strengthen the legal literacy of village officials in Larangan Luar Village, Pamekasan Regency, to improve orderly and accountable village administrative governance. The program applied a hands-on training model combined with mentoring/document clinics and a pretest–posttest evaluation involving village officials (n = 18). Implementation consisted of three core training sessions and two mentoring sessions over four weeks, focusing on document legality, official correspondence standards, numbering and registers, and basic archive management. Results showed an increase in the average legal literacy score from 54.1 (pretest) to 74.6 (posttest), an improvement of 20.5 points. Beyond knowledge gains, document quality and administrative order improved through the adoption of practical administrative tools developed during the program. Key outputs included a concise module (±22 pages), 10 village administrative document templates, one village administrative SOP, and a simple filing system based on document classification and folder numbering. In conclusion, strengthening village officials’ legal literacy through practice-based training and mentoring effectively supports improvements in village administrative governance and is potentially replicable in other villages in Pamekasan with context-specific adjustments.

Abstract

Fiqh learning based on classical Islamic texts (kutub al-turāts) remains a distinctive characteristic of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia; however, at the Aliyah level it still faces challenges such as limited proficiency in classical Arabic, low active learning engagement, and the need for adaptation to modern educational demands. This study aims to describe the fiqh learning strategies based on kitab turats and analyze the challenges encountered in their implementation for second-year Aliyah students at Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan Modern Islamic Boarding School and Dayah Insan Qur’ani in Aceh Besar. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving fiqh teachers and students as informants, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that learning strategies involve sorogan, bandongan, and individual mentoring methods supported by pedagogical adaptation to improve contextual comprehension of classical texts. The main challenges include students’ limited Arabic proficiency, a shortage of teachers specializing in classical texts, and limited instructional time. Abstrak Pembelajaran fikih berbasis kitab turats merupakan karakter utama pendidikan pesantren, namun pada tingkat Aliyah masih menghadapi kendala dalam penguasaan bahasa Arab klasik, partisipasi belajar aktif, dan penyesuaian dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran fikih berbasis kitab turats serta menganalisis tantangan dalam implementasinya pada santri kelas 2 Aliyah di Pesantren Modern Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan dan Dayah Insan Qur’ani Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan guru fikih dan santri, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan meliputi metode sorogan, bandongan, dan bimbingan individual, dengan adaptasi pedagogis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teks klasik secara kontekstual. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan kemampuan bahasa Arab, kurangnya guru ahli kitab klasik, serta alokasi waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of murābaḥah financing based on fatwa DSN MUI no. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 at KSPP Syariah BMT NU Pragaan Branch. This research method uses field qualitative, with data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the general provisions of murābaḥah financing to the type of guarantee used in the Sharia KSPP BMT NU Pragaan Branch were in accordance with the fatwa of DSN MUI no. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Where in its application, if there are doubtful things related to murābaḥah financing transactions, the Sharia KSPP Center BMT NU East Java held a bahtsul masail by presenting the chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) East Java. As for the purchase of goods at KSPP Syariah BMT NU Pragaan Branch using two options, the first purchase of goods is carried out by the manager himself and the second is purchased by partners as representatives of the manager.

Abstract

Self-efficacy dan kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah merupakan dua aspek krusial dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Meskipun demikian, kajian yang meneliti keterkaitan antara keduanya masih tergolong terbatas, khususnya pada jenjang Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di wilayah Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika pada siswa MAN Aceh Besar. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas siswa kelas X dari MAN 1, MAN 4, dan MAN 6 Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 80 siswa yang terpilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket self-efficacy, tes pemecahan masalah matematika, serta pedoman wawancara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara self-efficacy dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Siswa dengan tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi cenderung menyelesaikan soal secara lebih terstruktur, sedangkan siswa dengan self-efficacy rendah lebih rentan mengalami hambatan dalam proses penyelesaian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan siswa dalam memecahkan soal matematika tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan kognitif semata, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri.

Abstract

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) turning is one of the most widely applied precision machining technologies in modern manufacturing, where surface quality is a key determinant of product performance and reliability. Surface roughness (Ra) is recognized as one of the most critical parameters for evaluating machining results. However, reliance on operator experience in selecting machining parameters often leads to inefficiencies and inconsistent surface quality, indicating the need for more accurate predictive approaches. This study proposes an Artificial Neural Network (ANN)-based model to predict surface roughness in CNC turning using two distinct experimental configurations. The first experiment (Exp1) employs three identical factor variations, whereas the second experiment (Exp2) incorporates different factorial combinations to introduce broader variability. The developed ANN architecture consists of four dense layers with ReLU and LeakyReLU activation functions, complemented by dropout layers to mitigate overfitting arising from the relatively small dataset. The results show that the ANN model effectively learns the nonlinear relationships between machining parameters and Ra values. Furthermore, the model achieves higher predictive accuracy in Exp2, likely due to its more structured parameter variations. Overall, the findings demonstrate that ANN-based prediction provides a promising and efficient approach for enhancing accuracy in surface quality assessment within CNC turning operations.   Keywords-  Artificial Neural Network (ANN); CNC Turning; Surface Roughness.
