Abstract

CV. Indotech Jaya Cemerlang adalah perusahaan fabrikasi yang memproduksi sesuai permintaan pelanggan, dengan keselamatan kerja sebagai aspek penting dalam operasionalnya. Pada periode September 2024 – Februari 2025, tercatat 73 kasus kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis dan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control. Dari hasil identifikasi bahaya, risiko pada bahaya yang teridentifikasi akan dilakukan penilaian severity dan likelihood untuk menentukan tingkat risiko low, moderate dan high. Penelitian menunjukan pada proses menggambar pola material kerja terdapat 2 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses pembubutan terdapat 4 bahaya moderate risk dan 2 bahaya high risk, pada proses pengeboran terdapat 1 bahaya low risk dan 3 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses pengelasan terdapat 1 bahaya low risk ,3 bahaya moderate risk dan 1 bahaya high risk, pada proses pemotongan terdapat 5 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses penghalusan terdapat 2 bahaya moderate risk dan 1 bahaya high risk, pada proses perakitan terdapat 1 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses pembersihan area kerja terdapat 2 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses finishing terdapat 2 bahaya moderate risk, pada proses pengangkutan material terdapat 2 bahaya low risk. Pengendalian risiko menggunakan acuan OHSAS 18001.

Abstract

This community service aims to build student competencies in facing the challenges of digital transformation and human resource development (HR) in the technological era. This activity is carried out through socialization and training that aims to increase students' understanding of the importance of digital literacy, technology skills, and the development of soft skills needed in the modern world of work. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice on various aspects of digital transformation, such as the use of digital platforms, data management, and character and competency development relevant to current industry needs. The results of this activity show that the socialization and training provided can increase students' knowledge and awareness of digital transformation and the importance of developing adaptive and innovative human resources. Thus, this activity is expected to help students prepare to compete in the technological era and become a competent workforce ready to face change.

Abstract

A shift in dietary patterns towards fast-food consumption, including among university students, has the potential to impact health and lifestyle. This study aimed to analyze the factors that differentiate fast-food consumption behavior (frequent versus infrequent categories) among students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, academic year 2022-2024, at Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method, data were collected through questionnaires from 59 respondents. Fisher's discriminant analysis was employed to classify consumption behavior. The findings reveal that the majority of students (35 out of 59) fell into the frequent consumption category, indicating a need for closer attention to the dietary patterns of this group. Based on the analysis of discriminant function coefficients, the most influential factors in differentiating consumption behavior were lifestyle, service quality, a varied menu, an affordable price, and a strategic location. The discriminant model demonstrated an accuracy of 81.4% on cross-validated cases, indicating an effective predictive capability. The implications of this research highlight an urgent need for nutritional education interventions and policies that support healthy eating patterns to curb the fast-food consumption trend among students and the wider community, considering the significant health risks associated with this behavior.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang berbasis benda nyata sangat penting untuk mempermudah pemahaman konsep biologi, khususnya materi klasifikasi serangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan insektarium kepada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Naman Teran sebagai media edukatif dalam pembelajaran IPA. Kegiatan dilakukan selama enam hari melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Penyuluhan meliputi pengenalan jenis-jenis serangga, teknik pengawetan sederhana, serta penyusunan insektarium. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa antusias dan mampu membuat insektarium sederhana dari serangga yang dikoleksi di lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Media insektarium yang dihasilkan berfungsi membantu siswa memahami ciri-ciri morfologi dan pengelompokan serangga sesuai klasifikasi. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan ini berkontribusi meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep klasifikasi serangga.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman hidup bagi setiap muslim yang tidak hanya dibaca, tetapi juga harus dipahami dan diamalkan. Membaca Al-Qur’an dengan tartil dan seni tilawah yang benar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter spiritual peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan seni baca Al-Qur’an pada peserta didik di Madrasah Diniyah Nurrudien Sungai Kepayang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pembelajaran, dengan dukungan faktor internal seperti minat siswa dan dukungan orang tua, serta faktor eksternal berupa sarana, kualitas pendidik, dan lingkungan sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi strategi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan keterampilan siswa, serta memperkuat peran madrasah sebagai pusat pendidikan Islam di masyarakat.

Abstract

Religious-based conflicts often generate widespread destructive impacts, making early prevention a strategic agenda not only for the state but also for all elements of society. This article seeks to analyze the potential sources of religious conflict in Kediri City—widely recognized as a space of tolerance—while examining the role of religious leaders in preventing these potentials from escalating into open conflict. The study employs content analysis of digital media combined with descriptive analysis to explore the social actions of religious leaders in managing conflict risks. The findings reveal four major sources of vulnerability: religious plurality that may trigger social segregation, issues surrounding the construction and activities of houses of worship, tensions in the celebration of religious holidays, and the penetration of extremist religious doctrines. In response to these vulnerabilities, religious leaders have initiated preventive measures such as monitoring socio-political conditions, facilitating regular interfaith dialogue, mediating conflicts peacefully, and fostering close collaboration with state institutions through interfaith forums. These findings underscore that early detection strategies grounded in religious leadership not only strengthen social cohesion but also provide a preventive model that can be replicated in other regions. Theoretically, this study contributes to conflict studies by demonstrating the interplay between structural, cultural, and religious factors in building an effective early warning system.

Abstract

This study explores the role of hadith-based religious moderation in enhancing the social resilience of Indonesian students studying in Syria during the downfall of the Bashar al-Assad regime. The main objective is to identify strategies for implementing the values of religious moderation that are relevant to preventing radicalism and fostering social resilience. The research employs Yūsuf al-Qaraḍāwī’s theory of religious moderation within a sociological case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The research questions include:(1) How is the contextual interpretation of ḥadīths on moderation understood among Indonesian students in Syria? (2) How are the prophetic principles of moderation applied to build social resilience in the post-Assad context? (3) What are the outcomes of internalizing hadith-based moderation among these students?The findings reveal that, based on al-Qaraḍāwī’s pillars of moderation, students demonstrate balance (tawāzun) by maintaining religious commitment while avoiding conflict and focusing on academic and religious studies. In terms of tolerance (tasāmuḥ), students show greater openness toward differences. Meanwhile, regarding comprehensiveness (syumūliyah),they actively engage in social interactions and embrace diverse groups without aligning with political factions. Social resilience efforts are manifested through hadith-based study circles emphasizing peace and harmony among Muslims. Consequently, Indonesian students remain unaffected by the demonstrations and civil resistance against the government.[Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran moderasi beragama yang berpijak pada hadis dalam meningkatkan resiliensi sosial mahasiswa Indonesia yang sedang studi di Suriah pada fase jatuhnya rezim Bashar Assad. Kajian utama bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang relevan untuk mencegah radikalisme dan membentuk ketahanan sosial. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan teori moderasi beragama Yūsuf al-Qaraḍāwī dengan pendekatan studi kasus sosiologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipasi, dan dokumentasi. Rumusan masalah penelitian meliputi: (1) Bagaimana kontekstualitas interpretasi hadis-hadis moderasi di kalangan mahasiswa di Suriah? (2) Bagaimana implementasi hadis moderasi dalam membangun resiliensi sosial pasca-jatuhnya rezim Assad? (3) Bagiamana hasil internalisasi hadis moderasi bagi mahasiswa Indonesia di Suriah? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pilar moderasi yang ditawarkan al-Qaraḍāwī, dari aspek tawāzun, mahasiswa mampu bersikap religius dengan menghindari konflik dan focus pada kajian ilmiah dan keagamaan. Dari aspek tasāmuḥ, mahasisa lebih toleransi dalam melihat perbedaan. Sementara dari aspek syumūliyah, mahasiswa aktif sosialisasi dan merangkul semua golongan tanpa terlibat dalam arus pro-kontra pemerintahan. Upaya resiliensi sosial diimplementasikan melalui kajian-kajian hadis moderasi yang mengedepankan perdamaian antar sesama muslim. Hal ini menjadikan mahasiswa Indonesia tidak terpengaruh oleh demonstrasi dan perlawanan rakyat terhadap pemerintah.]
