Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca huruf hijaiyah dan menghafal surat pendek pada siswa PAUD di TK Islam Terpadu Insan Kamil, Kecamatan Bungursari, Kabupaten Purwakarta, melalui penerapan metode bermain edukatif. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengenal huruf hijaiyah dan menghafal surat-surat pendek. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain edukatif mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, serta memperbaiki kemampuan mereka dalam mengenal dan menghafal huruf hijaiyah. Pada siklus pertama, rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 86 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 73%. Setelah perbaikan pada siklus kedua, terjadi peningkatan dalam pengucapan huruf, keterlibatan dalam permainan, dan hafalan surat pendek, dengan tingkat ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 86%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain edukatif efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi huruf hijaiyah dan surat pendek. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan metode bermain edukatif sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar anak-anak di tingkat PAUD, khususnya dalam pembelajaran agama Islam. This study aims to improve the ability to read hijaiyah letters and memorize short surahs among early childhood students at TK Islam Terpadu Insan Kamil, Bungursari Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, through the application of educational play methods. The background of this research is based on the students' low ability to recognize hijaiyah letters and memorize short surahs. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research results show that the educational play method successfully increased students' motivation and engagement in the learning process, as well as improved their ability to recognize and memorize hijaiyah letters. In the first cycle, the average student score was 86, with a mastery level of 73%. After improvements in the second cycle, there was a notable increase in letter pronunciation, participation in play activities, and memorization of short surahs, with the mastery level rising to 86%. These results indicate that the educational play method is effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes in the material on hijaiyah letters and short surahs. This study recommends using educational play methods as a fun and effective learning strategy to improve children's learning outcomes at the early childhood level, particularly in Islamic education.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah tercapainya tujuan pengajaran secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik dalam dakwah, khutbah, dan tabligh melalui metode drill dan demonstrasi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus mencakup perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, refleksi, serta revisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI RPL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Sukatani, dengan data diperoleh dari hasil tes formatif dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik dari siklus I (65,85%) ke siklus II (78,00%). Kesimpulannya, metode drill dan demonstrasi berkontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan dakwah peserta didik dan dapat diterapkan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. The primary goal of any teaching activity is to achieve instructional objectives effectively and efficiently. This study aims to assess the improvement of students’ abilities in preaching, sermons, and tabligh using demonstration and Drill methods, as well as their impact on students' motivation in Islamic Religious Education. Conducted in two cycles, each cycle includes planning, action and observation, reflection, and revision stages. The research targeted Class XI RPL 1 students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukatani, gathering data from formative test results and observation sheets. Findings reveal a rise in student competence from Cycle I (65.85%) to Cycle II (78.00%). In conclusion, the demonstration and Drill methods positively influence students' preaching skills and serve as an alternative teaching approach for Islamic Education.

Abstract

This research offers novelty by conducting a comparative analysis of the application of the doctrine of undue influence in contract cancellation in Indonesia, particularly in the context of comparing different legal systems. Previous study such as those conducted by Ariyanto (2023), revealed that Indonesia lacks a clear legal framework regarding undue influence in contract cancellation. Meanwhile, Azam (2020) highlighted that the doctrine in consumer financing cases in Indonesia limits contractual freedom. This study compares the application of the doctrine of undue influence as a basis for contract cancellation in Indonesia and Malaysia, aiming to formulate an ideal model for Indonesia inspired by the application in Malaysia. The research method employs normative legal research method with a comparative legal approach. Legal materials are collected through extensive library research and analyzed using systematic and grammatical legal interpretation methodology. The novelty of this study lies in its in-depth comparison of the application of this doctrine in Indonesia and Malaysia, focusing on significant similarities between two countries, influencing how the harmed party seek cancellation. Indonesia has the opportunity to adopt Malaysia’s approach, which encourages judges to offer alternative solution and conduct deeper psychological analysis. This research may inspire ideas to explore the application of the doctrine of undue influence in the countries with different legal systems, such as those following common law or civil law systems.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the discovery learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes in tube material in class IX. Quasi experimental design. The post-test control group used by researchers uses a quantitative approach. All students in class IX of SMPN 1 Panyabungan are the population of the research, while the sample consists of two classes, namely classes IX-1 and IX-2, each class consists of 22 students selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used was a learning outcomes test in the form of a final test (post-test), which consisted of 8 essay questions. Data analysis techniques include a normality test to ensure that the data is normally distributed, a homogeneity test to check the equality of variance between groups, and hypothesis testing using the t-test to determine the significance of differences in learning outcomes between the experimental and control groups. The results of the data analysis process obtained show that the calculated t-value is 9.706, which is higher than t-table value of 2.018 at the 5% significance level. This shows that the discovery learning model influences student learning outcomes in class IX curved-sided geometric shapes (tube) material at SMP Negeri 1 Panyabungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedudukan dan fungsi jaksa dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia menurut KUHAP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode yuridisme normatif yaitu metode penambahan dengan berpegang pada norma atau hukum yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Kejaksaan di Indonesia memiliki kewenangan yang cukup terbatas dibandingkan dengan kejaksaan di Belanda, Inggris atau Amerika.Selain itu tercantum dalam KUHAP, tugas dan wewenang kejaksaan dalam menjalankan sebagai subsistem/komponen penegak hukum sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia tercantum dalam Undang- Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang kejaksaan. Kejaksaan adalah lembaga non-departemen, yang berarti tidak berada di bawah kementerian apapun, puncak kepemimpinan kejaksaan dipegang oleh jaksaagung yang bertanggung jawab terhadap presiden. 2. Proses peradilan pidana dapat dimaknai sebagai keseluruhan tahapan pemeriksaan perkara pidana untuk mengungkap perbuatan pidana yang terjadi dan mengambil tindakan hukum kepada pelakunya.Dengan melalui berbagai institusi, maka proses peradilan dimulai dari institusi Kejaksaan, sampai ke Institusi Pengadilan dan berakhir pada Institusi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas fenomena Israiliyyat dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an yang telah menjadi bagian penting sekaligus kontroversial dalam tradisi tafsir Islam. Israiliyyat merupakan narasi-narasi yang bersumber dari kitab-kitab Yahudi dan Kristen yang masuk ke dalam literatur tafsir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan definisi, sejarah masuknya Israiliyyat, serta sikap para mufassir terhadap penggunaan riwayat tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, kisah Israiliyyat dalam Al-Quran berasal dari kaum Yahudi dan Nasrani yang datang ke tanah Arab hingga memeluk agama Islam yang merupakan orang yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi tentang agama sebelumnya sehingga ikut menafsirkan ayat-ayat Al-Quran tentang kisah umat terdahulu, Namu terdapat kisah israiliyyat yang diterima, ditolak dan didamkan. pendapat para ulama mengenai tafsir ini adalah boleh diamalkan apabila sesuia dengan syariat Islam dan begitu juga sebaliknya jika bertentangan dengan syarita Islam maka tidak boleh diamalkan

Abstract

Education is the right of every individual, including children with special needs (ABK). The independent curriculum provides space for educational units to develop adaptive and student-centered learning, including in determining Islamic religious education learning strategies. Children with Special Needs (ABK) are children who clearly experience obstacles and retardation in intellectual mental development. This study aims to determine the strategy, implementation and what factors are obstacles and supporters in learning Islamic religious education at SLB Sabilillah Cukir Jombang. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study research type, data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The strategy used in Islamic religious education depends on the needs of children such as the mentally retarded using the demonstration strategy and the autistic using the lovees strategy.

Abstract

This study discusses the contextual learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) that links subject matter with students' real experiences, so that learning becomes more meaningful. The method used is qualitative through literature study with descriptive analysis of journals and books in the last five years. The results of the study indicate that this contextual model emphasizes the strategies of relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring, as well as principles such as constructivism, inquiry, asking, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. The application of the contextual model in PAI has been proven to be able to increase active participation, creativity, and students' understanding of religious values ​​in the context of everyday life. Although it requires high readiness from teachers, the contextual learning model provides contextual, fun, and relevant learning solutions for student development

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peluang penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam penyelesaian sengketa konsumen melalui sistem Hybrid Online Dispute Resolution (ODR Hibrida) dan legitimasi etis maqashid syariah terhadapnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan konsptual dan perundang-undangan. Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan internet searching yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara preskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AI mampu mengatasi permasalahan internal di Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK). Permasalahan tersebut seperti masalah pada tingkat profesionalisme para anggota yang rendah dan tingkat kegagalan penyelesaian sengketa konsumen yang tinggi. AI dapat digunakan dalam ODR Hibrida untuk sengketa sederhana, repetitif dengan nilai kerugian di bawah Rp. 500.000.000,- akibat wanprestasi atau perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha Prinsip-prinsip Maqashid Syariah mendukung penggunaan AI, yang dapat memastikan keadilan dan transparansi. Dengan begitu, penggunaan AI dalam ODR Hibrida dibenarkan secara teknis, hukum, dan etis menurut syariah, serta meningkatkan akses keadilan dan perlindungan konsumen. (This research discusses the opportunity to use artificial intelligence (AI) in consumer dispute resolution through the Hybrid Online Dispute Resolution (ODR Hybrid) system and the ethical legitimacy of maqashid syariah to it. This research is a doctrinal legal research with conceptual and statutory approaches. The legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials collected through literature study and internet searching which are then analysed prescriptively qualitative. This research found that AI is able to overcome internal problems in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK). These problems include the low level of professionalism of the members and the high failure rate of consumer dispute resolution. AI can be used in Hybrid ODR for simple, repetitive disputes with a loss value below Rp. 500,000,000,- due to default or unlawful acts committed by business actors Maqashid Syariah principles support the use of AI, which can ensure fairness and transparency. As such, the use of AI in Hybrid ODR is technically, legally, and ethically justified under Shariah, and enhances access to justice and consumer protection.)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze optimal strategies in the selection and recruitment process of educators and academic staff to enhance the quality of education. The research employs a literature review method using the PRISMA approach, which facilitates a systematic screening of relevant scholarly articles. The findings indicate that an effective selection process involves a combination of interviews, competency tests, and assessments based on validity and reliability. Additionally, recruitment can be conducted through centralized or decentralized approaches, depending on institutional needs. The key selection criteria for educators include academic qualifications, experience, communication skills, technological competence, professionalism, and alignment with the institutions vision and mission. By implementing a rigorous and data-driven selection system, educational institutions can improve efficiency in acquiring high-quality personnel and support sustainable educational development.   Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Educator and Academic Staff
