Abstract

The VO₂Max condition of the Gresik women's indoor hockey players should be fulfilled. Since VO₂Max includes a baseline that represents general fitness which is good condition VO₂Max it can be assumed other physical endurance will follow. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) possessed by Gresik women's indoor hockey players in supporting the success of winning a gold medal at Situbondo in 2022. Quantitative descriptive was used in this research method with 12 research subjects. The multi-stage fitness test (MFT) was used as an instrument in this study. The results of the analysis of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) data from female indoor hockey players in the category "very poor" 0.00% (0 players), "less" 0.00% (0 players), "enough" 0.00% (0 players), “good” 50.00% (6 players), “very good” 41.70% (5 players) and “excellent” 8.30% (1 player). The average of this data analysis was 39.34. Based on these results, the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) of Gresik women's indoor hockey players was in the “very good” category. It can be concluded that to meet good VO₂Max conditions, the results of this study can be used as a benchmark for other hockey teams when preparing for matches.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Argo Mulyo Desa Tambi, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo adalah belum memadainya alat bantu pengolah bambu cendani sehingga berakibat pada kurang maksimalnya anggota KTH dalam memproduksi bambu cendani dan pada gilirannya berdampak kurang optimalnya   produksi dan pemasaran bambu cendani. Tujuan diselenggarakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun kedua ini  adalah menyediakan mesin pengolah bambu cendani sekaligus memberikan ketrampilan bagi anggota KTH baik pria maupun wanita pada LMDH Argo Mulyo  dalam  menggunakan mesin pengolah bambu cendani  dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan produksi dan pemasaran bambu cendani. Kegiatan pelatihan ketrampilan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 19 September 2023     bagi para anggota KTH pada LMDH Argo Mulyo Argo Mulyo, Desa Tambi, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo dengan mengundang praktisi pengolah bambu cendani. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya ketrampilan dasar bagi para anggota KTH dalam menggunakan mesin pengolah bambu dan membuat produk hasil olahan bambu. Ketrampilan tersebut perlu diasah terus menerus sehingga para anggota KTH mampu menguasai penggunaan mesin pengolah bambu sekaligus trampil dalam membuat produk hasil olahan bambu yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Gross motor development is essential for elementary students’ physical growth and learning. Traditional games are a fun and culturally rich method to stimulate gross motor skills. To examine the effectiveness of the Karapan Sapi traditional game in improving gross motor skills among 4th-grade students at SDN Bubutan IV Surabaya. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) in two cycles involving 26 students, using observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Initial observations showed most students were in the "Less Skilled" category. After the intervention using the Karapan Sapi game, all students progressed to the "Highly Skilled" category. The Karapan Sapi game enhanced not only physical abilities but also teamwork, student engagement, and appreciation for local culture. The Karapan Sapi traditional game is an effective and enjoyable educational tool to improve elementary students’ gross motor skills through contextual and cultural-based learning.

Abstract

Research Problems The coaching process and training programs at Sasana Djiwo Ketawang have been implemented but have not yet reached maximum achievement. Research Objectives: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of martial art training program at Sasana Djiwo Ketawang using the CIPP model, including: (1) context evaluation, (2) input evaluation, (3) process evaluation and (4) product evaluation. Methods: The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire and descriptive qualitative conducted by interview and observation and documentation as supporting data. Results: The results of this evaluation research show an overall average score of 2.89 in the good category, with a context evaluation score of 3.10 in the good category, an input evaluation score of 2.99 in the good category, a process evaluation score of 3.38 in the very good category and a product evaluation score of 2.09 in the poor category. The context aspect is considered successful, but the input aspect needs improvement, especially in athlete resources with the main obstacle being the lack of government funding in fostering achievement training. The process aspect is quite good, but the implementation of training has not been maximized even though coaching and monitoring evaluation have been running. This causes pencak silat achievements in Sasana Djiwo Ketawang not to be able to compete at the regional and national levels. Conclusion: For the overall results of the evaluation, Sasana Djiwo Ketawang has been running well, however, regular evaluations are still needed to improve coaching performance, try out scheduling for athletes' match flying hours and a more varied and efficient training program on target.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of high-lob technique on petanque sport pointing using a concrete field surface. The method used is descriptive research with implementation at the Petanque Laboratory of Surabaya State University. The subjects of the study were five Unesa petanque athletes who were selected based on their technical skills. Data collection techniques include field observation, skill tests, documentation, and data analysis using the Kinovea and Capcut applications. The results showed that at a distance of 6 meters, the release angle was 63.5°, the height was 3.53 m, the rolling distance was 35 cm, and the final result was 8.5 cm. At a distance of 7 meters, the release angle was 63.4°, the height was 4.01 m, the rolling distance was 53 cm, and the final result was 10.4 cm. At a distance of 8 meters, the release angle was 62.3°, the height was 3.99 m, the rolling distance was 59 cm, and the final result was 13.4 cm. Meanwhile, at a distance of 9 meters, the release angle is 60.3°, the height is 4.16 m, the roll is 53 cm, and the final result is 19.2 cm. All parameters have met the effectiveness criteria based on existing references, except for the rolling distances at 7, 8, and 9 meters which exceed the ideal limit. These results imply that adjusting the drop point and increasing the angle and height of the bounce can optimize the results of the high-lob pointing technique.

Abstract

Background: Athletes must maintain top physical condition to compete, with body composition a crucial indicator. Skeletal muscle mass and body fat are related to performance, with a lower fat percentage increasing physical ability. Nutritional needs also play a role, where athletes consume carbohydrates for 60-70% of their energy. These factors are essential for optimal performance and overall health. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the body composition of junior basketball athletes regarding gender. Methods: This study employed a rigorous cross-sectional research design to analyze the body composition measurements of elite athletes and junior basketball players. The participants were carefully selected based on age, injury history, national-level achievements, and recent injury training. A total of 24 junior basketball athletes, evenly split between elite junior male and female athletes, participated in the test. The data was meticulously analyzed using Minitab software and the T-test to determine gender differences, ensuring the validity and reliability of the results. Results: The athletes were aged 16-17, weighing 50-65 kg to 95-108 kg. They had BMI characteristics of 8.3% underweight, 79.2% normal, 12.5% overweight, and 0% obese. Significant differences were found in body composition characteristics for each gender. The T-test results show significant differences between the variables with a P value <0.05.   Conclusion: They indicate that female basketball athletes tend to have a higher fat percentage, while male athletes typically possess significantly greater muscle mass. These insights can be instrumental in developing gender-specific training and nutrition programs, thereby enhancing the performance and health of junior basketball athletes.

Abstract

The study investigates the community's response to PTSL (One Stop Integrated Land Service) at the Madiun City Land Office, with the assistance of stakeholders, serving as a reflective tool for enhancing the quality of land services. Discrepancies in previous research findings regarding public perceptions of public service quality highlight the necessity for further exploration. Focused on understanding the perceptions of PTSL participants in Madiun City, particularly as 2021 marks the final year of PTSL implementation in the area, the research employs a mixed-methods approach. Findings reveal a prevailing lack of public awareness regarding the PTSL service process in Madiun City, alongside inaccurate assumptions regarding the services provided by the Land Office. Consequently, efforts to disseminate accurate information to the public are deemed imperative.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan redistribusi tanah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan redistribusi tanah di Indragiri Hulu di Kelurahan Pangkalan Kasai Kecamatan Seberida dan Desa Pauh Ranap Kecamatan Peranap Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif atau naturalistik karena dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah karena penelitian ini mengeksplor deskripsi dampak dari implementasi kebijakan redistribusi tanah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan redistribusi tanah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu sudah terimplementasi dengan baik, akan tetapi perlunya evaluasi dalam siklus kinerja yang meliputi komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi agar pelaksanaan redistribusi tanah teklaksana secara optimal dan efesien sesuai dengan arahan Perpres No. 62 Tahun 2023 Tentang Percepatan Reforma Agraria hasil penyempurnaan dari Perpres No. 86 Tahun 2018 Tentang Reforma Agraria sehingga pada tahapan lanjut dari kegiatan redistribusi tanah tersebut memberikan dampak positif dan efektif sehingga banyaknya kelompok tani dan UMKM yang tersingkronisasi dengan program pemerintah daerah yang menjadikan nilai tambah pada prospek usahanya melalui PTM. Selain itu juga terimplementasinya target sasaran dari Perpres No. 62 Tahun 2023 Tentang Percepatan Reforma Agraria yang meliputi: (a) mengurangi ketimpangan penguasaan dan pemilikan tanah dalam rangka menciptakan keadilan, (b) menangani Sengketa dan Konflik Agraria, (c) menciptakan sumber kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berbasis agraria melalui pengaturan penguasaan, pemilikan, penggunaan dan pemanfaatan tanah, (d) menciptakan lapangan kerja untuk mengurangi kemiskinan, (e) memperbaiki akses masyarakat kepada sumber ekonomi, (f) meningkatkan ketahanan dan kedaulatan pangan, (g) memperbaiki dan menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sarolangun yang menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sarolangun menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif berupa partial least square (PLS) dan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian dimana motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai, dimana nilai t statistik (6,080) lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,006). Kemudian variabel kompetensi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai, dimana nilai t statistik (2,450) lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,006). Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai di setiap unit kerja masing-masing sehingga akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan produktivitas pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how and to what extent the quality of service and facilities influence the satisfaction of inpatients at Malinau Hospital on the satisfaction of inpatients at Malinau Hospital, partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study design with the aim of describing and analyzing whether there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study, the number of inpatient visits from June to October 2023 was 1,152, with a research sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 25. The results of the research obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.119 + 0.064 significant impact on the satisfaction of inpatients at Malinau District Hospital. The simultaneous test (F test) shows that the quality of services and facilities have a significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at Malinau Hospital simultaneously. The partial coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the variables (X1), (X2) are able to explain the variable (Y) by 55.0%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.0% is explained by other variables not identified in this study.
