Abstract

The cultivation of Pancasila values in early childhood is essential for shaping individuals with a strong national identity. However, current methods for instilling these values remain suboptimal. This study investigates the effectiveness of the Garuda Pancasila puzzle game in enhancing the internalization of Pancasila values among early childhood learners. Using a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, the study involved 77 children aged 5–6 years from Perwanida I Kindergarten, Kediri City. Data were collected using observation sheets structured around the five fundamental values of Pancasila: (1) Belief in One God, (2) Just and Civilized Humanity, (3) Unity of Indonesia, (4) Democracy Led by Wisdom in Representative Deliberation, and (5) Social Justice for All Indonesians. The research instrument comprised 18 items rated on a binary scale (1 or 0). The findings indicate a significant improvement in the internalization of Pancasila values in the experimental group (mean score: 9.60) compared to the control group (mean score: 7.88) after implementing the Garuda puzzle game. The independent t-test results (t = -2.068, p = 0.042) confirm a statistically significant difference, underscoring the effectiveness of the game-based intervention. Additionally, children in the experimental group exhibited greater engagement, active participation, and improved social interactions, reinforcing both cognitive and socio-emotional development. The structured yet flexible nature of the game facilitated hands-on learning, enabling children to explore ethical reasoning and collaborative problem-solving. These results highlight the potential of play-based learning strategies in character education. The study recommends integrating culturally relevant games into early childhood curricula to strengthen civic awareness and national identity. Future research should examine longitudinal effects and explore the integration of digital puzzle games to assess long-term value internalization and broader scalability in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

Employed within the Batak Toba community, Mangongkal Holi represents a longstanding tradition that continues to be actively practiced. Functioning as a unifying element, this tradition fosters cohesion amongst the geographically dispersed Batak Toba people across Indonesia. Through a combined approach of literature review and interviews, this research delves into the concept of divinity inherent within Mangongkal Holi. The author's meticulous analysis unveils Mangongkal Holi as more than just a ceremonial practice; it serves as a profound expression and reflection of the human connection to the divine. This tradition embodies esteemed values such as reverence and dedication towards the Creator, while simultaneously reinforcing the bonds of fraternity among the Batak people scattered throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

There are many religions and beliefs in the world. Among them, we must mention five major religions such as Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism. Besides these major religions, other religious beliefs still exist, namely the Đạo Mẫu Belief, Thờ Kính Tổ Tiên Belief (ancestor worship belief), Thờ Trời Belief, and others. These beliefs often originate from local cultures. Although belief is not as universal and strong as religion, it is imbued with the characteristics and identity of indigenous people's belief in a Supreme Being. In this article, the writer will clarify the identity of indigenous people's belief in their own beliefs, specifically the Mother Goddess belief (Đạo Mẫu) of the Vietnamese people. This study also focuses on the belief in divinity in the Đạo Mẫu traditional belief. Using the library research method, the writer traces official sources of information through books, articles, and etc to give an overview of the Mother Goddess belief. Specifically, this article will present the origins of the formation of the Đạo Mẫu belief and also mention the divine system in the Đạo Mẫu belief. Apart from that, the author presents the unique rituals in the Mother Goddess belief, as well as the meaning of these rituals. Finally, the researcher will explain the views and role of the Mother Goddess in the Đạo Mẫu Belief.AbstrakAda banyak kepercayaan dan agama di dunia, diantaranya lima agama besar seperti Kristen, Hindu, Islam, Yudaisme, dan Budha. Selain agama-agama besar tersebut, masih ada kepercayaan lain yang berasal dari budaya lokal yaitu Kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu, Kepercayanan Thờ Kính Tổ Tiên (kepercayaan pemujaan leluhur), Kepercayaan Thờ Trời, dan lain lain. Meski kepercayaan ini tidak bersifat universal dan sekuat agama, namun kepercayaan tersebut dijiwai dengan ciri dan identitas kepercayaan adat terhadap Yang Maha Esa. Dalam artikel ini, penulis akan memperjelas identitas kepercayaan masyarakat adat terhadap kepercayaan mereka sendiri, khususnya kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu masyarakat Vietnam. Penelitian ini juga berfokus pada paham ketuhanan dalam kepercayaan adat Đạo Mẫu. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penulis menelusuri sumber informasi resmi melalui buku, artikel, dan lain-lain untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu. Secara khusus artikel ini akan memaparkan asal mula terbentuknya kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu dan juga menyebutkan sistem ketuhanan dalam kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu. Selain itu, penulis menyajikan keunikan ritual-ritual dalam kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu, serta makna dari ritual-ritual tersebut. Terakhir, peneliti akan memaparkan pandangan pandangan dan peran Dewi Ibu dalam Kepercayaan Đạo Mẫu.

Abstract

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia atau yang biasa disebut BPH merupakan salah satu kasus urologi yang banyak ditemui di Indonesia, hal tersebut terjadi karena banyak faktor resiko pemicu munculnya penyakit tersebut yang sering dilakukan masyarakat. Contoh faktor resikonya antara lain usia, obesitas, riwayat DM, gaya hidup tidak sehat seperti kebiasaan merokok dan mengonsumsi alkohol. Gejala awal BPH bervariasi, mulai dari aliran seni melemah, rasa ingin buang air kecil yang berlebihan di malam hari, kandung kemih terasa tidak pernah kosong, ataupun adanya tetesan tetesan setelah buang air seni. Meskipun terdapat metode operatif sebagai metode penyembuhannya, mayoritas pasien belum pulih sepenuhnya karena efek samping dari operasi tersebut. sebagian kecil mengalami gejala yang berbeda. Gejalanya antara lain, inkontinensia urin, pendarahan, ejakulasi retrogade, rasa terbakar, dan kesulitan mobilisasi akibat nyeri. Diagnosis biasanya didasarkan pada pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan penunjang seperti dengan USG atau CT scan pelvis. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kasus Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia post TURP menggunakan pelvic floor muscle exercise dan early mobilization. Dilakukan studi kasus pada bulan Oktober 2025, dengan pemberian latihan pelvic floor muscle dan latihan mobilisasi dini. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan peningkatan dalam penurunan rasa nyeri pada area incisi, peningkatan kemampuan transfer dan ambulasi, peningkatan kekuatan abdomen, serta peningkatan aktivitas fungsional sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi deep breathing exercise, pelvic floor muscle exercisedan early mobilization dapat menjadi pilihan terapeutik yang efektif dalam penanganan Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia post TURP.

Abstract

Poor water quality conditions in the cultivation media can cause an increase in pathogenic bacteria such as Vibrio sp. which can inhibit shrimp growth. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between Total Organic Matter (TOM) and the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria in shrimp cultivation media. The stages of the study included checking the abundance of bacteria starting from sterilization of tools, media preparation, bacterial inoculation, bacterial calculations and checking TOM using the titration method. The results showed that TOM in the cultivation media increased as the cultivation period progressed. At the beginning of the distribution, the condition of organic matter in the cultivation media showed a low value and the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria in the early stages of cultivation was also low. The highest TOM and abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria occurred in DOC 91 with a total organic matter of 121.68 ppm and a TVC of 7.29 x 103 CFU/ml. while the lowest TOM and abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria occurred in DOC 1 with a total organic matter of 88.48 ppm and an abundance of 2.5 x 102 Vibrio sp. CFU/ml. The correlation between TOM and the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria in the cultivation media shows a positive linear relationship. This study shows that the high content of organic matter in the cultivation media affects the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria in the cultivation media. The higher the organic matter in the cultivation media, the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria also increases.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the characteristics and quality of the green chemistry-based chemical reaction rate and equilibrium laboratory manual. Methodology: The research employed a modified 4-D development model (define, design, develop) to create a green chemistry-based practical manual. Initial stages involved analyzing student needs and curriculum compatibility. The manual was validated by experts and refined through student trials. Data were gathered via questionnaires assessing feasibility and quality, yielding a manual designed to enhance learning and environmental consciousness. Main Findings: The validation results by material experts showed that the developed practical manual was in the very good category with a percentage of 84.38%. While the validation results by media experts obtained a very good category with a percentage of 91% and students gave responses to the practical manual showing a very good category with a percentage of 88.2%. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study introduces a green chemistry-based practical guidebook for reaction rates and chemical equilibrium, emphasizing environmentally friendly practices. Unlike conventional manuals, it integrates sustainable materials and safety-focused procedures. By addressing gaps in practical resources and promoting ecological awareness, this research advances chemistry education by aligning hands-on learning with principles of sustainability, benefiting educators and students alike

Abstract

Endometriosis adalah suatu penyakit yang di mana terjadi pertumbuhan jaringan yang tumbuh pada lapisan luar rahim yang berbentuk daging atau bisa disebut juga tumor jinak. Oleh karena itu dilakukan tindakan pembedahan Seperti Histerectomy dimana dapat mengatasi fibroid atau miom dan kanker pada rahim dengan cara operasi mengangkat rahim.setelah itu melakukan tindakan operasi pasien  akan mengalami kelemahan pada organ-organ dalam tubuhnya terutama pada bagian perut dan area reproduksi serta kelemahan pada otot gerak bawah dikarenakan pasien lama tidak melakukan mobilisasi. Diagnosis ini didasarkan pada pemeriksaan fisik pasien. Penelitian penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kasus Ca Endometrium Metastasis Post Op Histerektomi kesehatan reproduksi dengan menggunakan terapi latihan seperti Pelvic floor muscle, Pelvic Tilt, abdominal muscle Exercise, mobilisasi Exercise dan ankle pumping. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2024 dengan tiga kali pertemuan. Dengan didapatkan hasil penurunan rasa nyeri pada anggota gerak bawah dan peningkatan kemampuan fungsional secara mandiri tanpa bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan terapi latihan sangat berguna dan dapat menjadi pilihan yang efektif untuk pasien Post Op Histerectomy.

Abstract

Introduction: Tummy time is a form of physical activity recommended for infants less than 6 months of age that involves lying prone while awake on the floor, supervised by an adult. Regurgitation is a form of gastroesophageal reflux in infants where milk that has been swallowed comes out involuntarily. Plagiocephaly is an asymmetrical skull deformity caused by various factors that can be prevented to avoid aesthetic consequences. The purpose of this study was to determine the study of giving tummy time to spit up and plagiocephaly head shape. Methods: Cross-sectional study with survey method. Results: The results of data analysis of the spearman test used to test the relationship between tummy time on plagiocephaly head shape, there is a sig value. -0.889, in the chi square test to test the relationship of spitting up found asymp sig. 0.287 so there is no relationship. While the regression test showed that tummy time had an effect of 72.7% on the frequency of spitting up. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the provision of tummy time on infants' spitting up and plagiocephaly head shape, however, there is an effect on reducing the frequency of spitting up.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze water quality parameters in relation to the plankton community structure in vannamei shrimp ponds. Observations were conducted from Day of Culture (DOC) 1 to DOC 30 at two pond locations, B6 and B7, focusing on daily measurements of water quality and plankton abundance. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that water quality parameters generally met optimal standards for vannamei shrimp cultivation, despite natural fluctuations influenced by weather and farming activities. Plankton analysis revealed that both ponds were dominated by the Chlorophyta group, especially Chlorella sp., which reached a maximum abundance of 2,560,000 individuals in pond B6 and 272,500 in pond B7. Biodiversity indices showed stable diversity and low species dominance, indicating a balanced ecosystem. The dominance of Chlorella sp. contributed to the green coloration of pond water and served dual ecological functions: as a natural feed and a photosynthetic agent. Its presence is also beneficial due to its nutritional content, including polysaccharides and vitamin C, which can enhance shrimp immunity. This study confirms the critical role of water quality and plankton composition in maintaining pond productivity and shrimp health in intensive aquaculture systems.

Abstract

Permasalahan keluarga menjadi hal yang menrik untuk diteliti terutama jika dikaitkan dengan prestsi akdemik siswa, siswa dalam keluarga yang harmonis dan bahagia serta nyaman dapat menigkatkan preatasi akademik disekolahnya. Penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui literasi hukum perkawinan untuk mencapai keluarga bahagia dengan harapan prestasi siswa meningkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Literasi hukum perkawinan diperoleh klasifikasi baik dengan jumlah 24 orang responden sebesar 51%. Sedangkan kebahagiaan keluarga diperoleh klasifikasi sangat baik dengan jumlah 20 responden sebesar 43%. Hal ini dapat kita simpulkan bahwa literasi hukum perkawian pada orang tua wali murid sekolah dasar dalam kategori baik. Jika dilihat dari prestasi maka anak anak mereka juga memperoleh prestsi yang baik disekolahnya. Kemudian dari kebahagiaan keluarga dapat kita simpulkan bawa kebahagiaan keluarga dalam kategori sangat baik jika di lihat dari prestasi maka anak-anak mereka juga memperoleh prestasi yang baik pula. Rekomendasi bagi semua pihak dalam mendidik diperluakan literasi hukum perkawianan dan keluarga bahagia menjadikan siswa nyaman didalam keluarganya maka akan mudah membuat siswa berprestasi.
