Abstract

Penggunaan bahan alam sebagai salah satu terapi pengobatan telah diterima secara luas hampir di seluruh dunia. Menurut World Health Organitation (WHO), negara-negara di Afrika, Asia, dan Amerika latin menggunakan obat herbal sebagai pelengkap pengobatan primer. Penggunaan tanaman obat juga ditujukan untuk menurunkan tingkat resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Resistensi terhadap penggunaan antibiotik merupakan masalah besar, maka solusinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada karena sumber obat terbaik adalah obat alami. Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui daya hambat ekstrak jintan hitam (Nigella sativa) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Acinetobacter baumannii. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekperimental laboratorik dengan metode dilusi cair. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jintan hitam (Nigella sativa) dengan cara konsentrasi bertingkat 256mg/mL, 128mg/mL, 64mg/mL, 32mg/mL, 16mg/mL, 8mg/mL, 4mg/mL, 2mg/mL, 1mg/mL, 0,5mg/mL, 0,25mg/mL, dan 0,125mg/mL, dan pemeriksaan di lakukan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Program Analis Kesehatan Universitas MH Thamrin Jakarta. Nilai konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM/MIC) ekstrak jintan hitam yang di dapatkan pada konsentrasi 256 mg/mL pada amoxicillin konsentrasi 128 mg/mL terhadap bakteri Acinetobacter baumannii. Simpulan Ekstrak etanol jintan hitan (Nigella sativa) memiliki daya hambat antibakteri terhadap bakteri Acinetobacter baumanniiKata kunci : Ekstrak jintan hitam (Nigella sativa), Acinetobacter baumannii, amoxicillin

Abstract

The Hepatitis C virus (Hepatitis C virus, HCV), which belongs to the Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) virus, belongs to the Flaviviridae family and the Hepacivirus genus. The entry of this virus will produce antibodies against HCV which can be measured through serological examination which indicates a history of infection. This study aims to determine the results of the HCV Viral load examination in Hepatitis C patients at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, Jakarta. This research was conducted descriptively using secondary data obtained from Medical Records and Clinical Pathology on the results of Viral load examinations on 225 patient data who underwent Viral load examinations. The results showed that 121 (53.8%) were detected and 104 (46.2%) were not detected. Based on the age category, high detectable Viral load results were found in the 36-45 year old age category (Lateadults) with a detected number of 27 (12%) patients, 46-55 years (Early elderly) detected 33 (14.7%) patients and age 65> (Elderly) was detected in 31 (13.8%) patients. However, in this study it was not known for sure the cause of HCV. The conclusion of this research is that Hepatitis C viral load examination is an indicator of treatment success Keyword : Hepatitis C, Age category, Gender, Viral load Libraries

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Laboratorium Pengujian Bahan di Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin adalah: sumber daya manuasia (SDM) kurang kompeten, kepala laboratorium bukan sebagai pekerjaan utama, laboratorium belum dikelola dengan baik, serta laboratorium belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukan bimbingan teknis tenaga laboratorium, dan workshop manajemen laboratorium. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi: pembinaan teknis SDM, workshop pengelolaan laboratorium, inventarisasi dan pelabelan, workshop penyusunan jadwal, standard operating procedure (SOP), dan implementasinya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Laboratorium Pengujian Bahan di Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin secara umum telah memenuhi standar sarana dan prasarana, SDM yang kurang, manajemen yang baik dapat membantu praktikum berjalan secara efisien sesuai jadwal.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam artikel ini adalah berangkat dari sejarah pendikotomian pemikiran penjajah Belanda yang memunculkan dua teori: teori receptie dan teori receptive in complexu, yang menggambarkan tentang hubungan antara hukum Islam dan norma hukum yang berlaku di dalam masyarakat masyarakat Melayu, salah satu etnis yang ada di Indonesia, yakni hukum adat. Secara sederhana nilai dipahami sebagai ide-ide tentang apa yang baik, benar dan adil. Nilai merupakan salah satu unsur dasar pembentukan orientasi budaya. Nilai melibatkan konsep budaya yang menganggap sesuatu itu sebagai baik atau buruk, benar atau salah, adil atau tidak adil, cantik atau jelek, bersih atau kotor, berharga atau tidak berharga. Sedangkan norma adalah tata kelakuan yang dibangun agar hubungan antar masyarakat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tata kelakuan itu berisi perintah atau larangan atas suatu perbuatan. Ia berfungsi memberikan batas-batas pada perilaku individu, mengidentifiksi individu dengan kelompoknya dan menjaga solidaritas antar anggota masyarakat. Dengan demikian, maka yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan mencari konsep tentang Transformasi Nilai-nilai Islam dalam Norma Hukum Masyarakat Melayu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah penelitian pustaka/library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa mentransformasikan nilai-nilai Islam adalah menggunakan nilai-nilai dalam Islam yang dianggap baik, penting dan bermanfaat. Transformasi menghasilkan integrasi hukum dan agama ke dalam satu kesatuan sistem hukum yang terbentuk dari otentitas hukum masyarakat Melayu yang mayoritas beragama Islam. Hal ini berarti sama dengan membangun peradaban Islam tanpa mendirikan negara Islam.

Abstract

The internet and all technological devices are currently an inseparable part of education and teaching, for this reason higher education institutions have a high enthusiasm for developing the use of technology in learning activities. The aim of this research was to increase knowledge for students and lecturers in the proper and correct use of Ecampus. The research method used is quantitative using interview and survey techniques. The results of this research show that student understanding increases when students' perceptions of the implementation of Ecampus in the Islamic religious education department in higher education are implemented. The conclusion of this research explains that Ecampus is very useful for students and lecturers in the learning process, especially in learning Islamic religious education in universities so that students can achievegcreativeAndproduce students who excel in using Ecampus. Therefore, in this research, the researcher only conducted research on student perceptions of the implementation of Ecampus in the Islamic religious education department in universities. Abstract

Abstrak: Sapi lokal Aceh adalah salah satu jenis sapi terbaik di Indonesia, dengan daging gurih, manis, dan lezat. Sapi diketahui tahan terhadap penyakit. Kondisi peternakan sapi Aceh saat ini belum tertata rapi, masih bersifat tradisional dan belum menerapkan teknologi yang modern. Sapi di Aceh sering berkeliaran di jalan raya, kampus, dan pemukiman penduduk, karena peternak sapi biasanya merawat sapinya dengan cara melepaskannya dan juga dengan cara menggembala di padang rumput. Hal ini tidak hanya dapat menyebabkan kekacauan beradanya sapi di jalanan tetapi juga meresahkan peternak sapi, tidak hanya itu ternak juga menjadi kekurangan pasokan pakan sehat sehingga produktivitas menjadi rendah. Kondisi sapi di Desa Blang keutumba sudah dikandangkan, terlihat bahwa sapi tidak diberi pakan sehat dan juga tidak digembala di padang rumput. Untuk mengatasinya diperlukan dana yang cukup tinggi untuk memenuhi pemberian pakan, kondisi peternak sapi semakin sulit dan sapi-sapi tampak kurus, karena kekurangan makanan. Jumlah lahan yang tersedia semakin berkurang. Pada pengabdian ini dilakukan perkenalan teknologi untuk memberi pakan sapi olahan dan kombinasi rumput gajah dan limbah pertanian, yang dapat menghasilkan ternak yang sehat dan gemuk, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan peternak, diharapkan akan dipenuhi oleh kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini.Abstract: Local Aceh cattle are one of the best types of cattle in Indonesia, with savory, sweet and delicious meat. Cows are known to be resistant to disease. The current condition of Aceh's cattle farms is not yet neatly organized, is still traditional and does not apply modern technology. Cows in Aceh often wander on highways, campuses and residential areas, because cattle breeders usually care for their cattle by releasing them and also by grazing them in pastures. This can not only cause chaos with cows on the streets but also disturb the local community. Not only that, livestock also suffers from a shortage of healthy feed, resulting in low productivity. The condition of the cows in Blang Keutumba Village is that they are in a pen. It can be seen that the cows are not given healthy food and are also not grazed on pasture. To overcome this, quite a lot of funds are needed to meet the provision of feed, the conditions for cattle breeders are increasingly difficult and the cows appear thin, due to lack of food. The amount of land available is decreasing. In this community service, technology is introduced to provide processed cattle feed and a combination of elephant grass and agricultural waste, which can produce healthy and fat livestock, thereby increasing the productivity and income of breeders. It is hoped that this community service activity will be fulfilled

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) disclosure, Economic disclosure, and Management Approach on Dividend Policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Yield. The study incorporates five control variables: company size, age, leverage, profitability, and liquidity. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the financial and sustainability reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the IDX ESG Leaders Index for the period 2020-2022. The results indicate that the disclosure of environmental, governance, and management information does not have a significant influence on dividend policy, both in terms of Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Yield measurements. This finding suggests that environmental, governance, and management disclosures cannot be used as a basis for decision-making for stakeholders. Social disclosure has no significant influence on Dividend Payout Ratio, but it has a significant negative impact on Dividend Yield, indicating that social disclosure affects dividend policy negatively. On the other hand, economic disclosure shows a significant influence on dividend policy, both in terms of Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Yield measurements.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, various kinds of social media applications are emerging and offering their users a variety of benefits. Social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and Google Classroom, to name but a few, are the ones that are often used by students for online learning because they can be used easily, anywhere and anytime. This study aimed at finding out whether or not the students used social media for learning, the kinds of social media mostly preferred by the students, and the reasons for their preferences.  The population of this study was 625 students from two state senior high schools in Palembang. For the sampling technique, this study applied the probability-sampling technique. Then, to meet the standard number of samples in a survey study, the writers took 14% of the population. It meant there were 88 research samples, specifically 44 students from each school. To collect the data, the questionnaire and interview were used in this research. As the results, all participants showed that they have greatly exposed themselves to social media during the "School from Home" session during the pandemic situation. In addition, the majority of the students mentioned YouTube as their favorite tool to use, yet they somehow managed using WhatsApp, Google Meet, Blog, Zoom, and Google Classroom too. Lastly, students often use those social media in everyday activities, including learning.

Abstract

The village is the lowest regional unit in the state administrative apparatus in Indonesia Indonesia, where the village is currently entering a new era after the birth of the Village Law. Village are expected to become socially, culturally, economically, and politically independent. Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as business and economic institutions is expected to welcome the village community to be more independent, especially in economy. Currently BMUG Pulo Makmue is still facing various obstacles in carrying out its operations, especially in determining business strategies to increase business scale based on priority scales. This study aims to determine the policy priorities that can be taken as a business strategy to increase the Business Scale of BMUG Ulee Makmue. With the increase in business scale, BMUG Pulo Makmue will become an independent and advanced BMUG so that it can meet the expectations of the people of Ulee Pulo Village in terms of improving their welfare. The research was conducted by conducting surveys and collecting data directly in the field while still applying the Covid 19 process. The research method used was the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis to determine the potential for developing study BUMDes in Ulee Pulo Village. The expected result in this study is the potential of Gampong that can be developed by considering the available resources based on a priority scale.

Abstract

Congestion and delays often occur in several sections and intersections of Lhokseumawe City roads. Currently the City of Lhokseumawe has implemented a regional traffic control system at several intersections, but at the Cunda roundabout, Jalan Merdeka Timur (direction out of town), Jalan Medan - Banda Aceh (National Cross Road), which does not yet have traffic control or signs. other warnings causing traffic jams. This research was conducted at the Cunda Roundabout in Lhokseumawe City with the aim of seeing the condition and performance of the roundabout. The data needed in this study include vehicle volume characteristics, road geometry and other secondary data. The method used for this research is the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and a 3-dimensional simulation based on Vissim. The results of the analysis show that the peak hour on Monday at 17.00-18.00 WIB is 7616 vehicles/hour with a degree of saturation of 1.104, based on MKJI the DS value for roundabouts < 0.75, the roundabout performance is no longer able to accommodate traffic loads and long queues. , especially from Jalan Merdeka Timur and Jalan Medan - Banda Aceh. After re-planning the roundabout from unsignaled to signaled by adding traffic light settings, so that a better degree of saturation is obtained, which is 0.78. The obtained value of the degree of saturation indicates that the intersection is not close to saturation, and the performance is starting to stabilize with a value of DS is still smaller than 0.85 (the 1997 MKJI requirement for signalized intersections), so the roundabout performance becomes more effective.
