Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran Matematika. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini ialah bagaimana gambaran penerapan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran Matematika di Kelas IV. Dan yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran Matematika di Kelas IV. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah sembilan orang pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil yang dicapai pada siklus I termasuk dalam kategori Rendah sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu kategori Sangat Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajarn Matematika di Kelas IV.

Abstract

Cooking oil is a type of vegetable oil derived from palm plants that has gone through various refining processes. Generally, cooking oil is used repeatedly at high temperatures until the oil is unfit for consumption This results in a decrease in the quality and nutritional value of fried food. In addition, the accumulation of used cooking oil (used cooking oil) can cause environmental pollution. Improving the quality and nutritional value of cooking oil can be done by using the adsorption method. The adsorption method is a method that is carried out by using a number of adsorbents from activated charcoal in the process of refining used cooking oil. Adsorbents from activated charcoal can be made from basic ingredients of agricultural waste such as activated charcoal from coconut shells, corn cobs, snack fruit and others. The adsorbent of activated charcoal can reduce the levels of fatty acids, water content, peroxide levels and acid numbers. The internal adsorption capacity depends on the different adsorbent types, contact time, amount of adsorbent, surface area and structure of the adsorbent and adsorbate concentration. Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe the implementation of the habituation stage in the school Literacy Movement program at SMP Negeri 2 Takalar; and (2) describe the implementation of the literacy development stages in the school Literacy Movement program at SMP Negeri 2 Takalar; and (3) describe the implementation of the literacy learning stages in the school Literacy Movement program at SMP Negeri 2 Takalar. The research design used was descriptive qualitative. The data in this research are text descriptions of the habituation stage, development stage and learning stage in the school literacy movement. The data sources in this research are documents of School Literacy Movement (GLS) activities, photos of reading activities, photos of reading corners in class, library photos, and other general data, in the form of recorded data during the observation and interview process. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results revealed that the school literacy movement implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Takalar had three stages, namely the habituation stage, development stage, and learning stage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in improving teacher performance in the school environment. Writing this article uses the Literature Review approach, namely book reviews, journals, papers, notes and sources related or relevant to the research topic to form the basis of this research. In this literature analysis, several important findings can be identified. First, the principal has an important role to play in creating a work environment that supports and motivates teachers to improve their performance. Principals need to provide clear direction, provide adequate support and resources, and involve teachers in making decisions related to learning and curriculum development. Second, the principal plays a role in developing and facilitating training and professional development for teachers. Providing relevant and ongoing training, principals can help teachers improve their skills, update their knowledge, and implement best practices in teaching. Third, the principal also plays a role in providing constructive feedback and evaluating teacher performance. Through regular and continuous classroom observations and performance appraisals, principals can identify teachers' strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback that focuses on their professional development. In the context of this research, the role of principal management in improving teacher performance is very important. By creating a supportive environment, providing relevant training and constructive feedback, principals can contribute significantly to improving the quality of teaching in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of neighbourhood learning resources in learning to read. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of pre-experiment. The population in this study were Grade 2 students of SD Inpres Bontomarinra totalling 72 students. The sample in this study amounted to 16 students. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of a test. The collected data were analysed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.  The results showed that the application of environmental learning resources had an effect on the reading learning outcomes of Grade 2 students of SD Inpres Bontomarinra The description of the conclusion is as follows. The learning outcomes of recognising alphabetic letters before using environmental materials around Class 2 SD Inpres Bontomarinra students are categorised as less capable with an average score of 13.75. Learning outcomes of recognising alphabetic letters after using environmental materials around Class 2 SD Inpres Bontomarinra students are categorised as capable with an average score of 22.94.

Abstract

Anemia is a common medical problem in pregnancy. So far, whether maternal anemia affects the health of mother and baby is still uncertain. Maternal anemia is generally considered a risk factor for low birth weight (LBW) babies. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between anemia in maternal pregnancy and the incidence of LBW babies at Hajja Andi Depu Regional Hospital. This research is a quantitative analysis research with a cross sectional design. The research was carried out by taking medical record data from pregnant women who gave birth to low birth weight babies at Hajja Andi Depu Hospital, Polewali Mandar Regency. The sampling method is consecutive sampling of 20 samples. Bivariate analysis used using chi-square obtained a significant value, namely ???? 0.000 < 0.05. There is a relationship between maternal pregnancy and the incidence of LBW at Hajja Andi Depu Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Potensi agribisnis kopi di Indonesia yang semakin berkembang, berbanding lurus dengan peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Kabupaten Gowa merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan potensi varietas kopi arabika dengan cita rasa terbaik. Kopi arabika topidi merupakan salah satu jenis kopi arabika yang masuk peringkat 10 besar pada penilaian Cup of Excellence Indonesia tahun 2021. Dibalik pencapaian tersebut, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain infrastruktur jalan yang kurang memadai untuk menuju ke lokasi pengambilan kopi arabika topidi, produktivitas rendah karena didominasi oleh kopi robusta dan campuran, kelembagaan petani yang masih lemah, usaha tani kopi arabika yang dilakukan petani masih terbatas pada penjualan biji utuh dan belum sampai kepada tahapan pengolahan, dan pemasaran yang terbatas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan rumusan strategi pengembangan agrbisnis kopi arabika  topidi yang ada di Kelurahan Bontolerung Kecamatan Tinggimoncong Kabupaten Gowa. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 23 orang dari anggota Kelompok Tani Parangmaha yang memiliki usaha tani kopi arabika di Lingkungan Topidi dan 5 responden yang berasal dari stakeholder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT dan analisis matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu prioritas strategi pengembangan agrbisnis kopi arabika topidi dalam hal pengembangan kegiatan usahatani kopi arabika melalui dukungan pemerintah dari aspek kebijakan dan pelayanan yang memadai. Selain itu, opsi strategi lainnya yakni peningkatan pemasaran kopi arabika bukan hanya dalam bentuk green bean tetapi juga dalam bentuk olahan kopi bubuk.

Abstract

Side Dish Stores serve as traditional venues for buying and selling a diverse array of products, including fish, foodstuffs, beverages, kitchen spices, clothing, souvenirs, and more. In their pursuit of maximizing profits, traders use competitive strategies, such as online marketing, to expand their sales channels and promote products digitally. This research aims to generate recommendations for selling fish, and traditional supermarkets through a collaborative filtering method. The criteria used to generate recommendations for shops or fish sellers among 25 alternatives include product type, availability, service quality, shop cleanliness, product quality, and sales volume. The research results indicate that the highest predicted value is 0.70, where user 16 exhibits the highest similarity with user 14. Consequently, TSF 1= 4.17, TSF 5= 3.5, TSF 9= 3.33, TSF 13= 3.83, and TSF 15= 4.5. When ranked, TSF 15 will be the first recommendation for user 16, followed by TSF 1, TSF 13, TSF 5, and TSF 9. This recommendation system facilitates consumers in determining the appropriate shop or fish seller to visit when shopping at the Side Dish Store. Traders can easily market products to enhance sales. Moreover, the system streamlines buying and selling transactions for traders and consumers without the necessity of direct visits to the Side Dish Store

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of a flipbook-based e-module with the theme Save Living Creatures for class VI SDN 525 Labembe. A type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This research produced a product in the form of a flipbook-based e-module on material about saving living creatures in class VI at SDN 525 Labembe, Ponrang District, Luwu Regency and was validated by 3 validators. The language validator reached a percentage of 92% (very valid), the material validator reached 84.3% (very valid), and the design validator reached 96.8% (very valid) and the average of the three validations was 89.7% with the very category valid. The teacher's practicality test results were 91% (very practical) and the students' practicality test results were 85.50% (very practical). The media developed is included in the valid category, which means that the results obtained are a source of accurate and relevant information in accordance with the research objectives
