Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan pengaruh brand authenticity terhadap brand trust. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survei dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 268 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis (analisis jalur) dengan alat bantu program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran brand authenticity dalam kategori cukup tinggi, gambaran brand trust dalam kategori tinggi, dimensi brand authenticity yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap brand trust adalah dimensi consistency, sedangkan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh terendah adalah dimensi originality. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan dalam brand authenticity perusahaan untuk meningkatkan originality guna meningkatkan brand trust. Sehingga diharapkan brand authenticity dapat diperhatikan lebih lanjut oleh perusahaan di industri e-Commerce dalam meningkatkan brand trust pada perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Brand Authenticity, Consistency, Customer Orientation, Quality Commitment, Originality, Brand Trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty in member of online retail Alfacart in Jawa Barat. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that e-service quality and perceived value has an influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of brand experience and brand love.Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with survey explanatory method as much as 83 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency table.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the result of the experience brand is in the high category with with a score of representative 94.18% and the love brand is in high category with with a score of representative 64.60%.Originality / value - This research provides is condusted on telecommunication industry with the object of research is a product from famous brand. The dimensions and indicators used to measure of variablethe are theories consumer-brand relationship.

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior in making purchases occur due to the increasingly rapid development of the internet followed by the e-commerce industry in Indonesia which is growing with many emerging e-commerce in Indonesia. Many customers prefer practicality in making purchases, especially millennials, which has resulted in many e-commerce offering attractive offers through promotions or advertisements. Many e-commerce promotions are done in a unique way so that it attracts a lot of consumers to visit the e-commerce and make purchases online. Viral marketing is an effective strategy that involves consumers in spreading the company's message to others. This study aims to analyze the effect of viral marketing on online purchase decisions for Bukalapak users in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The research sample is 250 respondents who are Bukalapak users spread throughout Indonesia. The data was processed statistically by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings of this study indicate that the description of viral marketing and online purchase decisions is in a fairly good category. Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions. The information credibility dimension in viral marketing has the biggest contribution in shaping online purchase decisions. Perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian terjadi diakibatkan perkembangan internet yang semakin pesat diikuti dengan industry e-commerce di Indonesia semakin berkembang dengan banyak bermunculan e-commerce di Indonesia. Banyak pelanggan yang lebih memilih kepraktisan dalam melakukan pembelian terutama millennial yang mengakibatkan banyak e-commerce yang memberikan penawaran yang menarik melalui promosi atau iklan. Banyak e-commerce yang melakukan promosi dengan cara yang unik sehingga banyak menarik minat konsumen untuk mengunjungi e-commerce tersebut dan melakukan pembelian secara online. Viral marketing menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif yang melibatkan konsumen dalam menyebarkan pesan perusahaan kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing terhadap online purchase decision pada pengguna Bukalapak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verfikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 250 responden yang merupakan pengguna Bukalapak yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Data diperolah secara statistik dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran viral marketing dan online purchase decision berada pada kategori cukup baik. Viral marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap online purchase decision. Dimensi information credibility dalam viral marketing memberi kontribusi yang paling besar dalam membentuk online purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview and influence of relationship quality on ISP First Media customer loyalty survey on ISP First Media membership in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive and verifiative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 16,300 people with a sample of 200 respondents who joined the first media user community facebook forum using simple random sampling techniques. The data is processed statistically by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings of this study found that relationship quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty, this is indicated by a large critical ratio value that is greater than the minimum meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between relationship quality variables on customer loyalty simultaneously. The statement can be concluded that the better the relationship quality built by the company, the higher the level of customer loyalty felt by customers to the company. The result of the contribution given by the highest relationship quality variable in forming customer loyalty is the satisfaction dimension and the lowest in forming customer loyalty is trust.

Abstract

Podcast advertising  adalah strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan teknologi digital dan disalurkan menggunakan internet dalam format audio. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gangguan (intrusiveness) dan sikap terhadap minat beli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang melibatkan 160 responden generasi Z di kota Bandung. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa intrusiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan pada sikap dan niat beli.

Abstract

By comparing brand credibility (BC) and customer-based brand equity (CBBE), this study aims to establish a strong brand for health mobile applications in Indonesia. In-depth and extensive literature searches were used to perform the study, along with the distribution of questionnaires. 200 persons made up the samples that were collected. The technique is convenience-based (convenience sampling) and uses a Likert scale. To assess the data, structural equation modeling was employed. The findings indicate that brand power is fairly high among Indonesian consumers of health mobile applications. The BC variable influences CBBE. The greatest factor in the creation of CBBE is the Brand Performance component.

Abstract

The increasing number of competitors in Skincare Industry, requires companies to strengthen marketing strategies in creating Purchase Decision. Green marketing is a strategy that can contribute to building Purchase Decision for Green Skincare Product. This study was to analyze the significance of The Influence of Green Marketing on Purchase Decision. The population in this study were Generation Z who used Green Skincare Product Brand The Body Shop dan Sensatia Botanicals in Indonesia with a sample of 200 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the description of Green Marketing (green product, green price, green place,and green promotion) as varible (X) has a significant effect on purchase decisions as Variable (Y). The green product dimension in green marketing gives the biggest contribute to building purchase decision.Keyword: Generation Z, Purchase Decision, Green Marketing, Green Skincare ProductsSemakin banyaknya pesaing di Industri Skincare, menuntut perusahaan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dalam menciptakan Keputusan Pembelian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi Green Marketing (green product, green price, green place, dan green promotion) sebagai variabel (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai Variabel (Y).
