Abstract

West Java province dominates the growth rate of universities in Indonesia, but the number of college students has decreasing. Similarly, the people's preference for universities in West Java as an excellent college and the best universities in Indonesia is still low. These problems show that customer based brand equity of colleges in West Java is not optimal. This study conducted in 2013-2014 and uses a management science approach of marketing. The method used in this study is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The data used primary and secondary data that was collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study revealed that the marketing mix of educational services has a positive influence on the customer based brand equity of higher education in West Java. The dimensions of customer-based brand equity, especially brand performance dimension, should be getting more attention in order to increase performance and the factors are: facilities, meeting the students need, the speed of service, courtesy, and tuition money. This research is part of my dissertation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-wom toward purchase decision on online hotel reservation visitors in Indonesia. A total of 200 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a resreach instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis tehnique by using frequency distribution.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia saat ini bertumbuh pesat sehingga banyak perusahaan mengalami persaingan begitu ketat salah satunya Indihome. Meningkatnya jumlah pesaing mengharuskan perusahaan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dalam menciptakan ekuitas merek. Corporate branding sebagai salah satu strategi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membangun kesadaran merek yang kuat dalam benak pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan gambaran corporate branding terhadap brand equity pada pelanggan Indihome di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verfikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah brand equity (Y) dan corporate branding (X) sebagai variable bebas. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling terhadap 200 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Indihome yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Data diperolah secara statistik dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS AMOS versi 21.0 for Windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran corporate branding dan brand equity berada pada kategori baik. Corporate branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand equity. Dimensi corporate image dalam corporate branding memberi kontribusi yang paling besar dalam membentuk brand equity.

Abstract

In an era of rapid growth in user demand for smartphones, there are many well-known mobile phone brands, such as Apple, Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO and VIVO in the smartphone market. Competition in the mobile phone market is fierce. In addition, In recent years, Huawei has been subject to technical blockades and trade restrictions from Western countries such as the United States. The situation of Huawei mobile phone is extremely difficult, but Huawei still achieved sales revenue of RMB 454 billion in the first half of 2020, a year-on-year increase of 13.1%, and a net profit margin of 9.2%. The reason why Huawei mobile phones can achieve such impressive sales results is largely due to Huawei's unique marketing strategy. This article uses the SWOT analysis method to specifically analyze the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat faced by Huawei's mobile phone business marketing, and uses the 4P principles of product, price, channel, and promotion to analyze its current development stage, and then use the theory of Michael Porter’s generic competitive strategies analyses and chooses the competition strategy, and then draw conclusions from Huawei’s experience and problems, and provide suggestion for the development of Huawei and other companies

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of e-service quality on e-loyalty in millennial women followers of Instagram Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. A total of 200 respondents were using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analisis technique used is a verification technique using of structure equation model (SEM). The research shows that e-service quality has an influence on e-loyalty.
