Abstract

Education is a right and a need for every individual human being. Education is always developing to be better, as is the application of democratic values. Education in learning at school is also experiencing development to be better and carries a concept that creates freedom for students to give opinions, give rebuttals without looking at race, ethnicity, religion and class. The purpose of making this article is because the researcher wants to inform about the importance of democratic values in the elementary school environment which is carried out through Pancasila education learning. This research uses a library study method where data is obtained from journals, articles and websites available on the internet and analyzed using a qualitative approach using data analysis techniques through four stages, namely searching for data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that students are currently not only used as learning objects but also as subjects who are involved in discussions during the learning process. Therefore, it is hoped that teachers will be able to create a democratic learning environment for students.

Abstract

The creation of an Internet of Things-based motor vehicle early prevetion tool (Sitinjau Lauik Case Study) has been completed.. The aim of this research is to develop a tool to minimize accidents caused by human physiological factors such as fatigue and drowsiness. This device utilizes the MPU 6050 sensor, pulse heart sensor, buzzer, vibration motor, GPS, Arduino Uno and Wemos D1 Mini. The research method began with the construction of the device and the permance testing of the system. The results indicate that the system of this device can detect drowsiness or fatigue by measuring the heart rate at less than 70 bpm using the pulse heart sensor and detecting head movements using the MPU 6050 sensor, where the X- axis angle is > 29,23 ° < - 30,63 ° and the Y-axis angle is > 29,33° < -20,12°. When drowsiness is detected, the device sends notifications via the Telegram application containing the driver’s condition, heart rate, andlocation through a Google Maps link. Subsequently, when the driver is drowsy, the buzzer sounds to provide a warning and the vibration motor provides vibration to give a sensory wake-up signal to the driver, helping to awaken them from a drowsy state. Overall, the device functions effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Educational Quality Management Improves the Teaching and Learning Process at SMPN 2 BINJAI. This type of research uses qualitative research, where data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research reveal the following: Educational Quality Management, How to Improve the Teaching and Learning Process, How to Improve the Teaching and Learning Process. This research will contribute to school principals and teachers in improving the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Kendaraan listrik menjadi semakin umum di seluruh dunia, menjadikannya pilihan yang lebih disukai untuk kendaraan ramah lingkungan di masa depan. Evolusi industri otomotif telah dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh meningkatnya penggunaan kendaraan listrik. Konsumen tidak sepenuhnya menyadari bagaimana kendaraan listrik yang hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan. Pelanggan berhati-hati untuk melakukan pembelian mobil listrik. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang akurat kepada masyarakat tentang kendaraan listrik untuk membentuk persepsi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pandangan konsumen terhadap kendaraan berbahan bakar bensin Mercedes-Benz mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membeli kendaraan listrik Mercedes-Benz EQS. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi kuantitatif diterapkan. Kuesioner dibagikan secara langsung dan online kepada 162 responden di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis data regresi linier langsung. Menurut temuan studi tersebut, persepsi konsumen tidak memiliki pengaruh yang terlihat terhadap minat beli konsumen untuk membeli kendaraan listrik Mercedes-Benz EQS. Oleh karena itu, diduga masih banyak elemen lain yang mempengaruhi minat pembeli untuk membeli mobil bertenaga bensin Mercedes-Benz dibandingkan dengan kendaraan listrik Mercedes-Benz EQS.

Abstract

Abstract Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial and strategic role in national economic development. Besides contributing to economic growth and job creation, MSMEs also distribute the results of development. This research aims to design an MSME Center in Nunukan Regency using a contextual architecture approach. The design methodology includes collecting primary data through field observations and secondary data through literature and precedent studies. Site selection considers factors such as land use, circulation, infrastructure, supporting facilities, and strategic location. From the three alternatives, the chosen location is on Ujang Dewa Street, Selisun, South Nunukan District, in accordance with the criteria and Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW). The design focuses on the skills and creativity of MSMEs in Nunukan Regency. This MSME Center is expected to become a hub for fulfilling daily needs and souvenirs for both local and wider communities, as well as stimulating economic revival. The central MSME design aims to enrich elements that reflect Nunukan's distinctive characteristics, aligning with the contextual architectural approach.

Abstract

The majority of the current rise in DANA users are students whose lives are closely linked to information technology and Fintech. The number of e-wallets that offer attractive services currently raises considerations from consumers to reuse these services by taking into account factors such as perceived usefulness and trust. This research aimed to analyze how the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on the students’ intention to reuse DANA E-Wallet on student in Medan City. The research method used in this research was quantitative associative approach. Students’ user of DANA E-Wallet were the population of this research. The sample were 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique used in this research was primary data which was obtained from google form. The findings showed that Perceived Usefulness had positive significant effect on the user intention with a significant value was 0.014>0.05. Trust also had a positive significant effect on the users’ intention, with a sig value was 0.000<0.05. Besides, all independent variables in the simultaneous test had influenced effect with 47.3% level, whereas 52.7% was influenced by external factors beyond this research model.

Abstract

SPM Bidang Kesehatan adalah ketentuan tentang jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang merupakan urusan pemerintahan wajib yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga negara Indonesia secara minimal. Capaian indikator pelayanan kesehatan penderita hipertensi di tahun 2020 sebesar 15,96% masih jauh dari target yang ditelah ditetapkan yaitu 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi SPM bidang kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Subjek penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi SPM-BK pada penderita hipertensi belum dilaksanakan secara maskimal dan belum memenuhi target 100% karena adanya kendala seperti jumlah sasaran penderita hipertensi yang besar, tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas memiliki tugas rangkap, sarana dan prasarana seperti ruang tunggu dan ruang pelayanan di Puskesmas yang masih sempit, serta faktor eksternal yaitu kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan yang masih rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Al-Hurriyah, Al-Musawah, Al-‘Adalah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Medan Cabang Mukhtar Basri . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota yang mejadi nasabah pada bank syariah cabang Muchtar Basri yang aktif melakukan transaksi keuangan. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan kemudahan (convenience sampling). Convenience sampling berarti unit sampel yang ditarik mudah dihubungii, tidak menyusahkan, mudah untuk mengukur, dan bersifat kooperatif sehingga peneliti memiliki kebebasan dan kemudahan untuk memilih siapa saja untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian, sebagai sampel untuk penelitian ini diambil 100 orang nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Muchtar Basri yang ada di kota Medan.Metode Penelitian data yang digunakan adalah Analiisis Linier berganda, Temuan peneliian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Berdasarkan hasil ujian t bahwa Al-Hurriyah / Kebebasan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,066 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,041. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2, 066 > 1,660, artnya variabel Al-Hurriyah / Kebebasan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah , Al-Musawah / Persamaan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,031 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,043. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,031 > 1,660, artinya variabel Al-Musawah / Persamaan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah , Al-‘Adalah / Keadilan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,219 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,028. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,219 > 1,660, artinya variabel Al-‘Adalah / Keadilan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah,.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out because mothers as managers of family finances are expected to be careful in planning their family finances, so that they can avoid wasting money, prioritize fulfilling needs rather than desires, and not live by always relying on debt, because expenses are greater than income. , and can set aside money for savings/investment. This training was carried out for 24 PKK mothers in Labuh Baru Barat Subdistrict, before being given material and training regarding family financial planning, a Pre Test was carried out with the results.14 people have not managed their finances well, 6 people have only recorded family expenses, and 4 people have recorded household financial income and expenses. This shows that the family's financial planning is still not good, so sometimes for sudden financial needs they often take out loans by digging holes to cover holes. After that, materials and training were provided, then as an evaluation a Post Test was carried out, the results of which stated that 20 people could understand the difference between needs and wants, 18 people could calculate the entire family income, 21 people could make a list of priority expenses, 15 people could maintain the debt ratio , and 12 people can allocate Savings, Insurance and Investment. It is hoped that by carrying out this family financial planning training, PKK mothers will be able to plan their finances well, be able to make a budget for household income and expenditure, and be able to save/invest for other needs in the future, so that a prosperous family can be achieved.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by a team of accounting lecturers with partners from one of the culinary MSMEs that make and sell yoghurt drinks in the Labuh Baru Barat sub-district, Pekanbaru City. The number of MSME participants is 15 members. This MSME is a family business whose production process is carried out by women residents of West Labuh Baru Village, Pekanbaru City. This yogurt making business has been going on since 2020, and has been marketed to several local residents through consignment sales to several shops and supermarkets in Pekanbaru City. The problem faced by partners is weakness in determining product selling prices. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test are: 1) Respondents' responses regarding the understanding of raw material costs, 3 participants answered correctly in the Pre Test and 12 participants answered incorrectly, 15 people answered correctly in the Post Test; 2) Respondents' responses regarding the labor cost component, Pre Test answers, none of the participants answered the question correctly, Post Test answers all answered correctly; 3) Respondents' responses regarding the meaning of factory overhead costs, only 1 participant answered the Pre Test correctly, all the Pre Test answers answered correctly; 4) Respondents' responses regarding the method for calculating the cost of goods sold, there were no correct answers, all Post Test answers were correct.
