Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) that analyzes 23 articles and policy documents published between 2020 and 2025, with a focus on AI Governance in Education (AIGE). The main goal of this review was to identify: (1) existing frameworks and policies, (2) the core components of these governance systems, and (3) the similarities and differences in their implementation across various countries. By applying the PRISMA protocol, the analysis integrates global, regional, national, and institutional perspectives to develop an Integrated AIGE Model ultimately. The key findings suggest that the approach to governing AI in education has undergone a significant shift. It has moved away from a purely regulatory control model toward a more multidimensional and participatory ecosystem. This new system is fundamentally built upon ethical, institutional, and collaborative principles. Globally, Frameworks like the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI and the OECD AI Principles have established shared, crucial values such as transparency, accountability, fairness, and human-centeredness. Regionally, initiatives such as the ASEAN Guide on AI Governance and Ethics and the African Union's AI Strategy underscore the critical importance of inclusiveness and capacity building. Nationally: High-capacity countries (e.g., Singapore, Korea, Australia) tend to adopt more compliance-oriented models (based on audits and formal regulations). Emerging economies (e.g., India, Indonesia, Nigeria) primarily focus on digital readiness, AI literacy, and ethical awareness as their main priorities. Despite the contextual diversity, there is a strong consensus on the moral foundations (convergence), but a significant divergence in the actual governance structures and enforcement mechanisms. Global North frameworks are typically formalized and audit-based, whereas Global South models are more adaptive, community-oriented, and capacity-driven. Synthesizing these insights, the research proposes the Integrated AIGE Model, which consists of four interconnected dimensions: structural architecture, normative foundations, functional mechanisms, and actor networks. The model emphasizes that sustainable AI governance in education requires hybrid systems that successfully integrate global ethical standards with local contextualization. The overarching aim is to foster innovation that remains equitable, inclusive, and human-centered.

Abstract

This paper describes the improvement of third-grade elementary students’ writing skills of expression (instruction, announcement, appreciation, and invitation) of grade 3 elementary students by applying a problem-based learning model assisted by Scrolling Picture media. The research method used was classroom action research. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each consists of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results indicate an increasing average of students' skills in writing expressions (instruction, announcement, appreciation, and invitation) in class. An increasing average score of writing expression skills was 71 when the pre-test results increased to 93 in the post-test of cycle I. In this cycle, the average score increased to 22 or 31%. Meanwhile, students who have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria have also increased from 46% to 89%. In cycle II, otherwise, the student’s skills to write expressions increased compared to the cycle I post-test, which was from 93 in the post-test of cycle I increased to 98 in the post-test of cycle II. In this cycle, the average score increased by 5 or 5.3%. Meanwhile, students who have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria also increased from 89% to 100%. It is considered satisfying enough for teachers and researchers as the indicator has been achieved successfully. It can be concluded that there is an increasing average value of expression writing skills by applying the problem-based learning model assisted by Scrolling Picture media. The increase is also seen in the students’ enthusiasm and motivation in participating in learning, carrying out responsibility, and conducting cooperation in finishing the tasks provided by the teacher.

Abstract

This article describes the effect of the ASI (Auditory Visual Self Improvement) model through YouTube digital visualization media to improve students’ poetry reading skills in elementary schools. This research is a classroom action research method, which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of research in each cycle indicate an improvement. Classically, students were declared to have completed 100% of learning in cycle II, because all students in reading poetry achieved 80 or above. This learning completeness is above the KKM target of 80%. Based on these proportions, the criteria for qualitative data assessment are classified as "very good". It shows that ASI (Auditory Visual Self Improvement) learning model assisted by digital visualization media in general can be used as alternative learning to improve students’ poetry reading skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of mind mapping in improving sixth-grade elementary school students’ descriptive writing ability. The type of research is qualitative research with a problem-solving research design. Problem-solving is an approach that indicates the data in the form of words or statements obtained through interviews, documentation, observations, and so on. Classroom action research is conducted to solve problems in learning in the classroom or to improve learning quality. The research subjects involved 24 students of class VI at SDN Blimbing 2. The test results before implementing the class research action indicate that the average value is 54. In cycle I, the average value is 68.7with a completeness percentage of 42%. It shows that between the pretest and cycle 1 there is an increasing value of 14.7. In cycle 2, the average value increases to 75.2 with a completeness percentage of 100%. The observation results of students’ activity in cycle 1 achieve 71% while in cycle 2 it achieves 81%, which means that there is an increasing percentage of 10%. The observation results teacher’s teaching management in cycle 1 achieves a percentage of 73% and in cycle 2 it achieves a percentage of 87%, which means that there is an increasing percentage of 15%. Thus, the data analysis of students’ writing descriptive essays through mind mapping from the pretest, cycle 1 to cycle 2 has achieved an average score target.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an intracurricular curriculum in which the material is maximized so that students have more time to develop learning ideas and expand their competency. The Mobilizing School's role in implementing the Independent Curriculum is to create an operational curriculum that satisfies the learning requirements of students. Schools also provide infrastructure and human resources to facilitate the Independent Curriculum's implementation. In this study, a qualitative descriptive approach was used to describe the topic about the circumstances and information gathered during the observation, as well as the challenges encountered, so that it became valuable knowledge and input to policymakers in revising the curriculum. The findings of this study reveal that the Independent Curriculum has been implemented maximally and stably in Mobilizing Schools, albeit there are still numerous inadequacies and challenges to its implementation. The ability of school leaders and teachers to implement changes is critical in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools. The principle, as a leader and facilitator, must be able to influence the mentality of the human data source staff in order to carry out reforms at the school and ensure that the Independent Curriculum is implemented efficiently.
