Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving the quality of education, explain the contribution of community participation to enhancing the quality of education, and identify factors that influence principal leadership and community participation in these efforts. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, content analysis, and narrative analysis. The primary data sources were obtained from key informants at SDIT Al-Fattah Sukahurip, with a focus on empirical data that reflects the dynamics of the school environment as part of field research. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a significant role in improving the quality of education. Principals encourage the professionalism of educators through training, competency development, strategic direction, and motivation. This leadership also reflects the function of the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator.On the other hand, community participation, especially parents, makes a real contribution through involvement in the school committee, cooperation in education programs, and financial and moral support. Factors that influence the success of principal leadership include dynamic interactions between internal elements of the school and the external environment. Community participation, although significant, is influenced by the level of awareness, socio-economic conditions, and time constraints. This finding emphasizes the importance of synergy between principal leadership and community support to achieve better quality education.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and formulate new business strategies to optimize the performance of Apotek Permata Pondok Gede using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and Busniness Model Canvas (BMC) approaches. An exploratory quantitative method was employed, incorporating internal and external strategic analyses through tools such as SWOT, IFE, EFE, IE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix, and TOWS analysis. These findings were integrated into the QSPM framework to prioritize strategic alternatives and mapped onto the nine elements of the BMC to design an adaptive business model. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The analysis identified six priority components within the BMC-Customer Relationships, Value Propositions, Channels, Revenue Streams, Key Activities, and Key Resources-as critical to the pharmacy’s strategic development. The QSPM results indicated that forming strategic patnerships with technology providers to support the implementation of the PSEF (Electronic System for Pharmaceutical Services) and integrate it with the pharmacy’s operations yielded the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 6.19, making it the top strategic priority.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan dalam menjaga kepuasan mitra, khususnya di Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir (LPDB)-KUMKM pada masa pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Kepuasan mitra menjadi faktor kunci untuk mendukung efektivitas pelayanan publik yang semakin ketat di tengah persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan mitra LPDB-KUMKM, dengan fokus pada Satuan Tugas Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sifat asosiatif. Populasi yang diteliti terdiri dari 100 mitra LPDB-KUMKM, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling jenis random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh akan kepuasan mitra, sehingga kepuasan pelnaggan dapat berperan sebagai perantara dalam mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan mitra secara signifikan, yang pada gilirannya mendukung efektivitas lembaga dalam mencapai tujuan pelayanan publik yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth, profitability, and company size on earnings management empirical study of manufacturing companies in the goods & consumer industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2023 - 2023. The researcher used a quantitative method with secondary data sources. The method used is purposive sampling. The population in this study was 119 companies and 34 companies were selected as research samples with the amount of data to be used for 4 years being 136 data. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests, and multiple linear analysis tests with the help of SPSS data processing applications. The results of the study show that sales growth has an effect on earnings management, but profitability has no effect on earnings management. Company size weakens the relationship between sales growth and profitability on earnings management.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation on employee performance at Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company using an associative quantitative approach. The study population consists of all employees of the company, totaling 45 individuals. Data were collected through observations, interviews, literature studies, documentation, observation guidelines, and questionnaires. The results indicate that compensation has a positive influence on employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to monitor and evaluate both compensation and employee performance to optimize the achievement of corporate goals and employee welfare. Additionally, the company should provide clear information about the compensation system, particularly regarding health benefits. Thus, it is expected that the company and employees can jointly fulfill their objectives, rights, and obligations as a unified entity in the future

Abstract

Abstract:  Starting from the emergence of a phenomenon that shows signs of decreasing work efficiency, employee satisfaction, and employee loyalty to the company since the Covid 19 pandemic, so interested in conducting this research. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Karya Indah Lestari, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The research method used is descriptive verification analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to all employees using proportional random sampling techniques. The number of respondents collected was 85 people representing all employees working at PT Karya Indah Lestari, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, who were selected randomly. The results of the descriptive analysis show that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance are generally classified as very good. The results of the verification analysis, both partially and simultaneously, prove that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the researcher suggests that they be maintained and improved further.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry is required to increase efficiency in order to achieve competitive product prices. From the data presented in 2019, the average Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value at PT Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta is 41%, indicating the low productivity of production machines, where the OEE requirement for world class is 85%. This study aims to analyze the causes of non-ideal OEE values and the impact of process quality improvement on OEE values and cost of production. The type of research used is exploratory descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through secondary data from production records as well as interviews with production operators and supervisors through focus group discussions (FGDs). The results of the study show that the root of the problem of low OEE values is caused by inconsistencies in the implementation of fixed procedures due to operator negligence, lack of supervision, and lack of management commitment to the implementation of preventive maintenance and knowledge management programs. The initial OEE value of 62.67% before the process quality improvement increased to 75.83% after the improvement, indicating an increase of 21%. The average cost of production decreased from IDR 191,368k to IDR 190,255k, a decrease of 0.58%. Process quality improvement has proven to be effective in increasing the effectiveness of production machines and reducing the cost of production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajerial pimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di Barbeku Yasmin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajerial yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi strategi. Sementara itu, aspek motivasi yang diterapkan adalah bonus, motivasi verbal, psikologi, reward, dan supervisi. Strategi ini berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan melalui kemanusiaan, kesehatan, monitoring, komunikasi, pengawasan, perencanaan, pengontrolan, keselamatan kerja, motivasi, penghargaan, apresiasi, evaluasi, kekeluargaan dan pendampingan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di barbeku yasmin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh status akreditasi dan RME terhadap kepuasan pasien melalui mutu pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening. Di era digitalisasi, akreditasi dan RME menjadi indikator penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Mutu pelayanan yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert terhadap 100 pasien pada 11 puskesmas di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dengan Teknik cluster proportional random sampling selanjutnya penentuan responden dengan incidental sampling, analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dan positif status akreditasi terhadap mutu pelayanan, RME terhadap mutu pelayanan, status akreditasi terhadap kepuasan pasien dan mutu pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Mutu pelayanan dengan tujuh dimensi yaitu efektif (effective), keselamatan (save), berorientasi kepada pasien / pengguna layanan (people-centered), tepat waktu (timely), efisien (efficient), adil (equitable), dan terintegrasi (integrated), terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang memperkuat pengaruh status akreditasi dan RME terhadap kepuasan pasien. Dengan demikian, peningkatan status akreditasi dan optimalisasi penggunaan RME dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan mendorong rumah sakit mengadopsi Rekam Medik Elektronik (RME) sesuai Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022. Namun, implementasi sering terhambat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kesiapan SDM, padahal kualitas pelayanan sangat dipengaruhi efektivitas teknologi dan kompetensi tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penyelenggaraan RME dan kualitas SDM terhadap kinerja pelayanan di RSUD Sele Be Solu, Kota Sorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan penyelenggaraan RME berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan (p = 0,001 < 0,05), demikian pula kualitas SDM (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 1,129 dan p = 0,004. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,810 menandakan 81% variasi kinerja pelayanan dijelaskan oleh RME dan kualitas SDM. Temuan ini menegaskan keberhasilan transformasi digital rumah sakit bergantung pada kesiapan SDM dan optimalisasi RME. Peningkatan pelatihan, perbaikan infrastruktur, serta komitmen manajerial menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan.
