Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work skills on employee performance, the effect of work skills on employee performance, as well as the effect of work skills and work abilities on employee performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees at PDAM Luwu Regency with a total of 70 people. Sampling used Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 70 people. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The work skills variable (X1) is stated to have no effect and is not significant on employee performance (Y). while the work ability variable (X2) is stated to have a significant and influential effect on employee performance (Y). In the Simultaneous Test, Work Skills and Work Ability have a joint (simultaneous) and significant effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. Training is needed for the skills of each employee, as well as increasing the work ability of employees at PDAM Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to explore scientific literacy in Indonesian language textbooks at the elementary and secondary school levels. The explorative qualitative method was applied in this study. The data was collected through explanation materials, procedural writings, scientific papers, exposition texts, and review texts from Indonesian language textbooks for elementary and middle school students. This study's data analysis technique was content analysis. The data was analyzed to confirm its suitability with the type of text represented and then validated for its role in supporting scientific literacy. The results of the research showed that (1) not all sample texts met the basic criteria as appropriate teaching materials; (2) if the text met the criteria as an example text of teaching materials, the text did not contain aspects of scientific literacy; and (3) of all the texts examined, only explanatory texts for elementary level students contained scientific literacy content in addition to meeting the criteria as sample texts of teaching materials. Based on these findings, Indonesian language textbook compilers should be more cautious in selecting samples of texts that will be discussed collaboratively by teachers and students.

Abstract

Unfair competition between Notaries and colleagues, setting honorarium below the standard set by the Association is still common in Notary practice and this can trigger other Notaries to take similar actions in order to get as many clients as possible so that they get out of the corridor of the rule of law stipulated in the Law on Notary Positions and the Notary Code of Ethics. This study aims to determine the responsibility of a notary who commits unfair competition and the juridical implications of the actions of a notary who commits unfair competition. This research was conducted using a Juridical Sociological approach and an Explanatory Research specification. The data sources used are primary, secondary and tertiary data.Primary data collection was carried out using population techniques and sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using field research and library research. The data analysis method uses qualitative and descriptive data analysis. Research results show that: First, A notary who has committed unfair competition by not complying with the amount of honorarium determined by the association is a violation of the Notary's code of ethicsandcan be burdened with responsibility in the form of imposing ethical sanctions as determined and regulated in the regulations of the Indonesian Notary Association. Second, The juridical implications for a Notary who engages in unfair competition and withdraws honorarium below the minimum honorarium set by the Association, then the Notary can file a default lawsuit by the Association in this case by the Indonesian Notary Association by first giving a warning or subpoena to the Notary who has charge an honorarium below the minimum honorarium set by the Association.Keywords: Association; Honorarium; Responsibility.

Abstract

This article examines the relationship between language, thought, and religious experience in Islamic theology using George Lakoff’s cognitive linguistic framework. Focusing on theological metaphors in selected Qur’anic verses, Al-Baqarah 255 (Ayat al-Kursi), An-Nur 35, Ibrahim 24–25, Al-Hadid 13, and Ar-Ra’d 28, it applies conceptual metaphor theory to reveal how the Qur’an conveys theological and spiritual meanings through cognitive structures. The study proceeds in four stages: identifying and categorizing Qur’anic theological metaphors; analyzing their structure and function through cognitive linguistics; exploring how metaphor links language with religious thought; and interpreting the results to assess their theological significance. The findings show that Qur’anic metaphors transform abstract theological concepts into concrete, accessible ideas, deepening Muslims’ spiritual understanding. This research contributes to cognitive linguistics and religious studies by demonstrating how metaphor serves as a bridge between divine revelation and human cognition. Future studies could develop cognitive linguistic approaches for teaching theology, emphasizing metaphor as a key tool for conceptual and spiritual comprehension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena Perundungan SDN I Teratak, penyeban dan akibat terjadinya perundungan, serta upaya pencegahaan terhadap perilaku perundungan tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah berbagai fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan Sekolah, terkhusus Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) I Teratak yang notabene pada usia sekolah yang merupakan masa usia siswa lebih banyak ingin tahu, bergerak dan bermain bebas. Fenomena kekerasan (fisik dan psikis) tidak semua dikaitkan dengan perundungan. Kategori perundungan dalam pengertian ini adalah pertama; intensi perilaku dilakukan berulang-ulang. Kedua; perilaku tersebut merupakan perilaku agresif dan manifulatif, ketiga; dilakukan untuk menunjukan superioritas (baik kekuasaan maupun kekuatan) dan untuk menyakiti korban. Dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor tersebut, maka penanggulangan perundungan serta akibat yang ditimbulkan bisa dilakukan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Fenomenologi dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui Dokumentasi, Wawancara dan observasi. Kesimpulannya, bahwa perilaku perundungan terjadi di SDN I Teratak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas 2 SD Negeri 2 Korleko tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif  dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas 2 dan  peserta didik kelas 2 yang mengalami kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mengenal huruf sama sekali atau buta huruf, membedakan bentuk huruf yang bentuknya sekilas mirip, kesulitan dalam merangkai huruf menjadi sebuah kata dan masih banyak peserta didik yang menghilangkan huruf saat mengeja. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas 2 kebanyakan disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yaitu keinginan atau minat peserta didik dalam membaca permulaan masih sangat rendah begitu juga dengan motivasi peserta didik dalam membaca permulaan masih sangat rendah (Faktor Psikologis) dan peserta didik juga kurang mendapatkan perhatian atau bekal membaca permulaan dari orang tuanya di rumah atau lingkungan keluarganya karena rata-rata berasal dari latar belakang broken home (Faktor Lingkungan). Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik kelas 2 tersebut mengalami kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan.

Abstract

The integration of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) in Indonesia's Merdeka Curriculum requires pedagogical approaches that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. However, fourth-grade students at SD Inpres 1 Tondo demonstrated low critical thinking abilities and passive learning behaviors, with only 37.04% achieving mastery in IPAS. This study examined the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in improving student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects. A classroom action research design following the Kurt Lewin model was employed over two cycles with 27 fourth-grade students. Data collection utilized observation sheets, achievement tests, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage formulas for individual and classical mastery, while qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. The implementation of PBL produced substantial improvements across all measured dimensions. Classical mastery increased dramatically from 37.04% (pre-action) to 44.44% (Cycle I) and 92.59% (Cycle II), exceeding the 80% success criterion. Teacher performance improved from 77.41% to 94.35%, while student engagement increased from 72.32% to 88.39% across cycles. Classical absorption rate rose from 53.52% to 78.70%. Problem-Based Learning effectively enhances both learning processes and outcomes in IPAS for elementary students. The iterative refinement through action research cycles proved essential for maximizing PBL's effectiveness in integrated curriculum contexts.

Abstract

This quasi-experimental study investigated the influence of Canva-based animated video media on fifth-grade students' IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) learning outcomes at SDN 2 Dolo. Employing a nonequivalent control group design, the research involved 60 students divided into experimental (n=34) and control (n=26) groups. The experimental group received instruction using Canva-based animated videos integrating visual animations, text, and audio narration, while the control group experienced conventional teacher-centered methods. Data were collected through validated multiple-choice tests (15 items, reliability α=0.788) administered as pretests and posttests. Descriptive statistics and independent samples t-test were employed for data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Results revealed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher posttest scores (M=84.41, SD=8.941) compared to the control group (M=78.08, SD=9.389), with statistical significance confirmed (t=2.661, p=0.010<0.05). These findings demonstrate that Canva-based animated video media significantly enhances IPAS learning outcomes by promoting student engagement, attention, and conceptual understanding. The study contributes empirical evidence supporting multimedia learning theory in integrated curriculum contexts and validates accessible digital tools' effectiveness in resource-constrained educational settings. Future research should examine long-term retention effects and optimal animation design features across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Data guru SDN 1 Montong Beter Kecamatan Sakra Barat Kabupaten Lombok Timur menunjukkan jika 11 dari 13 guru disertifikasi. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan jika kemampuan guru dalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaran masih rendah. Sebab, seorang guru harus secara terus menerus melakukan inovasi pembelajaran dan hal tersebut dapat terjadi jika secara reflektif mampu menemukan masalah yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran. Bukan hanya itu, guru diharapkan mampu mengdiagnosis dan menentukan solusi yang tepat atas masalah yang dihadapi. Dengan demikian mutu pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) ini ditujukan untuk membekali para guru SDN 1 Montong Beter Kecamatan Sakra Barat Kabupaten Lombok Timur bagaimana menemukan masalah pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab, serta menemukan alternatif solusi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada Ahad, 20 September 2025 di Ruang Kelas Serba Guna SDN 1 Montong Beter Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kegiatan persiapan dilakukan koordinasi dengan salah seorang guru dan kepala sekolah terkait waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan, serta sarana prasarana yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pemateri 1 menyampaikan tentang kondisi kemampuan belajar anak Indonesia dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lain, yang masih di bawah rata-rata dilihat dari Tingkat kemampuan berpikir. Anak-anak negara ASEAN mampu berpikir kritis dengan baik dan cepat, sedangkan anak-anak Indonesia masih berada pada kemampuan mengetahui dan menghapal. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan harus dikembangkan tidak hanya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir dan kemampuan abad 21. Pemateri 2 menuntun peserta untuk menemukan masalah dan bentuk solusi sebagai tindakan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi para guru. Seluruh peserta secara mandiri dapat mengidentifikasi masalah hingga menentukan alternatif solusi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dan memiliki arti penting bagi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di kelas sehingga dapat direplikasi ditempat lain.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi epistemologi tafsir sufistik dengan menelaah tiga dimensi utama: asal-usul historis, landasan metodologsis, dan orientasi paradigmatik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dalam kerangka analisis wacana, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan dasar-dasar epistemik tafsir sufi dalam tradisi penafsiran Islam yang lebih luas. Temuan pertama menunjukkan bahwa akar historis tafsir sufi dapat ditelusuri hingga masa Nabi Muhammad SAW, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh penafsiran Ibnu ‘Abbas terhadap QS. al-Dzāriyāt ayat 56, dari liya‘budún (agar mereka menyembah-Ku) menjadi liya‘rifún (agar mereka mengenal-Ku). Kedua, secara metodologis, tafsir sufi sangat bergantung pada kedalaman dzauq (ketajaman spiritual intuitif) dan proses tazkiyat al-nafs (pensucian jiwa) sebagai prasyarat epistemik untuk memahami isyarat dan makna batin dari Al-Qur’an. Ketiga, dari sisi paradigma, tafsir sufi menempati posisi mediasi antara tafsir zāhir (eksoterik) dan tafsir batînî (esoterik). Berbeda dengan tafsir batînî yang cenderung mengabaikan makna lahiriah, tafsir sufi mengintegrasikan dimensi lahir dan batin secara seimbang dengan tetap berpijak pada kerangka syariat Islam. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa seorang penafsir sufi yang sah harus memiliki komitmen yang seimbang terhadap praktik lahiriah syariat maupun jalan spiritual batiniah.
