Abstract

Quality of life is an individual's assessment of their life, which can be influenced by burnout. Burnout is a work-related stress syndrome characterized by emotional exhaustion, a sense of low achievement, and depersonalization. This condition can negatively impact the quality of service, performance, and overall health of clinic employees. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between burnout and quality of life among employees at the Dent Smile Dental Clinic in Jakarta. The research design employed is a descriptive correlational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique utilized is purposive sampling. The study's findings indicate that among the 60 employees at the Dent Smile Dental Clinic in Jakarta, 19 employees (31.7%) exhibited low levels of burnout, 17 employees (28.3%) displayed moderate burnout, 10 employees (16.7%) experienced relatively high burnout, and 14 employees (23.3%) were categorized as having high burnout. Meanwhile, 38 employees (63.3%) were found to have a moderate quality of life, 10 employees (16.7%) had a high quality of life, and 12 employees (20%) had a very high quality of life. Data analysis using the Chi-square test revealed no significant relationship between burnout and quality of life among employees at the Dent Smile Dental Clinic in Jakarta (p = 0.633). It is recommended that future research explore other factors influencing burnout, such as length of service, age, and gender.

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah suatu instansi yang menyediakan berbagai jenis pelayan baik itu rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek beroperasinya rumah sakit. Sebagai organisasi yang kompleks membutuhkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan. Loyalitas karyawan sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi. Organisasi harus menjaga agar karyawan dapat bertahan dan nyaman berkerja didalam rumah sakit lingkungan yang nyaman dan baik serta dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal, responsif dan berkualitas kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di rumah sakit untuk mendorong rumah sakit untuk dapat memahami peran budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan literature review dengan menganalisis lima artikel ilmiah yang relevan dalam 5 tahun terakhir dengan menggunakan google scholar dengan kata kunci "Budaya Organisasi", "Loyalitas Karyawan" , “Komitmen Karyawan” dan “Rumah sakit”. Jika rumah sakit menerapkan budaya organisasi yang baik maka karyawan akan memiliki arah yang jelas dan memiliki rasa loyalitas bekerja dirumah sakit. Berdasarkan analisis pada artikel didapatkan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat berkontribusi pada komunikasi yang efektif, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan menciptakan budaya kerja yang mendukung, sehingga rumah sakit dapat memastikan pelayanan yang optimal dan berorientasi pada pasien.

Abstract

The researcher took the thesis title 'Activity Based Costing Method in Determining Tariffs at Waikabubak Regional Hospital, West Sumba-NTT' because health service rates at Waikabubak Regional Hospital have not been determined based on unit cost analysis using the activity-based costing method (Analysis Base Costing). Researchers want to see a comparison of the calculation of the Activity Base Costing Method in the Intensive Care Unit at the Waikabubak-NTT Regional Hospital with the calculation of hospital rates based on West Sumba Regent Regulation Number 45 of 2021 concerning Service Tariffs at the Regional Public Service Agency at the Waikabubak Regional General Hospital. So this research aims to provide knowledge and recommendations regarding the calculation of rates in the ICU for cases of heart disease using the ABC method and to analyze the differences in the results of calculating the unit cost of the ABC method with the current rates for ICU rooms at the Waikabubak-NTT Regional Hospital. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive case study design. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of interview results, while secondary data is obtained through account data of ICU patients treated from January to June 2023. And the theoretical basis for analyzing costs uses the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. The calculation results of the ICU room hospitalization rate are Rp. 460,655.00 using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method which is a price difference of Rp. 89,345.00 compared to the hospital's calculation of Rp. 550,000.00.Key words: activity based costing, ICU room hospitalization rates, ina-CBGs, methods used by regional general hospitals.

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) adalah program yang menjamin setiap manusia mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan tanpa menimbulkan kerugian finansial penggunanya. Indonesia menerapkan UHC dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat primer diberikan oleh FKTP. Sistem pembayaran JKN pada FKTP oleh BPJS Kesehatan adalah dengan sistem kapitasi. Klinik Pratama Albar adalah FKTP di Kabupaten Bandung yang melayani peserta JKN dan mengelola dana kapitasi. Adanya peningkatan jumlah kapitasi terdaftar, kenaikan tarif kapitasi, dan kunjungan pasien belum sejalan dengan peningkatan laba dan pemanfaatan dana kapitasi yang ada sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi manajemen keuangan klinik dalam mengelola dana kapitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengelolaan dana kapitasi Klinik Pratama Albar dalam penganggaran dan pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerjasama Klinik Pratama Albar dan BPJS Kesehatan berlangsung satu arah dan proses pencairan dana kapitasi berlangsung lancar. Klinik Pratama Albar telah memiliki struktur manajemen dan alur keuangan, namun belum dilakukan perencanaan anggaran yang baik. Dana kapitasi adalah sumber pemasukan terbesar klinik mencapai 86% dan pemanfaatannya untuk gaji staff dan biaya operasional dengan proporsi 59:41. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pentingnya evaluasi pengelolaan dana kapitasi untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan klinik. Kata Kunci : Klinik Pratama, Dana Kapitasi, Evaluasi Manajemen Keuangan ABSTRACT Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a program that ensures every human being gets access to health services without causing financial losses to its users . Indonesia implements UHC with the National Health Insurance (JKN) . Health services at the primary level are provided by FKTP . The JKN payment system at FKTP by BPJS Health is with a capitation system. Klinik Pratama Albar is an FKTP in Bandung Regency that serves JKN participants and manages capitation funds. The increase in the number of registered capitations, the increase in capitation rates, and patient visits have not been in line with the increase in profits and the utilization of existing capitation funds, so it is necessary to evaluate the clinic's financial management in managing capitation funds . The purpose of this study is to evaluate the management of capitation funds of the Klinik Pratama Albar in budgeting and its utilization. This research is qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation methods. The results of the study showed that the collaboration between the Klinik Pratama Albar and BPJS Health took place in one direction and the process of disbursing capitation funds went smoothly. Albar Pratama Clinic already has a management structure and financial flow, but good budget planning has not been carried out. The capitation fund is the largest source of income for clinics reaching 86% and its utilization is for staff salaries and operational costs with a ratio of 59:41. Abstract

Keselamatan pasien adalah elemen vital dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang berfungsi mencegah serta mengurangi risiko cedera atau kesalahan medis. Di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan (RSGMP) Nala Husada, keselamatan pasien menjadi prioritas, mengingat peran perawat gigi yang berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien dalam lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku perawat terhadap pelaksanaan sasaran keselamatan pasien, sesuai standar akreditasi STARKES 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengukur variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku perawat gigi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan perilaku perawat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,013 dan 0,035 (<0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sikap positif dan perilaku yang baik dari tenaga kesehatan sangat memengaruhi kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan pasien. Analisis simultan juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari ketiga variabel terhadap pencapaian keselamatan pasien, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 (<0,05). Kesimpulannya, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku positif dari tenaga kesehatan adalah faktor krusial dalam mencapai sasaran keselamatan pasien di RSGMP Nala Husada.Saran Kombinasi antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku yang baik menciptakan sistem yang efektif dalam menerapkan kebijakan keselamatan pasien. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan perawat gigi, Sikap Perawat Gigi, Perilaku Perawat Gigi, dan Pelaksanaan Sasaran Keselamatan Pasien. ABSTRACT Patient safety is a vital element in health services that serves to prevent and reduce the risk of injury or medical errors. At the Nala Husada Dental and Oral Teaching Hospital (RSGMP), patient safety is a priority, considering the role of dental nurses who interact directly with patients in an integrated health service environment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of nurses towards the implementation of patient safety targets, according to the STARKES 2022 accreditation standards. The research method uses a quantitative approach by measuring the variables of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of dental nurses. The results showed that nurses' attitudes and behaviors had a significant effect on the implementation of patient safety, with significance values of 0.013 and 0.035 (<0.05 ) , respectively . This finding confirms that positive attitudes and good behavior of health workers greatly influence compliance with patient safety procedures. Simultaneous analysis also showed a significant effect of the three variables on achieving patient safety, with a significance value of 0.00 ( <0.05). Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran marketing mix yang terdiri dari variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi terhadap minat kunjung pasien di Klinik "Bintang Beauty" Bali. Minat kunjungan pasien merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan klinik dalam menarik pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pasien sangat penting bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran klinik.Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel-variabel marketing mix berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjung pasien di Klinik "Bintang Beauty" Bali.Metode:  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pasien Klinik "Bintang Beauty" Bali. Analisis dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi terhadap minat kunjung pasien.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam marketing mix (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjung pasien di Klinik "Bintang Beauty" Bali. Nilai t hitung untuk produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi lebih besar dari t tabel, dan nilai signifikansi untuk semua variabel kurang dari 0,05.Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran marketing mix yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat kunjung pasien di Klinik "Bintang Beauty" Bali. Oleh karena itu, pengelola klinik perlu memperhatikan dan mengoptimalkan aspek-aspek tersebut dalam strategi pemasaran mereka untuk meningkatkan minat kunjung pasien.Saran: Disarankan agar pihak klinik lebih meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan, menetapkan harga yang kompetitif, serta memperhatikan aksesibilitas tempat dan promosi yang tepat untuk menarik lebih banyak pasien. Kata Kunci : Marketing mix, minat kunjung pasien, produk, harga, klinik, promosi. ABSTRACT Background: This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies, including the variables of product, price, place, and promotion, on patient visit intention at "Bintang Beauty" Clinic in Bali. Patient visit intention is a crucial factor in determining the clinic's success in attracting customers. Therefore, understanding the factors influencing patient interest is essential for developing effective marketing strategies.Purpose:  The objective of this study is to determine the extent to which the marketing mix variables influence patient visit intention at "Bintang Beauty" Clinic in Bali.Methods:  This research employs a quantitative approach with linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, who are patients of "Bintang Beauty" Clinic in Bali. The analysis was conducted to test the influence of product, price, place, and promotion variables on patient visit intention.Results: The results indicate that all variables in the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) have a significant influence on patient visit intention at "Bintang Beauty" Clinic in Bali. The calculated t-values for product, price, place, and promotion are greater than the t-table, and the significance values for all variables are less than 0.05.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the marketing mix strategy, consisting of product, price, place, and promotion, significantly influences patient visit intention at "Bintang Beauty" Clinic in Bali. Therefore, clinic management should pay attention to and optimize these aspects in their marketing strategies to increase patient visit intention.Suggestions: It is recommended that the clinic enhance the quality of products and services, set competitive prices, and improve the accessibility of the location and promotion strategies to attract more patients. Kata kunci/Keywords: Marketing mix, patient visit intention, product, price, clinical beauty, promotion.

Abstract

Hemodialysis (HD) is vital for managing patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease, ensuring their quality of life. Hospital X in Banyumas District, a private Type C hospital, has adopted single-use dialyzers to enhance safety and minimize infection risks. This study employs the Internal-External (IE) and SWOT matrices to develop strategies for improving the hospital's single-use HD services. Data were gathered through interviews, questionnaires, and hospital records, focusing on internal and external factors affecting HD services. The IE matrix indicates that the hospital is positioned for aggressive growth, suggesting strategies like market penetration, product development, and supply chain integration. The SWOT analysis identifies several strengths, such as BPJS support and a strategic location, while addressing weaknesses like limited promotional activities and dependency on vendors. Opportunities include government health policies and technological advancements, counterbalanced by threats such as economic instability and increased competition. Key recommendations include strengthening internal coordination, leveraging BPJS support, optimizing promotional strategies, and addressing vendor dependency through diversification. These strategies aim to enhance efficiency, attract more patients, and ensure competitive advantage. By aligning internal strengths with external opportunities, Hospital X can sustainably grow its HD services and improve overall healthcare delivery.

Abstract

Human resources are key to organizational success. A decline in employee performance can result from poor working conditions and excessive workloads. Improvement requires a focus on a supportive work environment and balanced workloads for optimal performance. This study employed multiple linear regression on 52 employees to analyze the relationship between work environment (X1), workload (X2), and employee performance (Y). The results showed a significant influence of the work environment and workload, but these factors only accounted for 33.9% of the total impact on performance, indicating that 66.1% is attributed to other factors. Further studies are needed to understand behavioral changes affecting performance. Companies should prioritize a comfortable work environment, address employee needs, and ensure proper task allocation to achieve service targets.

Abstract

Penyimpanan data pasien di puskesmas hingga saat ini masih ditemukan tumpang tindih data hingga kehilangan data pasien terutama pada pasien berobat ulang. Seiring dengan meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, puskesmas dapat menerapkan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik sebagai salah satu aplikasi strategi manajemen untuk mendukung pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini karena SIKDA Generik dapat menyimpan data pasien sehingga meminimalisasi risiko tumpang tindih maupun kehilangan data pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen dalam menggunakan SIKDA Generik di puskesmas. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur atau literature review berbentuk artikel jurnal. Literatur tersebut peneliti dapatkan dari pangkalan data ilmiah Google Scholar. Dalam pencariannya, peneliti hanya menggunakan artikel jurnal dengan akses terbuka dan full text, kata kunci menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa inggris. Kriteria inklusi dokumen adalah jurnal penelitian yang menyangkut strategi manajemen dalam penggunaan SIKDA di Puskesmas dengan tahun terbit 2020-2024. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan mengenai Analisis Strategi Manajemen Dalam Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik di Puskesmas, dari 10 literatur jurnal yang di kaji dengan hasil belum maksimalnya strategi manajemen dalam pelaksanaan penggunaan aplikasi SIKDA antara lain terbatasnya sarana prasarana serta sumber daya manusia (SDM) petugas kurang dalam mengoperasikan SIKDA generik. Untuk itu diperlukan peningkatan mutu sarana prasarana terutama koneksi internet serta pelatihan SDM guna meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan SIKDA Generik.

Abstract

Penerapan strategi pemasaran di rumah sakit Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam memanfaatkan media digital dan memahami kebutuhan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan jumlah pelayanan untuk meningkatan profit rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan systematic review, mengkaji artikel dari Google Scholar dan SINTA yang diterbitkan antara 2018-2023. Dari hasil penelusuran dengan kata kunci manajemen, pemasaran, profit, rumah sakit, dan pelayanan, ditemukan enam artikel relevan. Proses analisis melibatkan evaluasi sistematis terhadap temuan terkait strategi pemasaran, peningkatan pelayanan, dan dampaknya terhadap profit rumah sakit. Hasil analisis tersebut disintesis untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profit melalui pemasaran dan pelayanan rumah sakit. Hasil dari systematic review penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam Peningkatan profit rumah sakit dapat dicapai melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan peningkatan jumlah pelayanan yang diberikan. Keberhasilan implementasi strategi ini memerlukan perencanaan yang matang, alokasi sumber daya yang tepat, serta pengawasan yang berkelanjutan dan Manajemen SDM merupakan hal yang  penting  dalam  bisnis  rumah  sakit  karena  SDM merupakan  roda  untuk jalannya bisnis pelayanan.  Manajemen SDM yang baik dan benar dapat menciptkan hasil SDM yang profesional dan berbakat  sehingga  dapat  meningkatkan kinerja karyawan  dan  akan  berdampak  pada  tujuan  organisasi,  serta  pelayanan  terhadap  pasien  dapat berjalan dengan baik yang memberikan dampak pada tujuan utama rumah sakit. Serta peningkatan jumlah pelayanan juga akan meningkatkan profit pendapatan rumah sakit dengan sangat besar. Karena profit di dapat berbanding dengan kunjungan pasien yang berobat.
