Abstract

This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the evolution, trends, and research networks within the field of Agile Project Management (APM). Utilizing data from prominent academic databases and visualized through VOSviewer, this paper identifies thematic clusters that highlight foundational Agile principles, strategic implementations, team dynamics, and technical aspects of APM. The research trends over the past decade demonstrate a significant shift from basic Agile methodologies towards advanced topics like risk and cost management, reflecting the field's maturation and adaptation to diverse and complex environments. The analysis also uncovers substantial research opportunities in integrating Agile practices with cost management, applying Agile in non-traditional fields, and developing sophisticated risk management strategies. Moreover, an examination of author collaboration networks reveals distinct clusters of scholarly activity and highlights influential researchers and their interrelationships. This study provides valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of Agile Project Management research, underscoring both established areas and emerging frontiers for future exploration.

Abstract

The present research endeavors to examine the complex interactions among ergonomics, mental health, operational efficiency, and employee productivity in the ever-changing Indonesian banking sector. 200 participants in a sample from a range of roles contributed insightful information about the complex interactions between these important factors. Confirmatory factor analysis ensured the robustness of later structural equation modeling by confirming the measurement model's validity and dependability. The findings highlighted the beneficial effects of ergonomics, mental health, and operational efficiency on employee productivity, as well as considerable direct and indirect consequences. The structural model was further validated using the model fit indices and discriminant validity analysis. The model explains a significant amount of the variance in the Work Environment, according to the R-Square values. The research provides insightful information for managers of organizations, indicating that ergonomic enhancements, mental health, and operational effectiveness interventions can all work together to create a favorable work environment and, as a result, increase worker productivity in Indonesian banks.

Abstract

This training aims to develop creativity in creating valuable products from patchwork to stimulate the community's economy. The method used is ABCD (asset-based community development), which focuses on utilizing local assets to build community capacity. The results of the service show that woven fabric is a typical fabric of the city of Kediri, with types such as sarong gombyor, misris cloth, semi-silk, and silk. The process of making woven cloth involves the use of fine threads and goes through two stages of work with 14 stages. The large number of rags or fabrics left over from production is the potential that is utilized in this training. The patchwork is processed into various accessories, such as brooches and key chains, that can be used by all groups. It is hoped that the use of patchwork as an accessory will attract the attention of various levels of society because of its affordable price. This allows people who are constrained by high prices to still collect woven fabric-based products at lower prices, thereby contributing to improving the local economy.

The sample used in this study were all Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period using purposive sampling method, namely 48 companies. The software analysis used is WarpPLS 8.0. The results of this study indicate that ownership structure and liquidity directly have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While leverage shows that it has no effect on firm value. Ownership structure has a positive and significant positive effect on profitability. The test results prove that profitability is able to partially mediate the effect of ownership structure on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that makes a number of previous studies, especially the three studies mentioned above, the main spearhead for building the arguments presented in this article. The data used in this article is primary data distributed through an online questionnaire. The data contains 5 statement items from 10 questions related to Digital Culture, Employee Performance, and Generational Alignment. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Digital Culture variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Value value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.008. This is because a good Digital Culture if owned by an employee can make employees change difficult work into easy, increase productivity, and increase creativity. With these three things, it can also improve Employee Performance. In addition, in the next row, the second hypothesis in this article can also be proven because the P-Values also tend to be positive and are also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than the direct influence of 0.008. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in the article can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Digital Culture, Employee Performance, Generational Aignment
