Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari implementasi IoT, sistem manajemen aset, dan analitik data terhadap efisiensi operasional dalam perusahaan start-up di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana praktik teknologi dan manajerial ini mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara implementasi IoT, sistem manajemen aset, analisis data, dan efisiensi operasional. Validasi model pengukuran menegaskan keandalan dan validitas konstruk. Implikasi praktis menyoroti pentingnya integrasi teknologi secara strategis untuk mengoptimalkan operasi dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dalam ekosistem start-up.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that makes a number of previous studies, especially the three studies mentioned above, the main spearhead for building the arguments presented in this article. The data used in this article is primary data distributed through an online questionnaire. The data contains 5 statement items from 10 questions related to Digital Culture, Employee Performance, and Generational Alignment. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Digital Culture variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Value value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.008. This is because a good Digital Culture if owned by an employee can make employees change difficult work into easy, increase productivity, and increase creativity. With these three things, it can also improve Employee Performance. In addition, in the next row, the second hypothesis in this article can also be proven because the P-Values also tend to be positive and are also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than the direct influence of 0.008. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in the article can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Digital Culture, Employee Performance, Generational Aignment

Abstract

This community service aims to educate that collaborating in entrepreneurship is important. This PKM took place in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, and the method used was by means of lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. It was explained that there are many ways to collaborate in developing a business or as an entrepreneur. In this meeting, a discussion was held so that the business being carried out and its problems were known. Finally, it was discovered that the most common problem lately was business capital and the need for local government support to support and protect the business.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly influenced business environments, creating both opportunities and challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to analyze the strategic position of SMEs in the context of digital transformation using a SWOT framework. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed, utilizing literature review and semi-structured interviews with SME owners and industry practitioners to identify key internal and external factors affecting digital adoption. The findings reveal that SMEs possess strategic strengths such as operational agility, strong customer relationships, and owner-driven decision-making that can support digital transformation initiatives. However, internal weaknesses including limited financial resources, low technological capability, and resistance to organizational change hinder implementation. External opportunities such as growing digital markets, government support programs, and accessible digital tools provide potential pathways for digital acceleration, while threats including cybersecurity risks, regulatory pressures, and increasing digital competition create strategic uncertainties. The study concludes that successful digital transformation for SMEs requires leveraging internal strengths, addressing capability gaps, capitalizing on emerging opportunities, and mitigating external risks through strategic planning. These insights provide valuable implications for SMEs, policymakers, and ecosystem actors in developing capacity-building frameworks and supportive policies to foster sustainable digital transformation.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of green innovation and stakeholder engagement in driving business growth within sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial firms. With increasing environmental and social pressures, entrepreneurs are challenged to integrate sustainability into their core business strategies while achieving competitive advantages. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs and managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a structured survey. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted to examine the relationships among green innovation, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. The results indicate that both green innovation and stakeholder engagement have significant positive effects on business growth, with evidence of synergistic interaction between the two factors. These findings underscore the strategic importance of sustainability-oriented practices, highlighting that environmental innovation and active stakeholder collaboration can simultaneously enhance firm performance and societal value. The study contributes to theory by integrating resource-based and stakeholder perspectives in entrepreneurial sustainability and offers practical guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers seeking to achieve economic success while addressing environmental and social challenges.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of service quality, customer experience, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the service industry in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents through a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, with reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analysis performed. The results indicate that service quality, customer experience, and customer satisfaction all significantly positively affect customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction emerging as the strongest predictor. The findings suggest that improving service quality and customer experience are essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty in the Indonesian service industry. This study provides practical insights for service industry practitioners on retaining customers and building long-term loyalty in a competitive market.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the evolving landscape of talent management research and its impact on organizational performance, utilizing data from major academic databases. By constructing a network of co-authorship and analyzing the density of research topics, the study identifies key themes and trends, as well as principal researchers and their collaborative patterns. The core areas of focus include talent development, employee engagement, and the strategic role of leadership in enhancing organizational outcomes. The study highlights the increasing emphasis on sustainable organizational performance and innovation, reflecting the growing integration of these concepts within talent management strategies. The findings offer valuable insights into the dynamic field of talent management, providing a robust foundation for future research and practical applications in both academic and corporate settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work conflict on employee performance at the Class IIB Correctional Institution in Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population in this study consisted of all 50 employees working as prison guards, who were also used as research samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that, partially, workload had a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a t-value of 3.323 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Workstress also had a significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 3.541 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. In addition, work conflict had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.404 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous test results show that workload, work stress, and work conflict together have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 48.544 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.744 indicates that 74.4% of employee performance is influenced by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016 – 2019. Dalam penilitian ini, menggunakan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berdasarkan syarat-syarat tertentu. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019, sedangkan Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. dan Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2019 dikarenakan nilai F 0,042<0,05.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang akan memasuki pasar global sudah tentu harus memahami seluk-beluk berbisnis di pasar global tersebut supaya dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain.
