Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Work Experience and Work Discipline on Financial Management Performance at Halu Oleo University. Respondents in this study were all employees who served as financial managers at Halu Oleo University. The total respondents were 106 people. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed through SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that education and training have t (t-sig) of 0,000 which means that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has t (t-sig) of 0.118 which means that work experience has no effect and is not significant on performance financial managers, work discipline has t (t-sig) of 0.031 which means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The conclusions in this study are education and training, work experience and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Abstract

The Effect of Board Supervision of Rules and Laws Understanding on the Managementof Local Finance with Good Government Governance as an Intervening Variable (A Study ofSKPD in South Konawe Regency).”Supervised by Andi Basru Wawo, as Supervisor I, andHusin, as Supervisor II.This study aimed to analyze the effect of board supervision and understanding of rulesand laws on the management of local finance with good government governance as anintervening variable. The study was a causal research and the objects of the study were 31SKPD in South Konawe regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial management competence andlocal finance accounting system on the quality of financial report at SKPD of the province ofSoutheast Sulawesi.The study used primary data garthered using a questionnaire.Respondents of the study ware structural officials and apparatus which run accountingfunction or financial management in 41 SKPD in the province of Southeast Sulawesi.Variables of the study included competence in financial management and the accountingsystem of local finace, which were independent variables, and the quality of financial reportsas dependent variable.Data analysis used a method of multiple regression statistical analysis using the SPSSversion 22 software, which were explained using descriptive statistics and inferentialstatistics. Result of hypothesis testing showed that the competence of financial managementand the accounting system of local finance have positive and significant effect on the qualityof financial reports written by the provincial government of Southeast Sulawesi, eitherpartially or simultaneously. It means that the better the competence of financial managementand the accounting system of local finance, the better the quality of financial reports that areproduced.Keywords: quality of financial repors, competence of financial management, accountingsystem of local finance..

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of participation in budgeting, clarity of budgeting targets, and staff commitment on managerial performance, with job relevant information working as an intervening variable. The study was a causal research, involving 28 SKPD of Baubau City government as the objects of the study. Samples of the study were Head of Agency. Head of Office, Head of Sub-Section of Finance, Head of Sub-Section of Planning/Program, and Heads of Section in each SKPD. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using the path analysys on the SPSS version 20.Result of partial analysis showed that participation in budgeting had a positively insignificant effect on job relevant information, clarity of budgeting targets had a positively significant effect on job relevant information, staff commitment had a positively significant effect on job relevant information. furthermore, participation in budgeting had a positively significant effect on managerial performance, clarity of budgeting targets had a positively significant effect on managerial performance, staff commitment had a positively significant effect on managerial performance, and job relevant information had a positively significant effect on managerial performance. Results of simultaneous analysis showed that participation in budgeting, clarity of budgeting targets, and staff commitment had an effect on job relevant information. participation in budgeting, clarity of budgeting targets, and staff commitment had an effect on managerial performance. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of facilitator and institutional facilitators on the level of financial performance with the supervision of local government as a mediating variable. This study is an expo facto research using the survey method. The population in this study was 64 respondents from Kelurahan Unit Management in Kendari City. The sample of this study is the entire study population which amounted to 64 financial management units.The results of the study show that the facilitator has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The facilitator has a negative and insignificant effect on the supervision of the local government, the institution has a positive and not significant effect on financial performance, the institution has a positive and significant effect on the supervision of the local government and supervision of the regional government positive and significant effect on financial performance. Regional government oversight is not able to act as a mediating variable on the relationship of facilitating facilitators in improving financial performance and supervision of local government capable of acting as a mediating variable on the relationship of facilitating facilitators in improving financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, penerapan sistem pengendalian intern dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara simultan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah SKPD kabupaten Muna. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data mnggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 SKPD Kabupaten Muna diluar Kecamatan, dengan jumlah sampel 142 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, metode sampling jenuh atau sensus dimana seluruh populasi sampel di jadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear regresi berganda.            Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Variabel sistem pengendalian intern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Variabel pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian intern dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan pada kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Kata Kunci :    Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Teknologi Informasi, Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhkesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhpengetahuan pajak kepatuhan wajib pajak, (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sanksi pajak,terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, (4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas pelayananpublik terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada Kantor Samsat Kota KendariJenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dasar (basic research). Populasi sebanyak 115.240wajib pajak, penentuan sampel digunaka rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian inisebanyak 90 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat ditarik beberapakesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kesadaran wajib pajak, Akuntabilitas pelayanan publik secara bersama-samaberpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib, (2) Kesadaran wajib pajak secara parsial berpengaruh terhadapkepatuhan wajib pajak. (3) Akuntabilitas pelayanan publik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhanwajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada kantor samsat Kota Kendari.Kata kunci : Kesadaran wajib pajak, Akuntabilitas pelayanan publik

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Studi pada TVRI Stasiun Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampelnya adalah seluruh pegawai TVRI Stasiun Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 92 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji kualitas data menggunakan uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Analisis data diolah dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 22.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) pemberian insentif berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan badan layanan umum daerah; (2) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan badan layanan umum daerah dan (3) pengaruh pengendalian intern terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan badan layanan umum daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian keuangan berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus. Metode yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dengan Sofware SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan badan layanan umum daerah pada Rumah Sakit Umum Bahteramas Kendari. Komunikasi secara statistik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan badan layanan umum daerah pada RSU Bahteramas Kendari.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Komunikasi, Pengendalian Intern, Pengelolaan Keuangan BLU.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran, dan budaya organisasi terhadap senjangan anggaran.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari dengan populasi penelitianberjumlah 139 orang.Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (metode sensus).Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner, wawancara dan megumpulkan dokumentasi dengan bantuan pengelolaan anlisis data SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran; (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran; (3) Partisipasi anggaran dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran. Kata Kunci :Partisipasi  Penyusunan Anggaran, Budaya Organisasi, Senjangan Anggaran
