Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Kesadaran Hukum Pengusaha Amplang Terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual di Kota Samarinda. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu, Bagaimanakah kesadaran hukum pengusaha amplang terhadapHak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) di Kota Samarinda dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengusaha amplang dalam mendaftarkan usahanya kepada Dirjen Hak KekayaanIntelektual di Kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan masalah yang disajikan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendapatkan informasi sebagaimana adanya yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum pengusaha amplang terhadap Hak Kekayaan Intelektual di Kota Samarinda masih belum maksimal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran hukum pendaftaran merek pengusaha amplang di Kota Samarinda adalah faktor tinggi rendahnya pendidikan dari pengusaha, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pendaftaran merek dimana mereka belum memiliki kesadaran yang aktif untuk mencari informasi terkait pendaftaran merek, dan rendahnya sosialisasi pemerintah.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Model Sistem Pendidikan Islam, Pengertian, Jenis, Konstruksi dalam Pendidikan Islam. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, pengertian sistem merujuk pada suatu kerangka atau struktur yang mengatur berbagai aspek pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Sistem ini terdiri dari elemen-elemen yang saling terkait dan berinteraksi satu sama lain untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang diinginkan. Konstruksi sistem pendidikan Islam mengacu pada proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan implementasi berbagai komponen dan strategi pendidikan yang berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip dan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Mencakup semua aspek pendidikan, termasuk kurikulum, metode pengajaran, evaluasi, lingkungan belajar, serta peran guru dan siswa. Artikel ini dikembangkan dengan metode kualitatif berupa pengkajian literatur yang terkait. Abstract

To analyze and obtain the real description regarding the management of human resource at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Tourism Sector, which is understood through five aspects, which respectively are Transglobal Leadership, Job Involvement, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Human Resource Performance. besides that, it is also necessary to understand the management of tourism marketing, which is understood through two aspects, that are Responsibility Marketing and Competitive Sustainability Tourism. The population of this research includes all human resource personnel at MSMEs of the Tourism Sector and all foreign and domestic tourists in East Java. The sample in this study was 200 MSMEs of the Tourism Sector that are selected from 10 regions with tourism potentials in East Java Province. From each MSME, there are 4 employees and 3 tourists who are chosen as respondents. This research involved 800 employees and 600 tourists, either foreign or domestic. Analysis technique uses Biplot / Cluster Analysis, which is aimed to obtain real description concerning human resource management and tourism marketing management at MSMEs of Tourism Sector. The results show that MSMEs in the Tourism Sector with Transglobal Leadership competitive advantages are found in Sidoarjo, Kediri, Blitar, and Malang districts. The competitive advantage of Quality of Work Life is found in Malang City and Kediri City. The competitive advantage of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is in Pasuruan Regency. The competitive advantage in Human Resources Performance is in Batu City. The competitive advantage of Responsibility Marketing is in Pasuruan Regency. Competitive advantages in Competitive Sustainability Tourism are found in Pasuruan City and Blitar City. This study introduces an integrated holistic compilation of the theoretical concepts of human resource strategy and marketing strategies implemented through the concept of responsible tourism marketing, which is applied to the MSMEs in the Tourism Sector in East Java Province.

Abstract

This study evaluated the impact of leadership management skills and emotional intelligence on employee performance as a variable mediation through the quality of work life. This research uses a path analysis model (path analysis) since there is a mediation between the independent variables and the dependent variable to analyze the mediating impact of the quality of work-life on managerial leadership and emotional intelligence on employee efficiency. This analysis is called a universal survey (free sampling) or census using all population members, which amounts to 33 people. Management capacity led significantly to performance. Employee emotional intelligence also provides a valuable contribution to success. The standard of work has made a significant difference in the results. The managerial capability of the chief has made a positive contribution to the efficiency of the job. Employee emotional intelligence is also a positive contribution to job performance. K Quality in management, accompanied by the quality of work, has been a successful contribution to performance. Employee emotional intelligence was a positive contribution to results, followed by job efficiency. The study will contribute positively to the understanding of the job evaluation of BNN employees in Malang City. However, this analysis contributes to the assessment of BNN employees based on the job evaluation of BNN employees in Malang City. The difference between this study and previous studies is the treatment or care of Malang City BNN employees to improve the quality of their assessment.

Abstract

Service providers must pay attention to customer satisfaction in their activities. They must focus on the quality of services provided and the need for innovation to increase customer value. It is important because service providers often pay little attention to the customer's perceived value in supporting service quality. The quantitative approach is used in this research. Data analysis is statistical and involves hypothesis tests. The survey is also conducted in which the data are obtained through a questionnaire. The object of research is service quality, innovation, perceived value, and customer loyalty. The research population is the customers of BPR Kedung Jaya Surabaya, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection instrument involves a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The measurement scale is Likert Scale. The analysis technique in this research is a descriptive statistic and partial least square assisted by Smart PLS software. Results of the study show that: service quality has a significant effect on perceived value, innovation has a significant effect on perceived value, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty, perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality significantly affects customer loyalty with the mediation of perceived value, and innovation significantly affects customer loyalty with the mediation of perceived value. This research implies that BPR Kedung Jaya Surabaya can use the results of this research as guidance to strengthen customer loyalty by examining all factors that influence research variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana berbagai faktor seperti variasi produk, pilihan gaya hidup, promosi diskon, dan digital marketing memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Populasi sampel untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari semua pelanggan Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling, khususnya purposive sampling, dengan total ukuran sampel 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik yang meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dan pengujian sistem. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variasi produk tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara individuk akan tetati dapat memengaruhi secara kolektif. Sementara gaya hidup tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan sendirinya, gaya hidup memang berpengaruh jika dipertimbangkan bersama dengan faktor-faktor lain. Demikian pula, promosi diskon tidak memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara independen, tetapi berkontribusi secara kolektif terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Di sisi lain, digital marketing memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan baik secara individu maupun kolektif pada Toko Trendz Shoes & Bag Rantauprapat. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah 0,734 atau 73,4%, maka ini menunjukkan bahwa 73,4% keputusan pembelian pelanggan didefinisikan dengan variabel variasi produk, gaya hidup, promosi diskon, dan digital marketing, dan sisanya 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh elemen lainnya yang belum dibahas pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) aims to accelerate services and improve the quality of services at the Health Center. Conceptually, EMR makes it easier for officers to work, shortens data distribution time and minimizes file storage space. This study aims to evaluate the implementation and storage of EMR at the SP Health Center in SMD City. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, data collection techniques with observation and interviews with 4 informants selected purposively. The main research instrument was the researcher himself supported by interview and observation guidelines. The data analysis used the Miles and Hubberman approach. The results of the study revealed that there were still incomplete clinical information filling and electronic medical records did not support electronic signatures and the security of medical records was not guaranteed so that the implementation of filling in clinical information and storing electronic medical records had not gone well. Examining this matter requires emphasis and monitoring of health workers who fill in and store them.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Masa ini sering juga disebut sebagai masa keemasan (golden age), sehingga anak harus dididik sedini mungkin agar dapatmembentuk generasi baru yang unggul dan berkualitas. Seorang pendidik hendaknya berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada peserta didik yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui pencampuran warna dapat mengembangkan sikap sains anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Uswatun Hasanah Kota Jambi. Adapun alat pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai penunjang dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Dari kegiatan dua siklus tersebut peneliti memperoleh hasil yang sangat signifikan yaitu mengembangkan sikap sains anak pada siklus I jumlah anak yang belum berhasil ada 4 anak atau 33% (BB) dan jumlah anak yang sudah berhasil ada 8 atau 66% (BSH). Pada siklus II anak yang belum berhasil ada 1 orang anak atau 0,8%(BB) dan jumlah anak yang berhasil ada 11 orang anak atau 91% (BSB) Melalui pencampuran warna di Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Uswatun Hasanah Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Barcode-based student pick-up digitalization service management is services to improve the quality of education in the form of digitalization implemented at MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar with the aim of provide security and comfort to students' parents. Digitization services This barcode-based student pickup uses three applications, namely Google drive, google forms and google spreadsheets. This research uses qualitative approach. The results of qualitative research seek to understand and interpret the meaning of events interacting with human behavior using descriptive research and using analysis. Research result This shows that the digitalization of student pick-up services is based barcodes as a service to improve the quality of education, especially in the security at MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar. Barcode creation and Implementation is very easy, just use Google Forms and Google spreadsheets. The Google form contains student information and information about being picked up then generate a link from each response, and copy the link that you have obtained in Microsoft Excel, use the formula and generate a link automatically uses the URL so it becomes a barcode. Use The barcode is simply pasted on the monitor screen

Abstract

Improving the quality of nursing practice is a key pillar in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Nursing care standards and guidelines based on the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI), Nursing Outcomes Standards (SLKI), and Nursing Interventions Standards (SIKI) serve as essential frameworks for providing systematic, measurable, and regulation-compliant care. However, the implementation of these standards in healthcare facilities still faces challenges, including limited understanding and the absence of practical and applicable guidelines. This community service initiative aimed to develop and formulate nursing care standards and guidelines based on SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI to enhance nursing practice quality. The program was conducted at Bayung Lencir Regional General Hospital on April 23–24, 2025, through participatory training and a collaborative workshop involving practicing nurses. Evaluation methods included pre- and post-tests and participatory observation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the application of the three standards, along with the development of draft operational standards and nursing care guidelines ready for clinical use. In conclusion, this activity made a valuable contribution to improving nurses’ competencies and the quality of nursing services through the development of structured, applicable standards aligned with national regulations
