Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of Celtics drill training on increasing Endurance (VO2 Max) in MAN 2 Mataram men's basketball players. In this study using quantitative methods, with experimental research methods. The subjects in this study were MAN 2 Mataram basketball players who joined the MAN 2 Mataram basketball extracurricular. The research results obtained were on endurance (VO2 Max) pre-test maximum 45.5 minimum 32.6 and post-test maximum 46.5 and minimum 34.7. From the calculation of the T test, the results were 3.317, while the T-table value was 1.769. so it can be concluded that there is an effect of Celtics drill training on increasing endurance (VO2 Max) in men's basketball players MAN 2 Mataram.

Abstract

Miftahul Ulum II is one of the institutions in Sumber Logan Islamic Boarding School. Until now, this institution has a very high concentration on the sciences of the Qur'an, such as learning to sound the letters according to their place of release, according to the rules of tajweed and writing them. Of course, this level is the earliest level and determines the success of learning the Qur'an at the next level. This training aims to provide knowledge, abilities, and skills to read and write the Qur'an to students with effective Qur'an learning methods. The method of implementing this training is carried out through several stages, including the pre-activity stage, the implementation stage with an educational and participatory approach, and the evaluation stage which is intended to assess the results of this training activity. The results of the training show that the training on reading and writing al-Qur'an organized at the Sumber Logan Islamic Boarding School has a significant impact on the ability and skills of reading and writing al-Qur'an of students. This is evidenced by the results of the pretest and post test during this training activity. With 3 main materials in the field of reading the Qur'an and 3 main materials in the field of writing the Qur'an, the ability of the trainees increased quite dramatically, from the initial pretest results there were only 8 or 30% of participants who had good predicates in the aspect of reading the Qur'an, after the post test it increased to 17 or 62.96% of participants with good predicates in the same aspect. While for the aspect of writing skills al-Qur'an, from the pretest results there were only 5 or about 19% of participants who had good predicates, after the training there were 14 or 51.85% of participants whose writing skills had increased.

Abstract

Comprehensive, integrated and sustainable management of water resources plays an important role in creating national water security, including meeting the basic needs of clean water for the community. PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) in Mataram, NTB, as one of the water resources managers, faces challenges in improving employee job satisfaction, which has an impact on the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, employee commitment, and performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) in Mataram City, NTB. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. The research population included all permanent employees of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) totaling 179 people, with a sample of 45 permanent employees selected based on a certain percentage. The data analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variables of work culture, employee commitment, and performance appraisal were normally distributed and suitable for analysis using multiple linear regression. This study found that the three variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational support, employee engagement and work ethic on employee performance in oil and gas companies, ENI Indonesia - Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and literature studies. The population and sample used were ENI Indonesia employees, totaling 90 respondents. The research results show that Work Ethic does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance even though it has a positive value. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, organizational support, employee engagement and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penguatan karakter religius siswa melalui pembiasaan di UPT SD Negeri 119 Gresik. Objek penelitian ditujukan pada anak usia 7-8 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode case study yakni bentuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pemahaman dan perilaku manusia berdasarkan opini manusia. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran adab di kehidupan sehari-hari sangat penting pada anak diusia 7-8 tahun karena guru berperan sebagai tauladan, pengamat, pendukung, fasilitator, dan evaluator. Dari penelitian ini dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mengenai adab sederhana pada waktu makan harus ditekankan di lingkungan sekolah agar peserta didik menjadi anak yang beradab, sopan dan beretika oleh sebab itu guru memegang peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran adab di lingkungan sekolah serta mampu menjadi teladan yang bijak untuk peserta didiknya.

Abstract

The penalty kick is a free kick given by the referee because one of the players commits a foul in the penalty box. Skills when handling the ball while playing are very important and if one day a penalty kick or penalty shootout occurs, the player must also have penalty kicking skills. Executing a penalty kick is not as easy as imagined because being a penalty kick executor requires concentration and confidence. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between Concentration and Confidence and the result of penalty kicks in a football game. The population in this study is SSB PSPS Segeran which totals 23 people. The sample used in this study was 23 PSPS Segeran players. The technique to be taken in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. In this study, the type of approach in the research method used is a descriptive method with a correlational design. In the concentration test, data was obtained in the hypothesis test 1 F calculated 3.59 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant. In the confidence test, data was obtained in the hypothesis test 1 F calculated 7.64 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant. Meanwhile, in the double regression test, the data F was calculated at 4.70 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant so that it can be concluded that concentration and confidence are related to the results of penalty kicks in football games     Abstrak Tendangan penalti adalah tendangan bebas yang diberikan wasit dikarenakan salah satu pemain melakukan pelanggaran di dalam kotak penalti. Keterampilan saat mengolah bola saat bermain sangat penting dan apabila suatu saat terjadinya tendangan hukuman atau adu penalti maka pemain tersebut juga harus memiliki keterampilan menendang penalti. Mengeksekusi tendangan penalti tidak semudah yang dibayangkan karena menjadi eksekutor tendangan penalti perlu dibutuhkan konsentrasi dan rasa percaya diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Konsentrasi dan Kepercayaan Diri dengan hasil tendangan penalti dalam permainan sepak bola. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SSB PSPS Segeran yang berjumlah 23 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain PSPS Segeran yang berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pada penelitian ini jenis pendekatan dalam metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain korelasional. Pada tes konsentrasi diperoleh data pada uji hipotesis 1 F hitung 3,59 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan. Pada tes kepercayaan diri diperoleh data pada uji hipotesis 1 F hitung 7,64 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan. Sedangkan pada uji regresi ganda diperoleh data F hitung 4,70 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi dan kepercayaan diri itu berhubungan dengan hasil tendangan penalti dalam permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the diversity of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) aspects in the evaluation instrument in the Indonesian high school class Higher Order Thinking Skills) contained in the evaluation instrument for Indonesian high school class The data was taken from an evaluation instrument in the form of a 60-item essay test. The data analysis technique used in this research was content analysis There are various types of Indonesian language textbooks for class X published by Tiga Serangkai Solo. However, the distribution is not evenly distributed. The creative thinking aspect is 32 questions, the critical thinking aspect is 42 questions, the problem solving aspect is 21 questions, and the decision making aspect is 18 questions. It is necessary to strive for even distribution of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) aspects in the evaluation instrument because each aspect of thinking has a very significant contribution in developing students' thinking abilities. The more frequently students are exposed to or trained in various thinking abilities, the more skilled their thinking abilities will be.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values in Muhammadiyah schools, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and school efforts in implementing Pancasila values. Muhammadiyah schools are Islamic educational institutions that are closely related to the practice of Pancasila values, the main teachings of which are Al-Qur’an and As Sunnah. This research took place at MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pantenan, motivated by an effort to strengthen Pancasila values in daily life based on awareness, not coercion. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects are school principals, teachers and students. The data collection techniques used were observation and interview techniques. The instruments in this research include observation sheets and interview guides. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is obtained through the stages of source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show that; (1) MI Muhammadiyah 1 Pantenan School has implemented Pancasila values which contain divine values, human values, unity and oneness values, deliberation values, and social justice values in the school environment and learning activities (2) supporting factors namely the school principal, teachers , parents or guardians of students, school environment, facilities and infrastructure (3) inhibiting factors come from the external environment, finances, and parents of students who do not support school activities and students who are difficult to control (4) school efforts, namely running school programs optimally , habituation at school, adding coaching hours and always providing motivation for students.

Abstract

This research is entitled Optimizing the Role of Tourism Villages in Community  Economic Development (Study in Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict,  Kubu Raya Regency) with the aim of knowing how the role of Sungai Kakap Tourism  Village in the economic development of the local community and raised three problems,  first what factors influence in optimizing the development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict. second, how is the strategy to optimize the  development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict optimally and  third, how is the impact of the village in improving the economy for the local community.  This type of research is a qualitative approach, the method used is the method of juridical  sociological approach, the population in this study are business actors around the tourist  village of Sungai Kakap sub-district. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the  tourist village in Sungai Kakap sub-district has received less attention from the government so that it has not been so optimal in improving the economy of the local  community. The strategy to optimize the development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village  is the involvement of the local government to promote the tourism village, so that it will  have a good impact on the local community in improving the economy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan alat pembelajaran interaktif dalam bentuk buku pop-up, dengan memanfaatkan pengetahuan lokal yang kaya tentang flora dan fauna unik Gresik, yang disesuaikan untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas empat. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi) untuk memandu metodologinya. Partisipan penelitian meliputi ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa kelas empat dari SD Negeri 260 Gresik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa media pembelajaran buku pop-up, yang mengambil inspirasi dari kearifan lokal Gresik mengenai beragam kehidupan tumbuhan dan hewan di wilayah tersebut, dapat diintegrasikan secara efektif dalam proses pendidikan. Para ahli media memberikan evaluasi yang sangat baik, dengan nilai sebesar 92,8%, sedangkan ahli materi memberikan nilai yang tinggi pula, yaitu sebesar 92,5%. Selama fase implementasi, observasi menghasilkan nilai sempurna sebesar 100%, mencerminkan integrasi yang lancar dalam ruang kelas. Selain itu, respons siswa terhadap alat pembelajaran inovatif ini sangat positif, dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 95,5%.   Kata Kunci: pop-up book, kearifan lokal,  flora, fauna, Gresik.
