Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari West Papua Province is one of the vocational high schools that foster 12 competencies in the field of Technology and Engineering with 1,567 people active in 2022. To support daily activities at school, the availability of clean water in the school environment is necessary for washing hands, defecating, and urinating. The availability of clean water is at least balanced with the need for clean water, this is intended to ensure that school needs are fulfilled. This study aims to analyze the need for clean water and clean water quality by quality standards. Clean water needs are analyzed using a mathematical approach based on clean water planning criteria, while the clean water quality analysis is carried out by testing clean water samples through the Manokwari City BPOM laboratory. The results showed that the need for clean water in schools was 17,280 liters/day. Water distribution to bathrooms/toilets, sinks, and public face, uses a piping network sourced from 2 reservoirs with a capacity of 40,400 liters. The source of raw water used is groundwater and pumping systems. For the analysis of clean water quality, the data shows that the temperature parameter = 0.05 oC, pH = 7.88, TDS = 0.3060 mg/L, and coliform number = 27.09 x 10^1 CFU/100 mL, so that the water quality microbiologically does not meet the requirements for sanitary hygiene. While the results of the study showed that the need for clean water in SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari until 2032 reached 33,276 L/day (47.21%). The results of this study are expected to be useful for the development of science for academics in universities, government and society. E, especially for students at SMK Negeri 2 Manokwari, hopefully, it will be interesting reading material in the school library.

Abstract

The research location is located in Tanggetada sub-district, Kolaka district, which is an area very close to laterite nickel mining sites. The determination of the research location was deliberately chosen at the nickel mining location, with the consideration that at that location the river was brownish red, and at that location there were many miners who did not carry out according to mining regulations. The method used is observational which is carried out at nickel laterite mining sites. by using a cross sectional approach that is both qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be explained that the distribution of heavy metal pollution in river water is the largest in the heavy metal Copper (Cu), namely 0.0108 mg/l, which is found at station 3, heavy metal lead (Pb), namely 0.0070 mg/l l found at station 4, heavy metal chromium (Cr) is 0.0038 found at station 6 downstream, heavy metal Cadmium (Cd) is 0.0028 mg/l found at station 3, heavy metal Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+) is 0.0026 mg/l found at station 2. From the results of the analysis there are no heavy metals that exceed the quality standard (PP No. 82 of 2001). Meanwhile, the river sediment material produced the greatest amount of heavy metal Copper (Cu), namely 0.0229 mg/kg found at station 2, Heavy metal Cadmium (Cd), namely 0.0128 mg/kg found at station 5, Heavy metal Lead (Pb) namely 0.0177 mg /kg is found at station 1 upstream, heavy metal Chromium (Cr) is 0.0118 mg/kg found at station 6 downstream, heavy metal Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+) is 0.0116 mg/kg found at station 6 downstream. From the results of this analysis there are no heavy metals that exceed the quality standards (USEPA, 2003).

Abstract

The vulnerability of landslides that occur in the Sakuli area, Kolaka Regency is related to topographic conditions which are dominated by mountains and hills, for this reason, research is needed as an effort to determine the level of vulnerability and determine disaster mitigation efforts against the danger of landslides. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by looking at the influence of each variable to analyze landslide-prone areas. The method used in this research is experimental analysis with direct observation in the field. From the research results, the vulnerability level value for the slope parameter was 0.83; with soil texture 0.408; for faults 0.86; value for regolith 0.363; with geological conditions 0.628; with a rainfall value of 0.3 and land use of 0.6, the accumulated value is that the research area is at a very vulnerable level with a value of 3.989. Therefore, this area really needs structural and non-structural mitigation to be able to protect and reduce the potential for landslides.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program Merdeka Belajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di era digital, khususnya pada MAS Islamic Centre Medan. Kompetensi guru yang diteliti mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial, serta kompetensi dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, tuntutan terhadap kompetensi guru semakin meningkat, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berpusat pada siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana program Merdeka Belajar diimplementasikan di lingkungan spesifik, dengan fokus pada pengalaman, persepsi, dan praktik sehari-hari guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur yang melibatkan guru, kepala madrasah, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk mendapatkan perspektif yang komprehensif. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati langsung proses pembelajaran dan interaksi yang terjadi di kelas, sedangkan dokumentasi digunakan untuk melengkapi dan mengkonfirmasi temuan dari wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Merdeka Belajar di MAS Islamic Centre Medan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, terutama dalam adaptasi teknologi dan metode pengajaran yang lebih kreatif.

Abstract

Abstrak Fenomena meningkatnya kasus penganiayaan terhadap anak balita dalam lingkungan keluarga menjadi perhatian serius dalam konteks perlindungan hukum anak di Indonesia. Anak balita, sebagai kelompok usia paling rentan, sering kali menjadi korban kekerasan fisik maupun psikis yang dilakukan oleh orang tua atau pengasuh terdekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara normatif bentuk perlindungan hukum yang tersedia bagi anak balita korban penganiayaan dalam lingkungan keluarga serta mengidentifikasi upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanggulangi tindak pidana tersebut. Berdasarkan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap anak balita mencakup upaya preventif dan represif yang harus didukung oleh penegakan hukum yang konsisten, edukasi masyarakat, serta peran aktif lembaga perlindungan anak. Implementasi hukum yang masih lemah menjadi tantangan utama dalam memberikan keadilan bagi korban. Selain itu, kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang rendah serta stigma sosial turut menjadi penghambat dalam proses pelaporan dan penyelesaian kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya penguatan sistem hukum yang berpihak pada korban anak, serta peningkatan peran keluarga, masyarakat dan negara dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi tumbuh kembang anak balita. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Penganiayaan Anak, Anak Balita, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, Hukum Perlindungan Anak.   Abstract The rising phenomenon of abuse against toddlers within the family environment has become a critical concern in the context of child legal protection in Indonesian. Toddlers, as the most vulnerable age group, are frequently subjected to physical and psychological abuse by parents or close caregive. This study aims to examine, from a normative legal perspective, the forms of legal protection available to toddlers who are victims of abuse in the family and to identify the legal efforts that can be taken to address such criminal acts. Using a normative juridical research method, this study analyzes various legal regulations, such as Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. The discussion reveals that legal protection for abused toddlers involves both preventive and repressive efforts, wich must be supported by consistent law enforcement, public legal education, and the active role child protection institutions. Weak law implementation remains a major challenge in providing justice for victims. Moreover, low public legal awareness and prevailing social stigma hinder the reporting and resolution of abuse cases. This research concludes that a strengthened legal system that prioritizes child victims is urgently needed, along with enhanced roles of the family, society, and the state in creating a safe and nurturing enviroment for toddler development. Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of agility among badminton athletes, especially when defending and attacking in the front, side, and back areas of the court, which often results in losing the shuttlecock. To address this issue, physical conditioning training was conducted using a combination of ladder drills and resistance band training. Ladder drills are a form of jumping exercise with one or two feet across a ladder-shaped rope placed on the floor or ground. Resistance bands are elastic bands used in strength and flexibility training. This training method is divided into two main stages. The first stage includes providing theoretical knowledge and discussion, material delivery, program design, and evaluation. In this stage, participants will receive an in-depth explanation of correct badminton techniques and specific training programs related to physical conditioning training using ladder drills and resistance bands. The second stage is the implementation of physical training practices. This training was conducted by lecturers from the Sports and Health Education Study Program, Faculty of Sport Science and Public Health, Mandalika University of Education on June 3-4, 2025, at the badminton court of the Warna Agung Sports Hall. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya kelincahan atlet bulu tangkis, terutama saat bertahan dan menyerang di area depan, samping, dan belakang lapangan, yang sering mengakibatkan kehilangan shuttlecock. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan kombinasi latihan ladder drill dan resistance band. Ladder drill sendiri merupakan bentuk latihan melompat dengan satu atau dua kaki melintasi tali berbentuk tangga yang diletakkan di lantai atau tanah. Resintance band adalah pita elastis yang digunakan dalam latihan kekuatan dan fleksibilitas. Metode pendampingan ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap utama. Tahap pertama meliputi pemberian pengetahuan teori dan diskusi, penyampaian materi, perancangan program, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap ini, peserta akan mendapatkan penjelasan mendalam mengenai teknik bulu tangkis yang benar dan program latihan spesifik yang berkaitan dengan pendampingan kondisi fisik menggunakan ladder drill dan resistance band. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan praktik latihan fisik. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika pada tanggal 3-4 Juni 2025 di lapangan bulu tangkis Gor Warna Agung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Paired Story Telling learning model on the narrative essay writing skills of grade V students of MI Assa'Adah Bungah for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The problems raised in this study focus on the low ability of students to write narrative essays in a sequential, interesting, and correct structure. The Paired Story Telling model was chosen because it is considered to increase students' interest and active involvement in learning to write by retelling the content of the story with their partners. The method used in this study is a pseudo-experiment with between subject design. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that was given treatment using the Paired Story Telling model, and the control class that was not given special treatment and still used conventional learning methods. The research instrument is in the form of a narrative essay writing test that has gone through a validity and reliability test. The population in this study is all students of class V MI Assa'Adah Bungah for the 2024/2025 Academic Year which totals 42 students. The data analysis technique used a t-test which showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05 which means that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Paired Story Telling model has a significant effect on improving students' narrative essay writing skills. These findings suggest that collaborative learning models such as Paired Story Telling can be used as an alternative strategy in effective writing teaching in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structural, institutional, and regulatory challenges in recognizing Indigenous Law Communities (Masyarakat Hukum Adat/MHA) in Indonesia, with a particular focus on the strategic yet ambiguous role of provincial governments. Despite the legal mandate for decentralization, the dual function of governors as regional heads and central government representatives has not been supported by a clear legal framework to facilitate cross-district recognition of MHA. Using a qualitative approach, the study employs document analysis of legal texts, regional regulations, and case studies, supported by secondary data from institutional reports and scholarly publications. The findings reveal three major issues: first, the absence of a legal mandate for governors to coordinate inter-district recognition processes; second, regulatory conflicts between provincial and district-level authorities, especially when indigenous territories cross administrative boundaries; and thrid the lack of harmonization between regional customary regulations and national laws. These obstacles have resulted in legal uncertainty, fragmented policy implementation, and continued marginalization of indigenous communities. This research contributes to the discourse on multilevel governance by emphasizing the overlooked role of governors in indigenous rights recognition. It also identifies practical entry points for policy reform, such as enhancing judicial review mechanisms, formalizing adat institutions, and improving spatial data integration across ministries. The originality of this study lies in shifting the analytical lens from district-level actors to the provincial level, proposing a coordinated, vertically and horizontally integrated governance framework for sustainable recognition of indigenous communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku penyebaran konten pornografi di media sosial berdasarkan UU ITE. Perkembangan internet memudahkan penyebaran konten yang melanggar norma kesusilaan dan diatur dalam hukum Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui konsep pertanggungjawaban pidana dan bentuk sanksi bagi pelaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, menggunakan KUHP, UU ITE, dan UU Pornografi sebagai bahan hukum primer. Hasilnya, pelaku dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban jika memenuhi unsur tindak pidana, baik dilakukan sengaja maupun lalai. Sanksi menurut Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU ITE adalah pidana penjara maksimal 6 tahun atau denda Rp1 miliar, sedangkan UU Pornografi mengatur ancaman hingga 12 tahun penjara atau denda Rp6 miliar. Kata kunci : Pertanggungjawaban Pidana, Konten Pornografi, Media sosial, UU ITE   Abstract This study examines the criminal liability of perpetrators of the distribution of pornographic content on social media based on the ITE Law. The development of the internet facilitates the distribution of content that violates moral norms and is regulated by Indonesian law. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of criminal liability and the form of sanctions for perpetrators. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, using the Criminal Code, the ITE Law, and the Pornography Law as primary legal materials. The result is that perpetrators can be held accountable if they fulfill the elements of a criminal act, whether done intentionally or negligently. The sanction according to Article 45 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law is a maximum of 6 years imprisonment or a fine of IDR 1 billion, while the Pornography Law regulates the threat of up to 12 years imprisonment or a fine of IDR 6 billion. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujan untuk mengetahui  dan mendeskripsikan pentingnya membangun moderasi budaya melalui kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan Desa Sayur Maincat Kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memehami dan mengeksplorasi fenomena moderasi budaya di Desa Sayur Maincat melalui pengalaman dan persepsi masyarakat setempat. Pendekatan kualitatif memungkinkan Mahasiswa KKN 54 STAIN MADINA untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang praktik moderasi budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan bagaimana nilai-nilai moderasi ini dibangun melalui kegiatan sosial di organisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mempromosikan moderasi budaya dan mengurangi ekstremisme melalui pendekatan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan sosial dilakukan di Desa Sayur Maincat terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang moderasi budaya melalui berbagai kegiatan sosial. Namun tantangan masih ada terutama dalam melibatkan generasi muda kedepan, diperlukan strategi yang lebih inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif semua lapisan masyarakat dalam membangun moderasi budaya.
