Abstract

The development of information technology, especially through social media platforms such as YouTube, has rapidly influenced the dynamics of social life in Indonesia. However, along with this growth comes new challenges, especially regarding harassment and negative comments on these platforms. This research takes a case study of the YouTube channel Kinderflix, which provides educational content for children, to explore the impact of abusive comments on content creators. The research results show that negative comments not only have a significant emotional but also psychological impact, especially on content creators. Protection of content creators and more effective management of content on social media platforms is becoming increasingly important. In the context of children's content, the protection of content creators and the welfare of children must be a top priority.

Abstract

Gen-Z is a generation that is very spoiled by technology and the internet. The way they think and live their lives is different from previous generations. Generation Z is often referred to as the "Strawberry Generation", because they have a very soft mentality when experiencing life problems. Therefore, they are associated with the “strawberry generation” because they are like strawberries in that they break down very easily in stressful situations. To prevent the next generation from becoming the strawberry generation, parents should supervise their children, give them the freedom to study under supervision, and not spoil them too much when they are young. Once they grow up, their mentality will be formed.

Abstract

The film Yuni tells the story of the struggle of a woman who wants to break gender stereotypes to gain the rights and freedom to choose for herself. By using Serang Javanese, Sundanese and Indonesian, this film attracts the attention of the audience. Yuni is a high school teenager who lives in a small town who has dreams of going to college after graduating from school. Yuni really likes the color purple. She is also a smart student at her school. With the support of a female teacher at her school, she is very enthusiastic about wanting to took a scholarship to go to college, but this desire was hindered by the environment around him which still held strong eastern culture and he was pressured to marry immediately after graduating from school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses the film Yuni 2021 to present facts about inequality and the meaning of gender that were discovered at that time. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze phenomena and other social activities. This research takes a qualitative approach with its methodology. This research aims to determine the gender equality found in the film Yuni. The results of the analysis that the author presents are connecting the scenes of each scan, then understanding the meaning of the signs contained in the film Yuni which consist of visual and audio: (1) women cannot go to high school (2) women cannot do whatever they want. Denotational meaning, the women represented in the film Yuni show that the role of women is always attached to the domestic realm, having limitations in movement, in education. The connotation meaning of women in the film Yuni shows that Yuni has the courage to make a decision within herself to have the same rights in obtaining the same education as men.

Abstract

Film is a mass communication medium, which has an influence on society. Film is also a form of message consisting of various signs and symbols that form a system of meaning so that people can interpret it differently, depending on the reference and the person's thinking ability. The film Two Blue Lines by Gina S. Noer raises the theme of teenage pregnancy. The interpretation of conflict in scenes in this film is the background for this research to look at the reception of the audience's position

Abstract

Music has been a part of human life for a long time. It influences people's behavior and is an important component of culture. Music can convey messages through tonal sentences, expressing human emotions and feelings that are sometimes difficult to express directly. Song is a form of sound art that combines rhythmic sounds and musical instruments. They serve as a medium for people to express their thoughts and feelings. Song lyrics have a linguistic function, conveying the author's feelings and experiences. Emotions are subjective and related to psychology. They have an evaluative function, helping individuals understand their desires and the meaning of things. This research uses a literature review method to analyze the song "Usik" by Feby Putri. This song discusses the rights of human equality and is dedicated to people in Deaf Culture. Tells the story of someone who has been hurt and is trying to recover from dark times. The lyrics of "Usik" contain deep meaning and aesthetic value in each verse. This research aims to understand songs as a communication medium for expressing feelings and understanding hidden meanings in the lyrics.

Abstract

This research discusses the phenomenon of sexual violence against children in Indonesia with a focus on a case involving an elementary school student in Serang, Banten. Through a framing analysis approach, this research explores how the media, especially Detik.com and Radar Banten, frame news about the case. The research results show that psychological, social and environmental factors influence perpetrators of sexual violence in targeting minors or their own children. The framing of reports by the media also plays an important role in shaping public perceptions about the case, by highlighting aspects such as the perpetrator's psychological condition, the role of parents, and the urgency in handling sexual violence cases. The implications of this research are the importance of a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between perpetrators and victims of sexual violence, as well as the need for preventive measures and stronger law enforcement to protect children from sexual violence.

Abstract

Wardah is a beauty brand produced by the company PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Currently, the increasing competition in the beauty industry makes Wardah increasingly want to maintain its existence as the number one halal beauty product in Indonesia. Especially Wardah's image on social media, Wardah continues to build its image on content on Instagram social media. Therefore, in this research, researchers want to analyze in depth the management of @wardahbeauty Instagram content in improving and building the company's image, especially the halal label. In this research, researchers used qualitative methodology with a literature study approach model, namely to find out about content on social media Instagram @wardahbeauty in managing content on social media. The system used to collect information is done through searching, reading, listening, and taking significant notes from previous research, which comes from books and national journals. Public relations is an important element of a company which aims to ensure a good company image in the eyes of the public. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze what content is carried out on the social media Instagram @wardahbeauty. The model used is two ways symmetric. Content management is to build a halal image of Wardah products and build a good image with the public.

Abstract

This research analyzes the themes and narratives in the Korean film "Jenny Juno". Qualitative analysis methods were used to identify and explore the depth of themes expressed in the movie's narrative. The results highlighted major themes such as adolescent growth, friendship, teenage love, and responsibility. The movie tells the story of two teenagers who are still in school who experience problems beyond the limits, where the two teenagers must be responsible for their actions. This will make teenagers more careful in their relationships. Many parents do not agree with events like this, so parents should pay more attention to their children and teach about sexual education to their teenagers. The complex narrative and complex characters in the film were also explored to understand how these themes manifested in the story. The findings provide insight into how the film responds to and reflects relevant social and psychological issues in the Korean cultural context.

Abstract

Islam is a religion widespread throughout the world, which has its roots in Saudi Arabia, and a religion that teaches teachings that bring goodness to all mankind. Islamic da'wah is increasingly being carried out on social media, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, websites and Telegram. Da'wah is the process of conveying, inviting or calling on other people or the community to embrace, learn and practice religious teachings consciously, so as to awaken and restore the person's natural potential, and be able to live happily in the world. Increased internet use cannot be avoided along with technological developments. YouTube usage continues to increase in several other countries. Ustadz Hanan Attaki, Lc., made the informant interested in the preaching delivered by Ustadz Hanan Attaki on YouTube Hanan Attaki, this is actually targeted at today's young generation because the message is delivered using millennial language and contains a moral message so that listeners can accept Ustadz Hanan Attaki's preaching . Ustadz Hanan Attaki has the ability to motivate someone without being direct.

Abstract

The Nun is technically a prequel to the ever-expanding Conjuring Universe. This film tells the story of the origins of VALAK, the super scary demon nun from The Conjuring 2. Synopsis The Nun is set in 1952, at the Carta Monastery in Romania which is known to be haunted and cursed by local residents. This film tells the story of the investigation carried out by Father Burke, Sister Irene and Frenchie into the suicide of one of the nuns in the convent. In their investigation they find out that something is wrong with the place and they have to solve the puzzles one by one. In film this involves the collection and analysis of non-numerical data, such as text, images, or audio recordings. Researchers can use this method to explore the researcher's experience of watching the film, our perceptions of the characters and themes, and the impact of the film on moral beliefs and values. Unlike in the film The NUN, Valak in Christian demonology is actually a demon in the form of a small angel who rides a two-headed dragon, and is considered the commander of 38 legions of evil spirits. Some life lessons that can be taken from this film are obeying God, obeying his commands and staying away from his prohibitions.
