Abstract

Aceh Party is one of local political party which listed on Aceh Government Constitution (UUPA) Number 11, 2006 about Local Political Party. The leadership of Executive and Legislative Institution was being controlled by Aceh Party politicians since 2009 to present, thus raising various perceptions of society and youth in particular to the leadership of Aceh Party. Theory of Symbolic Interactionism is used to analyze the problems in this thesis. The study aimed to determine the youth perception to the leadership of Aceh Party politicians in Executive and Legislative. The study was using descriptive qualitative method. The datas were collected by the interview and documentation. The results show that the leadership of Aceh Party politicians in the executive and legislative has not been in line with the expectations of the Acehnese, because they have not been able to solve the problems that occur, such as poverty, unemployment, and public prosperity. On the other hand, Aceh gained special autonomy which has large budgets. The leadership of the Aceh Party politicians must be able to bring the change towards a better, productive, open not exclusive, and focus on the public prosperity, and also objectify the points which listed on Aceh Government Constitution Number 11, 2006.

Abstract

Background: Placenta accreta spectrum is one of the most serious complications of placenta previa and is frequently associated with severe obstetric hemorrhage usually necessitating hysterectomy. The management of placenta accrete spectrum will be discussed here and is essentially the same. The following discussion of management of placenta accreta spectrum applies to all depths of placental invasion. Incidence: In 1950 placentaaccreta was rare, occurring 1 in 30.000 deliveries in the United States. Duringbetween 2008 and 2011 in a cohort of over 115.000 deliveries in 25 hospitals in the United States reaching 1 in 731 deliveries. The marked increase has been attributed to the increasing prevalence of cesarean delivery in recent decades. The incidence of placenta accreta spectrum will also increase due to increasing of caesarean section rate. Case: Mrs.44 yo, G3P2 36-37weekslive, previous cesarean section 2 time, placenta previa totalis, placenta percreta. She?s comes with a chief complaint of lower abdominal cramps, patients regularly antenatal care at obstetrician. Ultrasound finding, a single fetus lives at transvers lie, dorso superior, corresponding to 36-37 weeks, placenta previa, placenta percreta (PAI:83%). This patient planned for elective conservative surgery management, due to cesarean section and or cesarean hysterectomy. Discussion:Surgical conservative management giving birth a baby without a placenta, followed by a hysterectomy, has been shown to reduce the risk of bleeding and the need for blood transfusion. The discovery of placenta accreta spectrum earlier when antenatal care, better birth planning than multidisciplinary science includedfetomaternal, gyneco-oncologist, anesthesiologist, thorac& cardiovascular surgeon, radiology intervention, intensivist - obstetric intensive care, urologist and neonatology can determine the success of handling cases of placenta accreta spectrum so as to reduce maternal, fetal morbidity and mortality. Conclusions:  The discovery of placenta accreta spectrum earlier when antenatal care, planning delivery is better than multidisciplinary science. Management with corporal incisions away from placental implantation, giving birth baby without a placenta, followed by a hysterectomy, has been shown to reduce the risk of bleeding and the need for blood transfusion.

Abstract

Research of bioremediation of petroleum waste by indigenous petrophilic bacteria with biopile techniques at Klamono Area in Papua has been done. Petroleum waste was derived from various sources, namely tank cleaning, oil spills, oil catcher, leaking pipes, and drilling wastes containing oil residue. Preparation of petroleum waste has been done by adding wood sawdust as a bulking agent as much as 10% (w/w), the ratio of C: N: P: K = 100:5:1; 0.1 and mixed cultures of indigenous petrophilic bacterial isolated from the sources of the waste that has been collected in a storage-pit that Pseudomonas sp. (PSP01), Pseudomonas sp. (PSP05), and Bacillus sp. (PSP03) with 1:1:1 ratio of 0.5% (v/w). During the bioremediation process was aerated at a rate of 1 liter/jam/m3. Monitoring process have been done every week by doing the sampling with multiple sampling method to determine the five stations and each station has determined three sampling points, namelythe surface, middle and bottom based on the depth, samples have been obtained pooled and analyzed. The results showed that a decline in Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) of 91.04% for six weeks. Total bacterial populations during bioremediation processes ranging 103 to 108 CFU/gram of soil. In addition at the end of the observation showed that the toxic aromatic compounds benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene (BTEX) showed concentrations under the Environmental Quality Standards. Thus, indigenous petrophilic bacteria effective as biological agents in the bioremediation of petroleum waste by biopile method.
