Abstract

Pengguna aktif media sosial terus meningkat, dengan Twitter menjadi salah satu platform yang populer. Media sosial, termasuk Twitter, menjadi tempat bagi pengguna untuk mengekspresikan pendapat, termasuk mengenai masalah kesehatan mental seperti depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen tweet pengguna Twitter terkait depresi menggunakan metode klasifikasi seperti Naïve Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan Random Forest. Pengumpulan data tweet menggunakan metode crawling menggunakan API yang disediakan oleh Twitter dengan kata kunci yang berhubungan dengan depresi. Data tweet yang digunakan sebanyak 1502 tweet, yang selanjutnya dibersihkan pada tahap preprocessing dan diberi label dengan validasi oleh pakar terkait depresi, data yang sudah diberi label sebagai data untuk pengujian pada algoritma yang digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian performa pada algoritma yang diuji dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest memilkiki hasil performa yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Naive Bayes Clasifier dan Support Vector Machine dengan Hasil  akurasi: 83.33%, presisi: 83.04%, recall: 83.33%, dan f1-scores: 82.62%. Penelitian ini Juga memberikan Word cloud untuk memberikan gambaran visual tentang kata-kata yang paling sering muncul dalam tweet. Kata-kata yang dominan dapat memberikan indikasi tentang topik atau isu yang paling mendominasi terkait kesehatan mental seseorang

Abstract

Sequential isolation has been conducted to obtain isolates of saturated, aromatic, resin, and asphaltene fractions degrading bacteria from oil contaminated sites. Five soil samples were collected from South Sumatera. These bacterial isolates were obtained using soil extract medium enriched with oil recovery or remaining-oil recovery degradated (ROD) as sole carbon and energy sources according to the isolation stage as the isolation medium. ROD at the end of every isolation stage analyzed oil fractions by use of the SARA analysis method. Six isolates of bacteria have been selected, one isolate was fraction saturates degrading bacteria that are Mycobacterium sp. T1H2D4-7 at degradation rate 0.0199 mgs/h with density 8.4x106 cfu/g from stage I. The isolate T2H1D2-4, identified as Pseudomonas sp. was fraction aromatics degrading bacteria at accelerate 0.0141 mgs/h with density 5.1x106 cfu/g are obtained at stage II. Two isolates namely Micrococcus sp. T3H2D4-2 and Pseudomonas sp. T1H1D5-5 were fraction resins degrading bacteria by accelerate 0.0088 mgs/h at density 5.6x106 cfu/g and 0.0089 mgs/h at density 5.7x106 cfu/g are obtained at stage III. Isolation of stage IV has been obtained two isolates Pseudomonas sp. T4H1D3-1and Pseudomonas sp. T4H3D5-4 were fraction asphaltenes degrading bacteria by accelerate 0.0057 mgs/h at density 5.6x106 cfu/g and accelerate 0.0058 mgs/h at density 5.7x106 cfu/g.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Independent Curriculum Assessment at SD Negeri 03 Pontianak Selatan. The research method applied is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The tools which is used to collect data are interview sheets, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is according to Miles and Hubermen with stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, information was obtained that 1) The assessment planning carried out in schools is: a) The teacher analyzes Learning Achievements (CP) and determines the Learning Goal Flow (ATP) together, b) The teacher determines the Learning Goals and adjusts them to the students' abilities , c) The teacher determines the type of assessment and arranges the implementation schedule. 2) diagnostic assessments are carried out at the beginning of the semester, formative assessments at the end of learning and summative assessments after completing a particular topic or material. 3) 60% of teachers have used the assessment results to improve the learning process. 4) the assessment carried out influences the results of the school education report card. Literacy achievement increased by 16.57 from 83.33 to 100. Meanwhile, the numeracy component achievement experienced a significant increase of 36.67 from 63.33 to 100.

Abstract

This study discusses his work, Bisri Mustofa, Tafsir Al-Ibriz, which raises the concept of character education with an emphasis on ethical and moral values and upholding virtue values in everyday life. The concept of character education contained in Tafsir Al-Ibriz includes the following main points: First Spiritual Values: Bisri Mustafa stressed the importance of connection with God in shaping character. Faith, piety, and humility are the main foundations in this view. Both Ethics and Morals: Tafsir Al-Ibriz teaches the importance of good and honest behavior in all aspects of life. Bisri Mustofa emphasizes honesty, compassion, and hard work as the main components of character education. Third Self-Development: This work highlights the importance of personal effort in developing character. Self-discipline, courage, and self-control are the elements emphasized. The Importance of Education: Bisri Mustofa pointed out that education has a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation. Education that is not only focused on academic aspects, but also moral, emotional, and spiritual development. Fourth, Relevance to the Young Generation: The view of character education according to Bisri Mustofa in Tafsir Al-Ibriz remains relevant to the character development of today's young generation. The modern era which is filled with moral and cultural challenges requires a strong foundation in the form of ethical values and virtues taught by Tafsir Al-Ibriz. This research is a qualitative research which in its preparation uses the literature review method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the educational values of surah Luqman verses 12-19 in Tafsir Al-Ibriz broadly cover three things, namely aqidah education, sharia education, and moral or character education

Abstract

Currently, the halalness of a product may only be determined by the halal certificate or halal label displayed on the product packaging. Simply put, several halal-related issues, like cross-contamination, logistical issues, halal counterfeiting, global halal acceptance, and so forth, keep coming up. To address the numerous issues raised above, it is believed that a framework that can support worldwide halal provisions is necessary. The objective of this research is to create a blockchain smart contract framework for halal transparency, integrity, and traceability. Blockchain technology along with smart contracts can solve classic tracing problems including data leakage, manipulation, and invisible data. Organizational consistency across the halal production process and the availability of raw materials that adhere to sharia laws are two more basic challenges with halal certification that blockchain and smart contracts can resolve. The usual traceability problems, such as data explosion, material cross-contamination between halal and haram, and revelation of private information, can all be resolved by smart contracts that make use of on-chain, off-chain, and electronic product code information services (EPCIS).

Abstract

Aceh Health Insurance (Jaminan Kesehatan Aceh—JKA) has been implemented since 2010 to increase the health equity by covering the health expenses and guaranteeing that all Acehnese are covered regardless of their economic, educational, and social statuses. However, since its implementation, there has been no study on its impact on health quality, particularly regarding the utilization of the main referral hospital (Dr Zainoel Abidin Hospital located in Banda Aceh) and the effects of the geographic accessibility and the number of specialist doctors in each regency/city on hospital utilization. This retrospective study assessed the equity factors during the Aceh Health Insurance implementation and during its integration to National Health Insurance (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional—JKN) from 2013 to 2021 using data of travel time (time spent for travelling from the origin regency/city of referred patients to the main referral center) and healthcare resources (number of specialist doctors). The data were analyzed using Student’s t-tests, Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Mann-Whitney U test when appropriate. Williamson Index was calculated to determine the disparities of health equity between regencies. Our data indicated the noticeably increase of health facilities utilization since the implantation of Aceh Health Insurance. However, there was no equity in the use of main referral facility by the residents in Aceh - was dominated by residents who lived closer and from more populated regencies/cities. In conclusion, there are accessibility and financial hardship barriers in accessing the health care facilities during the implementation of Aceh Health Insurance that need to be addressed by the government to achieve the health equity for all Acehnese.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of asset managers in administering State-Owned Assets (BMN) at the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics School (STMKG), as identified in the 2017-2018 Operational Audit Report. The research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods, with data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and in-depth interviews with six respondents. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that while the asset managers at STMKG meet the minimum educational qualifications of a Diploma III, they lack the necessary certification in BMN Management Technical Substantive Training (DTSS). However, the managers demonstrate strong competencies in technical, cognitive, and social aspects, which significantly support their roles. The study highlights deficiencies in the reporting and disposal processes of BMN and emphasizes the need for formal training to enhance the effectiveness of BMN management.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused economic turmoil to become erratic, affecting all aspects of Indonesian people’s lives. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of the money supply, BI Rate and exports on inflation in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and the data used are secondary data from Bank Indonesia, The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), The Ministry of Trade and SEKI-BI. This study used the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The results of this test indicate that the money supply in short-term has a positive and insignificant effect on inflation, while in the long-term the money supply has a negative and significant effect on inflation. The BI Rate in the short-term has a negative and insignificant effect on inflation, while in the long-term the BI Rate has a positive and significant effect on inflation. Exports in the shirt-term have a positive and insignificant effect on inflation, while in the long-term exports have a positive and significant effect on inflation.
