Abstract

Mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta, pengaruh Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta, pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta, pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap kinerja dengan Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) sebagai variable intervening pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 pegawai di berbagai departemen rumah sakit. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta, Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta, transformasi digital terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta dan pengaruh transformasi digital secara signifikan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap terhadap Individual Readiness to Change (IRTC) pegawai Rumah Sakit Moewardi Surakarta. Terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan yang diikuti saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan medis dan non-medis secara langsung dan secara mediasi oleh organization commitment di RS XYZ, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis. Data responden diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuesioner dari seluruh karyawan medis dan non-medis RS XYZ Kabupaten Bogor. Terdapat 201 sampel yang memenuhi syarat dan dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intentions, Organizational Culture memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intentions dan Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh positif dalam memediasi Organizational Culture dan Turnover Intentions. Terdapat sejumlah keterbatasan yang diikuti saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata dipercaya merupakan salah satu jalan dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, di luar mata pencaharian utama. Hal ini sejalan dengan fokus utama pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan, dimana kualitas hidup atau kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi yang utama, selain pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan. Desa Sawarna sudah menjadi desa wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan, bahkan sudah masuk dalam 15 besar dalam penjurian Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia untuk kategori Berkembang. Keindahan alam pantai yang dimiliki desa ini menjadi daya tarik utama bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Homestay sebagai salah satu jenis akomodasi, sudah banyak dikembangkan oleh masyarakat lokal Desa Sawarna. Homestay menjadi alternatif tempat menginap bagi wisatawan, yang memberikan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat. Pengembangan homestay ini sedikit banyak memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun demikian masih ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti belum optimalnya koordinasi antar stakeholder, pemasaran yang belum efektif, dan pengelolaan lingkungan yang masih terbatas. Untuk itu, Fakultas Hospitality dan Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan dukungan DRTPM kemendikbud RI, bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan Tata Kelola Pariwisata Berkelanjutan, guna meningkatkan pengembangan desa wisata Sawarna yang lebih berkelanjutan, baik secara ekonomi, sosial budaya dan lingkungan. Peserta dari pelatihan ini adalah pemilik homestay. Metode yang dilakukan diawali dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini sangat positif, masyarakat memahami dan bermaksud menjalankan tata kelola pariwisata berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan homestay.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Sawarna, yang terkenal dengan keindahan alam dan potensi ekowisatanya, memiliki tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan homestay secara profesional. Salah satu kendala utama adalah keterbatasan pemahaman pengelola homestay terhadap teknologi, khususnya aplikasi pemesanan online yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pemesanan online (JotForm) kepada 15 pengelola homestay di Desa Wisata Sawarna. Pelatihan meliputi pengenalan fitur JotForm, cara membuat formulir pemesanan, pengelolaan data pelanggan, hingga implementasi dalam operasional sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif, seperti demonstrasi langsung, simulasi penggunaan aplikasi, dan sesi diskusi interaktif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan online. Selain itu, peserta juga mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi tersebut untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas dan pengalaman pelanggan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya sistem pemesanan yang lebih terstruktur dan mudah diakses, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung pengelolaan homestay yang lebih efisien. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan daya saing Desa Wisata Sawarna di pasar pariwisata, sekaligus mendukung upaya transformasi digital di sektor pariwisata pedesaan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative method, where the data collection method is through a questionnaire process that is given online. The data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique where the respondents were employees of the Pharmacy Division of XYZ Hospital, Jakarta. The total sample for this research was 69 respondents. The statistical analysis method used in this research uses Smart PLS 4.0 software. Through the results of data processing, results are obtained 1) Intrinsic Motivation has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, 2) Extrinsic Motivation has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, 3) Intrinsic Motivation has a positive influence on Employee Performance, 4) Extrinsic Motivation has a positive influence on Employee Performance, 5) Job satisfaction does not have a positive influence on Employee Performance. 6) Intrinsic motivation does not have an indirect positive influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) Extrinsic motivation does not have an indirect positive influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

A primary clinic is a personal health care facility that provides basic and/or specialist medical services, organized by more than one type of health worker and led by a medical worker. As an industry engaged in the service sector, mGanik Care is asked to maintain the quality of its services in order to maintain a positive image of a clinic. The quality of clinic services is closely related to the image of the clinic. data on the number of patient repeat visits is taken from data on the arrival of old patients. The data shows that in the first 4 (four) months of 2023 the clinic was established, the number was very large. However, over time, the number of patient repeat visits has slowly begun to decline. Some possible causes of the decline in the number of repeat visits of patients at the mGanik Care Diabetes Clinic are promotional media that are too stagnant, not dynamic in keeping up with the times. So that patients are not updated and reduce their interest in visiting again. In addition, promotional media that are not developing create WOM that is not in accordance with expectations. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory analysis. The data collection technique is by questionnaire. The results of this study are all influential on revisit intention other than service quality with an f2 value of 0.011 and t-statistics of 1.148 with a p-value of 0.126. Revisit intention can increase if the branding image carried out by the mGanik Care Clinic is running and right on target so that the mGanik Care Clinic should create a strategy on social and print media to intensify the branding image of the mGanik Care Clinic. So that revisit intention can increase.

Abstract

Pembelajaran BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing) diberikan kepada Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang belajar di SMP XYZ dengan menggunakan izin belajar yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Seperti yang tertuang pada Permendikbud No. 31 Tahun 2014, siswa didik WNA wajib diajarkan Bahasa Indonesia dan Budaya Indonesia (Indonesian Studies). SMP XZY adalah sekolah SPK di mana ada siswa WNA yang berhak diajarkan Indonesian Studies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembelajaran BIPA di jenjang SMP XYZ dengan menggunakan model penelitian CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi evaluasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru BIPA, siswa WNA SMP XYZ, alumni, dan orang tua siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan instrumen non test yang berbentuk kuesioner terbuka, kuesioner ini diberikan kepada seluruh sampel melalui google form. Deskripsi kualitatif akan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengklasifikasi, mengintepretasi, dan menyimpulkan. Dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa adanya kesesuian pelaksanaan dengan pedoman dan rekomendasi perbaikan yang bermanfaat untuk pengembangan program pembelajaran BIPA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the integration of two mainstream theories of strategic management rooted in resource Dependency Theory (RDT) and Resource-Based View (RBV) in utilizing the internal strengths and external dependencies of companies. This study will explore the area of theory integration by using a literature review method that involves the collection, analysis and synthesis of influential publications on both theories, semi-systematic literature review is carried out with narrative analysis techniques. The results of the study provide a conceptual framework in understanding organizational strategy and to gain stability in managing the main sources of competitive advantage and dependency of the organization. Studies of how organizations are leveraging their internal strengths, and external dependencies can reveal improvement trends and under-explored areas in strategic management research. The implications of exploring the integration of these two key perspectives will enhance the prospect of using both theories together in strategic planning, organizational behavior and decision-making, and serve as an integration view for managers to engage in process utilization. Internal forces and external dependencies are rooted in two mainstream theories: Resource Dependency Theory (RDT) and Resource Based View (RBV). Abstract

Pematangsiantar, a city in North Sumatra, offers a variety of attractive tourism potentials, including the famous Pematangsiantar Zoo, natural spring sources, and historical attractions such as the Siantar rickshaw, which uses a BSA motorbike. The city's traditional culinary offerings are also a major draw, with dishes like roasted pork, pork hong, and wonton noodles reflecting the richness of local culture. The role of the English language in the tourism industry is becoming increasingly important, especially in promoting Pematangsiantar's traditional culinary heritage to international tourists. This study aims to analyze the role of English-language narratives in promoting traditional cuisine and their contribution to the local economic growth, particularly in increasing the income of culinary entrepreneurs. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings are expected to reveal effective strategies for utilizing English narratives to promote traditional cuisine, support the increase in tourist visits, and contribute to the economic growth of Pematangsiantar. This research aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in reducing poverty, improving quality education, and fostering inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
