Abstract

Abstract The advancement of globalization and digitalization has changed the financial behavior of students. Their interest in a trend makes the amount of their spending uncontrollable and makes them make inappropriate financial decisions. Thus, an understanding of good financial management is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial behavior, hedonic lifestyle, and personal financial attitudes on the financial behavior of students of the management study program at the Islamic University of Malang in 2020. The number of samples in this study was 83 respondents who were taken using the Slovin formula. Data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis as well as classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing and using the SPSS analysis tool program. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy, Hedonic Lifestyle, and Personal Financial Attitudes simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Financial Literacy partially has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior. A hedonic Lifestyle partially has a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior. Personal Financial Attitudes have no significant effect on Financial Behavior. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Hedonic Lifestyle, Personal Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior

Abstract

Abstract The surge in smartphone and internet usage in Indonesia has spurred the widespread adoption of digital technology in daily life. Among the youth, particularly university students, online food delivery services have become increasingly popular. Capitalizing on this trend, Shopee launched ShopeeFood in 2020, swiftly establishing itself as one of the top three platforms in the market. However, despite its rapid success, ShopeeFood has faced criticism over service quality issues. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of e-service quality (X1), brand trust (X2), and perceived value (X3) on ShopeeFood customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. This research is an explanatory study employing a quantitative approach, with a sample consisting of 95 university students in Malang City. The research methodology utilized multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 27 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that simultaneously, e-service quality, brand trust, and perceived value have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Partially, brand trust and perceived value have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, whereas e-service quality does not have a significant partial effect on customer loyalty.  Keywords: E-Service Quality, Brand Trust, Perceived Value, Customer Loyalty, ShopeeFood

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe human resource management strategies in Hajj and Umrah services at Arminareka Perdana travel. This research uses a quantitative approach using explanatory research methods. The population in this study was 123 Hajj and Umrah pilgrims from Travel Arminareka Perdana Branch, Namlea District. Buru in 2022. With calculations using the Slovin formula, a sample of 55 respondents was obtained. To solve the problems in this research, SPSS was used to analyze, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and customized R² coefficient test. The results of this research simultaneously and partially service and HR strategy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service, HR Strategy, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the impact of free shipping (X1), discounts (X2), and Shopee ads (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) among Economics and Business Faculty students at the Islamic University of Malang. The research utilizes an explanatory approach with a quantitative method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 100 eligible respondents. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads individually (t-test) positively influence purchasing decisions. Collectively (F-test), these variables also positively impact purchasing decisions. The R-squared value reveals that 33.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be attributed to free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads. The remaining variation is influenced by undisclosed factors. In conclusion, the strategies involving free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads significantly affect purchasing decisions, particularly among students at the Economics and Business Faculty of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts, Shopee Advertisements, and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and assess the influence of Service Quality (X1), Store Image (X2), and Store Atmosphere (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research method applied is a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 60 consumers of the Sumber Agung Pasuruan Store. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test were used to measure the performance of the instrument. Not only that, this research also used Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, R2 Test, and t Test. The results of this research show that Service Quality, Store Image, and Store Atmosphere. Simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of experiential marketing, perceived quality, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Maxim application users in the city of Malang. The research was conducted using a survey method of 90 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that experiential marketing, perceived quality, and service quality have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. In conclusion, increasing experiential marketing, perceived quality and service quality can improve consumer purchasing decisions for Maxim application users in the city of Malang. Keywords : Experiential Marketing, Perceived Quality, Service Quality, And Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on buying interest in halal-labeled skincare in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were people in Malang City. The sampling method in this study used accidental sampling, in this study the sample amounted to 70 respondents. While the data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25.0. The conclusions drawn are that religiosity and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and perceived behavioral control has a negative and significant effect on buying interest in halal-labeled skincare in Malang City. Keywords: Religiosity, Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control, Purchase Intention

Trade individuals must compete to win commerce competition through the progressively growing computerized world. The expanding concentrated and number of competitors places requests on trade individuals to meet customer desires and wants. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle in making decisions to buy iPhone products (study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2018). The population and sample for this research are students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNISMA, class of 2018. The sample used is a sample in the form of a purposive sampling method with sample measurement using the Malhotra method. The results of the research are that partially the Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the class of 2018. Variables and Lifestyle have a positive influence on the Purchase Decision for iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the year 2018. Meanwhile, Brand Image and Lifestyle simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2018. Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Purchasing Decisions.
