Abstract

Raw materials are one of the determining factors in the smooth production process.The obstruction of the production process will affect the output produced and reduce consumer confidence in the company. For this reason, it is necessary to control the inventory of raw materials using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This study aims to determine how business activities place orders, determine the optimal amount of inventory in placing orders. This analysis is carried out using the Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Point, Safety Stock methods. EOQ aims to determine the amount of raw materials ordered and minimize the total cost of ordering and storage. Reorder point aims to find out when to order back appropriately, and Safety Stock aims to provide security if the order period is not appropriate. Data collection methods using documentation and interviews. The results of research and discussion using EOQ method obtained more effective results. This can be seen from the comparison of company policy with EOQ method. During this time the company made an average purchase of 277.5 kg with a frequency of 24 orders a year. The total inventory cost is Rp 3,804,166. Meanwhile, when using EOQ method, the average purchase amount is 137 kg with an order frequency of 5 times a year. The total cost of inventory is Rp 1,482,639 a year. The safety stock required by the company is 18.5 kg and the company must place a reorder point when the inventory has reached 42.28 kg. From these results, it can be compared if the system currently running in the company incurs higher costs compared to using EOQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of packaging design and Instagram promotional visuals on consumer purchase intention for Baytat Cinda cakes in Manna, South Bengkulu. Data analysis in this study was conducted quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. This method was chosen based on the research objective, which was to explain the causal relationship between the independent variables, namely packaging design (X1) and promotional visuals (X2), and the dependent variable, namely purchase intention (Y), of Baytat Cinda consumers in Manna, South Bengkulu. The results showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression equation obtained was Y = 1.476 + 0.316X₁ + 0.608X₂, indicating that packaging design and Instagram promotional visuals had a positive effect on purchase intention. The R² value of 0.692 indicates that these two variables explain 69.2% of the variation in purchase intention, while 30.8% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Partial tests showed that packaging design (t = 2.704; sig. = 0.009) and Instagram promotional visuals (t = 5.523; sig. = 0.000) had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneous tests (F count = 80.981 > 3.12; sig. = 0.000) proved that both variables together significantly influenced purchase intention.

Abstract

The development of technology is very influential on the development of technology today, especially in today's digital era. Technology has had a significant impact on human life in the social, economic and cultural fields. Technology has changed business processes to be more efficient and effective so as to increase productivity and business growth. One of them is the development of micro, small. And medium (UMKM) which are already many in Indonesia, the background of the formation of UMKM in Indonesia is the rapid development of technology. One of the reasons we took the title “Digital financial preparation training using the money lover application at the next level corn ice UMKM business” is because the ice UMKM business has not used financial reporting records using digital applications. This implementation is carried out by means of socialization using the money lover application in the MSME Ice business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend announcements on stock price movements of PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM). The research adopts a quantitative approach using an event study method to examine the market reaction before and after the dividend announcement. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of daily closing stock prices and the Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) during the observation period, which covers 15 days before and 15 days after the dividend announcement. Data analysis was conducted using the paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS Statistics 27 to determine whether there are significant differences in abnormal returns before and after the dividend announcement. The results indicate that the dividend announcement of PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk in 2023 and 2024 did not have a significant impact on stock price movements. The paired sample t-test results show a significance value greater than 0.05, implying no significant difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement. This finding supports the semi-strong form of the Efficient Market Hypothesis, suggesting that the market has efficiently absorbed public information regarding the dividend announcement. Therefore, it can be concluded that the dividend announcement did not trigger a significant reaction from investors in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Shitong Internasional Teknologi in South Bengkulu. Rapid technological developments require this telecommunications equipment distributor to have competent human resources with high motivation through clear career paths.The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all 30 employees of PT. Shitong Internasional Teknologi, where the entire population was used as respondents (saturated sample). Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and Coefficient of Determination (R2) with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 1.015 and a significance value of 0.000. (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001. (3) Simultaneously, Training and Career Development have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the F-test significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.996 indicates that the contribution of the independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 99.6%, while the remaining 0.4% is explained by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara agraris, dimana penduduknya sebagian besar merupakan petani. Indonesia dianugrahi Sumber Daya Alam yang sangat berlimpah akan tetapi kondisi yang sangat menguntungkan itu berbanding terbalik dengan keadaan Indonesia sekarang ini. Pertanian memiliki produktifitas tenaga kerja yang rendah dan juga didominasi oleh tenaga kerja tidak dibayar (pekerja keluarga), sehingga pertumbuhan yang terjadi pada lapangan usaha ini belum mampu memberikan manfaat banyak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat (petani). Hal ini dapat kita lihat   di desa Sukasari  kecamatan Periukan kabupaten Seluma. Potensi pertaniannya belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik, maka kami team pengabdian dari Fakultas Ekonomi Univeristas Dehasen  membagi informasi dan ilmu bagaimana memaksimalkan potensi alam dari desa Sukasari ini. Diharapakan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada warga sekitar yang diberikan materi tentang kewirausahaan dan pemaksimalan potensi desa. Abstract

This research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The number of samples studied was 85 customers who came with various orders during the past month at the Asiah Florist Shop, South Bengkulu. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation: Y = 8.009 + 0.441 X1 + 0.388 X2 + e. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that the social media marketing variables (X1) and brand image (X2) have a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Asiah Florist Manna Shop, South Bengkulu Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen as the coefficient of determination value of the R square of 0.733. This means that the value of social media marketing (X1), the value of brand image (X2), influences the purchasing decision (Y) by 73.3%, while the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.
