Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana desain pekerjaan organisasi memengaruhi kesejahteraan kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pekerjaan yang mempertimbangkan otonomi, variasi tugas, umpan balik, dan dukungan organisasi secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi, produktivitas, dan kesejahteraan kerja pegawai. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam merancang pekerjaan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan produktif. Rekomendasi praktis disajikan bagi organisasi untuk menerapkan desain pekerjaan berbasis bukti yang mendukung keseimbangan antara tujuan bisnis dan kesejahteraan pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Kualitas guru yang mengajar di SDI Nurul Haq; 2) Seberapa besar kontribusi kualitas guru mengajar dalam upaya meningkatkan status akreditasi sekolah di SDI Nurul Haq. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang mengajar sebanyak 11 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data: 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas guru mengajar di SDI Nurul Haq termasuk dalam kategori baik dan kualitas guru yang mengajar memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya meningkatkan status akreditasi sekolah di SDI Nurul Haq.

Abstract

Islamic education has a central role in shaping individual character and morality, as well as contributing to society based on Islamic values. The management of quality management and accreditation of Islamic education is crucial in facing global challenges, with a focus on quality involving academic aspects and Islamic values. Accreditation is not only a standard of quality but also reflects the institution's commitment to continuous improvement. This article explores the key roles of quality management and accreditation, identifies challenges and details opportunities in the context of Islamic education. The research method includes a theoretical literature review, analysis of Islamic education policies, as well as a literature study of quality management guidelines. With a holistic approach, the research provides in-depth understanding to enhance the contribution of Islamic education institutions in shaping quality generations globally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan manajemen Full Day School dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. Kompetensi siswa yang dianalisis mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini juga berfokus pada implementasi program, dampaknya terhadap siswa, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Full Day School. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen Full Day School telah diterapkan dengan baik melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian yang sistematis. Pemanfaatan waktu belajar yang lebih panjang memungkinkan siswa untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi antara akademik, pembentukan karakter, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Dampaknya, terdapat peningkatan kompetensi siswa di berbagai aspek. Pada aspek kognitif, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan analisis dan pemahaman materi. Dalam aspek afektif, siswa menjadi lebih disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan toleran. Sementara itu, pada aspek psikomotorik, siswa lebih percaya diri dan terampil dalam menerapkan keterampilan teknis. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti kejenuhan siswa akibat durasi belajar yang panjang, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung, serta perlunya pengembangan kompetensi guru. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, direkomendasikan pengelolaan waktu yang lebih fleksibel, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, serta pelatihan intensif bagi tenaga pendidik. Dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat menjadi faktor pendukung penting dalam keberhasilan program ini. Kesimpulannya, penerapan manajemen Full Day School yang efektif dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya di lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan.

Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze effective leadership strategies in change management. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach, aimed at gaining an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of change within organizations. The researcher analyzes various relevant sources of literature, including books, journals, and articles related to leadership theories and change management. The main findings indicate that effective and transparent communication, trust and commitment building, capacity training and development, as well as monitoring and evaluation are key strategies in managing change. Clear and open communication helps reduce uncertainty, while building trust and commitment enhances collaboration and team performance. Additionally, appropriate training and change process evaluation ensure that organizational members are prepared to adapt, and the changes made have a positive impact. This study concludes that resilient and adaptive leaders, by implementing these strategies, can lead effective change within organizations.

Abstract

An education is recognized for its quality or quality of education after carrying out an accreditation process carried out by an independent institution. In today's world of education, there needs to be progress in order to keep up with the times, so that education remains relevant to the changes that occur in society. The challenges faced by education units are not easy because some things are not owned by education units. Everything in the education unit is the shared responsibility of all atake holders within the education unit. Of course, the challenges faced have solutions to solve of course by continuing to collaborate with every stake holder in the education unit. One of the challenges faced by secondary education units in improving accreditation in education units is the lack of human resources who have competencies in the field of education that have been certified by higher education institutions. The solution that can be given here is that every teacher is required to continue to improve themselves by participating in self-development and professional development activities to improve teacher professionalism. Then with the increase in teacher education, the accreditation of education units will increase. The Quality Imperative, being one of the key principles guiding organizational success to date, emphasizes the importance of prioritizing quality.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Six Sigma in improving the quality of academic services in educational institutions. The method used is a literature study, with the data collection stage which includes analysis of various references related to the implementation of Six Sigma in the academic sector. With this approach, it is hoped that it can provide a comprehensive understanding of the contribution of Six Sigma in creating more efficient and measurable service processes. The research results show that implementing Six Sigma can increase efficiency, reduce administrative problems, and meet student needs more effectively. A data-driven approach allows identifying appropriate solutions, such as updating academic information systems or improving coordination between staff, that have a positive impact on student satisfaction as well as the efficiency of the institution's work. The successful implementation of Six Sigma not only improves the quality of academic services but also strengthens the reputation of educational institutions. A more efficient process creates a more productive and quality academic environment, supports student development, and produces superior human resources who are ready to compete in the future.

Abstract

Background: School principals play a strategic role in building a positive perception within an educational institution, which has an impact on improving trust, motivation, and organizational performance. One often-used strategy is impression management, which manages communication, leadership symbols, and interpersonal interactions. However, if not managed proportionately, this strategy can pose risks in the form of temporary imagery, negative biases, and manipulative perceptions, damage weak leadership credibility, and damage internal organizational relationships. Purpose of the Study: This study aims to analyze the role of impression management by school principals in building positive perceptions and identify risks arising from disproportionate and ineffective implementation. Methods: This study uses a library research approach by reviewing literature on impression management, perception, and leadership. The data was analyzed using content analysis to identify themes, patterns, and relationships between concepts. The analysis was also carried out using Karl Popper's falsification principle to test the dentist concept concepts' validity and avoid bias, the dentist concept concepts' validity and avoid bias. The mental idol Francis Bacon identifies and minimizes subjective bias in data interpretation. Results: The study shows that wise impression management can increase trust, motivation, and organizational performance. However, if not managed proportionally, it can create manipulative perceptions and reduce the trust of organizational members. This research makes theoretical and practical contributions to helping school principals manage impression management effectively to achieve more credible and sustainable leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen anggaran dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan dalam kerangka Total Quality Management (TQM). Latar belakang kajian ini berangkat dari pengamatan bahwa dimensi finansial seringkali diabaikan dalam penerapan TQM di lembaga pendidikan, padahal pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif merupakan aspek strategis dalam mendukung pemberdayaan guru dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan sumber utama buku karya Edward Sallis (1993) serta artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi enam tema utama yang terbagi dalam dua klasifikasi, yaitu tantangan dan solusi. Tantangan mencakup pengabaian dimensi anggaran, pemberdayaan tanpa sumber daya, dan kendala lingkungan. Sementara solusi meliputi pendelegasian anggaran yang efektif, kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah dan guru, serta strategi anggaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelibatan aktif pemangku kepentingan dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan perlunya desentralisasi kewenangan agar proses pendidikan dapat berlangsung lebih inklusif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori TQM dan praktik pengelolaan sekolah, serta dapat menjadi rujukan bagi kepala sekolah dalam merancang strategi anggaran yang memberdayakan dan berorientasi pada mutu.
