Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan strategi bisnis yang efektif guna meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM tersebut. Metode Pengabdian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis biaya produksi dan strategi pemasaran. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk merespons dampak signifikan pandemi COVID-19 terhadap UMKM, termasuk penurunan pendapatan dan kesulitan operasional yang dihadapi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan biaya yang lebih efisien dan inovasi dalam produk dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Strategi promosi melalui poster dan media sosial diidentifikasi sebagai krusial untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan hasil produksi serta pendapatan UMKM di sektor kuliner Kota Padang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi biaya dan strategi pemasaran guna mempertahankan pertumbuhan pendapatan di masa depan bagi UMKM Ayam Geprek Pak Dhe Momon Lubuk Begalung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set on debt policy with Free Cash Flow as a Moderating Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 195 companies. The sample of this research is 66 companies in 5 years, so the total data obtained is 330 using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the official website of the company concerned. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using Eviews 9. The results show that a) Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, b) Dividend Policy has no effect on debt policy c) Investment Opportunity Set has no effect on debt policy d) Free cash flow is able to strengthen the influence of managerial ownership on debt policy e) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of dividend policy on debt policy. f) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of investment opportunity set on debt policy.

Abstract

Issues regarding stock returns are important for the company. Because stock returns are used as a measure of company performance by investors to invest in the stock market. This study aims to determine how the effect of EPS, DER, and CR on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was taken by purpove sampling method on property & real estate companies listed on the IDX, namely 12 companies with a research period of 5 years from 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that EPS, DER, and CR have a significant effect on dividend policy. EPS, DER, CR, and dividend policy have no significant effect on stock returns. Dividend policy is not able to mediate EPS, DER, CR to stock returns in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 5 years from 2016-2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Growth Opportunity, Liquidity on Firm Value with Capital Structure as an intervening variable. The population in this study are companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. While the sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method so that 30 companies were obtained as samples. The type of data used is secondary data taken through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially, Growth Opportunity had a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure. Partially Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the Capital Structure. Partially, Growth Opportunity has no effect on Firm Value. Partially, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, the capital structure has no effect on firm value. Capital structure cannot mediate the effect of Growth Opportunity on Firm Value. Capital structure can mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume in CV.Rempah Sari in Padang City by using segmenting, targeting, and positioning strategies both partially and simultaneously. marketing is one of the most important functions in the company, where with the right marketing it can determine the sales volume and the position of the company (product) in the market. The data collection technique used in this study is by using questionnaires or questionnaires, namely data collection techniques carried out by providing a set of questions or statements to the leadership of CV.Rempah Sari kota padang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of marketing strategies on the increase in the sales volume of sweet skins in cv.spice sari kota padang. The results of this research show that CV.Rempah Sari has a quality marketing strategy that can meet the needs of consumers.

Abstract

The development of human resources (HR) is an important factor in the world of education. Through formal and non-formal education students are formed with good knowledge and skills, which later students have the ability to be creative or produce creativity in the form of innovation in the application of a particular knowledge or skill in supporting student learning at school. As the next generation of the nation, students are educated with various knowledge and expertise and with existing competencies, which will be able to fill the needs of the world of work and the world of business that are superior and competitive. Community service activities (PKM) are one of the Tridharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by Lecturers in accordance with Education Law No. 12 of 2012. This PKM activity was carried out with the aim of contributing to the improvement of Sahara Middle School students who are at Jalan Padang Pasir No 30 Padang, West Padang District, Padang City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and locus of control on work performance and job satisfaction as intervening variables at the West Pasaman Regent's office. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By circulating the questionnaire as many as 59 respondents. The results obtained were that there was a positive and significant impact between work discipline on job satisfaction in employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and significant impact between locus of control on job satisfaction in West Pasaman Regent Office employees. There is a positive and significant impact between work discipline on work performance for employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and insignificant impact between locus of control on work performance in West Pasaman Regent Office employees. There is a positive and significant impact between job satisfaction on work performance for employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. There is a positive and insignificant impact of work discipline on work performance through job satisfaction in employees of the West Pasaman Regent's Office. Job satisfaction has not been able to mediate the effect of work discipline on work performance. There is a positive and significant impact of locus of control on work performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of locus of control on work performance

Abstract

This trendy drink is very popular among young people. Competition between beverage shops can be seen from the emergence of various beverage shops that have distinctive characteristics. Direct observation of D'sruput MSME operations provides insight into production processes, inventory management, marketing strategies, and interactions with customers. Based on the results of interviews and field observations, several factors were found that trigger buying interest among young people, namely a comfortable place, friendly service, good taste and other factors. The many variations and unique restaurant names and menu names make it attractive to buy. Apart from that, the price is quite affordable and the packaging design is creative and attractive. Apart from that, research also finds that personal, social and psychological factors factor into young people's interest in buying trendy drinks. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage industry as well as further research regarding business research in this field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada RSUD Arosuka Solok. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel Independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja dan satu variabel kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yaitu karyawan RSUD Arosuka Solok. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. dan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Akhirnya penulis menyarankan kepada pada RSUD Arosuka Solok untuk dapat meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja
