ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi pendidikan memerlukan inovasi dalam media pembelajaran, khususnya untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa yang masih bergantung pada media konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang relevan untuk konteks pendidikan Bahasa Jawa di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, menggunakan analisis data tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan kesenjangan dalam literatur yang ada. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi terkait yang dianalisis secara tematik berdasarkan teori analisis kebutuhan Creswell. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif, mudah diakses, dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar digital native. Temuan utama yang menunjukkan kebaruan (novelty) adalah bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Android, komik digital, multimedia interaktif, podcast, dan game-based learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman kosakata, serta keterampilan berbahasa Jawa, termasuk pelestarian aksara Jawa. Berdasarkan temuan ini, strategi pengembangan media digital yang direkomendasikan meliputi analisis kebutuhan yang komprehensif, pemilihan teknologi yang tepat, dan integrasi budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan media digital berbasis analisis kebutuhan peserta didik sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa dan menjaga keberlanjutan bahasa daerah di era digital.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran digital, Bahasa Jawa, analisis kebutuhan, strategi pengembangan, ADDIEABSTRACTAdvances in educational technology demand innovations in learning media, especially for Javanese language learning, which has largely relied on conventional media. This study aims to identify student needs and formulate strategies for developing digital learning media relevant to Javanese language education in schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach, employing thematic data analysis to identify patterns and gaps in existing literature. Data sources were obtained from scholarly articles, research reports, and relevant publications, analyzed thematically based on Creswell's needs assessment theory. The results show that students require interactive, easily accessible learning media that align with the learning styles of digital natives. The key novelty of this study is the finding that the use of Android applications, digital comics, interactive multimedia, podcasts, and game-based learning has proven effective in increasing motivation, vocabulary comprehension, and Javanese language skills, including the preservation of Javanese script. Based on these findings, recommended strategies for digital media development include comprehensive needs analysis, appropriate technology selection, and integration of local culture. This study emphasizes the importance of developing digital media based on student needs analysis to improve the quality of Javanese language learning and ensure the sustainability of regional languages in the digital age.Keywords: learning media, Javanese language, needs analysis, development strategy, ADDIE

The Pujan Kasanga ritual is a cultural heritage of the Tengger community that is rich in food symbolism and theological values. This study focuses on strengthening the meaning of cosmo-gastronomic constructions in Pujan Kasanga offerings through the perspective of Tri Hita Karana and their relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research employed a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews with key informants in Ngadiwono, Tosari, and Mororejo Villages. The data analysis process was conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the theory of cultural symbolism. The findings reveal that the Juadah Merah-Putih offering and Ayam Pancawarna represent spiritual manifestations (Parahyangan) that support cultural preservation in line with SDG 11. The use of Juadah Kirik and Pasung-Pepes symbolizes the management of social harmony and gender equality (Pawongan), which aligns with SDG 16 and SDG 5. The utilization of local white corn, Tamping, and Beboreh reflects food sovereignty and ecological ethics (Palemahan), corresponding with SDG 2 and SDG 15. This study concludes that Pujan Kasanga functions as a visionary social technology in harmonizing spirituality, social stability, and environmental sustainability to achieve sustainable development.

This study examines sarcastic speech acts in TikTok comment sections related to the issue of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) salary increase in August 2025. This issue triggered widespread public attention and negative responses, particularly in digital spaces, due to perceived social and economic inequality. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the forms of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts contained in sarcastic utterances expressed by netizens. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a pragmatic approach. The data were collected from comments on TikTok accounts @kompas.com and @cijesfel using documentation and note-taking techniques. The data were analyzed through stages of data reduction, classification, and interpretation based on speech act theory. The findings reveal that locutionary acts generally appear as literal statements, while illocutionary acts predominantly function as expressive sarcasm in the form of satire, criticism, and mockery. Meanwhile, perlocutionary acts show that sarcastic comments influence other users, generating responses such as agreement, reinforcement of criticism, and further sarcastic expressions. These findings indicate that sarcasm serves not only as a linguistic style but also as an effective tool for social criticism and opinion formation in digital communication.

This study aims to describe the existence, stages of development, and motifs of mysticism in the novel Ritual Setan by Diosetta, utilizing the framework of Niels Mulder's mysticism theory. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach. The primary data source is the text of Diosetta's novel Ritual Setan, while data collection techniques involved library research and close reading. The results indicate that the existence of mysticism manifests as dark mysticism, which is realized through material aspects (magical objects, offerings, sacrifices), spiritual aspects (apparitions of supernatural entities and shifts in inner consciousness), and moral aspects (degradation of human values). Furthermore, the characters' mystical journey undergoes a radical deviation from the sacred essence of Javanese spirituality across Mulder's four stages (sarengat, tarekat, hakekat, makripat), culminating in a destructive spiritual bond and incestuous rituals. This deviation is primarily driven by the dominance of egoistic motifs (the instant pursuit of material wealth and social status). Conversely, positive motifs emerge as a counterbalancing force through ascetic practices, prayers, and the moral recovery process of the main character. This study concludes that the novel Ritual Setan serves as a sharp cultural critique of the spiritual crisis faced by modern humans trapped in the current of materialism Keywords: Mysticism, Niels Mulder's Theory, Ritual Setan, Pesugihan, Contemporary Literature.

Wayang Potehi is a traditional Chinese puppet performance art that has developed in East Java and undergone various social, cultural, and political dynamics, resulting in the formation of a new identity. This study aims to analyze the process of cultural acculturation between Chinese and Javanese cultures, as well as the forms of cultural politics that have shaped the performative hybrid identity of Wayang Potehi performances in East Java. This research employed a qualitative approach using a socio-anthropological literary perspective. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with sehu (puppet masters), performing artists, community leaders, and document and performance script analysis. Data were analyzed inductively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while source triangulation was employed to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the acculturation process occurs through cultural hybridity and adaptive dynamics, as reflected in the involvement of Javanese sehu, the use of multilingual languages, changes in performance contexts, and the incorporation of local legends into the performances. The cultural politics of Wayang Potehi are represented through cultural dominance, hidden transcript practices, identity negotiation, and social acceptance, which collectively give rise to a new performative hybrid identity.

The death of Private Lucky in the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) has drawn attention due to issues of seniority, internal violence, and the image of the military institution. The media plays a role in constructing reality through the news coverage it presents. This study aims to examine the discourse surrounding the abuse of Private Lucky in CNN Indonesia’s online media and to identify how situational, institutional, and social levels influence the construction of meaning in news texts. The research data consists of CNN Indonesia news articles from August 2025 related to the case of Private Lucky’s abuse. Data was collected through documentation and analyzed using an objective hermeneutic model via a sequential and detailed analysis. The results of the study indicate that, in the dimension of sociocultural practices, the coverage of Prada Lucky’s abuse case reflects criticism of the culture of seniority, the potential for impunity, and the importance of the principle of equality before the law. Thus, CNN Indonesia’s coverage not only conveys information but also constructs a discourse that emphasizes Prada Lucky’s circumstances, legal transparency, and the demand for justice within the military institution.

Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal dan nonformal memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi bangsa yang berkarakter. Namun, pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di lingkungan pondok pesantren seringkali menghadapi kendala karena sebagian guru bukan lulusan sarjana pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia, sehingga kurang menguasai kaidah kebahasaan dan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penguasaan Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia, penulisan kalimat baku berbasis digital, serta pengajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia yang kreatif dan inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, praktik, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan menulis dan mengajar berbasis teknologi. Antusiasme peserta yang tinggi menunjukkan keberhasilan program, yang diharapkan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di pondok pesantren.

Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) has developed not only as a language learning program for international learners but also as a medium for introducing Indonesian culture. In the context of early childhood education, BIPA principles can be adapted to support language acquisition and intercultural understanding among children in Raudhatul Athfal (RA). This study aims to analyze the implementation of BIPA principles in early childhood learning and examine their contribution to language development and cultural awareness. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and analysis of learning practices in early childhood education. The findings indicate that BIPA principles, including contextual learning, communicative interaction, cultural integration, and learner-centered instruction, can be effectively integrated into RA learning activities. Storytelling, songs, games, role-playing, and local cultural exploration facilitate children's language development while fostering positive attitudes toward cultural diversity. The integration of language and culture creates meaningful learning experiences and strengthens children's communicative competence from an early age. The study implies that adapting BIPA principles in RA can serve as an innovative strategy for developing language skills, cultural literacy, and social interaction competencies. Therefore, teachers need to design learning activities that integrate language use with cultural experiences in a developmentally appropriate manner.
