Abstract

The commitment of agricultural extension to organic rice crops (oryza sativa) in Ciparay sub-district still has not contributed to the development /progress of organic rice farmers. This research is intended to know and analyze information about the situation and conditions about the effect of agricultural extension commitment on organic rice crops (oryza sativa) in the Agriculture Services Bandung Regency. This research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods because they wanted to clearly describe and interpret the data or symptoms obtained during the research. The data collection techniques in this research used observations, interviews, library studies and other data sources that support the research. The results showed that the commitment of agricultural extension to organic rice crops (oryza sativa) in Agriculture Services Bandung Regency is quite high despite some constraints, this is due to factors that have not been optimal to effectiveness, both in terms of ability to adjust, job satisfaction and resource achievement. The success of organic rice farming can be seen from the high commitment aspect of the implementation of organic cultivation counseling in rice fields, namely: continuous commitment, understanding, feeling and obeying the regulations of the implementation of counseling programs, communication and implementation precisely on targets and objectives as corrective action materials in order to minimize the irregularities that will occur in future extension programs.

Abstract

Leadership style, motivation in working and employee work discipline are classic problems faced by various organizations in achieving performance targets, therefore HR that continues to be developed is one of the keys so that the wheels of the organization run as expected, employees who do not feel comfortable at work, are unable to improve their careers, and work pressure is too heavy will not be able to carry out their responsibilities optimally. The current research is intended to see how much influence the leadership style, motivation, and work discipline have on employee performance through HR development within the Riau Islands Provincial Government with a population of 5,108 people, while the sample was taken 290 with the convenience sampling method, respondents were given a questionnaire distributed via the Google Form link with a data collection time of about one month, then the data was processed and analyzed further. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that the results of hypothesis testing on leadership style variables, motivation, work discipline, and HR development on employee performance have a significant effect, this is as shown in the t test results. The same results are shown in the F test, namely that there is a significant effect simultaneously on the variables of leadership style, motivation, work discipline, and HR development on employee performance variables. Next, in the results of the intervening variable hypothesis test, all regressions show a significant relationship between variables in accordance with the requirements. Furthermore, the test result of the adjusted R2 value is 0.615, which means that the variables of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline and HR development used in general are able to provide 61.5% of the influence on employee performance. However, this research still has many limitations, the number of samples is still too small from the population, the variables used are limited. Recommendations that can be taken into consideration in further research are in the selection of samples, especially for respondents, can be focused based on the OPD of the Riau Islands Provincial Government.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that cause land conflicts between the community and the Air Force in the Indonesian Air Force in Suwondo and the strategies that the community uses in demanding their land rights. The author chose a qualitative approach with the ethnographic method to understand more deeply what is behind an event that took the process, causes and conflict resolution. The results showed that the factor causing the conflict was the claim of each party to the land. Conflict resolution efforts are carried out by the community to obtain land rights through non-litigation advocacy processes and litigation advocacy. The results of these two strategies were able to encourage the government to restore community rights to their land even though it had to go through a long struggle. In July 2020 the government issued a policy to move the Sowondo Base to Langkat Regency.

Abstract

At this time there are not a few banks that carry out activities conventionally or based on sharia principles. Currently the development of the Islamic financial market (Financial Market Sharia) is rife in the world, especially in countries with a majority Muslim population. This was marked by the establishment of the Islamic Financial Market in Kuala Lumpur which was pioneered by Islamic countries. The progress of the Sharia Financial Market in Indonesia, especially in Islamic banking and insurance is quite significant, followed by the Islamic capital market and pawnshops. Many financing contracts are carried out in the practice of Islamic financial institutions, for example murabahah, mudharabah, ijarah, musyarakah and so on. In this thesis the authors focus on murabaha and mudharabah financing. The design used in this study is a correlational analysis design (a problem to find a relationship between two phenomena) precisely causal correlation. Data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical. The primary data used in this study are 132 customers who received financing according to the criteria and the secondary data in this study are in the form of documents and archives at Bank Syariah Indonesia which contain reports on customer funds that carry out murabaha and mudharabah financing. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which is a method of determining respondents to be sampled based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the SPSS 26.0 program, research that has been conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP BSD Tangerang using linear regression analysis through SPSS program data processing shows that, (1) There is an effect of Murabahah financing on the welfare of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP BSD Tangerang. The statistical test results showed that Fcount = 27,898 at db 1 and 94 was 3.94 at the 5% level. Based on the explanation above, 27,898 > 3.94 at the 5% level, so H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of Murabahah financing on customer welfare of Mandiri Syariah Bank KCP Tangerang, (2) There is an influence of Mudharabah financing on the welfare of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP BSD Tangerang. The statistical test results showed that Fcount = 15.048 at db 1 and 34 was 4.13 at the 5% leve

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus transmitted by mosquitoes. Hematological abnormalities in the form of a decrease in the number of leukocytes which are influenced by the clinical degree due to stress on the bone marrow can occur in cases of DHF. The decrease or increase in the number of leukocytes was thought to be related to the clinical degree of DHF in previous studies. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the number of leukocytes and the clinical degree in patients with dengue infection. This study used an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 39 patients with dengue infection. The data on the results of the examination of the number of leukocytes and the clinical degree were obtained from medical record documents. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. 39 study subjects suffering from dengue infection consisting of clinical degrees I (30.8%), II (61.5%), and III (7.7%). The leukocyte count was between 4,000-10,000/µL (59%) and the leukocyte count <4,000/µL (41%). The mean number of leukocytes at clinical grade I was 4.183/µL, at clinical grade II was 4.754/µL and clinical-grade III was 6.100/µL. The results of statistical tests with the Spearman correlation test obtained the value of r = -0.121 and the value of p = 0.462 (p> 0.05). There was no significant relationship between the leukocyte count and the clinical degree of dengue infection. Future researchers are expected to increase the number of research samples so that they can get all clinical degrees of DHF.
