Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerimaan PBB-P2, BPHTB dan Pajak Parkir terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data time series selama tahun 2020-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa secara partial PBB-P2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. BPHTB secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Pajak parkir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. PBB-P2, BPHTB dan Pajak Parkir berpengaruh simultan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Koefisien determinasi dari penelitian ini menunjukan angka sebesar 98,5%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variasi variabel bebas PBB-P2, BPHTB dan Pajak Parkir mampu menjelaskan variasi naik turunnya variabel terikat Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 98,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 1,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya. Rekomendasi penelitian untuk Badan Pendapatan Daerah adalah agar melakukan pendataan ulang wajib pajak untuk antisipasi adanya objek pajak yang belum menyesuaikan data baru. Perlu pendataan ulang wajib pajak PBB-P2 agar tidak ada data ganda dengan cara melakukan kunjungan langsung terhadap tempat-tempat yang menjadi objek pajak PBB-P2. Bapenda perlu melakukan pengawasan pemeriksaan pajak parkir dan upaya memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada pemungut pajak parkir ilegal.

Abstract

mahasiswa adalah untuk mewujudkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui perancangan program khusus yang bertemakan peningkatan kualitas ilmu, pemahaman, dan pengamalan ajaran Islam dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu fokus pada pembinaan masyarakat melalui pengajian rutin yang digelar di salah satu Masjid Umar bin Khattab di Desa Arallae setiap malam Jumat. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi tujuan awal program ini dirancang. Tujuan tersebut antara lain. 1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kegiatan keagamaan. 2) meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pengamalan ajaran Islam kepada masyarakat sehingga mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 3) membentuk akhlak mulia sesuai dengan perintah Allah dan Sunnah Rasul di Desa Arallae, Kecamatan Kahu. Metode yang diterapkan berupa tajwid dimana santri menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu jam’ah/masyarakat mendengarkan apa yang disampaikan oleh santri sehingga mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annuum L.) is a crucial horticultural commodity in Indonesia, necessitating expansion to meet the growing food demands. The formulation of carriers with probiotics is a promising solution for improving red chili growth. This study examines how the combination of carriers containing bacteria and Trichoderma from the intestines of Hermetia illucens larvae affects the growth of red chili cultivar Lembang-1. The research method used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with six treatments. The treatment consisted of a group with the addition of a kaolin carrier with bacteria and Trichoderma (BTrK), a talc carrier with bacteria and Trichoderma (BTrT), a zeolite carrier with bacteria and Trichoderma (BTrZ), and a control group without a carrier (KtC), a positive control (K(+)), and a negative control (K(-). The Least Significant Difference (LSD) test showed that the addition of carriers affected increasing plant height and the number of branches compared to the negative control. Specifically, BTrK demonstrated the highest number of leaves and branches. The result concluded that adding carriers with probiotics from the intestine isolate of BSF larvae contributes to the improved growth of red chili. The implementation of carrier addition with probiotics is considered to be a sustainable strategy in agriculture.

Abstract

Indonesia faces major environmental degradation challenges, so students’ interest in nature and environmental awareness are needed. Permaculture is an artificial ecosystem that promotes sustainable agricultural practice. Integrating permaculture into education can enhance students’ interest in nature and environmental awareness. However, a limited study has explored its practical application in educational settings. This study aims to examine the effect of permaculture integration in education on students’ interest in nature and environmental awareness, which can support the achievement of quality education according to SDG-4. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The instruments used were a scale to measure students’ interest in nature and essay tests to measure students’ environmental awareness. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test (U = 0.28) and independent sample t-test (p = 0.40). The results showed that although there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups regarding interest in nature and environmental awareness, this study is still important. Based on the scale of interest in nature, most students showed high emotional, cognitive, and value aspects. However, significant increases in environmental interest and awareness have not yet been achieved, indicating that permaculture-based learning requires a long-term period to provide a more tangible impact. It can be concluded that integrating permaculture into education can reinvent students’ interest and environmental awareness.

Abstract

The behavior of people who depend on the Citarum River Watershed (DAS Citarum) in disposing of waste has a direct impact on the damage and pollution experienced by the Citarum River. Therefore, the Citarum Harum program by the government is expected to change the Citarum River Watershed (DAS Citarum) community more importantly in terms of waste management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the behavioral intention of the Citarum watershed community to realize the Citarum Harum. This research was conducted by surveying through questionnaires to 170 respondents. After collecting data, the data then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), Incentive Measure (IM), and Personal Norm (PN) factors significantly influence the Behavioral Intention (BI) respectively amount 16.3%, 15.9%, and 19.1%. While the Knowledge Theory (ETK) and Environmental Practices Knowledge factors influence the Attitude Towards Behavior (ATT) to understand in actualize citarum harum program respectively amount 38.4% and 21.7%.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effectiveness of the Story Method in Improving the Spiritual Intelligence of Blind People. This research is motivated by the limitations of blind people to mobility and access to religious knowledge which causes low spiritual intelligence so that it has an impact on the psychological and spiritual emptiness of blind people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the story method in improving the spiritual intelligence of blind people. This study used a quantitative research method with a Quasi Experimental research design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design model that divides two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Testing is done using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the t test (partial test) obtained a t value of 3.196> 0.514 and a sig value of 0.007 <0.05 and the results of the R square determination analysis of 0.440 which means that the percentage of the influence or effectiveness of the story method in improving spiritual intelligence is 44% and 56% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on these results, it is concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is an effectiveness of the story method in improving the spiritual intelligence of blind people.

Abstract

Penggunaan media kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Canva sebagai media kreatif di kalangan siswa SMA. Canva adalah sebuah platform desain grafis berbasis web yang mudah diakses dan memiliki beragam fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat presentasi, poster, infografis, dan materi visual lainnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, siswa diberikan pelatihan untuk menggunakan Canva dalam mendesain berbagai media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pendampingan langsung, mulai dari pengenalan fitur Canva, praktik desain kreatif, hingga penerapan dalam proyek nyata. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan Canva sebagai alat kreatif untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan pengembangan ide-ide inovatif. Penggunaan Canva diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis siswa, tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk berpikir kreatif dan mandiri dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik maupun non-akademik. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang efektif dan relevan untuk diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Some members of the community still lack understanding regarding agreements between healthcare professionals and patients, which can lead to violations and legal disputes that may harm both parties. Therefore, understanding the law of therapeutic agreements is needed. This Community Service activity was carried out through interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and simple quizzes. The material presented included: therapeutic agreements; types of therapeutic agreements; important elements within therapeutic agreements; the legal principles underlying therapeutic legal agreements; legal agreements referring to the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code; forms of communication between healthcare professionals, as a form of professional communication between healthcare providers and patients; elements of therapeutic transactions that must exist in the interaction process between healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, or other health workers) and patients; the requirements for a valid therapeutic transaction referring to the provisions that must be met so that the relationship between healthcare workers and patients is considered valid both legally and ethically; the parties involved; termination of therapeutic transactions or relationships. Essentially, this socialization activity was expected to receive a good response from the people of Dusun Bentennge, Biroro Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. However, participation was still limited due to routine activities in the village. Therefore, it is hoped that the information received from the socialization can be conveyed to the surrounding community

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Qur'anic hermeneutics (Fazlur Rahman, Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, Abdullah Saeed) in thematic interpretation to address the contemporary issue of mental health in the digital era. This qualitative research aims to provide a systematic explanation of the obtained facts. The collected data is library-based (Library Research), involving a critical and in-depth study of relevant literature from both primary sources (the Qur'an, exegesis books) and secondary sources (books, journals, articles, websites). The research analyzes verses about tranquility, patience, prayer, and supplication. The results indicate that the universal principles in these verses can be contextualized to build mental resilience against challenges like social comparison, FOMO, and cyberbullying in digital spaces. Using Fazlur Rahman's double movement, it is concluded that internal sources of calm are crucial and that validation should shift from external to internal (God). Through Abu Zayd's humanistic hermeneutics, these verses form a critical-progressive framework for mental health. Abdullah Saeed's contextual approach allows reading them as a value foundation for a healthy relationship with technology, offering a spiritual-psychological framework to build digital resilience, inner validation, and sacred pause. A comparison of the three scholars' hermeneutical applications shows complementary conclusions about building a psychological anchor, critiquing digital culture, and shifting the source of self-worth.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of human rights from the Qur'anic perspective through a thematic interpretation approach (maudhu'i). The research aims to analyze the concept of human rights in the Qur'an, identify related verses, and evaluate their relevance to contemporary humanitarian issues. The method used is thematic interpretation with steps: theme determination, verse identification, linguistic analysis, inter-verse correlation, and synthesis. The results show that the Qur'an contains 147 verses about human rights spread across 89 surahs, covering ten main categories: right to life, right to dignity, right to justice, right to equality before the law, right to choose, right to expression, right to privacy, right to property, right to basic needs, and right to education. The concept of human rights in the Qur'an is based on karamah al-insan (human dignity) which is universal and aligned with the principles of maqasid al-syari'ah. This study concludes that the concept of human rights in Islam is not contrary to the universal declaration, but rather provides a unique contribution by balancing spiritual-material dimensions and rights-obligations, which is relevant to addressing contemporary challenges such as digital privacy, environmental issues, and refugee rights.
