Abstract

Abstract: This research, focuses on examining the direct and indirect effects of Agency Service Quality and Interpersonal Communication on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in the shipping industry, specifically at PT Hasnur International Shipping Tbk. The study employs a quantitative research method with an explanatory type. The population comprises customers of PT Hasnur International Shipping Tbk, including ship owners and management/employees. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, and the analysis is conducted using SmartPLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the research demonstrate that Service Quality significantly influences Customer Satisfaction, while Interpersonal Communication has a non-significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Advances in technology and information systems in the field of financial technology provide many conveniences for society. One of them is the convenience of online gold buying and selling services through applications, such as fund applications which are different from offline transactions. This application uses digital services designed to make it easier for users to save gold practically. However, this raises questions regarding the legal position of buying and selling gold online. Based on these problems, the author wants to know the legal basis and reasons underlying the opinions of ulama in Banjarmasin City regarding buying and selling gold using the gold savings system through the Dana Application. This research uses empirical legal research methods with a sociological approach. The location of this research is Banjarmasin City. As for the findings from the research, first, there are two variations of opinion from six Banjarmasin City ulama, namely: 1. Permissible, in this case there are two criteria, namely; a. allow as long as they are harmonious and the conditions are met, b. possible but best avoided. 2. Not allowed. Second, the legal arguments used by Banjarmasin City ulama are, 1. Permissible with two criteria, a. allows it as long as it is harmonious and the conditions are met using the QS arguments. al-Baqarah/2:275, QS. al-Baqarah/2: 282, and QS. an-Nisa/4:29. b. It is possible but should be avoided based on the QS argument. al-Baqarah/2:188. 2. It is not permissible to use the hadith narrated by at-Tirmidhi hadith number 2518 and an-Nasa'i hadith number 5711, the hadith narrated in Sahih Muslim Number 1513 from Abu Hurairah RA and the hadith of the Prophet Muslim History, Abu Daud, Tirmizi, Nasa' I and Ibn Majah from 'Ubadah bin Shamit

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the art center approach in increasing early childhood creativity in Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education. The art center approach is one of the child-centered learning strategies, by providing freedom of expression through art activities such as drawing, painting, dancing, and playing music. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consist of teachers and children aged 4–6 years in Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of the art center approach in Integrative Holistic PAUD is able to foster aspects of children's creativity, including the ability to imagine, experiment with art media, and express ideas originally. In addition, the role of teachers as facilitators is very important in providing stimulation, a supportive environment, and appreciation of children's work. In conclusion, the art center approach is effective in developing early childhood creativity if applied consistently, with the support of facilities, media, and mentoring that are appropriate to the stage of child development.

Abstract

Keteladanan menjadi yang sesuatu hal yang penting ketika dihubungkan dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Hadirnya teladan sempurna dalam Islam, terjawab sudah dalam pribadi Rasul sebagai teladan nyata dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menjelaskan pentingnya Rasulullah dihadirkan kepada para guru sebagai pendidik terbaik dengan metode PAR (Partisipation Action Research). Teladan Rasul sebagai pendidik dijelaskan langsung di depan guru Sekolah Islam Al-Fatih dengan menggunakan ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, memberi gambaran bahwa sebagai pendidik yang berhasil, Rasulullah sebelum mendidik umatnya terlebih dahulu melakukan analisis kepada peserta didik. Ini dibuktikan dengan berbagai model dan metode pendidikan yang beragam. Tidak kurang terdapat 23 metode pendidikan yang dipakai oleh Rasulullah untuk proses pendidikan. Contoh kentara dalam hadisnya terkait dengan praktik salat. Kata Nabi SAW, “salatlah kalian sebagaimana aku salat.” Hadis ini, di samping menjelaskan perintah salat harus mengikuti Rasul, juga menjelaskan bahwa Rasul mengajarkan sahabat dengan metode demonstrasi. Tidak dipungkiri, karena sahabat banyak yang memiliki kecerdasan kinestetik, Sehingga belajar yang lebih tepat untuk sahabat yang mempunyai kecerdasan kinestetik dengan memakai metode demonstrasi atau praktik langsung. Ketika dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung, Nabi SAW sering memakai ice breaking. Ini ditemukannya hadis Nabi yang terkait dengan candanya, salah satunya Nabi bercanda dengan istri, Saudah Binti Zam’ah. Setelah selesai pembelajaran Nabi SAW melakukan evaluasi dan ditutup dengan closing statement yang bisa diingat oleh anak didik.

Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the practice of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment in beauty clinics from the perspective of Sharia economic law. The research specifically examines how PRP services align with Islamic legal principles, particularly in relation to consumer protection, transparency, and ethical business practices in the beauty industry. Design/Method/Approach : The research employs a qualitative case study approach by conducting field observations and semi-structured interviews with practitioners and clients at Bening’s Beauty Clinic in Palangka Raya. The legal analysis is supported by the framework of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), Indonesian consumer protection law, and secondary literature on Islamic economic ethics. Findings : The results indicate that PRP services provide significant aesthetic benefits, yet their implementation raises issues regarding risk communication and informed consent. While the procedures meet medical standards, the lack of detailed disclosure on possible side effects and treatment limitations creates information asymmetry between providers and patients. From a Sharia perspective, this condition may conflict with the principles of akad yang sahih, gharar (uncertainty), and maslahah (public benefit). Strengthening transparency and consumer education is therefore essential to ensure compliance with Sharia economic law. Originality/Values : This study contributes to the growing discourse on Islamic law and contemporary health-beauty practices by offering a contextual analysis of PRP treatment within Sharia economic law. It highlights the need for an integrative model that harmonizes medical protocols, consumer rights, and Islamic ethical principles. The findings are valuable for policymakers, clinic management, and scholars in developing Sharia-compliant standards for beauty services.

Abstract

As an island region on the outer edge of Indonesia, learning processes on Sebatik Island require learning materials that improve students’ system thinking skills, which contain the abilities to identify parts of systems and their interactions, identify cause and effect, organise their relationships among parts of systems, and hold ownership for their environment. According to those significant abilities for Sebatik’s students, this study aims to develop a systems thinking-based e-module on environmental chemistry that aligns with the contextual characteristics of Sebatik Island. With the availability of learning media in the form of system thinking-based e-modules on environmental chemistry, it is hoped that students' understanding of contextual chemistry in accordance with the nature of Sebatik Island will improve. This study applies the Research and Development (R&D) method by adopting the development stages in the ADDIE model, focusing on the development and validation of a newly developed e-module. However, this research focuses on the development stage, taking into account the conditions of the region and the time frame of the research. 10th-grade MIPA students from SMA/MA participated in providing feedback on the e-module through student response sheets,this module has been validated by subject matter and media experts and evaluated by teachers to assess its suitability and effectiveness. The validation results show that the subject matter aspect achieved a score of 98.6% (very good), the media aspect 86.7% (very good), and the teacher's assessment 93.33% (very good). Student responses were also positive, with a percentage of 97.3% (very good). Based on these results, the system thinking-based e-module developed is suitable for use as an alternative learning medium, capable of facilitating holistic conceptual understanding, and relevant to the context of students' daily lives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membangun nilai-nilai religius pada peserta didik di SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang. Masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah tersebut serta sejauh mana pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk akhlak dan nilai-nilai spiritual peserta didik sejak dini, terutama dalam lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) yang mengintegrasikan kurikulum umum dengan pendidikan berbasis keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, siswa, serta pihak sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang dilakukan melalui pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan, serta pembiasaan ibadah dan akhlak mulia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah. Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) meliputi kurikulum yang terstruktur, peran guru sebagai teladan, serta dukungan orang tua dan lingkungan sekolah. Namun, terdapat pula tantangan seperti perbedaan latar belakang religius siswa dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang telah berjalan dengan baik dan berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam membentuk nilai-nilai religius peserta didik. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya, diperlukan sinergi lebih lanjut antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dalam mendukung pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational support staff in improving the quality of administrative services for students during the period 2020–2025, a time when schools experienced significant changes due to educational digitalization and the post-pandemic transition. Educational support staff hold a strategic function in ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services such as student data management, new student admissions processes, academic information services, document archiving, and the facilitation of students’ learning needs. High-quality administrative services have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the learning process and the overall student experience at school. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to describe how educational support staff provide services that are fast, accurate, and responsive. The findings indicate that the role of support staff has strengthened through the use of information technology, which streamlines service workflows, although challenges remain in digital literacy, limited facilities, and uneven workload distribution. This study highlights the importance of enhancing staff competencies, strengthening digital-based administrative management systems, and ensuring policy support from schools to create more effective and higher-quality services for students.

Abstract

This paper examines the essential meaning of the word al-sā’il, which appears in several verses of the Qur’an. Fundamentally, this word means “to ask” or “to beg,” and in the Qur’anic context it can refer to requests of a material, non-material (informational), or combined nature. In surah al-Żāriyāt (51:19), al-sā’il is interpreted as a material beggar, which in modern terms corresponds to a pauper or beggar. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical type of library research. The collected data are organized, processed, and analyzed through exegetical, social, economic, and psychological approaches. The findings indicate three main points: first, al-saā’il denotes a material beggar; second, the meaning relates to individuals in economic hardship or those requesting on behalf of communal needs; and third, the verse emphasizes obligatory rights that should be fulfilled through charity (ṣadaqah), alms (infāq), or gifts. This study is expected to foster empathy and understanding toward beggars as fellow human beings who possess rights clearly affirmed in the Qur’an

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) serta pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di MI Falahiyah Sidodadi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang disebabkan oleh dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V MI Falahiyah Sidodadi yang dibagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
