Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, from Imam Syafi'i's point of view, the procedure for resolving employee wage payments in the event of business bankruptcy. A case study was used. conducted at Child Cafe Medan Area, which experienced bankruptcy. The research method includes data collection through interviews with relevant parties and document studies related to the process of paying employee wages when the company is bankrupt. The research results are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of handling employee wages in bankruptcy situations, especially considering the perspective of Islamic law. The analysis will cover aspects such as employee rights in wage payment, the obligations of bankrupt companies, and the possibility of fair and sustainable settlements for both parties. From the perspective of Imam Syafi'i, the settlement of employee wage payments in situations of company bankruptcy should be conducted with attention to the principles of justice and humanity. Companies are obliged to make every effort to fulfill their obligations to employees, even in conditions of bankruptcy. Conversely, employees are also expected to understand the company's situation and be willing to accept fair and realistic settlements.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze a news text entitled “Pakar Sebut Pemilih Prabowo Cenderung Beralih ke Sandi Ketimbang Anies” based on the Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis. This research aims to examine the construction of news about the Prabowo voters tend to switch to Sandi instead of Anies. The main data was obtained from CNN Indonesia.com. In analysing the data, researchers used Norman Fairclough analysis model that focuses on the three dimensions, namely text dimension, discourse dimension, and socio-cultural dimension. The results shown that the tendency of news texts to be more in favor of Sandiaga Uno, who is predicted to run in the 2024 presidential election. Through the news texts, the contrast of several parties is shown, which favors Sandiaga Uno. Furthermore, researcher assumed that news text is not only as a media for announcement, however news text as a social construction that is full of power that somehow can marginalized someone.

Abstract

The importance of the role of PAI teachers in shaping students' character and morals. PAI teachers as teachers of Islam in schools have a duty to provide good religious education and learning to students, so that students can understand the teachings of Islam correctly and practice them in everyday life. However, the challenge faced by PAI teachers is how to provide interesting and fun religious learning for students. In addition, with the development of technology and information, PAI teachers must be able to develop creative and innovative teaching methods to attract students' interest in studying religion. Therefore, the creativity of teaching PAI teachers is very important in increasing the professionalism of PAI teachers. By having teaching creativity, PAI teachers can provide fun, interesting and meaningful learning for students, so that students can more easily understand the teachings of Islam. In addition, teaching creativity can also improve the ability of PAI teachers to manage classes, motivate students, and improve the quality of learning provided by PAI teachers. Thus, the creativity of teaching PAI teachers has a very important role in increasing the professionalism of PAI teachers and forming good and quality student character.

Abstract

As a form of community service, KKN STAIN MADINA held outreach regarding the understanding of Religious Moderation at MIN-4 PALUTA, Padang Garugur Village. This research was conducted to provide an understanding regarding religious moderation because the majority of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri-4 North Padang Lawas do not really know about religious moderation. Abstract

Community service activities aim to significantly improve literacy and numeracy in learning activities and increase community income. This community service is a mentoring activity carried out by students through literacy and numeracy schemes in elementary schools. This activity was carried out for 21 days, starting from August 11, 2022 – August 31, 2022. Community service has a goal, namely to provide experience for students to be directly involved in implementing the learning process at school. The method used in the implementation of this Independent Real Work Lecture is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Activities carried out by students with assistance include: (1) introduction in the village; (2) introduction to the scope of the school; (3) support the class in the development of literacy and numeracy learning; (4) assisting the community to increase income derived from oil palm fronds. Service activities carried out by students through community service assistance with literacy and numeracy program schemes as well as helping the community have been running well, efficiently, effectively and maximally. The results of this study after doing research that the interest of students in literacy and numeracy factors is good with the implementation of learning outside the classroom while playing and the income function of the community has also increased from the use of palm oil sticks which are used in making various kinds of handicraft products that have functional values.

Abstract

Teaching methods are the way teachers deliver learning material in every face-to-face meeting with students. Creative, professional teachers are required to develop approaches and choose effective teaching methods to create a conducive and enjoyable learning climate. To avoid boredom in learning, teachers can choose a method that suits the subject or sub-subject at the same time and place at once, because there are strengths and weaknesses in each teaching method. Teaching methods that are suitable for certain subjects are characterized by high student learning achievement in each learning evaluation implementation. Another factor that influences learning outcomes is achievement motivation. In the learning process, achievement motivation is very important to give to students. This is intended to stimulate students' creativity and willingness to participate in learning activities. Achievement motivation is the desire to complete something to achieve a standard of success, and to make an effort to achieve success

Abstract

Bercocok tanam dengan hidroponik melibatkan hasil yang lebih cepat, pemanfaatan barang bekas (seperti botol plastik) sebagai wadah tanam, dan pengurangan penggunaan plastik. Salah satu jenis sampah yang dapat diolah kembali adalah plastik. Meskipun limbah kertas juga dapat diurai, plastik memiliki potensi lebih besar untuk dijadikan berbagai barang kerajinan yang menarik dan bernilai jual tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest dengan subjek 28 siswa siswa kelas IV SD Unggulan Puri Taman Sari untuk mengukur perbandingan rasa peduli lingkungan pada siswa sebelum dan setelah psikoedukasi dilaksanakan. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan skor pre-test dan post-test yang signifikan pada siswa kelas IV SD Unggulan Puri Taman Sari yang mengikuti pengelolaan sampah botol plastik bekas sebagai media tanam hidroponik untuk meningkatkan rasa peduli lingkungan pada siswa, dengan p = .001 < 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pengelolaan sampah botol plastik bekas sebagai media tanam hidroponik pada siswa kelas IV SD Unggulan Puri Taman Sari. Abstract

Pancasila tidak hanya memiliki nilai-nilai yang menjadi pengikat dan penggerak kemerdekaan dan perjuangan saja, melainkan juga memiliki nilai material yang memberikan kekuatan untuk perjuangan Indonesia. Keagamaan, kebenaran, kebaikan, dan kemanusiaan ( sila I dan II),serta keindahan dan keadilan hidup bermasyarakat ( sila v), merupakan inti dari nilai- nilai yang terkandung dalam pancasila. Pancasila juga mengandung nilai-nilai dasar manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan tuhan yang tidak dapat dipersoalkan oleh siapa pun, baik anggota masyarakat maupun sebagai warga Negara. Abstract

Climate change has become a major factor in increasing forest fires in various parts of the world. This phenomenon has had serious impacts on the environment, economy and human health. Environmental conservation efforts are becoming increasingly important to reduce the risk of forest fires and maintain ecosystem balance. With a better understanding of the relationship between climate change and forest fires, preventive and adaptation measures can be designed to protect forests and ecosystems that are vulnerable to this threat. The purpose of this article is to discuss the impact of climate change on the increase in forest fires and environmental conservation efforts that can be taken to overcome this problem. The method used in this research is using a literature study method to collect information about the impact of climate change on forest fires and environmental conservation efforts. Climate change is significantly increasing the risk of forest fires worldwide leading to rising global temperatures that are drying out forests and increasing the likelihood of fires occurring. Changing rainfall patterns also lengthen and strengthen the dry season, increasing the potential for forest fires. These factors, along with human activity and extreme weather, have led to an increase in the frequency and intensity of forest fires. The impacts are far-reaching, including destruction of wildlife habitat, carbon loss, ecosystem degradation, and negative impacts on air quality and human health.

Abstract

Generation Z, which includes individuals born between the mid-1990s and the early 2010s, faces various significant social and economic challenges in the modern context. This journal explores key issues faced by Gen Z, including mental health, education costs, job market uncertainty, and social isolation. Additionally, the research identifies the impact of social media and changing social values on their well-being. Through in-depth analysis, this journal proposes a series of mitigation strategies, such as enhancing financial education, improving access to mental health services, and providing skills training relevant to industry needs. By focusing on implementable solutions, this journal aims to offer valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and society in supporting Generation Z in navigating the complex challenges of the digital era.
