Transformational leadership is not only relevant in the business context but also in education, especially in promoting a more inclusive culture. This study is expected to provide practical implications for educational leaders in implementing effective transformational leadership strategies. Thus, there is a need for further study on how transformational leadership practices can be effectively implemented in schools. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership styles that can facilitate an environment to encourage inclusiveness and diversity. The main focus lies on identifying effective leadership strategies in creating a supportive atmosphere. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that the effectiveness of implementing this leadership style is highly dependent on understanding the local context, consistent policy support, and the ability to overcome resistance and resource constraints. Successful inclusive strategies include effective communication, involvement of all stakeholders, continuous learning, and periodic program evaluation. Collaboration between leaders is also key to strengthening implementation and expanding positive impacts.

Abstract

The quality of education in schools is influenced by various factors, including financial management, school climate, and teacher performance. These factors play a crucial role in improving school services and overall educational outcomes. This study was conducted to explore how these variables impact the quality of education in public junior high schools in the Sungai Durian subdistrict, Kotabaru Regency. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of financial management, school climate, and teacher performance on the quality of education in public junior high schools. A quantitative and explanatory research approach was used in this study. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, including school administrators, teachers, and staff. The analysis employed multiple linear regression, with a T-test to examine the significance of the relationships between the variables. The study found that financial management, school climate, and teacher performance all have a positive relationship with school services and the quality of education. The T-test results showed that the values for financial management (4.343), school climate (3.426), and teacher performance (3.426) were higher than the T-table value, indicating significant positive influences. These findings suggest that improving financial management, enhancing the school climate, and increasing teacher performance are essential strategies for improving the quality of education in junior high schools. Educational authorities should focus on these areas to foster a more conducive learning environment and better educational outcomes.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between organizational commitment and teacher professionalism in improving the quality of education in vocational high schools. Organizational commitment is defined as the emotional and psychological attachment teachers have to their institutions, and its positive impact on teacher engagement and student outcomes has been well-documented. Teacher professionalism, which includes continuous development, ethical practices, and alignment with industry needs, is particularly crucial in vocational settings. The synergy between these two factors leads to a culture of excellence where teachers are highly motivated and dedicated to delivering quality education. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, focus group discussions, and thematic analysis to explore these dynamics in vocational high schools. The findings highlight the importance of professional development opportunities and supportive work environments in fostering teacher commitment and professionalism. Furthermore, school leadership plays a vital role in cultivating this synergy by providing recognition, creating collaborative environments, and offering incentives for professional growth. The study concludes by recommending policy interventions that focus on enhancing both organizational commitment and professionalism to ensure sustainable improvements in vocational education quality.
