Abstract

Peramalan sangat penting bagi perusahaan agar kesiapan produksi dapat dipersiapkan secara matang, seperti kesiapan tenaga kerja, kapasitas produksi, kebutuhan material, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam peramalan terdapat berbagai macam metode yang dapat digunakan. Namun dalam penelitian ini hanya akan menggunakan dua metode saja yaitu metode moving average dan metode naïve. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kedua metode tersebut agar diperoleh metode yang paling mendekati akurat. Untuk tahap simulasi, kami menggunakan data penjualan mobil hybrid Zenix secara keseluruhan atau dari pabrik ke dealer pada periode Juni 2023 sampai dengan Mei 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kami dengan data yang kami sajikan diketahui bahwa metode moving average memiliki nilai error yang lebih kecil dengan nilai error Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) sebesar 588, Mean Square Error (MSE) sebesar 671,431, dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 0,321374.

Abstract

Pengembangan ekowisata di Dusun Gunungsari Dusun Gunungsari perlu didukung kondisi lingkungan yang baik. Permasalahan sampah di Dusun Gunungsari masih menjadi salah satu kendala yang membutuhkan proses tahap demi tahap. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengatasi masalah sampah dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah untuk mendukung pengembangan ekowisata di Dusun Gunungsari. Metode yang digunakan adalah (1) sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah menggunakan prinsip 3 R (reuse, reduce, recycle), (2) pelatihan pengolahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk kompos cair dan padat, (3) pendampingan. Hasil yang diproleh dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah, (2) menghasilkan produk pupuk kompos cair dan padat berbahan baku sampah sayuran dan ikan dalam satu proses budidaya.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of product quality and promotional strategies on consumer purchase interest in Honda motorcycles within Bekasi Regency, a region notable for its substantial market potential. As a crucial component of Indonesia's economic framework, the automotive sector-particularly motorcycles-plays a significant role. Honda, a leading brand in this competitive market, strives to sustain its market dominance through continual product innovation and dynamic promotional activities. Despite this, the interplay between product quality and promotional efforts in specific local contexts, such as Bekasi Regency, remains insufficiently explored. Employing a quantitative causal research design, this study surveyed Honda motorcycle consumers in Bekasi Regency using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 25. Findings reveal that both product quality and promotional tactics have a substantial impact on consumer purchase interest, both independently and in combination. Effective promotional activities and high-quality products significantly enhance Honda's market appeal in this locale. The insights gained from this research offer valuable implications for automotive marketing strategies, highlighting the importance of targeted promotions and exceptional product quality in influencing consumer behavior. These results are not only pertinent to Bekasi Regency but also provide a basis for extending research to other regions with similar market dynamics. Future studies should consider additional influencing factors and broaden the geographic scope to achieve a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a causal approach, involving respondents who are at least 17 years old and are regular customers of the station. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 96 people, calculated using the Lemeshow formula. The research results show that service quality, particularly the empathy indicator, significantly affects customer satisfaction. However, the physical evidence indicator (employee appearance) needs to be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. Brand image also significantly affects customer satisfaction, with appropriate pricing being the dominant factor. Nevertheless, the brand's image and popularity need to be further improved. Customer satisfaction was found to be in good condition, but improvements are still needed in the willingness-to-recommend indicator. One of the recommendations is to activate a special program offering discounts for each fuel purchase above a certain amount, which can only be obtained by customers who refer their colleagues to refuel at SPBU Pertamina 34.167.12. Simultaneously, service quality and brand image were found to significantly influence customer satisfaction. These findings provide guidance for other companies in the energy supply sector, particularly in the petroleum industry, in formulating strategies to improve customer satisfaction based on the results of this research.

Abstract

Pengelolaan pertambangan memerlukan identifikasi bahaya yang efektif sebagai dasar untuk pembuatan standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Namun, upaya identifikasi bahaya saat ini belum diterapkan dengan baik, terutama karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya identifikasi bahaya dalam berbagai kegiatan pertambangan, yang sering kali mengakibatkan ketergantungan pada dokumen tertulis tanpa visualisasi yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diusulkan integrasi kendaraan udara tanpa awak (UAV) untuk pemetaan data, yang memungkinkan visualisasi area berbahaya yang lebih baik. Area yang teridentifikasi dikategorikan ke dalam zona risiko: merah (sangat tinggi), oranye (tinggi), kuning (sedang), dan hijau (rendah). Penelitian ini berfokus pada lokasi berbahaya yaitu pada jalan angkut dan kolam pengendapan, serta menilai risiko keselamatan dan lingkungan. Langkah pengendalian risiko diklasifikasikan sebagai dapat dikendalikan atau tidak dapat dikendalikan, dengan hasil pemetaan mencerminkan penilaian risiko awal, saat ini, dan akhir dalam rentang waktu 3-4 bulan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemodelan visual dan atribut pengendalian risiko, menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan pertambangan dan insiden lingkungan.

Abstract

Religious moderation as a perspective can be a solution for being open to each other, accepting differences, and maintaining harmony between religious communities. This strengthening of moderation should also be introduced to teenage students because the young souls of teenagers are still unstable and are still in the process of searching for identity so that they are not influenced by radical religious thoughts. With the regulation of the minister of religion that religious teachers are required to be able to strengthen religious moderation among students. So the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers at Sejahtera Prigen High School is to instill religious moderation in students through habituation, Islamic Islamic learning and activities that contain religious moderation values. The aims of this study were to: 1. To find out what religious moderation values were instilled by PAI teachers at Sejahtera Prigen Pasuruan High School. 2. Know and describe how the contribution of PAI teachers in instilling an attitude of religious moderation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The place of research is SMA Sejahtera Prigen Pasuruan which has the right criteria in this study. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusions. Data validity was performed using source, method and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The contribution of PAI teachers in instilling an attitude of religious moderation in SMA Sejahtera Prigen Pasuruan by using ideas and integrated performance through a) learning, b) habituation. The learning used is learning inside and outside the classroom by providing direction, advice, both in the classroom with tolerance material and outside the classroom to provide prohibitions, prevention and sanctions if there are students who do not follow habituation, while the habituation that is carried out is to familiarize students to attend recitation every legi Friday and midday prayer in congregation. 2. The values of religious moderation that are instilled include: a) Tasamuh values (tolerance), b) Musawah (not being discriminatory), c) I'tidal (fair).

Abstract

The journal analyzes the influence of Rasyid Ridho's thoughts in the interpretation of the Quran known as "At Tanwir," especially concerning verses related to fasting. It explores Rasyid Ridho's contributions to Muhammadiyah's understanding of fasting in Islam, using textual analysis to delve into his interpretations of Quranic verses on fasting and their impact on fasting practices within the Muhammadiyah community. The research found similarities between Tafsir At-Tanwir and Al-Manar in their understanding of fasting, particularly in terminology, expectations/results in fasting, and the use of calculation methods. Overall, the study supports a deeper comprehension of Rasyid Ridho's role and influence within the context of Muhammadiyah's interpretation of the Quran, specifically in the practice of fasting

Abstract

Clean water is one of the significant goals among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which will be achieved by at least 2030. It includes six outcome-oriented targets- improve water quality, wastewater treatment, ensure freshwater supplies are three of them. In Bangladesh, Freshwater ecosystem is continuously degraded due to rapid industrialization, which occurred along the riverside areas. In this context, laboratory-based work has been conducted to analyze the water quality of Dhaleshwari River, Bangladesh, which has already been polluted by industrial waste. The collected water samples were treated by submerged macrophyte Egeria densa to observe the changing water quality parameters. The growth of plants and roots were assessed after 10 days of exposure to three categories of water treatment. Initial and final water quality parameters were observed by the analysis of pH, EC, TDS, TSS, Acidity, Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Ca Hardness, COD, Sulphate (SO42-), Phosphate (PO43) Total Chlorine (Cl-) and Copper (Cu2+). The result showed that almost all the toxic parameters of water were reduced significantly at the end of the experiment. The present study hypothesized that submerged macrophyte E. densa can be used as a potential tool to upgrade the water quality of polluted rivers.Keyword: Clean water, Submerged macrophyte, SDG 6, Dhaleswari River, Freshwater ecosystem

Abstract

Learning arabic speaking skills is taught in MI until lectures. But in general, students are still not able to express Arabic in the learning process. They still have trouble communicating ideas, thoughts, questions, etc. in Arabic. Therefore, the situation of students who previously did not understand Arabic caused students difficulty in expressing Arabic. This is also experienced by some students of the fourth semester of Arabic language education program Hasyim Asy'ari University who are the subject of research. The purpose of this research is to find out the speaking skills of university students hasyim asyari class 4. To know the application of arabic debate methods in arabic language learning to improve the speaking skills of university students hasyim asyari class 4. To know the role of the application of arabic debate methods in arabic language learning to improve the speaking skills of university students hasyim asyari class 4. This study uses qualitative research sourced from observations, interviews and documents. (1) For the development of speaking skills of students in class 4 pba unhasy still arguably not all mastered and have not developed because of the different differences in individual students themselves. (2) that jidal courses are one of the courses that rely on two aspects, namely dexterity in thinking, which students are trained to be able to speak and must also be sharp in thinking. (3) the role of jidal courses in the improvement of maharah kalam is actually very good but because learning becomes online and causes not conducive learning situations so that students do not speak directly.
