Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari work-life balance dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Kcp Gowa, mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Kcp Gowa, dan juga mengetahui pengaruh dari pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Kcp Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Kcp Gowa yaitu sebanyak 41 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian dengan regresi linear berganda yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, work-life balance dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Kcp Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for users of Wuling cars in Makassar City. This study uses primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling so that the number of samples used was 157 people. The data analysis technique in this study used (SEM) structural equation modeling with the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has no effect on Purchase Decision, Price has no effect on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Price has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Purchase Interest has significant influence on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant effect significant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest and Price has no effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of human capital on self-efficacy, human capital on the performance of marine employees, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, and the influence of self-efficacy as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship human capital on the performance of marine employees at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Selayar Branch. The sample collection technique used was the saturated sample technique. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data source used is primary data, by distributing questionnaires to respondents to fill in. The number of samples used was 113 respondents. The data processing method used in this research uses SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that human capital has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, human capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the intervening variable self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of human capital on performance. marine employees. Abstract

Covid 19 yang muncul di akhir tahun 2019 merubah cara kerja SDM dari berkerja di kantor (WFO) menjadi bekerja di rumah (WFH). Peristiwa ini menyebabkan keraguan kinerja, disiplin dan keseimbangan keluarga para pegawai yang bekerja dari rumah (WFH) tetap sama baiknya ketika bekerja dari kantor (WFO). Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah melalui teknik slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen koesiner serta diolah dengan uji asumsi klasik dan dianalisis dengan analisis linier berganda. Adapun pengujian lain yang akan dilakukan adalah uji hipotesis, uji simultan (F) dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai tersebut. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pegawai UIN Alauddin Makassar. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik keseimbangan antara keluarga dan pekerjaan, maka produktivitas karyawan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha yang ditempuh untuk mewujudkan tujuan kepolisian, salah satunya dengan mempunyai anggota/personel yang memiliki kapasitas dalam bekerja yang baik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber primer. Variabel terikatnya adalah karakteristik individu, variabel bebasnya adalah faktor personal, faktor organisasional dan faktor non organisasional serta variabel intervening adalah komitmen etis. Analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur/path analysis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Faktor Personal, Faktor Organisasional dan Faktor Non Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Karakteristik Individu. Faktor Personal, Faktor Organisasional dan Faktor Non Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Etis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work place well-being and mental health on employee performance through work motivation as a moderating variable at Bulog Jastasma Kanwil Sulselbar. In this study, the variables used are work place well-being and mental health as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable, and work motivation as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study. The data source used in this study is primary data collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The method of calculating the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the sampling method using the probability sampling technique, so that the number of samples used is 100 people. The data is processed using the Patrial Least Squares (PLS) method and applied using Smart PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that work place well-being has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, mental health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work place well-being has a negative and significant effect on employee performance moderated by work motivation, and mental health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance moderated by work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dan Personality terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan melalui kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survey/kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitia ini menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 101 pegawai. Alat olah data yang digunakan adalah program Excel SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya karena masih sedikit yang mengkaji tentang permasalahan terkait dengan variabel knowledge sharing di sektor publik. Abstract

The higher the productivity of the Mamasa coffee plant, the greater the waste produced and if it is not processed it will cause environmental problems. This research aims to produce and characterize the macro nutrient value in compost from Mamasa coffee waste using the microorganism bioactivator EM 4. This research was carried out by mixing coffee waste with EM-4, water and sugar in certain proportions. The composting process lasts for four weeks, with observations every week to trigger physical and chemical changes in the compost produced. The research results showed that the compost produced had good physical characteristics, namely black in color, not lumpy and odorless. Determination of macro nutrient levels in the organic material of Mamasa coffee waste before and after fermentation into compost showed a significant increase in the macro nutrients it contains, namely total organic C 25.59%; organic matter was 43.91%, Nitrogen was 2.53%, P2O5 was 1.95%, K2O was 1.68%, C/N ratio was 9.48 and water content was 24.34%. Thus, Mamasa coffee waste can be processed into high quality compost using EM-4, thereby providing a sustainable solution for managing organic waste and increasing soil fertility.

Abstract

Ecoenzymes are fermented products of organic waste such as fruit and green vegetables, which are rich in nutrients so they have great potential as organic fertilizer. Making ecoenzymes can reduce waste discharge into the environment, thereby reducing pollution, thus supporting environmentally friendly sustainable agricultural practices. This research aims to produce and characterize the macro nutrient content of Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), Potassium (K) and organic C from ecoenzymes produced from pineapple and green vegetable waste. Organic waste from pineapple skins and green vegetables is fermented with palm sugar and water in a ratio of 3: 1: 10 (organic material: sugar: water), in a container with a lid for 3 months. The process of observing changes in pH per week was carried out during the fermentation process. Determination of the macro nutrient content of organic N, P, K and C from ecoenzymes produced from pineapple and green vegetable waste using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The research results showed that the organic N, P, K and C contents were 9.5%, 3.01%, 1.02% and 21.04%, respectively.
