The advancement of digital technology in higher education has driven a transformation in learning methods that demand active participation and intrinsic motivation among students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gamification elements in the Virtual Economy Simulation Model (VESM) on the learning motivation of university students majoring in Office Administration Educationin Universitas Negeri Malang. The VESM model was developed with four main gamification components: points, badges, leaderboards, and real-time feedback. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The sample involved 70 students (Offerings A and E) enrolled in the Introduction to Economics course. The analysis results showed that all indicators were valid (loading factor > 0.70), with high reliability (α = 0.91; CR = 0.94) and an R² value of 0.742, indicating that 74.2% of the variance in learning motivation was explained by the gamification elements. The path coefficient (β = 0.861, t = 19.432, p < 0.001) demonstrated a significant effect. The feedback element contributed most dominantly (β = 0.699), followed by points (β = 0.642), leaderboard (β = 0.613), and badges (β = 0.571). These findings confirm that the implementation of gamification in VESM effectively enhances university students’ learning motivation and has the potential to become an innovative interactive learning model in economics education.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa melalui pelatihan intensif tahfidz Juz 30 dengan menggunakan metode tikrar (pengulangan) dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Ngoro Jombang sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan pembinaan religiusitas siswa di sekolah umum, khususnya dalam memperkuat aspek spiritual dan pembentukan karakter. Metode tikrar diterapkan untuk membangun retensi hafalan yang kuat melalui pengulangan sistematis setiap hari, sementara evaluasi berkala dilakukan untuk memantau perkembangan dan memberikan umpan balik yang membangun. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan baik dari sisi kuantitas hafalan maupun kualitas bacaan siswa. Sebagian besar peserta mampu menghafal 6–10 surat Juz 30 secara lancar dalam waktu enam minggu. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga membentuk sikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan semangat belajar mandiri. Keterlibatan guru sebagai pendamping dalam pelatihan ini memperkuat keberlanjutan program tahfidz di lingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa metode yang tepat dan lingkungan yang mendukung dapat menjadikan sekolah umum sebagai ruang efektif dalam pembinaan generasi Qur’ani. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di sekolah lain sebagai bagian dari penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an.

The moral crisis afflicting contemporary education demands the revitalization of a comprehensive concept of moral education. This study examines Ibn Miskawaih's thought on moral education through an in-depth analysis of the book Tahdzib al-Akhlaq wa Tathhir al-A’raq. This research is a library research study with a philosophical-analytical approach. Data were collected from the primary source of Tahdzib al-Akhlaq and relevant secondary sources, then analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods and content analysis. The research findings indicate that Ibn Miskawaih's concept of moral education is based on four cardinal virtues (al-fadha’il al-arba’ah): wisdom (al-hikmah), courage (al-syaja'ah), temperance (al-'iffah), and justice (al-'adalah). Miskawaih views morality as a state of the soul that can be changed through education and habituation (ta’wid). The proposed educational methods include the natural method (thariqun thabi'iy), habituation, exemplary conduct, and Riyadhah (spiritual training). The concept of the middle way (al-washath) becomes a fundamental principle in achieving moral virtues, integrating Aristotle's rational approach with Islamic shari’ah values. This research contributes to the development of Islamic education theory by offering a philosophical framework that integrates reason and revelation in character formation. The implication is that moral education must be designed holistically, considering the psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of learners and creating a conducive environment that supports moral transformation.

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan salah satu profesi yang bekerja di instansi pemerintah yang berperan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, seorang ASN harus mampu bekerja secara profesional, kompeten, dan berorientasi pada kinerjanya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Adapun upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai diantaranya dengan memperhatikan komunikasi dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi dapat dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert yang masing-masing sudah diujicobakan dan telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Research Competency Development on employees in the Terminal Rubies and Diamonds with a system of training a spinner reborn is made to analyze and describe explicitly, with regard to the development of competence to improve the performance of the operational employees, including the ability to adapt to be able to develop the ability and adjustment themselves with the era of business transformation in the digital. The study was conducted by using the descriptive qualitative method to determine the analysis of the results, where the collection of primary data in this research is done by observation, interview, survey and expert justification, while the secondary data is done through the duties and responsibilities of work to be done with the population research using purposive sampling method which is taken from the employee homogeneously in the accept, perform and megimplementasikan the activities of the development of these competencies. The application of training in the implementation of operations related to loading and unloading the container is intended to provide structuring the completion of the work proper with the interconnectedness of all areas of work and also a system of spinner reborn existing in the process of loading and unloading the container.

Global climate change is a critical issue affecting the sustainability of projects, especially in the mineral and coal mining industry. At PT Putra Perkasa Abadi, climate change was identified as the highest risk in the company's risk management profile, impacting mining operations. One significant effect is the inconsistency between planned and actual rain hours, leading to high rainfall, which hampers production and productivity targets. Dewatering management, which deals with rainwater filling the sump, is particularly affected. In extreme weather, workers must operate pumps, a high-risk activity near water. The increased frequency of pump operations during 2024’s high rainfall heightens accident risks. To mitigate this, the company developed SIC-MUFS, a tool that allows remote pump operation. This system enables workers to avoid crossing the sump in dangerous weather conditions and can also monitor the water level automatically. If the water reaches critical levels, SIC-MUFS sends notifications to the Central Control Room (CCR) for further action.

Latar Belakang : Palsi serebral merupakan gangguan neurologis motorik non-progresif yang terjadi saat usia anak dini, sehingga menurunkan kualitas hidup. Fisioterapi adalah terapi utama tetapi fasilitas kesehatan sangat terbatas sehingga diperlukan fisioterapi di rumah berupa teknik ‘self-streching’. Self-stretching adalah latihan peregangan yang dilakukan secara mandiri untuk membantu meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien.Metode : Penyuluhan self-stretching terhadap orang tua sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi spastisitas, meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan rentang gerak, dengan tujuan memperbaiki kualitas hidup. Dilakukan teknik pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui pengetahuan orang-tua tentang self-streching.Hasil : Sebanyak 34 peserta dinilai sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, data dianalisis menggunakan uji T berpasangan. Hasil didapatkan perbedaan (p=0,004) dengan korelasi sedang antar pengukuran (r = 0,49). Diharapkan ilmu ini dapat mendukung terapi anak secara mandiri di rumah. Intervensi ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai pendekatan edukatif yang praktis dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks perawatan anak palsi serebral di lingkungan rumah.

The purpose of this study is to reveal various factors that influence the interest in purchasing Islamic-based food and beverage products, considering that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, supported by a sustainable system for all food and beverage products that are required to have halal certification, which can have a major impact on whether or not people are interested in consuming Islamic-based products. The analysis method uses a quantitative method, namely SEM-PLS, it is stated that related factors that can influence consumer purchasing interest are product quality, social media marketing supported by brand trust and brand image that can influence it mediatingly. The population of this study is followers and the sample of this study is 359, while the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. In addition, other factors such as Islamic branding can also strengthen the increase in consumer purchasing interest to ensure that products produced through Islamic products are in accordance with Islamic religious law and are guaranteed halal.

This research aims to examine how the YouTube platform is used as a digital public space in articulating social policy discourse, especially related to the welfare of lecturers. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, as many as 22 scientific articles from highly reputable journals were analyzed to identify discourse configurations, representation strategies, and affective, performative, and algorithmic dynamics that shape public opinion related to the issue. The results show that YouTube acts as an alternative deliberative arena that allows academic actors to voice criticism, strengthen the legitimacy of personal experiences, and form digital solidarity. However, not all interactions on these platforms reflect rational deliberation in the Habermasian sense; Many of them are driven by emotional logic and algorithmic selection mechanisms. These dynamics result in complex discourse configurations, where affection and performativity are important elements in building policy narratives. This research contributes to the development of social policy studies and digital public spaces by emphasizing the importance of reading the deliberation process in the context of platform mediation and digital culture. Suggestions for further research include exploration of direct netnography and comparative studies between digital platforms to understand the variations in policy discourse dynamics in more depth.

Ketidakkonsistenan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh pelatihan dan Quality of Work Life terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan adanya mekanisme perilaku yang belum sepenuhnya terjelaskan, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi publik yang bersifat koordinatif. Pada organisasi sektor publik, capaian kinerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh peningkatan kompetensi teknis dan kualitas lingkungan kerja, tetapi juga oleh perilaku kerja sukarela yang mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan Quality of Work Life terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel mediasi pada Badan Koordinasi Wilayah Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Jawa Timur III Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data diperoleh dari 51 pegawai melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior, sedangkan Quality of Work Life tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan dan Quality of Work Life terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Organizational Citizenship Behavior memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara pelatihan dan kinerja pegawai, serta memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara Quality of Work Life dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembentukan perilaku kerja sukarela merupakan mekanisme kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sektor publik serta memperkaya model integratif pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan.
