Abstract

In research conducted with the cropping pattern used between maize and chili plants showed that the distance the fence is relatively less able to compete with corn. The use of maize as a crop during the growth of jatropha causes disturbed and the production had decreased by 90%, whereas between corn plants can grow normally and can produce seven tonnes of dry loose maize per hectare. As with the use of pepper plants interrupted, growth and productivity of Jatropha plant is not susceptible to interference, while the chili plant capable of producing 110 g / ph. This shows that the distance the fence is not tolerant of shade so as to alternate between the plants, is necessary to find plants that are shorter than the distance the fence and have high economic value. Planting distance between the ideal plants is one meter from the plant jatropha. If the distance is less than one meter cropping, the effect of shading and nutrient competition will be very detrimental to both the growth of jatropha plants and productivity. Therefore, in designing the planting pattern must be known in advance of plant characters that will be used to achieve the synergy between plants.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the Village Simongagrok, Dawarblandong Subdistrict, Mojokerto regency, at an altitude of 40 m asl, rainfall 1200 mm / year, temperature 270C, held in April-June 2007. This research use randomized block design (RBD) factorial pattern consisting of two factors: Dose-F Rootone composed four treatments namely: R1 (without Rootone-F), R2 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 2.5 ml of water), R3 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water), R4 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 7.5 ml of water). Factor cuttings material consisted of three treatments: cutting materials to the upper (B1), the material cutting the middle (B2) and the bottom of the cuttings material (B3). According to analysis of variance showed significant interaction between treatment dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water and treatment of the middle stem (R3B2). Average starting -90 days after planting. Thus the hypothesis that reads: With the treatment dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water and materials stem cuttings middle section gives the best effect on the growth of plant cuttings bougainvillea (Bougainvillea spectabilis L.), which was conducted at study sites proved.

Abstract

The potency of corn and cassava in Tuban was respectively 3.026.937 kwintal in 2008 and 1.277.291 kwintal, where most of them was sold as fresh product, and only little was prepared as processed food. The development of corn and cassava processing was one of  first alternative problem solving and potency of optimalization of corn and cassava in Tuban Regency. The use method was observation  in four districts at corn and cassava production centre in Tuban.  Districts Tuban, Montong, Plumpang and Palang. Secundary data in Tuban. Activities of processing found in Tuban were fried corn, cassava flour chip, fermented cooking and cassava chip. It has not been the cultivation of cassava materials. It has not also been the cultivation of tortilla and corn. To increase the farmers income, it needs product cultivation of corn and cassava with the suitable prices and capacities for households.

Abstract

Perancangan generator menggunakan softawre merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan sebelum melakukan pembuatan generator karena mampu mensimulasikan diameter, material, ketebalan, jumlah lilitan dan kecepatan putar generator sehingga nantinya ketika melakukan pembuatan generator bisa mencapai tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi. Para peneliti sebelumnya ketika membuat generator langsung melakukan pembuatan tanpa ada simulasi terlebih dahulu sehingga hasil yang dicapi masih kurang dari target yang diingginkan. Software elektromgantik infolityca merupakan software yang mampu mensimulasi motor dan generator. Software infolityca merupakan software yang berbasis Fenite Element Methode (FEM) atau metode pembagan tak hingga. Adapun generator yang dirancang bertipe radial fluks dengan jumlah 12 slot 8 pole, diameter 13 centimeter, ketebalannya 5 centimeter serta menggunakan 12 lilitan diputar dengan 100 rpm dan frekuensi 66,6667 Hz. Didapatkan hasil dari rancangan generator tanpa beban tegangan outoput sebesar 21,65 volt, arus sebesar 0 ampere dan untuk rancangan generator berbeban didapatkan output tegangan sebesar 23,89, arusnya sebesar 5 Ampere.

Abstract

Software development process highly relates to analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation processes. Testing process becomes imperative process to maintain a quality product running well. Testing process can be conducted both for structural and object-oriented software. However, the method utilized for structural and object-oriented software is significantly different. Testing structural program can utilize White Box, Black Box, or Gray testing methods. This study White Box Testing has been employed to test a simple application. The testing process using White Box Testing employs some testing techniques based on path testing consisting of some processes, namely testing independent path, developing flow graph, calculating cyclomatic complexity, and developing graph matrices. Hence, the testing process employing White Box method with basis path testing technique can be executed.

Abstract

  KSP Bhakti Karya Magelang merupakan suatu koperasi simpan pinjam yang mempermudah masyarakat dalam hal peminjaman dan penanaman modal. Permasalahan muncul ketika sistem yang ada masih manual, sehingga para anggota atau nasabah tidak maksimal dalam mengetahui informasi masa jatuh tempo pembayaran yang ada di koperasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan sistem reminder untuk memberikan informasi secara otomatis masa jatuh tempo pembayaran kepada anggota di KSP Bhakti Karya. SMS gateway dapat diartikan sebagai suatu penghubung untuk lalu lintas data SMS, baik yang dikirimkan maupun yang diterima. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, perhitungan tanggal pembayaran angsuran yang dihasilkan berdasarkan inputan tanggal pinjaman dan batas waktu jatuh tempo pembayaran. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa dengan membuat fitur SMS Reminder pada koperasi dapat memaksimalkan informasi pembayaran secara maksimal kepada anggota atau nasabah, reminder dalam bentuk SMS dapat terkirim ke masing – masing anggota atau nasabah sesuai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo dan jumlah angsuran di KSP Bhakti Karya Magelang.

Abstract

AMIK ABC berniat meningkatkan kinerja layanan kepada mahasiswa dengan terlebih dulu melakukan pengukuran kinerja layanan dari perspektif mahasiswa dan pandangan pihak luar terhadap institusi melalui sistem kuesioner. Aplikasi TI dan SI yang merupakan salah satu penopang penting dari layanan institusi kepada mahsiswa diidentifikasi untuk mengetahui pada posisi kategori protofolio mana saat ini. Dengan malakukan pengukuran dan identifikasi terhadap aplikasi TI dan SI yang saat ini digunakan akan dapat memperjelas tindakan-tindakan  apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengoptimumkan fungsi aplikasi TI dan SI. Hasil dari pengukuran dan analisa memberikan rancangan optimasi aplikasi TI dan SI, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peran aplikasi TI dan SI dalam meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan meningkatkan daya saing AMIK ABC.

Abstract

Direct-Fired Heater, usually called heater is a heat exchanger equipment that use hot gasses from combustion to rise up process fluid temperature flow through tubes coil in the heater. Debutanizer Reboiler Heater at PT Pertamina Balikpapan Refinery, having capacity 137,185,000.00 Btu/h was replaced and need efficiency improvement both in heat absorption and fuel consumption. That’s why; need to analyze the existing design. The analysis method is using Microsoft Excel Programming Software base on API 560, API 530, Direct-Fired Heater Design Handbook and literatures from journals and articles. For efficiency improvement in heat absorption and fuel consumption, need to modify heating surface area and combustion air input at elevated temperature. So, by adding Air-Preheater for rise up combustion air input by using stack flue gas, the fuel combustion can be decreased and heat liberated increased.

Abstract

Dahan Rejo Village, Kebomas District is one of the centers of fish farming centers in Gresik Regency. The obstacle faced by pond farmers is the high price of feed, which increases the cost of production and capital. Farmers have not yet used alternative feed and are still dependent on factory-made pellets. The alternative solution that can be done is to make pellets from local materials such as tofu pellets and corn with steamer technology. The aim of this program is to empower the people of Dahan Rejo Village to make floating fish feed from local materials. The methods used are program preparation, product making and proximate analysis, making tutorial videos and guidebooks, socializing and training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating. The result of this community empowerment program is that farmer groups have the potential to develop floating fish pellets. Proximate analysis of floating fish pellets showed protein content of  31.6%, 6.8% fat, 4.2% reducing sugar, 4.4% crude fiber, and Ca minerals 0.3%. Tutorial videos and guidebooks for making floating fish pellets are good and suitable for use by the community. Farmers can make pellets from local raw materials independently with the percentage of material achievement being 70% of the total number of group members. The accompanying results show that the obstacles faced by fish pond farmers are weather, supporting raw materials, and marketing. The monitoring and evaluation results show that pond farmers in Dahan Rejo Village are committed to developing floating fish pellets from local raw materials as an effort to sustain the program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan konsentrasi dan jenis fortifikan (ekstrak wortel dan puree wortel) terhadap karakteristik fisik (pH dan rendemen), kimia (kadar lemak, β-karoten dan aktivitas antioksidan) dan karakteristik sensori (aroma, warna, tekstur, rasa, aftertaste, daya oles, overall)dari Chili Cream Cheese serta mengetahui karakteristik fisik, kimia dan sensori Chili Cream Cheese dengan perlakuan penambahan wortel yang terpilih. Rancangan percobaan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu kombinasi perlakuan jenis fortifikan (ekstrak dan puree wortel) denganpenambahan konsentrasinya (7%; 14% 21%). Chili Cream Cheese terpilih dari penambahan ekstrak wortel adalah dengan konsentrasi 7% dengan penilaian aroma, warna, tekstur, rasa, aftertaste, daya oles dan overall yang terbaik. Memiliki rendemen 6,36±0,380 (%b/b); pH sebesar 4,810±0,127; kadar lemak sebesar 37,45±0,231%; kadar β-karoten sebesar 201,32±4,399 µg/gram sampel dan aktivitas antioksidan sebesar 2,20±0,074 % penangkapan radikal dpph/gram sampel. Chili Cream Cheese terpilih dari penambahan puree wortel adalah dengan konsentrasi 21%. Penilaian aroma, warna dan daya oles memiliki penilaian yang terbaik, sedangkan dari segi tekstur, rasa, aftertaste dan overall memiliki penilaian terbaik kedua. Nilai rendemen dari produk tersebut didapatkan sebesar 7,19± 0,433 %; nilai pH 4,803± 0,222 ; kadar lemak 30,86± 0,210%; kadar betakaroten 244,97± 6,728 µg/gram sampel; aktivitas antioksidan 4,32±0,075 %  penangkapan radikal dpph/mg sampel.Kata Kunci : aktivitas antioksidan, β-karoten ekstrak wortel, keju krim, puree wortel
