Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the inclusive poverty management approach from a sustainable development perspective, emphasizing the importance of integrating social, economic, ecological, and spatial dimensions in policy design. Although various studies have highlighted the relationship between poverty, community resilience, and social inclusion, sectoral, non-participatory, and ahistorical approaches still dominate and fail to address the structural roots of inequality. This study uses a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which identifies and evaluates scientific publications from the Dimensions and Scopus databases during the period 2020–2025. Selection criteria include reputable, relevant publications, available in full text, and written in Indonesian or English. The results of the review show that the effectiveness of inclusive poverty management is greatly influenced by the application of the principle of intersectionality, meaningful participation of vulnerable groups, and contextual socio-ecological resilience to global crises. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of a responsive, equitable, and sustainable cross-sectoral intervention model. These findings reinforce the urgency of formulating transdisciplinary policies that bridge poverty reduction, climate resilience, and local economic revitalization within the framework of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anomali medan magnet pada Formasi Nglanggran dan Formasi Semilir di Desa Dlepih, Kecamatan Tirtomoyo, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode magnetik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi bawah permukaan bumi melalui sifat kemagnetan batuan. Data diperoleh sebanyak 56 titik pengukuran yang dilakukan pada tanggal 8 s.d. 12 Mei 2024 menggunakan alat Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan nilai medan magnet total berkisar antara 44250 nT hingga 45150 nT. Setelah dilakukan koreksi variasi harian dan koreksi IGRF, nilai anomali medan magnet diperoleh dengan rentang -250 nT hingga 900 nT. Pemisahan anomali menghasilkan nilai anomali regional antara -790.5 nT dan 1449.2 nT, serta nilai anomali residual antara -75.1 nT hingga 77.5 nT. Hasil ini menunjukkan perbedaan sifat kemagnetan antara kedua formasi, di mana Formasi Nglanggran didominasi oleh batuan beku sedangkan Formasi Semilir terdiri dari batuan sedimen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami struktur geologi bawah di kawasan tersebut.

Abstract

Perusahaan merupakan organisasi yang mempunyai berbagai tujuan baik jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Salah satu tujuan yang penting untuk dicapai adalah pencapaian laba optimum. Laba dan penetapan harga jual sangat berkaitan dengan akuntansi pada perusahaan, sehingga perlu diolah secara tepat dan teliti. CV. XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan blinds, curtain, insect screen dan wallpaper. Pada kesehariannya, perusahaan menjual tirai kepada supplier ataupun pelanggan. Namun pada praktiknya, perusahaan sering kesulitan dalam menentukan harga jual produk yang dipasarkan dikarenakan seringkali produk yang dijual terlalu murah sehingga tidak dapat menutupi biaya operasional. Selain itu tidak adanya pengelolaan akuntansi yang baik pada perusahaan membuat perusahaan seringkali salah dalam mengelola keuangan mereka. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi akuntansi dengan penerapan metode Cost Of Good Solds (COGS) dalam membantu penentuan harga jual produk perusahaan.

Abstract

This study presented a diachronic analysis of the morphological development of Pontianak City as a waterfront city. The diachronic time frame is based on several old maps, including those made in 1846, 1898, 1942, 1980, and 2020. The objective of this study was to determine the direction and patterns of waterfront city development in terms of road network patterns. Space syntax method was selected because this method analyzes urban morphology through a configuration model and produces spatial patterns in relation to the social character of the residents in the city. Integration analysis was performed to convey the tendency and probability of the next direction of development. The results showed that the direction of the development orientation of Pontianak City underwent some changes over periods, starting from river-oriented to land-oriented due to the construction of ditches and bridges. In fact, the development patterns of Pontianak City caused some urban problems, namely North Pontianak (Area C) became left behind and segregated from the city centre (Area A). Space syntax can predict the development of Pontianak City based on the socio-economic conditions of the community. However, political conditions and policies are unpredictable yet able to change the direction of the city’s development to be guided.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi manajerial guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Tambusai Utara, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu melalui fasilitasi dan pendampingan Program Magister Manajemen (MM) di Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia (IBTPI). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan akses terhadap pendidikan lanjut, rendahnya kompetensi manajerial sekolah, serta minimnya pemahaman guru terhadap manajemen pendidikan modern. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi program, pendampingan akademik, workshop manajemen pendidikan, serta evaluasi capaian pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap fungsi-fungsi manajemen, perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis kinerja, serta motivasi untuk melanjutkan studi pada jenjang magister. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan menengah pertama di wilayah Tambusai Utara secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di area jalur sesar lokal menggunakan metode geomagnetik di Dusun Bengle, Desa Dlepih, Kecamatan Tirtomoyo, Wonogiri. Wilayah ini merupakan salah satu kawasan yang terletak dekat jalur sesar yang ditandai dengan litologi batu pasir dan fitur geologi yang kompleks, dengan variasi komposisi mineral dan stratigrafi yang dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis sesar lokal di daerah penelitian. Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan 43 titik data, prosedur pengolahan data melibatkan beberapa penyesuaian terhadap total medan magnet akibat variasi selama pengumpulan data lapangan. Hasil pemodelan 2D mengungkapkan keberadaan jalur sesar yang teridentifikasi pada litologi batu pasir, dengan nilai suseptibilitas sebesar 0,3 x 10-3. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan adanya variasi jalur sesar dibandingkan dengan peta geologi sebelumnya, dengan orientasi N 107° S. Hasil identifikasi jalur sesar dalam visualisasi 3D menunjukkan struktur geologi yang diidentifikasi sebagai sesar normal, dengan sisi barat daya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sisi timur laut. Kata Kunci: Metode Magnetik, Anomali Medan Magnet, Suseptibilitas, Sesar Lokal, Bengle Abstract The research was conducted on the local fault line area using the geomagnetic method in Bengle Hamlet, Dlepih Village, Tirtomoyo, Wonogiri. This area is located near a fault line characterized by sandstone lithology and complex geological features, with variations in mineral composition and stratigraphy that may affect soil stability. This study aimed to identify the types of local faults in the study area. The Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) was used to collect 43 data points. The data processing procedure was involved several adjustments to the total magnetic field due to variations during field data collection. The findings of 2D modeling revealed the presence of recognized fault pathways in sandstone lithology, with a susceptibility value of 0.3 x 10-3. The modeling findings suggest a variation in the fault path compared to the previous geological map, with an orientation of N 107o S. The results of fault path identification in the 3D visualization show the geological structures identified as normal faults with the southwest side higher than the northeast side. Abstract

This study explores how students internalize multicultural values through history education in a diverse school context. Conducted at SMAS Tunas Markatin Jakarta, the research examines students’ understanding of tolerance, empathy, and cooperation within a learning environment that mirrors Indonesia’s plural society. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving 20 students and three history teachers. The findings show that students at SMAS Tunas Markatin Jakarta have begun to internalize multicultural values through daily interactions that reflect respect, cooperation, and empathy. Their tolerance is evident in behaviors such as honoring peers’ religious practices and collaborating across ethnic and religious lines. Acts of mutual support during moments of personal difficulty further illustrate emerging social empathy. However, students’ understanding of multiculturalism remains mostly behavioral and has not yet developed into deeper reflective awareness. The school’s heterogeneous composition provides authentic opportunities for cross-cultural engagement that strengthen the internalization of values. History lessons emphasizing national unity help reinforce students’ appreciation of Indonesia’s plural identity. However, reliance on memorization and teachers' limited ability to connect historical content with contemporary diversity issues constrain deeper learning. Additionally, the absence of inclusive learning materials and school practices that favor the majority continues to pose significant challenges.

Abstract

The development of fortified goat milk offers a promising approach to addressing nutritional deficiencies while creating value-added opportunities in the dairy sector, particularly in rural and peri-urban communities. Despite its potential, many fortified goats milk initiatives remain small-scale due to limited entrepreneurial capacity, weak market integration, and low adoption of digital financial systems. This study aims to examine educational strategies that integrate fortified goat milk development with digital financial ecosystems to enhance enterprise sustainability and scalability. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative interviews and focus group discussions with quantitative survey analysis involving educators, students, dairy producers, and digital finance practitioners. The findings reveal that conventional education emphasizes technical production skills while neglecting financial literacy and digital finance competencies. Integrated educational strategies significantly improve digital banking adoption, financial management practices, and access to microfinancing, which in turn mediate improvements in business performance. The study contributes a novel interdisciplinary framework that links nutrition innovation education with digital finance literacy, offering practical insights for educators, policymakers, and development agencies seeking to strengthen fortified dairy value chains and promote inclusive, digitally enabled agro-entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The Batang Arau Road Corridor in the Old Town area of Padang, West Sumatra, holds significant historical, ecological, and social value. It is currently facing numerous urban pressures, including tidal flooding and a decline in the quality of green open spaces (green open space). As an area primarily used as a promenade or leisure walkway, it clearly still faces significant deficiencies in pedestrian comfort. This study analyzes the quality of GOS in the corridor through a mixed approach combining field observations, indicator-based quality assessments, and comfort measurements. The results indicate an uneven quality of GOS as part of urban ecology, with strengths in the potential of river landscapes, heritage elements, and pedestrian paths, but weaknesses in vegetation continuity, species diversity, protection from heat and rain, inclusive access, and waste management and plant maintenance. The study recommends low-cost tactical interventions, including the provision of street furniture such as pergolas, pocket parks, and rain gardens, the restructuring of road elements, the strengthening of riparian vegetation, and a community-based collaborative governance model to sustainably improve the quality of GOS. As a riverbank area, it can also strengthen resilience to unpredictable flooding, thereby preserving the area's heritage value.
