Abstract

Introduction: : Legal counseling on child protection at SMP Negeri 41 Bandar Lampung is an effort to increase the understanding and awareness of students, teachers and parents regarding the importance of protecting children's rights and welfare in the context of education. The counseling covered various aspects, including children's basic rights, violence prevention, safe use of technology, and concrete actions in reporting and responding to situations that threaten children's safety. The counseling began by discussing children's basic rights in accordance with national and international law. Students are given an in-depth understanding of the right to life, education, and protection from various forms of exploitation and violence.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this service activity is to provide increased awareness and understanding of legal protection of children in the environment of SMP Negeri 41 Bandar Lampung. Method of Devotion: The method used in the implementation of activities in the village of SMP Negeri 41 Bandar Lampung, Panjang Subdistrict is in the form of providing material with the speaker explaining all the material in front of the students.Results of the Devotion: Basically, the students of SMP Negeri 41 Bandar Lampung have more or less understood the legal protection of children. This can be seen by the large number of participation and enthusiasm of the students of SMP Negeri 41 Bandar Lampung who asked questions and participated in discussions in the legal counseling. Students have the opportunity to know how legal protection a child has, including the implementation of legal protection of children that occurs at school.

Abstract

The Community Service Program was carried out in Wonorejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo. The program implementer is a Community Service team and students participating in MMD 1000 Villages in 2023 funded by MMD 1000 Villages Grant Universitas Brawijaya. The target recipients of the program are members of the Soponyono Kendal farmers group that produces organic fertilizer and the purpose of the program was to aid facilities and training for effective organic fertilizers processing acivities. The methods used are Focus Group Discussion, hybrid extension, providing modules, providing production advice, and assistance in making NIB/BIN (Business Identification Number) as legalization of business production. The result is that the program has succeeded in achieving the planned output target. Moreover, this activity is also able to involve the village government and BABINSA (Bintara Pembina Desa/Village Development Officer).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan perbankan syariah yang cukup pesat maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja bank syariah menggunakan nilai-niai Islam sebagai dasarnya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja bank syariah adalah metode Islamicity Performance Index (IPI). Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisis kinerja Bank BCA Syariah apakah sudah memenuhi standar kinerja menurut standar syariah IPI. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif komparatif dengan menganalisis kinerja keuangan Bank BCA Syariah. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rasio dari profit sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio, equitable distribution ratio, directors employees welfare ratio dan Islamic income vs non Islamic income ratio dari Bank BCA Syariah tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Bank BCA Syariah belum memenuhi semua standar syariah. Dari delapan rasio IPI yang digunakan, hanya tiga rasio yang konsisten memenuhi kriteria syariah selama lima tahun berturut-turut yaitu Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Income vs Non Islamic Income ratio dan Equitable Distribution Rasio pada komponen Employees Expense. Sedangkan empat rasio yang lain tidak memenuhi kriteria syariah dari IPI dan satu rasio tidak konsisten memenuhi kriteria IPI.

Abstract

Sidomulyo Hamlet, Sumberwaru Village, which serves as buffer zones of Baluran National Park, has 2,220 beef cattle as a potential economical source. At the same time, the beef cattle farming business's potential threatens Baluran National Park's existence due to being grazed illegally. The condition urges an efficient strategy so cattle farming can develop without disturbing the conservation zone of the national park. The study's objective was to find out the characteristics of beef cattle farmers in Sidomulyo Hamlet and to determine a strategy to improve beef cattle farming efficiency in Sidomulyo. The research was conducted in Sidomulyo Hamlet, Sumberwaru Village, from 1st June to 18th July 2022. The research method used a descriptive quantitative method with a SWOT analysis. The respondents were 72 cattle farmers. The research results showed that most of the cattle farmers in Sidomulyo are male, aged between 41-50 years old; the education level is mostly Elementary School, 11-20 years of cattle farming experience, and livestock ownership scale under 4 Animal Unit (AU). Increasing cattle farming efficiency is an SO strategy that supports aggressive growth: 1) Optimizing land use by planting forage. 2) Optimization of farmers' potencies and the availability of resources. 3) Cooperate with government and academicians to increase farmers’ knowledge and skill. 4) Application of feed processing and livestock manure technology.

Abstract

Wilayah timur kota Sidoarjo merupakan wilayah kota yang secara geografis memiliki wilayah pesisir dan pertambakan. Disini memiliki banyak jenis ragam makanan khas hasil laut yang cukup memancing pengunjung. Dengan adanya Perencanaan dan Perancangan Area Wisata Pemancingan dan Sentra Kuliner Hasil Laut di Tambak Cemandi ini di harapkan dapat menjadi tempat wisata yang berperan untuk menjaga serta budaya penghobi memancing dan pecinta kuliner masakan olahan hasil laut di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan tema Arsitektur Simbolis. Metode yang di gunakan dalam perencanaan ini yaitu Deskriptif. Fasilitas yang di sediakan, yaitu Fasilitas Gedung utama berupa aula, area sentra kuliner, penjualan kerajinan kekerangan, ruang pameran kerajinan kekerangan, Fasilitas Penunjang berupa lobby, area pemancingan, droping area, loading dock, ruang informasi. Fasilitas Gedung Pengelola, Fasilitas Servis, Fasilitas Parkir Kendaraan, Fasilitas Retail Cafe.Penerapan tema Arsitektur simbolis pada perencanaan ini yaitu mengimplementasikan unsur sektor wisata pemancingan dan sentra kuliner hasil laut. Dengan penerapan mikro konsep pada bentuk yang representatif, penerapan berupa permainan atap seperti gelombang air dan fasad bangunan menyerupai cangkang kerang,mikro konsep pada ruang yang fungsional berupa desain ruang sesuai aktifitas pengunjung, dan mikro konsep pada tatanan lahan yang Adaptif berupa penyesuaian terhadap aktifitas pengunjung.

Abstract

To be successful in the competitive market for sacrificial animals, with its short selling season and numerous sellers, prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential. This study was conducted in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

Abstract

Cultivation ability is determined by how farmers perceive their business, if they have a good perception, the management provided will also be better. When the research starts from July 2021 to February 2022, the informant selection technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive selection of informants logic. Determination of key informants is done by taking informants from 4 Hamlets, the data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman Model. Breeders have a positive perception of the smoked salted egg program, a positive perception evidenced by the components and the perception process. Information taken is smoked salted egg center, smoked salted egg processing, and marketing. Farmers argue that this program can advance the village, farmers cannot retrieve information on organic feed.

Abstract

ASEAN is a regional organization for Southeast Asia that was established on 8 August 1967 by five ASEAN countries at the time, namely Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Today, ASEAN has eleven members with Timor Leste as the youngest member. Like any other international organization, ASEAN has its own decision-making system. The decision-making system in ASEAN before the Charter was only consultation and consensus. That is, decision making based on the agreement of all members and can only be decided if no one refuses, this refers to the Bangkok Declaration. Meanwhile, after the establishment of the 2007 ASEAN Charter, there is a new decision-making system, namely ASEAN Minus-X. A decision-making system that does not rely on the approval of all its members, so that a policy can be decided even if only approved by a few members. This decision-making system can only be done in the economic field. From these two decision-making systems, there are several challenges that exist so that new ideas emerge to reformulate the decision-making system in ASEAN, which is considered relevant to the times and can accommodate all the interests of ASEAN members.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an essential concept that should be taught and practiced by the students in Islamic senior high schools (Madrasah Aliyah), particularly in the context of an increasingly diverse society. Religious moderation emphasizes on balance, moderation, tolerance and respect for differences, both in terms of beliefs and religious practices. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ English short story writing skills which is integrated with religious moderation values. The mentorship program was conducted at MAN 2 Pamekasan and enrolled 25 students as participants. The program was carried out by applying Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) as a community service approach which consists of discovery, dream, define, design, and destiny. The activities were internalizing the religious moderation values to the students and practicing to write English short stories guided by facilitators. The result of the present community service shows that the students are gaining a better understanding of religious moderation, demonstrating improved writing skills, and being able to reflect the values of religious moderation in their short stories. The result suggested that combining creative writing with religious moderation value-based education can foster both linguistics competence and character development. Therefore, it contributes to a more harmonious school environment.[Moderasi beragama merupakan konsep penting yang harus diajarkan dan dipraktikkan oleh siswa di Madrasah Aliyah, terutama dalam konteks masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Moderasi beragama menekankan keseimbangan, toleransi, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, baik dalam hal keyakinan maupun praktik keagamaan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerpen berbahasa Inggris siswa yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Program pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di MAN 2 Pamekasan dengan melibatkan 25 siswa sebagai peserta. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dalam pengabdian masyarakat yang terdiri dari tahap discovery, dream, define, design, dan destiny. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama kepada siswa serta pelatihan menulis cerpen berbahasa Inggris yang dibimbing oleh para fasilitator sekaligus pengabdi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa para siswa memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang moderasi beragama, menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan menulis, dan mampu merefleksikan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam cerpen mereka. Hasil pengabdian Masyarakat ini merekomendasikan bahwa menggabungkan penulisan kreatif dengan pendidikan berbasis nilai moderasi beragama dapat meningkatkan kompetensi linguistik sekaligus pengembangan karakter. Dengan demikian, hal ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih harmonis.]
