Abstract

In 2020, the massive spread of Covid-19 led to several new policies. To diminish the spread of Covid-19, the Indonesian government made a strict policy, namely a social distancing policy. The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia publishes an education policy. One of the policies is that the teaching and learning process must be done at home with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main of the study was to present a literature review of the psychological impact of e-learning on teachers. Researchers observed and examined sixteen articles relating to the psychological effects of e-learning on teachers. The type of study method used in this research is library research. The results showed that due to the many kinds of online learning platforms and many factors that influence online learning success, teachers experience some difficulties and challenges in conducting online learning. The problems and challenges faced by teachers have a psychological impact on teachers. Teachers experience stress, anxiety, frustration, insecurity, and depression. In conclusion, many teachers experience stress, anxiety, frustration, insecurity, and depression as a psychological impact of e-learning. Researchers hope that the results of this study can be used as an information and a reference for researchers for further research

Abstract

Lombok Island is an island located in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara, the island of Lombok is one of the tourist destinations that attracts tourists who are famous for their natural beauty and culture. One of the cultural heritages on the island of Lombok is the woven cloth craft, which is one of the indigenous crafts on the island of Lombok, but the forum for promotion and marketing still does not represent the culture of the Sasak tribe and the surrounding environment, such as the lack of use of ornamentation, characteristics and others that related to the Sasan tribe and the surrounding environment, with the facts that have been discussed, research is carried out using qualitative descriptive methods, to increase production and marketing with the flow, namely, conducting studies from various sources related to the culture of the Sasak tribe, the surrounding environment, and tribal songket woven fabrics. sasak, studies related to space, such as space requirements to accommodate the production and marketing of woven fabrics, and what space will be needed to become a supporting forum for increasing the production and marketing of sasak woven fabrics, and conducting field studies in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok, and the village of sa de, Central Lombok, to study the space related to the production, promotion and marketing processes. The results of this design relate to three mutually sustainable spaces, namely, production space, gallery space, and retail space. The three spaces are able to become wheels to support the improvement of production and marketing processes, with a “representative” design theme. Each room certainly has a different function and spatial arrangement, but with the application of the concept of a representative space, the design object is able to indirectly give the impression of the same space in order to increase production and marketing, such as the use of songket woven fabric motifs as ornamentation in the space, the use of object images in the room. motifs of woven fabrics as furniture for the room, and the use of other things related to the culture of the Sasak tribe, such as musical instruments, space-forming materials, and carvings typical of the Sasak tribe.

Abstract

Abstract The risk of preeclampsia labor threatens the safety of the mother and fetus. Proper handling is needed to reduce the risk of this incident. Referral preeclampsia patients did not receive full dose of MgSO4 in the treatment at the first health facility. This causes complications to become a severe condition that is accompanied by seizures at any time and increases the risk of maternal or fetal death. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk of giving a full dose of MgSO4 as an initial full dose of preeclampsia patients in caesarean section delivery. The research design is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach, with a population of 100 mothers of preeclampsia patients who gave birth to Sectio Caesaria and not Sectio Caesaria, sampling using saturated sampling with a total sample of 100 preeclampsia patients who met the inclusion criteria. The research instrument used the patient's medical records, then the data were analyzed using the Chi square test for the one-sided hypothesis and to find out the risk (Odds Ratio) of exposure to the case at a 95% confidence level using a 2x2 table showing the risk of SC in PE patients who were given MgSO4 not full dose is greater than PE patients who are given full dose of MgSO4. Keywords: Full dose Initial MgSO4 Administration, Sectio Caesaria

Abstract

Abstract. Mojoroto Village, Kediri City has great potential in the field of herbal plant development, namely by utilizing the yard of the house but has not optimized the existing arrangement. Planning and designing a herbal plant preservation center in Mojoroto, Kediri City, is a special land to accommodate various types of herbal plants so that the wider community can get to know and learn how to cultivate, and research well and correctly. The research method in this design is using qualitative methods. While secondary data include literature studies. Heinz Frick's theory with the theme of Environmentally Friendly Architecture is applied to aspects of land order, form and space that include harmony between humans and nature. The selection of environmentally sound architectural themes has an attachment to the surrounding nature. With the concept of macro nature and the concept of micro, directed land flow is applied in the form off a sequential arrangement of space with one another according to its activities. Keywords: Eco-Friendly Architecture, Kediri City, Preservation, Herbal Plants

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) integration in academic writing has gained significant attention due to its potential impact on authorship, the natural character of academic works, and ethical considerations. This Study aims to assess the faculty members' perceptions on their current usage of AI in academic writing and explore its future implications. The research involved an online survey administered to 68 faculty members responding to closed and open-ended questions. The study revealed faculty members' perceptions of AI integration in academic writing and its implications for authorship and the authenticity of academic work. Findings reveal widespread adoption of AI tools among faculty members, offering efficiency, productivity, and accuracy benefits in areas like grammar checks, reference management, writing assistance, and plagiarism detection. However, concerns arise over authorship preservation and maintaining academic work's unique character, emphasizing the need for clear guidelines. Ethical considerations and best practices are also highlighted to use AI while safeguarding academic integrity effectively. These insights extend to educators, policy makers, and researchers, offering a comprehensive view of AI's current role in academic writing and guiding ethical discussions and best practices. Ultimately, this research enhances teaching and learning practices in Indonesian higher education institutions through responsible AI integration.
