Abstract

Developing the competence of school administrative staff is one of the essentials in the digitalization era, therefore schools need to improve the knowledge and skills of school administrative staff through training and career development to meet the needs and keep up with the times so that they can create quality schools. The purpose of this study is to solve problems related to school administrative staff who are still stuttering about technology in the digitalization era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique used in this study is Literature Study by reviewing previous studies through articles or journals. The results of this study are that developing the competence of administrative staff in keeping up with the development of digitalization can be done through consistent training and career development.

Abstract

Abstract : The development of information technology greatly influences current archive management. Archives can be stored in physical and digital form. Digital archives are a search process that can be done quickly. Application support really determines the effectiveness of the archives digitization process. The process of digitizing archives is not only about saving them as files (e.g. PDF), but also about storing, processing and searching with applications. With the archive application, the storage, search and other processes are carried out with the help of the application. One application that can be used is The-PSA, which is a web-based archiving application using phypard which is used by school administration employees to facilitate the process of managing the correspondence and archives system. The The-PSA (Letter and Archives Management) correspondence system functions to increase the security of archives and archives. Important and confidential school documents can be kept more secure and can make it easier for employees to record outgoing and incoming letters so that they are more effective and efficient.Abstrak : Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi pengelolaan arsip saat ini. Arsip dapat disimpan dalam bentuk fisik dan digital. Arsip digital merupakan suatu proses pencarian yang dapat dilakukan dengan cepat. Dukungan aplikasi sangat menentukan efektivitas proses digitalisasi kearsipan. Proses digitalisasi arsip tidak hanya tentang menyimpannya sebagai file (misalnya PDF), tetapi juga tentang menyimpan, memproses, dan mencari dengan aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi arsip maka proses penyimpanan, pencarian dan proses lainnya dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan yaitu The-PSA merupakan aplikasi kearsipan berbasis web dengan menggunakan phypard yang di digunakan pegawai tata usaha sekolah untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan sistem persuratan dan kearsipan Sistem persuratan The-PSA (Pengelolaan Surat dan Arsip) berfungsi untuk meningkatkan keamanan arsip dan dokumen penting dan rahasia sekolah dapat dijaga keamananya dengan lebih baik serta dapat memudahkan pegawai untuk mendata surat keluar dan masuk sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The aims of research are: (1) knowing teacher self-efficacy; (2) knowing teacher creativity; (3) knowing the application of teacher learning innovations; (4) knowing the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the application of teacher learning innovations; (5) knowing the relationship between creativity and the application of teacher learning innovations; (6) knowing the relationship between self-effiacy and creativity with the application of teacher learning innovations in public high schools in Malang City. The research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. Sampling technique using propotional random sampling technique was used for each school with a total sample size of 167 certified teachers (Civil Servants). The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 20. The results of the study are (1) the self-efficacy variable is in the very high category; (2) the creativity variable is in the high category; (3) the variable application of teacher learning innovation is in the high category; (4) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the application of teacher learning innovation; (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and the application of teacher learning innovation; and (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and creativity with the application of teacher learning innovation in public high schools in Malang City. Abstract

Make Learning Fun is a strategy for kampus mengajar students' classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Kampus Mengajar program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. In this study, researchers used NVivo 12 Pro software to code data from the results of data collection of interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by kampus mengajar students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but also create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. The findings of this study can be described as follows: (1) Student Strategies in Classroom Management; (2) Student Implementation of Classroom Management; and (3) Make Learning Fun as a Student Strategy in Classroom Management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen Program Zikir Bersama Kekasih dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Mojokerto. Mengingat tantangan krisis moral yang dihadapi generasi muda saat ini, program ini diharapkan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai positif seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Program Zikir Bersama Lover telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual siswa, yang terlihat dari keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan zikir dan perubahan perilaku positif yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual; (2) Struktur organisasi pelaksanaan program telah diidentifikasi, meskipun wewenang dan tugas disampaikan secara lisan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya upaya untuk mengatur program secara sistematis, yang perlu didokumentasikan secara formal untuk kejelasan; (3) Partisipasi aktif siswa dan guru selama pelaksanaan program terlihat jelas, dimana siswa secara rutin mengikuti zikir bersama dan guru berperan dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung; (4) Program dilengkapi dengan mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk kepala sekolah dan guru, dengan indikator evaluasi meliputi perubahan perilaku dan kedisiplinan siswa; dan (5) Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya motivasi siswa dan masalah koordinasi antar pihak, antara lain: peningkatan komunikasi dan pemberian motivasi melalui penghargaan untuk menjaga semangat siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang terdapat tiga variabel yaitu budaya organisasi, tanggung jawab peserta didik, dan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5). Tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hubungan budaya organisasi dan tanggung jawab peserta didik terhadap implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP se-Kecamatan Turen. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket kertas yang melibatkan tahap pengukuran dan analisis data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 8 dari 14 SMP se-Kecamatan Turen. Pemilihan anggota sampel sejumlah 355 peserta didik menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang terdiri dari 59 butir pernyataan. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows Version 26.0 dan Microsoft Excel

Abstract

The Make Learning Fun is a program for teaching campus students classroom management that focuses on creating an interesting and interactive learning environment for students. This approach aims to prevent boredom in the learning process so that students are expected to be more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. This study examines classroom management strategies implemented by students who are members of the Teaching Campus program at SDN 4 Bedahan Depok. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The findings of this study show that the implementation of strategies in classroom management through the Make Learning Fun program was the first time created by teaching campus students at SDN Bedahan 4 Depok. Students are able to think innovatively in classroom management by making the learning process not only transfer knowledge but are able to create a fun, interesting, interactive learning atmosphere according to the needs of students without eliminating aspects of learning objectives. The findings of this study can be described as follows: (1) Student Approach to Classroom Management; (2) Kampus Mengajar Students’ Manage Classrooms Effectively; and (3) Students' Make Learning Fun Program in Classroom Management

Abstract

The improvement of skills relevant to the 21st century focuses on students' ability to explore the surrounding environment. For this it is necessary to train students' problem-solving skills from the natural environment as well as human behavior in public life that require contributions in their achievements. The aim of the study was to determine the contribution of digital literacy and learning interaction between students to IPAS (IPA and IPS) problem-solving skills of 4th grade primary school students in Waru Sidoarjo District. The research uses a quantitative approach of survey methods. The primary data used was obtained directly from the field. Data source 181 respondents across five sampled schools after reduction. The result was that both free variables contributed positively and significantly to the IPAS problem-solving skills of grade IV elementary students. The standard values of the coefficients in each variable showed different values, namely digital literacy of 0.187, while the learning interaction between students was 0.177. The results showed that the digital literacy variable was the more dominant variable

Abstract

This study will analyse how parenting programs improve pre-literacy and numeracy skills in early childhood. This study uses a case study approach, where interviews, observations and documentation are used as media for data collection. Data are analysed in stages, from data display, data reduction, and concluding with conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that parenting programs in improving pre-literacy and numeracy skills in early childhood are carried out through providing stimulation through daily activities, building a supportive learning environment, an individualised approach in learning, and increasing family involvement in children's education. This study offers implications for the importance of parenting programs in pre-literacy and numeracy skills in early childhood through daily stimulation, a supportive learning environment, an individualised approach, and family involvement. These findings provide insight into developing more structured and relevant parenting programs to support optimal child development at home and school.

Abstract

Masa transisi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan fase krusial yang memengaruhi perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan kognitif anak. Namun, proses ini sering menjadi tantangan bagi anak, orang tua, dan guru akibat perbedaan metode pembelajaran serta lingkungan belajar yang lebih terstuktur. Penelitian ini (1) Mendeskripsikan strategi inovasi yang diterapkan TK Muslimat NU 1 Tupang dalam kebijakan transisi pendidikan anak usia dini, (2) Mengidentifikasi strategi yang diterapkan sekolah dalam menciptakan proses transisi yang ramah anak, (3) Mengeksplorasi peran guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah dalam mendukung adaptasi anak selama transisi, dan (4) Memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi lembaga PAUD dan SD dalam mengembangkan kebijakan transisi berbasis pengalaman anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan terdiri dari 10 guru, kepala sekolah, dan 2 wali murid. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta dokumentasi sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis melalui seleksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kredibilitas data diuji dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan penelitian, triangulasi, diskusi sejawat, analisis kasus negatif, dan referensi tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga strategi utama dalam kebijakan transisi di TK Muslimat NU 1 Tumpang: (1) Skrining awal, mencakup pemeriksaan kesehatan serta deteksi dini perkembangan bahasa, kognitif, sosial-emosional, fisik motorik, dan nilai agama-moral anak, (2) Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS), dengan pendekatan edukatif yang menyenangkan, dan (3) Program parenting, yang memperkuat sinergi antara sekolah dan keluarga. Strategi ini efektif dalam memfasilitasi adaptasi anak, mengurangi kecemasan, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga PAUD lainnya dalam merancang kebijakan transisi yang lebih baik.
