Abstract

This research aim to principal"™s strategy in estabilishing school and community relationship  by school"™s activity. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach.  The research was conducted in  Junior High School  An  Nur Bululawang. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. To obtain the validity of the data obtained by using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are that there are strategic steps taken by the school principal to increase community participation, namely 1) there are several activities that involve the community, (2) several results were found from community participation, not only from the increasing number of prospective new students but also from the assistance from the community in the form of materials or energy to support the activities carried out at the school

Abstract

Adapun yang menjadi tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengindentifikasi implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka serta mengevaluasi kinerja guru terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif disertai metode deskriptif. Sehingga peneliti bersikap menjadi instrumen utama dalam memperoleh data-data yang terkait bagaimana implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru pada kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Untuk hasil penelitian yaitu kepemimpinan pembelajaran mempunyai tugas yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada kurikulum merdeka. Melalui kepemimpinan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan mutu profesionalisme kinerja guru. Implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran lebih memfokuskan berbagai komponen pada pembelajaran yaitu mengembangkan sistem, struktur dan kurikulum, penilaian hasil belajar, dan penilaian mengembangkan keterampilan guru, kultur pembelajaran, metode dan media pembelajaran serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.

Abstract

Banyaknya beban kerja yang dirasakan guru PAUD untuk menyusun kurikulum, menyusun modul ajar, laporan dan mengevaluasi anak, terkadang membuat guru jenuh dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Guru memerlukan strategi mindfulness teaching untuk mempertahankan kompetensi profesionalismenya. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai cara mempertahankan kompetensi profesionalisme guru PAUD menggunakan strategi inovatif mindfulness teaching. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur atau kajian pustaka yang diperoleh dari artikel yang sudah terpublikasi. Hasil dari studi literatur yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi inovatif mindfulness teaching dapat mempertahankan kompetensi profesionalisme pada guru PAUD, karena melalui strategi inovatif mindfulness teaching ini guru dapat mengontrol rasa emosionalnya, fokus, bijaksana dalam menghadapi tantangan atau kondisi di kelas, serta menunjung tinggi kunci utama profesionalisme guru.

Abstract

The study aims to provide insights into the principal's role in transforming Vocational High School (VHS) management into a Regional Public Service Agency (RPSA) using digital tools. The study was conducted at SMKN 1 Banjarmasin, one of the VHS-RPSAs in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Province, as a descriptive qualitative research. The data was collected through interviews and document analysis. It was analyzed using qualitative techniques like data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification assisted by NVivo. The study revealed that the principal transformed VHS management into RPSA using digital tools like video conferencing, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms for improved efficiency, transparency, and quality of educational services. It positively impacted VHS management, offering practical guidance for navigating the challenges of a digitalized education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja guru tidak tetap pada lembaga PAUD dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi penelitian-penelitian yang relevan dalam rentang tahun 2021-2025 dengan menggunakan database Google Scholar melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish. Dari 200 artikel yang ditemukan, dilakukan seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi hingga diperoleh lima artikel yang sesuai untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru honorer PAUD dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu kesejahteraan subjektif, resiliensi, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, serta dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan rekan kerja. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan berupa gaji rendah, ketidakjelasan jenjang karir, dan beban kerja yang tinggi, guru honorer tetap bertahan karena adanya motivasi intrinsik, persepsi positif terhadap profesi, serta dorongan sosial dan spiritual. Selain itu, pekerjaan sampingan juga menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan guru honorer untuk menopang kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan kebijakan dalam aspek kompensasi, pengembangan karir, serta lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif guna meningkatkan motivasi dan kesejahteraan guru honorer PAUD.

Abstract

School climate is one of the factors that can influence teacher performance in carrying out their duties, because a conducive school climate has a positive influence on teachers in carrying out their duties. A good school climate will have a positive impact on teachers' teaching performance in learning at State High Schools in Manggala Regency. The research objectives were to find out (1) a description of the school climate in State High Schools in Manggala District; (2) description of the performance of State High School teachers in Manggala District; and (3) does the school climate influence the performance of State High School teachers in Manggala Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and then processing it using the SPSS application, so this research is quantitative research. The population was 217 people, 140 people were used for sampling using the random sampling method. The research results show that (1) the description of the school climate is in the good category; (2) the description of teacher performance is in the good category; and (3) partially the school climate has a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has accelerated digital transformation in education, compelling teachers to integrate technology into their teaching practices. This study aims to analyze the impact of educational leadership on teachers’ AI integration through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with meta-analysis. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database using the keywords “Educational Leadership”, “Teachers’ AI Integration”, and “Digital Transformation”. The selection process followed the PRISMA protocol and yielded six studies that met the inclusion criteria. Analysis was conducted using a random-effects model with RStudio software. The meta-analysis revealed that educational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ AI integration, with a pooled effect size of r = 0.44 (95% CI [0.37–0.51]), which falls into the medium category. The heterogeneity test resulted in I² = 71.8% (p = 0.0033), indicating substantial variability across studies, likely influenced by institutional contexts, respondent characteristics, and leadership models examined. The funnel plot analysis indicated a moderate publication bias, although the overall relationship remained consistently positive. The findings underscore that transformational and digital leadership are key factors in fostering teachers’ readiness to adopt AI and in accelerating digital transformation in education. This study contributes to the leadership literature by positioning AI integration as a new indicator of leadership effectiveness in the 21st century, while also providing practical implications for policymakers and educational leaders in designing technology-driven school transformation strategies.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam mengembangkan potensi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan mahasiswa secara menyeluruh. Namun, mahasiswa kerap menghadapi tantangan psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, dan tekanan akademik akibat tuntutan lingkungan baru serta ekspektasi tinggi, yang berdampak pada penurunan kesejahteraan subjektif dan kesehatan mental. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi bentuk dukungan institusional perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan subjective well-being mahasiswa, menganalisis dampak dan implikasinya terhadap manajemen pendidikan tinggi. Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan dengan panduan metode PRISMA, menelaah artikel dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan institusional pendidikan tinggi mencakup layanan kesehatan mental holistik, pemanfaatan teknologi, pengembangan lingkungan kampus yang mendukung, pendidikan karakter dan emosi positif, integrasi kesejahteraan dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran, dukungan sosial dan komunitas kampus serta kebijakan akademik yang fleksibel. Dukungan ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesehatan mental, keterlibatan sosial, akses layanan, kapasitas personal serta penurunan hambatan budaya dalam mencari bantuan. Temuan ini penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan kampus yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan mahasiswa secara berkelanjutan melalui integrasi layanan kesehatan, pengembangan platform digital kesejahteran, desain kampus ramah kesejahteraan, reformasi kurikulum, penguatan komunitas kampus dan dukungan sosial sebaya.

Abstract

The issue of school wellbeing at the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level is the main focus in the discussion on educational leadership and strengthening cultural values, especially in the midst of social dynamics and changes in the national curriculum. This article aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership and cultural literacy in efforts to improve school welfare at the PAUD level. The hypothesis proposed states that the integration of transformational leadership and cultural literacy makes a positive contribution to the creation of a prosperous school environment. This research applies a qualitative approach with a case study design carried out at PAUD IT Insan Madani, Madiun Regency. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of nine informants who were selected purposively. The results of the study show that transformational leadership is able to create a work climate that supports teacher collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, while cultural literacy instills the values of local wisdom in the children's learning process. The synergy between the two strengthens the school's identity and forms sustainable welfare. This article contributes to the development of culture-based leadership models in early childhood education as a strategic approach in creating a healthy, adaptive, and meaningful educational ecosystem. These findings are important as a foothold in designing policies and leadership practices that are responsive to the local context and emotional needs of school residents

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and describe the application of the STEAM learning method in fostering critical thinking skills in early childhood education. This type of research is qualitative research with the aim of analyzing the implementation of the STEAM learning method on thinking abilities in early childhood. This research is needed so that educators can implement the STEAM learning method for the thinking abilities of young children. The subjects in this research were 10 students of Kindergarten B RA Bina Insani Al-Ma'ruf in Nglaban hamlet, Maron village, Banyakan district. This research uses observation data collection, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research resulted that the implementation of STEAM learning at RA Bina Insani Al-Ma'ruf was carried out in every children's play activity. This learning involves several aspects of child development that are integrated and fun for children. In STEAM learning activities, the teacher acts as a facilitator and motivator according to the plans that have been prepared.
