Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational climate and organizational culture on teacher performance. This research uses a Quantitative approach. The research subjects were teachers at the State Junior High School in Batu City. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study were all teachers at the State Junior High School in Batu City. While the sample in this study amounted to 302 respondents using saturated samples. There are four tests in this study, namely descriptive analysis test, data validity and reliability test, prerequisite analysis test, and the last data hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, there is an organizational climate Path coefficient value of 0.119, meaning that the organizational climate has a direct influence on teacher performance. Then the organizational culture Path coefficient value of 0.436 means that the organizational climate directly contributes to the influence on teacher performance. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational climate and culture affect teacher performance. The better the climate and organizational culture in the Batu City State Junior High School, the more teacher performance will also increase.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik kepemimpinankepala sekolah dasar dalam latar budaya masyarakat Pendalungan, (2) mendeskripsikannilainilaiyang diterapkan oleh sekolah dalam budaya masyarakat Pendalungan, (3) menemukenalimodel peningkatan profesionalisme guru yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dasar dalam latarbudaya masyarakat Pendalungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif denganjenis penelitian fenomenologis sosiologis.Sumber data terdiri dari dua macam, yaitu insani(kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa) dan non insani (literatur dan bahan cetakan yang relevan).Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisisdata dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah (1)Kepemimpinankepala sekolah bersifat terbuka, bijaksana dan berwibawa terutama dalam pengambilankeputusan dengan kebijakan yang dibuat dengan melibatkan seluruh guru, (2) nilai-nilai yangditerapkan oleh sekolah berdasarkan nilai budaya masyarakat Pendalungan dan nilai-nilaiIslam, dan (3) pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuanpersonel sekolah melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dilakukan dalam berbagai teknik.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, profesionalisme guru, budaya PendalunganAbtract: This study aims to (1) describe the characteristics of the leadership of schoolprincipals in the background of Pendalungan culture, (2) describe the values applied by thePendalungan culture, (3) identify the model of improving the professionalism of elementaryschool teacher conducted by principal in the background of Pendalungan culture. Thisstudy used a qualitative approach, sociological phenomenological research. Abstract

Abstract: The aims of the research are to describe: the lesson planning of sport classroom,sport classroom teaching organizised, exercise class learning implementation, evaluation oflearning and resistance exercise class and gym class learning solutions. This study used a casestudy of qualitative approach. The data collection were by having interviews, observation anddocumentation. The results showed planners exercise class program involves the education,PENGCAB and KONI. Learning implementation is divided into academic and non-academiclearning that involves each PENGCAB, and conducted evaluation to measure the success aswell.Keywords: Learning management and sport classroom.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: perencanaan pembelajaran kelasolahraga, pengorganisasian pembelajaran kelas olahraga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelasolahraga, evaluasi pembelajaran kelas olahraga dan hambatan serta solusi pembelajarankelas olahraga. Abstract

This study aims to examine the literature related to the implementation of student exchange activities in the MBKM program at universities in Indonesia. Policy network analysis is used to analyze the implementation of student exchange policies in the MBKM program. The results of the study show that the roles of actors involved in policy networks who have an interest in and involvement in student exchange activities/programs include: 1) Directorate General of Higher Education, 2) sending universities, 3) receiving universities, 4) lecturers supervisor/lecturer in charge of the subject/mentor, 5) Independent Student Participants in the Exchange program. Each actor has played a role in accordance with their main duties and functions and collaborated with other actors so that the implementation of the Exchange activities Program goes according to standard operational guidelines.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on education, particularly reducing the readiness of high school students to enter higher education due to the limited availability of career counseling services. This has led to an increasing number of mismatches in university program selections, including among high school students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Therefore, an effective strategy is required to prepare high school students for higher education, especially within the context of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) framework. The College Readiness training was conducted at the Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School by applying the Trait and Factor counseling approach. A total of 31 high school students were trained to enhance their readiness to enter college, with an additional focus on orienting them to become peer counselors. This blended method training was implemented through five stages: (1) design development, (2) preparation of materials, (3) socialization and pre-test, (4) training implementation, and (5) evaluation and closing. The training materials included topics such as (1) recognizing personal potential, (2) understanding the MBKM program in higher education, (3) recognizing assignment patterns in tertiary institutions, (4) selecting the appropriate major, (5) learning motivation, (6) time management, and (7) coping with exam anxiety. The pre-test and post-test results indicated a significant increase in the students' readiness to enter higher education following the training. Given its importance, it is recommended that counseling teachers engage actively in career guidance to prepare students for higher education within the MBKM framework. Alumni of this training can also be involved in helping other students improve their preparedness for entering higher education.

Abstract

This service is motivated by the non-optimal implementation process of Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile among school counselors. Strengthening the profile of Pancasila students is one of the government programs in the context of an independent curriculum. This effort is urgent to strengthen the noble character of students to become a figure of faith and piety, think critically, creatively, independently, have a broad view and be able to adapt to diversity in Indonesia and the global context, be responsible for all attitudes and actions. All teachers in various types and levels of education are the frontline stakeholders in strengthening the Pancasila learner profile, including at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level, both public and private, so teachers must understand the nature and purpose of this program as well as be capable and competent in implementing various strategies and educational techniques to strengthen the Pancasila learner profile. It is very important to strengthen the Pancasila learner profile in students so that Indonesian youth are ready to face the challenges of the Demographic Bonus and global competition. The implementation of service activities is carried out using the 6P method, namely; (1) preparation stage; (2) material preparation stage; (3) socialization stage; (4) training stage; (5) closing stage; and (6) reporting stage. With the application of the Twin-Cycle Experiential Learning Model method, it is hoped that it will be able to foster the character of educators in the application of the Pancasila student profile in schools based on the 6 dimensions of the student profile character.

Abstract

The implementation of this activity aims to improve the skills of writing scientific papers for teachers within the scope of the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School Probolinggo. The hybrid experiential learning strategy used in the implementation of scientific writing training is a combination of reflective, continuous and project-based learning. Scientific writing training activities for Islamic boarding school teachers are carried out boldly and attractively which are useful for maximizing the expected skill achievement. The above training activities have several stages as follows (1) finding out, ideas and basic scientific studies; (2) preparation of theoretical studies; (3) research design methods; (4) writing scientific articles; and (5) journal selection and article submission. At each stage of the assignment participants' activities and reviews to determine the understanding and skills acquired. The results of the implementation of scientific work training for Islamic boarding school teachers through a hybrid experiential strategy show that Islamic boarding school teachers can identify ideas or problems within the scope of their study and write them into scientific works.

Abstract

The capacity of school administrative staff plays an important role in improving the quality of education. Low administrative staff capacity in educational institutions can have a significant impact on the quality of educational services and student learning outcomes. Administrative staff capacity that is not optimal can also cause economic losses. This can affect the overall performance of the organization, including the quality of educational services provided. This research aims to identify and develop effective strategies in increasing the capacity of school administrative staff, so that they can contribute directly to improving the quality of education at various levels. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study. Data sources focus on secondary data sources. The analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The findings obtained are that the strategy for developing the capacity of school administrative staff includes continuous training and development, the formation of a Professional Learning Community (PLC), a leadership role in supervision and support, effective collaboration and cooperation, and an integrated capacity development model.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the development of 21st-century skills in secondary schools and its implications for students' preparation in facing the increasingly complex demands of the modern era. In this research, 1395 papers were found on related topics and were filtered using PRISMA as a data filtering guide according to the research focus. With a focus on skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, effective communication skills, and digital literacy, this research in-depth examines why developing 21st-century skills is so important in education today. This research also examines effective strategies and methods for integrating 21st-century skills into the educational process in secondary schools. The research results highlight the benefits of this approach in creating students who are ready to face a changing world and contribute to an increasingly complex and globally connected society. The results of this research will provide valuable insights for educators, school administrators, and policymakers in efforts to strengthen education in secondary schools to make it more relevant and effective in preparing students for a challenging future. The integration of 21st-century skills in secondary schools is a key step towards forming a future generation capable of adapting, innovating, and succeeding in an ever-changing environment.

Abstract

Abstract: Writing this article aims to find out what the brand image, forming factors of brand image, brand image strategies and the impact of the brand image strategy from SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik. This article uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were the deputy principal, marketing teams, students, guardians of students, and the community around the school. The results of this research show that the brand image SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik is a child-friendly Islamic school, a school with complete facilities, along with interesting programs and superior achievements. Forming factors of brand image strategies These are excellent educational services and activities after school or interesting extracurriculars and also several superior programs that other schools don't have, one of which is Pocil or little police. The strategies used by schools in forming brand image is by using 7 marketing mix strategies in product, price, place, people, process, physical evidence, promotion. The impact of the brand image strategies is due to the increasing number of students of course and also the school's achievements are increasing Keywords: Strategic, brand image, enthusiasm Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran brand image, faktor pembentuk brand image, strategi brand image dan dampak dari adanya strategi brand image dari SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan jenis kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam peneliyian ini yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, team marketing, peserta didik, wali peserta didik, dan Masyarakat sekitar sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran brand image yang dimiliki oleh SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik yaitu sekolah islam yang ramah anak, sekolah dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, beserta program yang menarik dan prestasi yang unggul. Faktor pembentuk dari brand image tersebut adalah layanan Pendidikan yang prima dan kegiatan after school atau ekstrakurikuler yang menarik yakni 18 OST atau olahraga, seni, dan teknologi dan juga beberapa program unggulan yang tidak dimiliki sekolah lain salah satunya adalah Pocil atau polisi cilik. Strategi yang dilakukan sekolah dalam membentuk brand image tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan strategi 7 marketing mix yakni product, price, place, people, procces, physical evidence, promotion. Dampak dari adanya strategi brand image ini yaitu dengan meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik tentunya dan juga prestasi yang dimiliki sekolah semakin meningkat baik dibidang akademik, non akademik, maupun keagamaan.
