Abstract

This research aims to investigate the development of 21st-century skills in secondary schools and its implications for students' preparation in facing the increasingly complex demands of the modern era. In this research, 1395 papers were found on related topics and were filtered using PRISMA as a data filtering guide according to the research focus. With a focus on skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, effective communication skills, and digital literacy, this research in-depth examines why developing 21st-century skills is so important in education today. This research also examines effective strategies and methods for integrating 21st-century skills into the educational process in secondary schools. The research results highlight the benefits of this approach in creating students who are ready to face a changing world and contribute to an increasingly complex and globally connected society. The results of this research will provide valuable insights for educators, school administrators, and policymakers in efforts to strengthen education in secondary schools to make it more relevant and effective in preparing students for a challenging future. The integration of 21st-century skills in secondary schools is a key step towards forming a future generation capable of adapting, innovating, and succeeding in an ever-changing environment.

Abstract

Abstract: Writing this article aims to find out what the brand image, forming factors of brand image, brand image strategies and the impact of the brand image strategy from SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik. This article uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were the deputy principal, marketing teams, students, guardians of students, and the community around the school. The results of this research show that the brand image SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik is a child-friendly Islamic school, a school with complete facilities, along with interesting programs and superior achievements. Forming factors of brand image strategies These are excellent educational services and activities after school or interesting extracurriculars and also several superior programs that other schools don't have, one of which is Pocil or little police. The strategies used by schools in forming brand image is by using 7 marketing mix strategies in product, price, place, people, process, physical evidence, promotion. The impact of the brand image strategies is due to the increasing number of students of course and also the school's achievements are increasing Keywords: Strategic, brand image, enthusiasm Abstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran brand image, faktor pembentuk brand image, strategi brand image dan dampak dari adanya strategi brand image dari SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan jenis kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam peneliyian ini yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, team marketing, peserta didik, wali peserta didik, dan Masyarakat sekitar sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran brand image yang dimiliki oleh SD Muhammadiyah 1 GKB Gresik yaitu sekolah islam yang ramah anak, sekolah dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, beserta program yang menarik dan prestasi yang unggul. Faktor pembentuk dari brand image tersebut adalah layanan Pendidikan yang prima dan kegiatan after school atau ekstrakurikuler yang menarik yakni 18 OST atau olahraga, seni, dan teknologi dan juga beberapa program unggulan yang tidak dimiliki sekolah lain salah satunya adalah Pocil atau polisi cilik. Strategi yang dilakukan sekolah dalam membentuk brand image tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan strategi 7 marketing mix yakni product, price, place, people, procces, physical evidence, promotion. Dampak dari adanya strategi brand image ini yaitu dengan meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik tentunya dan juga prestasi yang dimiliki sekolah semakin meningkat baik dibidang akademik, non akademik, maupun keagamaan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of facilities, infrastructure, and the quality of educational services on student satisfaction in educational institutions. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population of the study consists of 3,018 students from madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City. The sample was obtained using proportional random sampling, resulting in a sample of 353 students. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: (1) the level of facilities and infrastructure at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (2) the quality of educational services at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (3) the level of student satisfaction at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (4) there is a significant influence of facilities and infrastructure on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City; (5) there is a significant influence of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City; and (6) there is a significant and simultaneous influence of facilities, infrastructure, and the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City. Keywords: infrastructure, quality of educational services, student satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh sarana dan prasarana serta mutu layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar dengan jumlah populasi 3018 siswa. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan proportional random sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 353 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat sarana dan prasarana di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (2) tingkat mutu layanan pendidikan di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (3) tingkat kepuasan siswa di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sarana prasarana dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mutu layanan pendidikan dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar; dan (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan simultan antara sarana prasarana dan mutu layanan pendidikan dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar. Abstract

Digital literacy ownership affects the role of teachers as learning facilitators when innovating to implement technology, namely creatively selecting and designing digital teaching resources. The effectiveness of these digital teaching resources is because they are easily accessible and have complete references. These characteristics are in accordance with students so that they can increase motivation and learning outcomes. The reflection carried out by the researcher still shows the low digital literacy possessed by educators under his supervision, thus encouraging the researcher to take the initiative to implement supervision and collaborative learning. This step is a form of the researcher's responsibility as the principal to improve the professionalism of his educators so that they are able to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to analyze and study in more depth so that empirical evidence is obtained of the development of teacher digital literacy through supervision and collaborative learning. The focus of this study is to develop the ability to create digital teaching resources, especially learning videos. Action research with the Kemmis TcGart model is carried out through 4 stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The next cycle will be carried out to obtain the expected results. This research was conducted at the researcher's school, precisely at SD Negeri 1 Jambesari with 8 teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews and assessment rubrics using observation instruments with a scale of 1-4. In the initial observation, the researcher obtained data on the ability to create digital teaching resources of 76.57 and after taking action in cycle I, the results of the achievement of creating digital teaching resources were obtained with a value of 91.12, then in cycle II a value of 95.46 was obtained. So these results prove that the implementation of supervision and collaborative learning has proven to be able to develop the digital literacy of SDN 1 Jambesari teachers, especially in creating learning videos.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the level of achievement of learning facility conditions and student learning achievement conditions as well as analyzing the influence of learning facilities on student learning achievement at International Islamic Boarding High School in Malang. This research was conducted on 11th class students at International Islamic Boarding High School level in Malang with a total of 150. The sample in this research consisted of 50 students using a random sampling approach. This research analysis uses a quantitative approach with the SPSS analysis method. Data was collected using a questionnaire research instrument. Then, the data was analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of this research are (1) the overall achievement of the independent variable for learning facilities at International Islamic Boarding High School level in Malang is in the high category with an average percentage of 76%; (2) the average achievement of student learning achievement variables reaches the high category with a percentage of 75%; (3) learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement. The correlation coefficient is 82% so the relationship between the two variables is very strong. The limitation of this research is that the proposed model was only tested on students at 3 International Islamic Boarding Schools for high school level in Malang out of a total of 5 schools in Malang. The theoretical implication in this research is that the findings from this research provide very valuable insights for the development of theory and practice related to learning facilities. Abstract

This study examines the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, and school culture on teacher performance at SMK Nasional Malang. Using literature review and observation methods, this research analyzes data from various sources and the researchers’ direct experiences during the MBKM program. The results show that the principal’s transformational leadership significantly affects teacher performance. An inclusive school culture, including routine activities such as morning greetings, joint prayers, and congregational prayers, contributes to the formation of discipline and character. Policies such as the moving class system enhance teacher motivation. Collaboration among school members strengthens the sense of togetherness and creates a conducive working environment. The combination of effective leadership, high motivation, and a positive school culture has been proven to improve teacher performance, which in turn promotes the quality of education at SMK Nasional Malang.

Abstract

The research aims are: (1) to determine level interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency in Korean Pop (K-Pop) culture; (2) to determine level the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency; (3) to determine the effect of the influx of K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Research using quantitative descriptive with regression analysis technique. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling were used in each school with a total sample of 187 students. Analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, prerequisite analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlation through the help of IBM SPSS 20. Results of this research are: (1) the interest of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency towards K-Pop culture is in high category; (2) the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency is in high category; (3) there is a significant positive influence between K-Pop culture on the learning motivation of senior high school students in Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to increase teacher professionalism can provide improvements in the field of education that are always implemented in order to advance the nation along with advances in science and technology. Several efforts are made to increase the competency of teaching staff through training. This is carried out to improve the quality of the nation's education and the creation of complete Indonesian people. The method used in this research is systematic literature review or SLR. The use of the SLR method aims to help unite different theoretical perspectives and in depth. A systematic literature reference search was carried out to identify relevant previous research as a review for this research. The analysis method in this article uses 2 methods, namely selecting texts that are relevant to the research objectives and the second is comparing them with best practice. In theoretical studies from several sources analyzed, it can be concluded that the training given to teachers/educators has an important role. in increasing competence and professionalism in facing future challenges. Educators are professional staff who are obliged to plan and implement the learning process, assess learning outcomes, provide guidance and training. Educators also have a professional commitment to improving the quality of education.Abstrak: Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dapat memberikan perbaikan dalam bidang pendidikan yang selalu dilaksanakan dalam rangka memajukan bangsa seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Beberapa upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bangsa dan terciptanya manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur sistematik atau SLR. Penggunaan metode SLR bertujuan untuk membantu menyatukan perspektif teoritis yang berbeda dan mendalam. Pencarian referensi literatur secara sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian terdahulu yang relevan sebagai tinjauan penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada artikel ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu memilih teks yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian dan kedua membandingkannya dengan best practice. Dalam kajian teori dari beberapa sumber yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru/pendidik mempunyai peranan penting. dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Pendidik adalah tenaga profesional yang berkewajiban merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan. Pendidik juga mempunyai komitmen profesional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract : A seminar is a specific way to discuss particular topics that can be organized by various institutions. More than just expanding professional networks, seminars also provide a deeper understanding of various relevant topics. However, the success of a seminar not only depends on participant attendance but also on quality management. Seminar management, including strategies, becomes a crucial foundation to ensure the smoothness of the event, its usefulness, and the achievement of desired goals. The organization of educational seminars can be one of the strategies used by school principals to improve teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the leadership strategies of school principals in improving teacher performance through educational seminar activities. The research method utilized in this study is meta-analysis. The research findings indicate that school principals need to implement several important strategies to improve teacher performance through seminars. These strategies include thorough planning to align seminar activities with the professional development needs of teachers and the applicable curriculum, as well as facilitating seminars by providing the necessary support and resources.Abstrak : Seminar merupakan cara khusus untuk membahas topik tertentu yang bisa diselenggarakan oleh berbagai lembaga. Lebih dari sekadar memperluas jaringan profesional, seminar juga memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang beragam topik yang relevan. Namun, keberhasilan sebuah seminar tidak hanya tergantung pada kehadiran peserta, melainkan juga pada manajemen yang berkualitas. Manajemen seminar termasuk strategi menjadi landasan penting untuk memastikan kelancaran acara, kebermanfaatan, dan pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan. Penyelenggaraan seminar pendidikan dapat menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kegiatan seminar pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang dimanfaatkan di dalam penelitian ini adalah meta-analisis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepala sekolah perlu mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kegiatan seminar. Strategi ini meliputi perencanaan yang matang untuk menyesuaikan kegiatan seminar dengan kebutuhan pengembangan profesional guru dan kurikulum yang berlaku, serta memfasilitasi kegiatan seminar dengan menyediakan dukungan dan sumber daya yang diperlukan.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online training for teachers in improving pedagogical potential. The method in this study uses meta-analysis which is conducted by reviewing research results relevant to the research variables from various research articles. The purpose of meta-analysis is to obtain more valid and reliable results by synthesizing the results of many different studies conducted.  By conducting research on articles published in national journals related to Training and Development in improving teacher pedagogics. Data was collected by searching electronic journals and using the keywords "Online training", "Effectiveness" and "Improving teachers' pedagogical competence" on Google Scholar. From the search, 60 articles from journals were obtained. The results of the meta-analysis from national journals show that online teacher training is effective in improving teachers' pedagogical competence. Through the online platform, teachers can access training materials anytime and anywhere, allowing them to learn according to their personal time and needs. The presence of diverse resources, interactive modules and online discussion forums also support collaboration and exchange of experiences between teachers.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan online untuk guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan meta-analisis yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan variabel penelitian dari berbagai artikel penelitian. Tujuan dari meta-analisis adalah untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih valid dan dapat diandalkan dengan mensintesis hasil dari banyak penelitian berbeda yang dilakukan.  Dengan cara melakukan penelitian terhadap artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional yang berkaitan dengan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan dalam meningkatkan pedagogik guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan mencari jurnal elektronik dan menggunakan kata kunci "Pelatihan online”, “Efektivitas" dan "Meningkatkan Kompetensi pedagogik guru" di Google Scholar. Dari penelusuran itu diperoleh 60 artikel dari jurnal. Hasil meta-analisis dari jurnal nasional menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan guru secara online terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pedagogik guru. Melalui platform online, guru dapat mengakses materi pelatihan kapan saja dan di mana saja, sehingga memungkinkan mereka  belajar sesuai  waktu dan kebutuhan pribadi mereka kehadiran beragam sumber daya, modul interaktif, dan forum diskusi online juga mendukung kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar guru.
