Abstract

Produktivitas padi sawah di Kalimantan Barat produksi 3.1 ton/ha masih tergolong rendah dibandingkan produksi nasional 5.3 ton/ha. Pemanfaatan tanah untuk tanaman padi terkendala pada beberapa faktor pembatas baik sifat fisik, biologi, dan kimia tanah, serta sistem pertanian yang belum intensif, maka dengan pemberian pupuk organik atau pupuk kandang salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi kendala pada sifat fisik, biologi dan kimia tanah tersebut dan dengan penerapan pertanian metode SRI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pupuk Kandang Kotoran Ayam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Padi Sawah Dengan Metode SRI (System of Rice Intensification). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah penelitian pada lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura selama empat bulan mulai dari penyemaian hingga panen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah percobaan dengan Pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dengan 4 kali ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari tiga sampel tanaman. Adapun perlakuan penelitian adalah dosis masing-masing pupuk kandang kotoran ayam yaitu : 3 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P1), 6 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P2), 9 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P3), 12 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P4), 15 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P5), dan 18 ton/ha pupuk kandang (P6). Variabel pengamatan ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan maksimum, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah per rumpun, persentase gabah isi per malai, bobot 1000 bulir, berat gabah per rumpun dan pengamatan lingkungan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang kotoran ayam pada perlakuan P6 menunjukkan hasil yang tinggi pada padi sawah dengan metode SRI. Kata kunci : Pupuk Kandang Kotoran Ayam, Padi dan Metode SRI.

Abstract

Research impact of gived biology feltilizer to growth and result of baby corn on podsolic red yellow soil was held at Surya Agro Tanjung Raya 2 St.Sungai Raya,Kubu Raya.during 69 days,from December 21,2011 until February 28,2012.This research was employed Complete Arrange Planned Methode that was 5 treatment and 5 repetitions,every repetitions fill 3 example of plant.Treatment that was gived into the plants is h0 (without tanotec) h1 (tanotec 1,1 ml/l) h2 (tanotec 3,3 ml/l) h3 (tanotec 5,0 ml/l) dan h4 (tanotec 6,6 ml/l).Parameter of this research is the high of the plant,length of corncob,diameter of corncob,and weight of corncob.The result of this research show that give biology feltilizer didnt real impact toward research of the high of the plant ,length of corncob,diameter of corncob,and weight of corncob,because the sour element in the soil is low.Based on this research biology feltilizer treatment 6,6 ml/l dossis was showed higher result than all of other treatment its : high of plant 132,70 cm,length corncob 15,37 cm,diameter corncob 1,74 mm,and weight of corncob 40,02 gr/plants.

Abstract

Budidaya melon dilahan gambut dihadapkan pada kendala sifat kritis dari tanah gambut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh abu serbuk gergaji dan pupuk bio organik terhadap hasil melon pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu faktor abu serbuk gergaji dengan 3 perlakuan ( 22,65 ton/ha, 27,58 ton/ha, 32,74 ton/ ha) dan faktor pupuk bio organik dengan 5 perlakuan ( 0 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, 300 kg/ha, 400 kg/ha, 500 kg/ha). Variabel yang diamati adalah lingkar buah (cm), berat buah (kg), Kadar gula (skala brix). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian abu serbuk gergaji dan pupuk bio organik pada tanah gambut berpengaruh nyata terhadap lingkar buah (cm), berat buah (kg), kadar gula (skala brix) pada tanaman melon. Hasil yang terbaik pada parameter lingkar buah, berat buah, dan kadar gula buah dihasilkan oleh perlakuan dengan pemberian abu serbuk gergaji 32,74 ton/ha dan pupuk bio organik 400 kg/ha dengan rata-rata hasil lingkar buah 46,34 cm, berat buah 1,55 (kg) dan kadar gula buah 10,50 (skala brix). Kata kunci: Abu serbuk gergaji, melon, pupuk bio organik, tanah gambut.

The research was conducted on Jl. Reformasi. Mathematics, Pontianak West Kalimantan. This researc conducted from 14th December 2017 to 22nd March 2018. The experimental design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consist of 5 treatment levels each treatment 3 plants,  replicate 5 times so the total 75 plants. The treatment namely g0 = No gibberellin (GA3) g1 = 5 ppm GA3 (50 ppm Gibgro), g2 = 10 ppm GA3 (100 ppm Gibgro), g3 = 15 ppm GA3 (150 ppm Gibgro), g4 = 20 ppm GA3 (200 ppm Gibgro. The variables observed in this study include plant height (cm), number of productive branches (branch), dry weight of plants (g), number of fruits per plant (fruit), fruit weight per plant (g), weight per fruit (g), percentage of harvesting fruit (%). Supporting variables including temperature (0c), humidity (%). The researcs showed that gibberellin significantly affected the dry weight of the plant, the number of fruits per plant and the percentage of finished fruit. The concentration of giberelin (GA3) 5 ppm equivalent (50 ppm Gibgro) is efficient concentration for the growth and yield of cherry tomatoes in hydroponic systems. Keywords: Cherry Tomato, Gibberellin, Hydroponic

Abstract

This Research aims find out at the differences of various types of nutrition given to lettuce plants and find out the best types of nutrients uses in responding and yielding Lettuce hydroponic plants NFT system. The study was conducted at the Greenhouse Kampong Hidropon Sungai Raya Dalam KM 4 Pontianak City. The research began on September 24, 2018 until November 5, 2018. The design used in this study consisted of 5 levels of treatment without repetition, each treatment contained 20 plant samples so that there were a total of 100 plants. The treatments in the study were A = Goodplant Nutrient, B = Best Harvest, C = Hydroponic Cheers, D = West Borneo MIX, E = Hydroponic Kampong. The observed variables were number of leaves (strands), plant height (cm), total fresh weight (g), crown fresh weight (g), root volume cm³), and plant dry weight (g). The results of this study showed that various types of nutrition significantly affected all observed variables with NPK ratios of 24.6%, 7.4%, 34.9%, namely the Goodplant nutritional treatment gave the best average treatment for all observed variables. Keywords: Hydroponics, Nutrition Type, Lettuce, NFT

Abstract

An onion plant is the commodity that must be expanded, intensively in West Borneo, one of the suitable soils be used for planting this plant is alluvial soil. This research is aim to know the best dose of Bio urine on growth and the onion plant yield on alluvial soil. The sample of this research is Completely Randomise Design (RCD). b1 treatment control, b2 treatment: Bio urine 50 ml + 950 ml water = 1 L, b3 treatment: Bio urine 100 ml + 900 ml water = 1 L, b4 treatment: Bio urine 150 ml + 850 ml water = 1 L, b5 treatment: Bio urine 200 ml + 800 ml water = 1 L, b6 treatment: Bio urine 250 ml + 750 ml water = 1 L. So that can be achieved 6 treatments, 4 repetitions and 3 observation samples. There are some of observation variable on this research are the plant stature(cm), leaves(sheet), sprouts,  tubers per clump(tubers), root, volumes(ml)and dried weigh tubers(g). The result of this research show that the bio urine treatment evidently influenced on plant stature 2 weeks after planted, abstract influent on all observation variables.Keywords :Onion, Bio urine, Alluvial Soil

Abstract

The aims of the study were to determine the best concentration, frequency and interaction of apifflied paclobutrazol to Marigold plants on alluvial soil. This research was conducted on the land of farmers in Banjar Laut Village, Rasau Jaya 2 District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province from February 10, 2018 to April 12, 2018. The experimental used in this research was Factorial Randomized Complete Design (RCD) field method. with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was the concentration of spraying paclobutrazol with 4 levels of treatment (50 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, and 200 ppm) and the second factor was the frequency of spraying paclobutrazol with 3 levels of treatment (every 3 days, every 6 days, and every 9 days once) that is applied when the plants were planties. Thus, obtained 12 combinations with 3 replications and 3 samples. Variables observed in this study were plant height, leaf area, plant fresh weight, root volume, age of flowering, number of flower stalks, flower diameter, and flowers stalk length. The interaction between concentration and frequency significantly affected the variable of plant height and wet weight of the bottom. Single factor concentration of paclobutrazol significantly affected the root volume, total leaf area, age of flowering, flower diameter, and flower stalk length. The results showed that the interaction between 200 ppm concentration and frequency every 3 days produced a lower Marigold plant. In a single factor 100 ppm concentration paclobutrazol better affect root volume, upper wet weight, total leaf area, and flower diameter, while 200 ppm concentration better affect plant height, flowering age, and flower stalk length. Keywords: alluvial, marigold, paclobutrazol, growth retard

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the best combination of AB-mix and fermented kosarin for growth and yield of spring onion grown hidroponic. This research was carred out in the research field of Agriculture Faculty, Tanjungpura University Pontianak which took place from February 27th, until April 19th, 2019. The method of this research was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replitions, and 3 sampling units plants. The combination of inorganic nutrients and fermented cow’s urine were A = 1 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 90 ml/l Kosarin, B = 2 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 70 ml/l Kosarin, C = 3 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 50 ml/l Kosarin, D = 4 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 30 ml/l Kosarin dan 5 = ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 10ml/l Kosarin. Variabel observations in this research were plant height, leaves of each clump, total tillers of clump, plants fresh weight, root volume, plants dried weight. On the results of this study shoured that there not found the best combination of nutrition AB-Mix goodplant and the best fermented beef urine for growth and yield spring onion. Morover this results of hydroponic onions, combination nutrients provide the same affect On a hydroponic spring onion smuth and jield.Keywords: AB-mix good plant, spring onion, hydroponic, cow’s urine.

PENGARUH JENIS MEDIA SUBSTRAT ORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASILTOMAT  SECARA HIDROPONIK Agustina Anci Putri(1), Setia Budi(2), Agus Hariyanti(2)(1)Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian dan (2) Dosen Fakultas Pertanian                     Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media substrat organik yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat secara hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 5 Mei sampai 15 Agustus 2019 di kecamatan sungai raya, kabupaten kubu raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor, 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 4 tanaman sampel dengan total jumlah tanaman 92 tanaman. Variabel pengamatan yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), berat kering tanaman (g), jumlah bunga per tangkai (bunga), jumlah buah per tanaman  (g), berat buah per tanaman  (g), berat buah per buah (g), dan presentase buah jadi (%). Pengamatan juga dilakukan terhadap kondisi lingkungan penelitian, yaitu suhu udara dan kelembapan udara.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan media cocopeat dan arang sekam dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat secara hidroponik. Kata kunci :Hidroponik, Media Substrat, Tomat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis pupuk kandang kotoran ayam yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai di tanah gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianakberlangsung dari tanggal 3 Juli 2014 - 12 Oktober 2014, menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan, 4 ulangan, perlakuan tersebut adalah : k1 = pupuk kandang ayam 200 g/polybang setara dengan 10 ton/ha, k2 = pupuk kandang ayam 300 g/polybag setara dengan 15 ton/ha, k3 = pupuk kandang ayam 400 g/polybag setara dengan 20 ton/ha, k4 = pupuk kandang ayam 500 g/polybag setara dengan 25 ton/ha, k5 = pupuk kandang ayam 600 g/tanaman setara dengan 30 ton/ha. Variabel pengamatan meliputi : tinggi tanaman, berat kering tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, berat biji kering pertanaman, berat 100 biji kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang ayam memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan berat kering tanaman, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah polong, berat biji per tanaman dan berat 100 biji kering. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam 400 g/polybag setara dengan 20 ton/ha merupakan dosis yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai pada tanah gambut.
