Abstract

Technological developments in the digital era have brought significant changes to the world of education. 21st-century teachers are required to integrate technology into the learning process to create interactive and relevant learning. However, many teachers still face obstacles in implementing technology, such as limited digital skills, lack of institutional support, and limited facilities and time. This study aims to examine the factors causing teachers' difficulties in implementing technology and possible solutions. Interviews with an elementary school teacher revealed that limited facilities and the habit of conventional methods are the main obstacles. Therefore, ongoing training, adequate infrastructure, and support from all parties are needed to improve teacher competency in facing the challenges of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in supporting early childhood Islamic education in the digital age, particularly at Ha-Kasumi Ophir Luhak Nan Duo Kindergarten, West Pasaman. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of increasing use of digital media among early childhood, which has both positive and negative impacts on their development. The research method used is qualitative research, specifically a case study. The results of the study show that the role of parents at Hakasumi Ophir Kindergarten includes: as educators, parents accustom children to performing worship and reading prayers; as supervisors, parents control the use of cell phones and limit access to inappropriate content; as motivators, parents provide motivation and Islamic role models in everyday life. Although there are challenges in the form of potential gadget addiction and the negative influence of digital media, parents are able to overcome them with an Islamic approach and good communication with their children. As facilitators, parents provide supporting tools such as Islamic books and learning applications. This study confirms that parental involvement has a significant influence on the success of Islamic education for early childhood in the digital era. This study also recommends the need for synergy between parents and schools in building an Islamic learning environment that is adaptive and wise to technological developments.

Abstract

Toponymy or the study of historical traces and cultural meanings of Wilamaci Village and Tolotangga Village in Monta District, Bima Regency. One of the fundamental elements in the construction of a special identity and culture of a society. More than just a geographical label on a map, each toponym contains a collective narrative, traces of civilization, and a reflection of the worldview of the community that named it, and functions as a linguistic artifact that not only marks a physical location, but also stores a wealth of historical information passed down from generation to generation. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the linguistic origins and lexical meanings of the names of Wilamaci Village and Tolotangga Village; 2) to reveal historical traces, including important events, influential figures, or migration dynamics reflected in their names; and 3) to analyze the cultural meanings contained therein, including community values, belief systems, and local folklore. This study uses an ethnolinguistic approach with a qualitative descriptive method through long-distance interviews and document studies. The research results show that both toponyms are rooted in local terms describing past natural conditions and social activities. Furthermore, the names Wilamaci and Tolotangga represent traces of early migration groups and cultural symbols still maintained by the Bima people today. These findings enrich the study of toponymy and anthropolinguistics and contribute to the preservation of regional cultural identity.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the concept of decentralization in public services which takes a case study of the innovation of Samsat Care services in Makassar City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research using a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the concept of decentralization in services, especially in the realm of innovation in Samsat Care services in the city of Makassar, has been implemented well. The collaboration between the National Police, the Provincial Revenue Service, and PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) has been going well so that one of the positive impacts is that it can increase Regional Original Income (PAD). This can be used as evidence that decentralization can have a significant impact on the economy of a region, one of which is the innovation of Samsat Care services in Makassar City.

Abstract

  The role of correctional institutions and society as entities responsible for the implementation of legal sanctions, in reality, holds a key role in shaping the life trajectory of former prisoners after release. However, former prisoners are often confronted with stigma, discrimination, and isolation in various aspects of life, which in turn encourages repeated criminal acts (recidivism). Consequently, a view emerges that the law has not yet provided strong certainty, particularly for former prisoners, due to the continuing imposition of social sanctions by society. This socio-legal research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with informants. The interview results are discussed descriptively to provide a comprehensive perspective on public perceptions of former prisoners. The findings indicate that stigma and discrimination as social sanctions do not produce a positive impact on the reintegration process, especially as they increase the tendency of former prisoners to reoffend. The completion of legal obligations by offenders is not accompanied by a positive societal role in accommodating behavioral changes among former prisoners, particularly in the presence of stigma, discrimination, and isolation. An approach is therefore needed through the implementation of rehabilitation programs involving the community to generate a holistic impact, namely behavioral improvement among former prisoners and increased public understanding of their vital role as an integrated whole in the reintegration and social improvement process.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembukuan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar penyusunan buku kas bagi pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Tunas Melati Dusun Colo RT 34, Kalurahan Donotirto, Kapanewon Kretek, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi atau tanya jawab. Materi yang diberikan meliputi pengertian pembukuan, jenis-jenis pembukuan, buku kas, dan contoh kasus. Pelatihan pembukuan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu tanggal 27 September 2025 di Dusun Colo RT 34, Kalurahan Donotirto, Kapanewon Kretek, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi DIY. Acara dimulai sekitar pukul 19.30 sampai dengan pukul 21.30 WIB. Manfaat yang diharapkan melalui pelatihan pembukuan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan organisasi dan mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, serta dapat memberikan pemahaman praktis mengenai cara pencatatan keuangan yang efektif, sistematis, dan mudah diimplementasikan, guna mewujudkan organisasi yang mandiri, transparan, dan akuntabel.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the suitability of the application of fixed asset accounting in the East Kalimantan Police Brimob Unit with PSAP 07 in Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010. Using comparative analysis to compare the success of the applied accounting treatment. Quantitative data types. Secondary data sources. As a result of the research, the fixed assets belonging to the East Kalimantan Police Brimob Unit in the form of land, equipment and machinery, have not fully met PSAP 07. There is a difference in the value of fixed assets presented in several reports regarding fixed assets. Abstract

This study examines the effect of the work environment on the performance of village employees in Kapanewon Wates, Kulon Progo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Using a quantitative survey design, the study involved a population of 112 employees and a sample of 60 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result indicates that a more supportive and comfortable work environment is associated with higher employee performance in carrying out public service duties at the village administrative level. The study suggests that kalurahan leaders should enhance workplace quality to improve employee performance. Practical efforts may include providing ergonomic desks and chairs, ensuring adequate lighting and air circulation, reducing workplace noise, and fostering positive relationships between supervisors, subordinates, and coworkers. Overall, the work environment is an important organizational factor in improving employee performance and the quality of local public services.

Abstract

The ability to convey messages through sounds is known as language skills, with listening skills being one of its most essential components. Listening skills are developed by children before they can speak, read, and write. However, these skills are often neglected, which affects other language skills. To improve students' listening skills, it's necessary to use innovative and creative learning media. Learning media is a teaching strategy employing innovative learning tools to achieve the intended learning objectives. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of using technology-based learning media to improve students' listening skills. After analyzing 24 articles using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the study concludes that technology-based learning media positively influences students' listening abilities. Using technology-based learning media during the learning process enhances students' enthusiasm and interest in learning. Learning media positively influences students' listening abilities. The analysis results indicate that using technology-based learning media, such as podcasts, animated videos, and audiovisual materials, has a positive impact on students' listening skills. The observable outcomes include increased student interactivity and improved understanding of a broader and deeper context regarding information.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was threefold: (1) to examine the effect of compensation on employees’ turnover intention; (2) to examine the effect of performance assessment on employee’s turnover intention; and (3) to examine the effect of career development on employees’ turnover intention. This study involved a hundred employees in PT. MAKP in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the multiple linear regression techniques. This study found that compensation negatively and insignificantly affected employees’ turnover intention, while performance assessment positively and insignificantly affected employees’ turnover intention. Lastly, this study found that career development negatively and significantly affected employees’ turnover intention.
