Abstract

Sekolah Penggerak are schools that are required to implement the Kurikulum Merdeka. One obstacle that Sekolah Penggerak experienced in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka is the low competence of school principals and teachers in compiling and processing assessment results and report cards. Workshops are a relatively effective way of developing the competence of school principals and teachers. Therefore, this service aims to strengthen the competence of school principals and teachers regarding assessments and report cards through workshop activities. The workshop was also chosen because it involves direct interaction with participants through relevant worksheets. The participants of the workshop were eighteen people consisting of three junior high school principals, three high school principals, six teachers of the junior high school, and six teachers of the high school who were members learning committee. Workshop activities are carried out for eight lesson hours using worksheets from the government. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The dedication results show that the workshop activities are going well, especially the discussion activities. Although, the time allocation for activities tends to be more. In general, each school has been able to prepare assessments well, although it is still constrained in making criteria for achieving learning objectives. In addition, the assessment editor designed by the school still needs to be more optimal because there are still schools that compile an assessment rubric for that section. Likewise, when processing the assessment results, it was found that schools needed to be able to formulate a formula to determine student scores. In contrast to the previous results, when participants compiled report cards, information was obtained that all schools could prepare report cards properly, including in compiling descriptions related to student competency achievements.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the post-pandemic period of 2020–2024. Using panel data regression analysis, 40 manufacturing firms were selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using Eviews 12 software. Empirical evidence on corporate dividend policy behaviour in the post-pandemic period, particularly in developing countries, is still limited and shows inconsistent results. The results show that leverage and profitability have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. This finding contradicts the signalling theory perspective and is important because it indicates that in the post-pandemic period, manufacturing companies in Indonesia prioritise profit retention to strengthen financial resilience and support reinvestment rather than using dividends as a performance signal. Furthermore, the negative and significant influence of leverage indicates that the higher a company's dependence on debt-based financing, the more limited its ability to distribute dividends to shareholders. Meanwhile, collateral assets, free cash flow, and investment opportunity set did not show a significant influence. The main contribution of this study lies in confirming that the relationship between profitability and dividend policy is contextual and not universal, especially in post-crisis emerging markets. In practical terms, the results of this study have implications for investor and company managers in evaluating the sustainability of dividends in uncertain economic conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of the Kabinuang Waste Final Disposal Site (TPA) on the socio-economic conditions of local scavengers around it. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Based on the research and the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that there is an influence on the scavenger community around the Kabinuang Landfill. many scavengers derive their main income from scavenging work, with varying amounts, which are directly related to activities at the Kabinuang Landfill. However, in addition to that, it also affects the inadequate living conditions of scavengers because the physical building is vulnerable to danger. In addition, education levels among scavengers are still low, with many scavenger children dropping out of school due to cost constraints.

Abstract

The phenomenon of moral degradation, empathy crisis, and educational orientation that overemphasizes cognitive aspects gives rise to the need for a new approach in curriculum development. This study aims to explore the implementation of a love-based curriculum from an Islamic educational perspective as an effort to present a humanistic, spiritual, and character-oriented learning process. The research method employed is library research, which involves examining the literature related to the Qur'an, Hadith, the thoughts of classical and contemporary Islamic educational figures, and modern academic theories. The results of the study indicate that a love-based curriculum integrates intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, with the main principles of rahmatan lil-'alamin (blessing for all the universe), compassion, etiquette, and ukhuwah (brotherhood) as its core. Its implementation can be seen in the planning of curriculum objectives, dialogic learning strategies, and evaluations that emphasize the affective and spiritual aspects. This research is significant because it offers an alternative paradigm for developing an Islamic education curriculum that is relevant to contemporary needs and grounded in divine values.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in supporting early childhood Islamic education in the digital age, particularly at Ha-Kasumi Ophir Luhak Nan Duo Kindergarten, West Pasaman. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of increasing use of digital media among early childhood, which has both positive and negative impacts on their development. The research method used is qualitative research, specifically a case study. The results of the study show that the role of parents at Hakasumi Ophir Kindergarten includes: as educators, parents accustom children to performing worship and reading prayers; as supervisors, parents control the use of cell phones and limit access to inappropriate content; as motivators, parents provide motivation and Islamic role models in everyday life. Although there are challenges in the form of potential gadget addiction and the negative influence of digital media, parents are able to overcome them with an Islamic approach and good communication with their children. As facilitators, parents provide supporting tools such as Islamic books and learning applications. This study confirms that parental involvement has a significant influence on the success of Islamic education for early childhood in the digital era. This study also recommends the need for synergy between parents and schools in building an Islamic learning environment that is adaptive and wise to technological developments.

Abstract

Toponymy or the study of historical traces and cultural meanings of Wilamaci Village and Tolotangga Village in Monta District, Bima Regency. One of the fundamental elements in the construction of a special identity and culture of a society. More than just a geographical label on a map, each toponym contains a collective narrative, traces of civilization, and a reflection of the worldview of the community that named it, and functions as a linguistic artifact that not only marks a physical location, but also stores a wealth of historical information passed down from generation to generation. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the linguistic origins and lexical meanings of the names of Wilamaci Village and Tolotangga Village; 2) to reveal historical traces, including important events, influential figures, or migration dynamics reflected in their names; and 3) to analyze the cultural meanings contained therein, including community values, belief systems, and local folklore. This study uses an ethnolinguistic approach with a qualitative descriptive method through long-distance interviews and document studies. The research results show that both toponyms are rooted in local terms describing past natural conditions and social activities. Furthermore, the names Wilamaci and Tolotangga represent traces of early migration groups and cultural symbols still maintained by the Bima people today. These findings enrich the study of toponymy and anthropolinguistics and contribute to the preservation of regional cultural identity.
