Abstract

Menulis artikel tidak hanya dapat menginformasikan atau menyampaikan pesan namun juga sebagai sarana memasarkan barang dan jasa yang dijual. Polindo Internasional sebagai LKP yang sadar akan pemasaran digital mengadakan pelatihan kepada karyawannya agar produktif dalam menulis Artikel “SEO Friendly” sebagai bentuk pengembangan website dan pemasaran digital. Penggunaan website untuk mempublikasikan artikel bermuatan pemasaran sangat efektif di era digital saat ini. Terlebih dapat memanfaatkan rating dan kunjungan pembaca ke website dengan memaksimalkan konten artikel yang bermuatan SEO pada wordpress. Sebanyak 14 karyawan sebagai peserta pelatihan ini. Pelatihan dimulai dengan apersepsi dan pemahaman pemasaran digital dan dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan komponen SEO On Page untuk dapat menjadi unsur pembentuk artikel yang nantinya dapat memiliki daya tarik dari segi keterbacaan dan kualitas konten. Peserta membuat sebanyak 14 artikel yang nantinya dapat mengisi website Polindo Internasional sebagai sarana pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the basic locomotor movement skills of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey was conducted on 154 high school elementary school students aged 8 to 10 years in the Indonesian University of Education environment, the data was observed with instruments developed by Locomotor Movement Skills developed by (Gallahue & Donnelly, 2007), Locomotor Movement Skills related to running (running), jumping forward (horizontal jumping), jumping from a height (jumping from a height) and jumping on one leg (jumping). The researcher concluded that the motor skills stage of high-class elementary school students in school laboratory elementary schools during the pandemic showed students who had early stage (early stage) movement skills, namely 5% for the running test, 15% for the horizontal jump test, 18% for jumping from height test and jump test by 19%. Then for the transition stage (basic stage) there are 55% for the running test, 51% for the horizontal jump test, 57% for the jump test from a height and a jump test of 53%. For students who are already in the mature stage, namely 40% for running, 34% for horizontal jumping, 25% for jumping from a height test and 28% for the hopping test.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan lebih lanjut mengenai pengguanaan digital marketing dan menciptakan ide peluang usaha yang bisa dijalani oleh siswa siswi SMA PGRI Rumpinagar mereka bisa memaksimalkan penggunaan media digital dengan baik serta mengisi waktu luang dengan menjalani bisnis sesuai kemampuan dan bakat mereka. Adapun materi yang disampaikan mengenai definisi umum digital marketing , manfaat dan kegunaannya ,serta beragam peluang usaha yang bisa di lakukan jika menggunakan media digital marketing sebagai akses usaha. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah dengan praktek pembuatan aksesoris manik manik sebagai salah satu contoh ide bisnis yang bisa jalankan anak muda untuk menambah penghasilan mereka selain mereka menjadi seorang pelajar.

Abstract

Teachers may find difficulty to design assignments that will increase arousal and keep students’ attention during stages that will encourage them critically to reflect on their actions during physical education activities. Designing assignments that increase arousal and maintain students' attention during physical education activities can be a challenging for teachers, often resulting in a reliance on traditional skills-based approaches. This study aims to address this issue by applying the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model with a small-sided games (SSG) approach to enhance students' football playing skills. The study used 3 vs 3 invasion games to evaluate playing skills, with a game performance evaluation tool (GPET) used as the playing skill instrument. Decisions regarding coding and execution are made in accordance with the subject of the tactical challenge to be solved, including on- and off-ball attackers. The findings revealed that the experimental group’s decision-making ability when passing was 7.97 and when dribbling was 7.28. The performance results in the experimental group were 7.98 and those in the control group were 7.48. The research made a valuable contribution by demonstrating how using TGfU and SSGs can improve football skills and enhance the quality of teaching in physical education. One limitation is that the research only focused on football playing skills, so the results may not be generalizable to other sports or activities. Future research can investigate the impact of the intervention on other outcomes, such as enjoyment, motivation, and participation in physical activity.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is crucial for effective tax administration and national development. This study aims to evaluate the direct and indirect effects of tax socialization, tax services, and trust in government on taxpayer compliance, with tax knowledge serving as a mediating variable, in Jombang Subdistrict, Jember Regency. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from a sample of 376 respondents out of a total of 6,302 taxpayers, determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the relationships among the variables. The results indicate that tax socialization, tax services, and trust in government significantly and positively impact both tax knowledge and taxpayer compliance. Tax knowledge was found to mediate these relationships, enhancing taxpayer compliance. These findings highlight the need for effective tax education programs, high-quality tax services, and efforts to build trust in government to improve taxpayer compliance. Future research should explore the applicability of these findings in other regional contexts and investigate additional mediating factors. Implementing tailored tax education initiatives and improved service delivery models could significantly enhance compliance rates and support broader economic and social goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to construct a profile related to the basic non-locomotor movement skills of elementary school students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey was conducted on 53 elementary school students aged 6–8 years of an elementary school in Bandung. The instrument of the study was an instrument for assessing non-locomotor movement skills developed by Gallahue related to stability skills including beamwalk (walking on a beam), one foot balance (standing on a beam with one leg), and dodging. The findings showed that the motor skill stages of lower elementary school students of elementary school in Bandung during the pandemic included three stages, namely the initial stage (6% for the beam walk test, 11% for the one foot balance test, and 15% for the dodging test), the elementary stage (64% for the beam walk test, 70% for one foot balance, and 60% for the dodging test), and the mature stage (30% for the beam walk test, 19% and 25% for the one foot balance and the dodging test, respectively).

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran berbasis etnomatatematika bertujuan untuk memperoleh pembelajaran yang bermakna dan mendorong kemampuan pedagogis siswa. Kemampuan berfikir kritis disebut juga pemikiran reflektif dan kemampuan mengambil keputusan. Pemikiran reflektif mencakup keadaan keragu-raguan, kebingungan dan kesulitan mental yang selanjutnya ada tindakan mencari dan menemukan bahan yang akan menyelesaikannya untuk merubah ketidakpastian menjadi sebuah kepastian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan dasar argumentative teoritis berkaitan bagaimana pendekatan ketidakpastian dilakukan dalam pembelajaran bernuansa ethnomathematics dapat mengembangkan karakter berpikir kritis matematis. Adapun metode penelitian adalah kualititatif bersifat fenomenologi dan studi literature, di mana dari hasil menelaah mengenai bagaimana pendekatan ketidakpastian dalam pembelajaran matematika berbasis etnomatematika secara komprehensif, maka dapat kesimpulan bahwa pembentukan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah identifikasi, mendeskripsikan, kontruktivisme, reflektif, dan overview.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the level of students' conceptual comprehension skills through ethnomathematics-based questions. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research subjects included 32 class VIII G students of SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. Then from the 32 people, 12 students were taken representing each category. The categories referred to in this study are high, medium, and low. The instruments used were ethnomathematics-based concept comprehension tests, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that student's ability to understand mathematical concepts is in the high category on indicator (1) restating mathematical concepts, namely 88%. They are classified in the low category on indicator (3), providing examples and non-examples, namely 31%. KEYWORDS: level, ability to understand concepts, ethnomathematics   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui pengerjaan soal berbasis etnomatematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi siswa kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 32 orang. Kemudian dari 32 orang tersebut diambil 12 orang siswa yang mewakili setiap kategori. Kategori yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi, sedang rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep berbasis etnomatematika, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika  siswa tergolong dalam kategori tinggi pada indikator (1) menyatakan kembali konsep matematika, yaitu 88%. Tergolong  dalam kategori rendah pada indikator (3) memberikan contoh dan non contoh, yaitu 31%.  KATA KUNCI: tingkat, kemampuan pemahaman konsep, etnomatematika

Abstract

Awards are a form of appreciation for the efforts and achievements of student athletes who have brought pride to their region. Sports are one of the benchmarks of success, both for athletes, regions, and countries. In addition, sports also reflect good cooperation between the government and the community. Athletes' achievements do not happen by chance but require full attention and support from the government. A survey was conducted on sports administrators in the West Bandung Regency area with 45 respondents. Based on the analysis, policy implementation and budget management have a significant influence on the expected success. Awards have been proven to motivate athletes, especially if given consistently and on time. Although the government has tried to improve the quality of awards every year, there are still many things that need to be improved, especially related to adequate support and training

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan game edukasi berbantuan QuizWhizzer untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP pada materi teorema Pythagoras. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII-H (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas VIII-G (kelas kontrol) di SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, soal pretest dan posttest kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan game edukasi berbantuan QuizWhizzer lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa daripada pembelajaran secara langsung. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil analisis datta dimana berdasarkan uji independent sample t-tetst menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi (2-tailed) kurang dari signifikansi   , hal ini berarti penggunaan game edukasi berbantuan QuizWhizzer lebih efektif daripada kelas yang tidak menggunakan game edukasi berbantuan QuizWhizzer. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji perbedaan rata-rata juga menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rata-rata untuk kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan peningkatan rata-rata kelas kontrol . Oleh karena itu, kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dapat meningkat dengan penggunaan game edukasi berbantuan QuizWhizzer saat pembelajaran matematika pada materi teorema Pythagoras.
