Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel kualitas dan nilai pelayanan yang terdiri dari faktor Tangible, Reliablity, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Reputation, Recognition, dan Brand Loyalty terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah tabungan nasabah bank pemerintah cabang Pekanbaru. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 240 responden. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  tingkat  kepentingan  atau harapan nasabah bank pemerintah cabang Pekanbaru terhadap kualitas dan nilai pelayanan jasa bank pada umumnya relatif sangat penting. Di samping itu, tanggapan sebagian besar responden terhadap kualitas dan nilai pelayanan mendapat penilaian yang relatif baik dari para nasabahnya. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the variable quality and value of services consisting of Tangible factors, reliablity, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Reputation, Recognition, and Brand Loyalty on the growth of the number of branches of government savings bank customers Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were 240 respondents. This study analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the rate of interest or expectation Pekanbaru branch of government bank customers on the quality and value of bank services are generally relatively very important. In addition, the response of the majority of respondents to the quality and value of services received relatively good ratings from its customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-satisfaction dan e-trust terhadap repurchase intention melalui e-word of mouth (E-WOM) sebagai variabel intervening e-commerce Bukalapak pada generasi milenial. Populasi di dalam penelitian adalah kaum milenial (Gen Y) yang telah melakukan transaksi minimal dua kali di e-commerce Bukalapak di smartphone mereka dengan menggunakan aplikasinya. Selanjutnya teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada google form dan sampel diklasifikasi menjadi 185 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.2.9 untuk pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap e-word of mouth. E-trust mempengaruhi e-word of mouth. E-satisfaction mempengaruhi e-word of mouth dan repurchase intention.E-Trust mempengaruhi e-word of mouth dan repurchase intention. Setelah itu, e-satisfaction memberikan pengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang melalui e-word of mouth dan antara e-word of mouth dan e-satisfaction memiliki korelasi untuk menciptakan hubungan tersebut. The object of this study is to find out the influence of e-satisfaction and e-trust on repurchase intention through e-word of mouth ( E-WOM ) as variable intervening e-commerce Bukalapak on the millennial generation. The population is millennial (Gen Y) who has done the transaction minimum twice in Bukalapak e-commerce in their smartphone by using its application. Furthermore, the data collection technique is by using questionnaires on google form and the sample was classified to 185 people. Technical data analysis in this study is with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by using Smart PLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results showed e-satisfaction had an effect on the e-word of mouth. E-trust affects the e-word of mouth. E-satisfaction affects the e-word of mouth and repurchase intention. E-Trust affects the e-word of mouth and repurchase intention. After that, e-satisfaction gives the effects to the repurchase intention through the e-word of mouth, and between the e-word of mouth and e-satisfaction have a correlation to create those become a relation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan minat berkunjung kembali pada Objek Wisata Candi Muara Takus Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pengunjung objek wisata. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap minat berkunjung. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung melalui kepuasan. Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung melalui kepuasan pada Objek Wisata Candi Muara Takus Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities and location on visitor satisfaction and interest in revisiting the Muara Takus Temple Tourism Object, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study was 100 visitors to the tourist attraction. The data analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the results of this study showed that the facilities and location had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. The results of this study show the facilities and location of interest in visiting. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting through satisfaction. The location has a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting through satisfaction at the Muara Takus Temple Tourism Object, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external environment of Pekanbaru Pos newspaper to determine the appropriate marketing strategy with Pekanbaru Pos with SWOT analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 10 people who came from internal and external companies. Based on the results of the analysis using IFAS and EFAS matrices, SWOT Matrix and SWOT Cartesian Diagram, Pekanbaru Pos newspaper is in quadrant I position and the strategy obtained is SO (Strengths and Opportunities) strategy that uses strengths (Strengths) to take advantage of opportunities (Opportunities) . The implementation of the SO strategy is to expand the distribution area and utilize technology to innovate news with qualified human resources.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ease to Use, Price and Trust in Buying Interest on the Lazada online shop site among students. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau who used the Lazada application and the samples taken were 100 people. To test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS.17 program.The results of the study show that: 1) Ease of Use has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest on Lazada's online shopping site, 2) Price has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest on Lazada's online shopping site, 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Lazada's online shopping site. 4) Simultaneously Ease of Use, Price and Trust has an affect of Buying Interest on the Lazada online shopping site.Keywords: Ease to Use, Price, Trust and Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to identify differences in customer satisfaction with arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java at the University of Riau and to develop a positioning map for arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java at the University of Riau. The sample in this study was drawn using a purposive sampling method, namely sampling according to certain criteria. The questionnaire was aimed at active students from the University of Riau who had consumed arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java. The number of sample populations used is up to 50 respondents from Riau University students. The data obtained were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U-Test to compare satisfaction with the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software and the Multidimensional Scaling Mapping method using radar charts with the Microsoft Excel 2019 software. The results showed that customers at the University of Riau had the same satisfaction with the consumption of arabica single origin coffee beans from both region Sumatra and Java, and customer perception positioning map shows almost the same position on the aroma, taste, sweetness, uniformity and overall indicators, and customer perception shows a slightly different position on the celan cup, body, acidity, aftertaste and balance, i.e. one element, indicators is a little more important than the others.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Positioning Map, Sumatra And Java Arabica Single Origin Coffee Beans, Mann Whitney-U Test, Radar Chart

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of brand image and brand awareness on brand trust and the decision to buy UHT milk Milo brand in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is all consumers who have purchased Milo brand UHT milk products in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known for sure. The primary data in the study was obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study as well as to test the proposed hypothesis. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method using Warp-PLS software version 6.0. Sampling using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling procedure by sampling as many as 100 respondents. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, and workload partially and simultaneously on work productivity. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 114 employees of the processing division at PKS Sei Galuh PTPN V Tapung District. Primary data of this study are data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processed using the SPSS 23 application for further descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis to determine the results of the research. 114 Samples were selected using the saturated sample method (from 114 population of processing employees). The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health can affect the work productivity of employees at the PKS Sei Galuh Processing Section at PTPN V. Work discipline can affect the work productivity of employees at the PKS Sei Galuh PTPN V Processing Section. Sei Galuh PTPN V. Occupational Health and Safety, Work Discipline, Workload Simultaneously influence Employee Productivity at PTPN V PKS Sei Galuh. So that if the 3 variables increase at the same time, it will cause labor productivity to increase.Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety, Work Discipline, Workload, Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Internal and External environment and Formulate alternative strategies for Rayhan Steel building stores to increase competitiveness. The research uses descriptive qualitative method supported by interviews to obtain the data used. Respondents in this study include Lecturer of Economics and Lecturer of Marketing Management as Economic experts, Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pekanbaru City, Central Statistics Agency of Pekanbaru City and Owner Rayhan Steel. in determining Informant Interviews researchers use Judgment sampling Techniques and use SWOT Analysis in strategizing alternatives. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of online consumer review and product quality on brand image and the decision to buy Creamatte Emina in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study is a community in Pekanbaru City who have watched online consumer reviews and have bought Emina Creamatte products. The primary data in the study was obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires as instruments to prove the results of the study as well as to test the proposed hypothesis. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method using Warp-PLS software version 6.0. Sampling using the technique of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling procedure by sampling as many as 170 respondents. The results of this study showed that online consumer review and product quality had a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchasing decisions on emina creamatte products in Pekanbaru City.Keywords : Online consumer review, product quality, brand image, purchasing decision, Creamatte Emina.
