Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether endorserment and equity affectthe purchasing decision of the oppo to sila. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of endorserment and equity effect on the purchasing decision of oppo to sila smartphone. The hypothesis in this study is that endorserments and equity affect have a positve effect on consumer purchasing decisio on the oppo smartphone, the population is unknown. The sample is 100 people the data source comes from primary and secondary data. The results showed that the cofficient of determination R Square is 344. Simultaneous testing obtained Fcount (24.344) greater than Ftable (3,09) or (24.344 > 3.09) meaning that brand image and promotion together have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. endorsments variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions consumers where the t-count value is 3.313 > the t-table value is 1.984. Partially the promotion variable has the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, where the t-count value is 3.313> t table 1.984

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of retail mix variables on purchasing decisions at Mai Mart Supermarket, Bima City. The sample for this research is between 30 and 500. So the number of samples in this research is 50 people with a Rurposive Sampling sampling technique, namely a data source sampling technique with certain considerations. Considering the limited number of consumers who shop at the Maimart Supermarket in Bima City. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression and the T test. The results of this research state that the Retail Mix variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Mai Mart supermarket in Bima City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of consumer trust between JT Express and Shopee Express in Bima City. This research was conducted on the people of Bima City who use JT Express and Shopee Express.  JT Express is located at Jl. RE. Martadinata, Tanjung, Rasanae Bara District. Meanwhile, Shopee Express is located on Jl. Gajah Mada, No. 10, Monggonao, Mpunda District. This type of research is comparative research using a research instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research is all consumers who have used JT Express and Shopee Express services in Bima City, the exact number of which is unknown (Unknown Population). The total sample size was 60 respondents, consisting of 30 respondents from JT Express and 30 respondents from Shopee Express. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique. Accidental Sampling. Research data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests and independent sample t tests. The research results show that there is a significant difference in consumer trust between JT Express and Shopee Express in Bima City.

Abstract

Industrial developments are changing a person's purchasing decision process, currently, Social Media Marketing is the basis of reference in purchasing, as is Green marketing. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Green marketing and social media marketing on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased bima snack products whose exact number is not known (unknown population). The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of this research show that Green marketing has a significant effect while social media marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously Green marketing and social media marketing have an effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.

Abstract

Menstruation which is usually accompanied by discomfort in activities is called premenstrual syndrome, including physical, psychological and emotional symptoms associated with hormonal changes that can cause a teenager to feel uncomfortable in his body, especially in the abdomen and breast area. Premenstrual syndrome can be prevented by therapy, one of which is meditation. Meditation is a diversion of attention to a deeper level of thought to enter the deepest level of thought and reach the source of thought, meditation is able to inhibit the negative effects of the sympathetic system that causes aggressive behavior in humans if they are disturbed. This community service activity is carried out online/online media to increase the knowledge and understanding of teenagers about meditation on reducing premenstrual syndrome pain and provide tutorials on relieving premenstrual syndrome pain through meditation. The implementation time of the activities in weeks 1 and 2. After counseling this community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of adolescents in practicing meditation to relieve premenstrual syndrome. The method used is online/online media and then conduct counseling about meditation on reducing premenstrual syndrome in adolescents using leaflets and videos. The results of this community service program are able to provide benefits for teenagers who experience premenstrual syndrome pain online in their respective regions during the Covid-19 pandemic who are the targets of this service. This form of online discussion is an effective form of providing new insights to adolescents who experience premenstrual syndrome pain, and this learning is accepted by teenagers in the implementation of community service programs, namely through Whatsapp Group by providing Power Points, videos of materials and practices, and obstacles. when doing community service online this is a network disturbance in their respective regions that hinders the discussion process.ABSTRAKMenstruasi yang biasa disertai ketidaknyamanan dalam beraktivitas disebut dengan pra menstruasi sindrom diantaranya seperti gejala fisik, psikologi dan emosional yang terkait dengan perubahan hormonal yang dapat menyebabkan seorang remaja merasakan tidak nyaman pada tubuhnya, terutama di area perut dan payudara. Pra menstruasi sindrom dapat dicegah dengan terapi, salah satu terapinya adalah meditasi. Meditasi merupakan pengalihan perhatian ketingkat pemikiran yang lebih dalam hingga masuk ke tingkat pemikiran yang paling dalam dan mencapai sumber pemikiran, meditasi mampu menghambat efek negative dari system simpatis yang menimbulkan sikap agresif pada manusia jika medapat gangguan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara daring/media online untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para remaja tentang meditasi terhadap penurunan nyeri pra menstruasi sindrom sertamemberikan tutorial meringankannyeri pra menstruasi sindrom melalui meditasi. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan pada minggu ke 1 dan 2. Setelah penyuluhan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja dalam mempraktikan meditasi untuk meringankan pra menstruasi sindrom. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara daring/ media online kemudian melakukan penyuluhan tentang meditasi terhadap penurunan pra menstruasi sindrom pada remaja menggunakan leaflet dan video. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memberikan manfaat bagi remaja-remaja yang mengalami nyeri premenstruasi sindrom secara daring diwilayah masing-masing selama masa pandemi Covid-19 yang menjadi sasaran pengabdian ini. Bentuk diskusi secara daring ini merupakan bentuk yang efektif untuk memberikan wawasan baru kepada remaja yang mengalami nyeri premenstruasi sindrom, dan pembelajaran ini diterima oleh remaja-remaja dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat yaitu melalui Whatsapp Group dengan memberikan Power Point, video materi dan praktik, dan kendala saat melakukan pengabdian masyrakat secara daring ini adalah gangguan jaringan pada daerah masing - masing yang menghambat selama proses diskusi .

Abstract

Emotion regulation refers to an individual's ability to control their emotions. Everyone regulates their emotions to manage their life. In reality, a variety of factors can interfere with emotion regulation skills. The single most important factor that can influence the emotion regulation process is the level of self-control that each individual has. For this reason, patients need to have strong emotional regulation abilities. Emotion regulation Emotional balance is a person's ability to assess, cope with, manage and express emotions appropriately. In this research the method is to explain and discuss. The subjects or informants in this discussion are Shelter Home Patients. The results of this study show that halfway house patients have emotional regulation skills where each subject has the ability to control and regulate their emotions which appear at an appropriate level of intensity. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques and observation. Before the interview process, the researcher provided an overview of emotional regulation and the aims of the research. Participants in this study involved 7 patients at the Gajah Mada shelter in Surakarta City.

Abstract

Mutmainah Bima Gallery is a souvenir center that sells various products made in Bima, especially woven fabric products. This research aims to determine the significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows. The research results show that there is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying of Bima specialty products in the Mutmainah gallery.

Abstract

Mixue It self is an ice cream and boba drink shop originating from China. This research aims to determine the significant influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Mixue, Bima City. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this study were 51 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 29 for Windows. The research results show that there is a significant influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Mixue Bima City

Abstract

A purchasing decision is a final decision that a consumer has to purchase a good or service with various certain considerations. This research aims to determine the influence of product variants and Instagram social media on purchasing decisions at Kedai Teman Berita Tente. The results of this research show that product variants do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Instagram social media has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
