Abstract

The success of an organization hinges on the importance of alocating the right resources to it. Organizations are expected to pay attention to the suitability between employees and their work through individual assessments with psychological examinations. In addition to looking at the suitability of employees' potential or competencies with the demands of their jobs, organizations should also measure the suitability of employees' career interests with the choice of employees' job aspirations using Holland's RIASEC test. The research in the form of the application of individual assessment of career development was carried out on subjects who felt bored or were not suitable for their current job. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the potential or competence of the subject is in accordance with their work, so they are expected to be able to perform optimally at work. However, the subject's career interests do not match his career aspirations or the job he wants, so it is expected that individuals can develop their career interests in other activities, as well as the organization can take other development steps, such as work rotation.

Abstract

This article analyzes how a regional library in Indonesia functions as a cultural agent in preserving Islamic values embedded in the Pacu Jalur tradition. Grounded in a cultural literacy framework, this study employs a qualitative case study approach, with primary data collected through in-depth interviews with 12 key informants (librarians, community leaders, and users), participatory observation, and document analysis at the Kuantan Singingi Library and Archives Office. The findings reveal that the library implements three-pronged strategy: curating specialized collections, organizing community-based literacy activities, and utilizing digital media for wider dissemination. The study’s core novelty lies in its effort to bridge library science and local cultural studies, offering an alternative model for how institutional actors can systematically safeguard living traditions as expressions of Islamic civilization. The analysis also affirms the role of libraries in sustaining values such as ukhuwwah (brotherhood), discipline, and spirituality, while noting challenges related to limited resources and digital infrastructure. The article concludes by proposing practical strategies—including digitization, cross-sector partnerships, and librarian capacity building—to strengthen libraries as custodians of local Islamic heritage. Artikel ini menganalisis peran perpustakaan daerah sebagai agen budaya dalam melestarikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam tradisi Pacu Jalur. Berlandaskan kerangka literasi budaya, studi kualitatif kasus ini mengumpulkan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 12 informan kunci (pustakawan, tokoh masyarakat, dan pengguna), observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tiga strategi utama: penyediaan koleksi khusus, penyelenggaraan kegiatan literasi berbasis komunitas, dan pemanfaatan media digital untuk diseminasi. Kebaruan inti penelitian ini terletak pada upaya menjembatani ilmu perpustakaan dan studi budaya lokal secara empiris, menawarkan model alternatif tentang bagaimana aktor kelembagaan dapat secara sistematis menjaga tradisi hidup sebagai ekspresi peradaban Islam. Studi ini juga menegaskan peran perpustakaan dalam menjaga nilai-nilai seperti ukhuwwah, disiplin, dan spiritualitas, sekaligus menyoroti keterbatasan sumber daya dan infrastruktur digital. Artikel ditutup dengan menawarkan sejumlah strategi praktis—termasuk digitalisasi, kemitraan lintas sektor, dan peningkatan kapasitas pustakawan—untuk memperkuat perpustakaan sebagai penjaga warisan Islam lokal.

Abstract

Work engagement berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi dan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan sistem reinforcement dan punishment yang jelas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman stakeholder PT. RPC Indonesia mengenai penerapan reinforcement dan punishment sebagai dasar pengelolaan perilaku kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian modul dan pengukuran menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 8,67 pada pretest menjadi 9,56 pada posttest. Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (Z = -2,333; p = 0,020). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman stakeholder sebagai upaya mendukung peningkatan work engagement secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keunikan sidik jari manusia dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui studi literatur yang mengintegrasikan tafsir dan biologi forensik. Fokus utama adalah penafsiran lafaz banānah dalam QS. al-Qiyāmah [75]: 4 serta keterkaitannya dengan QS. Yāsīn [36]: 65 dan QS. al-Anfāl [8]: 12. Data diperoleh dari kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer serta jurnal ilmiah tentang sidik jari. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa banānah secara bahasa berarti ujung jari, yang dalam tafsir ilmiah dikaitkan dengan sidik jari sebagai identitas biologis unik dan permanen. Sains modern membuktikan bahwa pola sidik jari terbentuk sejak masa embrio dan tidak berubah sepanjang hidup. Integrasi ini menunjukkan keselarasan antara isyarat Al-Qur’an dan temuan ilmiah, serta menegaskan relevansi pendekatan interdisipliner dalam pengembangan kajian agama dan sains.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1). Gambaran kepemimpinan inklusif, efektivitas manajemen mutu, teamwork, budaya mutu, knowledge management Madrasah aliyah negeri Langkat; (2). Model pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif, teamwork, budaya mutu, knowledge management terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu Madrasah aliyah negeri Langkat;; (3). Pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif, teamwork, budaya mutu, terhadap knowledge management Madrasah aliyah negeri Langkat;; (4). Pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif, teamwork, budaya mutu, knowledge management terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu Madrasah aliyah negeri Langkat. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif metode ex post facto non eksperimental, model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model jalur korelasi (correlated path model), desain penelitian dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 3 (tiga) madrasah aliyah negeri Langkat, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan diagram Nomogram Harry King dan sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 152 orang, teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan penjaringan angket kuesioner dan analisis data dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: kepemimpinan inklusif berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap knowledge management Madrasah dengan nilai koefisien 0,396; Team work berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap knowledge management nilai koefisien = 0,251; Budaya mutu berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap knowledge management nilai koefisien = 0,301; Kepemimpinan inklusif berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas nilai koefisien = 0,284; Team Work berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu dengan koefisien 0,189; Budaya mutu berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu dengan koefisien = 0,180; Knowledge management berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu dengan koefisien = 0,270; Kepemimpinan inklusif berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu melalui knowledge management dengan koefisien = 0,128 dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,412; Team Work berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu melalui knowledge management dengan koefisien = 0,093; Budaya mutu berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap efektivitas mutu melalui knowledge management dengan nilai koefisien = 0,104 dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,284.

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the partnership pattern between educational institutions and the business sector in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in the field of education. The aspects analyzed include the initial circumstances leading to the establishment of the collaboration, the organizational governance model and practices of shared leadership, the mechanisms for implementing and controlling activities, strategies to strengthen trust and commitment among the stakeholders, and the implications of the collaboration for expanding learning opportunities and improving the quality of educational services.  This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at Faza Azkia Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School. The research participants include the school principal, educators involved in the planning, data collection, and implementation of educational CSR programs, as well as representatives from partner companies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document review, and analysis of CSR activity reports. The analysis process was carried out interactively through stages of data selection, information display, and conclusion drawing. The reliability of the findings was ensured through the application of both source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the collaboration was formed due to the socio-economic gaps among students, which were reinforced by corporate initiatives and the school’s formal mechanisms. The clarity of the institutional design and the collaborative leadership of the school principal play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness and sustainability of the program. Educational CSR collaboration has a positive impact on increasing access to education, student motivation, and academic achievement, although the equitable distribution of program benefits remains a major challenge in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular activities in improving the quality of student services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan by using the SERVQUAL framework, which includes the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research participants include the head of the madrasah, the vice principal for student affairs, extracurricular activity supervisors, and students selected purposively. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation study. Data analysis used the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, while data validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking. The results of the study indicate that the management of extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan is able to improve the quality of student services. The tangible dimension is reflected in the availability of facilities, structured schedules, budget support, and the presence of mentors. The reliability dimension is seen from the consistency in activity implementation, clarity of organizational structure, and mentor commitment. The responsiveness dimension is demonstrated through the openness of the madrasah in responding to the needs and aspirations of students. Meanwhile, the assurance dimension is apparent from the competence of mentors, continuous guidance, as well as the existence of program monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mindset kewirausahaan, keterampilan manajerial, dan kapasitas pemanfaatan teknologi pelaku UMKM di Desa Permata Baru, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 23 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis pelatihan, pendampingan, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan mindset kewirausahaan dan manajemen usaha, penerapan teknologi produksi dan pemasaran digital, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Evaluasi program dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara dengan instrumen kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 84% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mindset kewirausahaan, 100% peserta mampu menerapkan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, 72% peserta mulai menyusun rencana usaha, dan 80% mengadopsi teknologi tepat guna dalam proses produksi dan pengemasan. Selain itu, terbentuk satu Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) yang melibatkan 15 pelaku UMKM aktif, serta 56% peserta mengalami peningkatan penjualan sebesar 10–25% pada tahap awal pascaprogram. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong transformasi UMKM dari usaha berorientasi survival menuju usaha yang lebih terencana, inovatif, dan berdaya saing. Keberlanjutan program perlu didukung melalui pendampingan lanjutan, penguatan kelembagaan, serta perluasan jejaring pemasaran berbasis potensi lokal.Kata kunci: Mindset Kewirausahaan; UMKM Desa; Teknologi Tepat Guna; Pendampingan Usaha; Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. ABSTRACTThis community service program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial mindset, managerial skills, and technological utilization capacity of MSME actors in Permata Baru Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The activity was conducted on October 23, 2025, involving 25 MSME participants through a participatory approach based on training, mentoring, and the application of appropriate technology. The implementation method consisted of several stages, including socialization, training on entrepreneurial mindset and business management, application of production technology and digital marketing, as well as continuous mentoring and evaluation. Program evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test assessments, observations, and interviews employing a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results indicate that 84% of participants experienced an improvement in entrepreneurial mindset understanding, 100% were able to implement simple financial record-keeping, 72% began developing business plans, and 80% adopted appropriate technology in production and packaging processes. In addition, one Joint Business Group (KUB) involving 15 active MSME actors was established, and 56% of participants experienced an increase in sales ranging from 10–25% in the initial post-program period. The program proved effective in transforming MSMEs from survival-oriented businesses into more planned, innovative, and competitive enterprises. Program sustainability should be supported through structured follow-up mentoring, institutional strengthening, and the expansion of marketing networks based on local potential.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset; Rural MSMEs; Appropriate Technology; Business Mentoring; Community Empowerment.

Abstract

Analyzing the influence of personality, behavior, and environment on students' self-regulated learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan is the objective of this study. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey method. The determination of the number of samples is based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, which indicates that the population used is 601 students, so that 234 respondents will be obtained as research samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument, then analyzed through statistical tests to determine the relationship and influence between variables. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it was found that the student's personality variable significantly has a positive impact on their ability to carry out self-regulated learning with a path coefficient value of 0.474, p-value 0.000, and t-statistic 5.024. The behavioral variable also has a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning with a path coefficient value of 0.375, p-value 0.000, and t-statistic 5.763. Meanwhile, environmental variables have a positive but insignificant influence on self-regulated learning, as reflected by the path coefficient of 0.040, p-value of 0.618, and t-statistic of 0.499. The research findings indicate that personality is the variable with the highest coefficient value in influencing students' self-regulated learning. Thus, internal factors such as personality and behavior have a stronger contribution than environmental factors in improving students' ability to regulate and control their learning process independently.
