Abstract

This study aimed to identify new factors in sustainable education that are able to motivate students for action related to climate change, and to evaluate the influence of the student movement for climate change on student actions. This research was conducted through a literature review research method. This research provides an explanation of existing findings and data. The results show that formal education in schools and social activities, such as interactions between students, can form a culture that supports sustainable collective action. An evaluation of the student movement in climate change mitigation, including activities such as recycling and waste collection, provides insight into its positive impact. This research contributes to designing educational approaches that motivate and evaluate student action on climate.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki beragam tantangan dalam peran dan pengelolaan mengintegrasikan Pendidikan inklusif dalam konteks multikultural. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pendidikan inklusif merupakan konsep pendekatan dalam konteks multikultural. Siswa memiliki budaya, bahasa, latar belakangnya, yang berbeda-beda. Pendidikan Inklusif menerapkan prinsip persamaan, kebutuhan, sehingga guru harus mengintegrasikan pendidikan multikultural ke dalam metode, media, dan strategi pengajaran mereka.Mereka harus beradaptasi dengan karakteristik unik siswa dan memastikan bahwa mereka memiliki kemampuan intelektual, fisik, serta mental yang diperlukan.Guru harus memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional dalam pendidikan multikultural, karena beberapa guru mungkin kurang memiliki kemampuan literasi dan komunikasi. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengajar di lingkungan multikultural, memahami dunia, berpikir, bertindak, berkomunikasi, dan belajar. Mereka perlu memahami konsep multikultural dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Think Pair Share (TPS) models in improving students' learning outcomes in social studies subjects viewed from the level of learning interest. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest type. The sample consisted of 60 seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Banguntapan, divided into two experimental groups. The research instruments included a learning outcome test, a learning interest questionnaire, and an observation sheet. Data analysis was conducted using an independent t-test, gain score test, and simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results of the study showed that both learning models were effective in improving learning outcomes; however, their effectiveness was affected by students’ level of learning interest. The PjBL model was more effective for students with a high level of learning interest, while the TPS model was more suitable for students with moderate to low learning interest. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting learning models that are adaptive to students’ characteristics to optimize learning achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of blended learning in increasing interest in learning Social Sciences in a secondary school. This study uses the Kemmis McTaggart action research model. The research was carried out throughout two cycles. Each cycle includes four levels, namely planning, implementation of activities, supervision, and contemplation consisting of 3 meetings per cycle. The data collection techniques used were observation forms, field notes, documents, questionnaires, and tests. A descriptive analysis of qualitative data was used to analyze the data. The results of the study prove that the use of blended learning in this school can increase interest in learning social studies using the blended learning phase between traditional courses and virtual/virtual courses. In-class learning and teacher-supervised mixed learning, and virtual classroom learning require students to study independently without teacher supervision. Using this type of learning will increase students' interest in learning from Cycle I to Cycle II. The average value of the first cycle is 63.5%, and the average value of the second cycle is 81%. Various aspects also experienced development. From cycle I to cycle II the average aspect of student attention experienced an escalation of 20%. From Cycle I to Cycle II, thirst increased by an average of 17%. Activity increased by an average of 19%. Cycle I and Cycle II curiosity increased by 21%. Enjoyment period I to period II increased by 17%. Confidence increased 16% from Cycle I to Cycle II.

Abstract

The education sector has seen substantial changes in the last 10 years due to digital transformation, particularly with the adoption of online learning models. Despite the flexibility it offers, maintaining student engagement and achieving the best possible learning outcomes remain the biggest challenges. The purpose of this research is to investigate how gamification, as a novel approach to improving student motivation and engagement, affects learning outcomes in an online learning environment. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed, which involved gathering and examining 49 peer-reviewed scientific publications from many top databases. To detect trends and important conclusions, data were evaluated utilizing mixed methodologies, qualitative, and quantitative approaches. The findings of the study demonstrate that gamification components like leaderboards, badges, and points greatly improve learning outcomes and student engagement, however their efficacy varies depending on how and where they are used. In addition to providing useful advice for teachers looking to create more dynamic and captivating learning environments, this study significantly advances the notion of gamification in online education

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran pendidikan inklusi dalam mewujudkan prinsip equity bagi siswa dengan disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap artikel nasional dan internasional yang terindeks Scopus dan Google Scholar, terbit pada rentang 2015–2025. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, eligibilitas, dan analisis tematik terhadap 27 artikel terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi mengenai pendidikan inklusif berprinsip equity mengalami fluktuasi, namun meningkat signifikan sejak 2021 seiring menguatnya perhatian terhadap keadilan substantif bagi siswa disabilitas. Temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa equity tidak sekadar menekankan pemerataan akses, tetapi juga keadilan dalam proses pembelajaran dan capaian hasil belajar. Prinsip equity ditentukan oleh tiga aspek utama, yaitu akses input, proses instruksional, dan luaran pembelajaran. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pendidikan inklusi berprinsip equity berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekaligus membangun sistem pendidikan yang berkeadilan sosial. Realizing equity through inclusive education: A systematic literature review on students with disabilities Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of inclusive education in realizing equity for students with disabilities. The method employed was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of national and international articles indexed in Scopus and Google Scholar, published between 2015 and 2025. The selection process followed identification, screening, eligibility, and thematic analysis stages, resulting in 27 selected articles. The results indicate that publications on equity-based inclusive education fluctuated but increased significantly after 2021, reflecting growing attention to substantive justice for students with disabilities. The findings reveal that equity extends beyond equal access to encompass fairness in instructional processes and learning outcomes. Equity-oriented inclusive education is shaped by three key dimensions: input access, instructional processes, and learning outputs. The conclusion confirms that implementing equity principles in inclusive education not only enhances educational quality through improved learning outcomes but also serves as a strategic instrument for developing a socially just education system.

Abstract

This research examines the problematic mining licensing policies in Bangka Regency concerning the protection of water resources as part of fulfilling citizens' constitutional rights. Mining activities in this region have contributed to the contamination of water sources managed by the Regional Water Company (PDAM), which has implications for the fulfillment of the right to clean water as guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution. Using a juridical-empirical approach, this study analyzes the fundamental weaknesses in the mining licensing policy framework that has not integrated water resource protection as a primary consideration. The research findings indicate that the mining licensing process emphasizes economic aspects and pays less attention to ecological impacts on water sources, resulting in a conflict between economic interests and the fulfillment of constitutional rights. This research proposes a reconstructed model of mining licensing policy that integrates impact assessments on water resources, establishment of water source protection zones, and mechanisms for accountability and compensation for pollution. Through this policy reconstruction, it is expected to create a balance between the utilization of natural resources for economic development and the protection of citizens' constitutional rights to clean water in Bangka Regency.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang perlu untuk dimiliki oleh manusia dalam kehidupannya untuk dapat mengembangkan dirinya dari ketertinggalan dan berkeinginan untuk maju. Semakin bertambahnya usia maka akan semakin banyak pula manusia itu belajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya melaui proses belajar. Terutama di Indonesia yang memiliki jenjang pendidikan dari SD, SMP, SMA, sampai tingkat Universitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar masyarakatnya. Sayangnya banyak masyarakat yang tidak menempuh seluruh jenjang pendidikan bahkan sampai tingkat Universitas. Dibutuhkan motivasi serta komunikasi yang baik antara orangtua dan anak agar timbul kesadaran pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan sampai jenjang Universitas. Di samping itu anak gemar menghabiskan waktunya untuk berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak komunikasi interpersonal orangtua dan anak dapat mempengaruhi strategi pengambilan keputusan berkuliah sambil bekerja secara dominan, atau justru interaksi kelompok sebaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi keluarga khususnya komunikasi interpersonal orangtua dan anak juga komunikasi kelompok sebaya, terhadap strategi pengambilan keputusan berkuliah sembari bekerja. Responden penelitian ini adalah 89 mahasiswa Universitas Bunda Mulia. Hasil dari penelitian dengan variabel komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dan signifikan sebesar 62,1% dibandingkan dengan variabel interaksi kelompok sebaya dalam mempengaruhi variabel keputusan berkuliah sembari bekerja.

Abstract

The community service program aims to provide education and guidance to the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and relevant community representatives, in order to support the implementation of BUMDes management tasks. This initiative involves a series of training sessions, such as in the fields of financial accounting, human resource empowerment, and management in the village of Sempan, located in the Pemali Subdistrict, Bangka Regency. The establishment of BUMDes is undertaken with a strong intention to realize economic empowerment in the village of Sempan, which holds significant economic potential. BUMDes also carries the responsibility to transparently and accountably compile financial reports for its business units on a monthly basis. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, including the lack of collaboration among various relevant parties in the village and a limited understanding of BUMDes management. Through the implementation of this community service program, the outcomes achieved include enhancing the understanding of village officials and BUMDes managers regarding BUMDes governance in Sempan Village, Pemali Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management and financial reporting are improved. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this community service program will result in an optimal BUMDes management approach, capable of empowering the community, increasing Village Original Income, reducing social disparities, and transforming the village into a more self-reliant entity.

Abstract

Bullying remains one of the most pressing and persistent issues in educational settings, often leading to serious psychological and social consequences for students, including anxiety, depression, and social withdrawal. Given its damaging and widespread impact, effective intervention strategies are urgently needed. This study explores the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model integrated with a respect-based approach as a response to the bullying crisis in schools. Employing a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group, data were collected through questionnaires administered to 70 students. Analysis using a t-test revealed a significant reduction in bullying behavior in the experimental group, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of less than 0.001. The findings suggest that embedding respect-oriented values into the CTL framework fosters a more inclusive and empathetic classroom climate, which in turn helps prevent bullying. The study concludes that a respect-based CTL model is a promising educational strategy for addressing and mitigating bullying behavior among students.
